Dear Nissan Team, I am using nissan sunny xl from last 1years UP32EW1108 and i was too much satisfied from your service centre .But after comoletioin of free service i am facing problem from your team. Let me explain
1-I had logged a complaint before 1 month about sound in break system but they are ignoring my request and still i am facing problem.
2-Servvice team not done his work in TAT and incresing complcation in my car.
3- In last servicing i get surprised because my mat and Stéphane was replace from any other old car.
I hope you will understand my problem and help mevas soon as posibble.

    > > I had bought Nissan Terrano (Regd No. HR 01 AH- 6505) on 15 January 2014, and it have covered just 2745 km till today.
    > > I want to complaint about car breakdown as I was driving Terrano first of all its air conditioned stopped working then immediately after that power steering stopped working and after then battery sign began to glow continuously and temperature was rising finally when I stopped to look after the problem i got stuck on that road after that I started calling dealer for help and assistance and while calling dealer again and again I did not received any help from them.

    > > After that I called toll free number which I got from manual inside my car but I was shocked to know that they never heard of "AMBALA as well as YAMUNA NAGAR" they kept on asking me everytime when I called them "IN WHICH STATE IT LIES?" and even after telling them in detail about my location no assistance/help came there even after waiting 4 hours. So after getting this 'shocking response' from toll free number I decided to left my so called "new car TERRANO" over there as it was getting night and go back home.Even I was worried about my car's safety over there but I had no other way rather than moving back to my home using public transport.
    > > all I want to say is that I want my money back and I will legally take action against the concerned authorities about that harassment that has been caused to me because of getting no help from your team.
    > >I want my full money back from you and compensation from you as well for harassment.

    > > One more thing, Even at the time of delivery on 15 january 2014 my car's mileage reading was 92km...even I objected on that and asked them that "how can a new car run 92 km before getting sold????" From that day only It was a doubt in my mind that if it is a demo or test drive vehicle???
    >> When I raised this question before manager (sales) GIRISH : He replied that "the vehicle was taken to yamuna nagar once which is 45 km from dealer's location so vehicle's current reading is 92 km."
    >> since sales manager's answer was not satisfactory so I kept on raising that question again and again but they did not bothered about my this question. I still have a doubt about that in my mind that I have been delivered a used car.
    >> I want all the details of technical or mechanical faults that this car faced as well as work that is being carried out on my car at the service center.
    >> I want all the details in written from you for future references so that I can have proof of the problems and harassment that this car have caused for me.

    *Note :- This all happened and till now your team has not acted promptly to resolve the problem they are acting like layman is it all due to irresponsible management, poor management or due to my bad luck that I trusted on a brand NISSAN. Since 72 hrs passed their is no response after spending 13 lakhs I am travelling in buses/autos to your Khanna Nissan showroom and my sorry your vehicle is standing in corner to get a Good mechanic to come and check into it is this how a brand Nissan works or something else you want to show me. See, sir that is all good your enjoying your teas planning your future but plz pay attention in sinking ship of Nissan which this vehicle is doing and kindly pay my money back so I can go some of the best brands available in INDIAN market rather than looking back into a hectic story your brand made of me.

      sir, I complain before 4 months for my car service but there is no response from NISSAN LAHORI KASHMIR...the only improve sales but no service is avalible there...
      My car brake is totally failed and fir is file against me so please take some action, I am suffering very big problem...

        To The CEO Nissan Motors India I just wanted to bring it to your kind notice that I had requested a test drive for Nissan Terrano from your dealer in Chandigarh called HIND MOTORS on 21.04.2014. Someone by the name of Mr. Tarikha ([protected]) and some another person ([protected]) assisting him, contacted me for a presentation of the car. They told us to deposit a refundable security of Rs. 50000/- to book a test drive. After making a Fuss about this clause, they reduced the security amount from Rs.50000/- to Rs.5000/- and told us that if you did not like the vehicle, they can give my money back. Which was very surprising for me. I have never seen such a kind of stupidity from any vehicle company. Is this a policy of Nissan Motors ?? Then I told them to give a test drive on 22.04.2014 at 9 AM, but no one has bothered. When I called Mr. Trikha on [protected], he did not pick my phone. Then I called that another guy at [protected] and we had exchang of words for some 8-9 minutes. He told me to first deposit Rs. 5000/- for test drive. When I asked him more about the details of this policy, he started misbehaving with me. And told me that "Sir Gaadi leni hai to lo, Nakhre mat karo". I have also called up at your customer care number i.e.[protected] on 22.04.2014 around 5 PM and explained the whole incident with your customer care executive, and they told me that we will forward your issue to the concerned authority and for that you will get a complained number on your mobile through SMS, but after waiting so long, I had never got any complaint number. I just want to ask to Nissan motors that is this the way to treat a client?? I never expected such kind of behavior form an Auto Gaint like you. Even a street tea vendor behaves well than the executives of Nissan Motors India. Kindly revert if you have some clarification about this incidence. Thanx & Regards, Sandeep Arora +91-[protected]

We regret to inform you that our vehicle was handed over to us after one month and the was not been repaired as per our satisfaction.We are still facing the problem and it is not been rectified by your dealer.Every time we go he refuses to provided us the services and shown his inability to repair the problem...Our person use to sit there for whole day and at the end of the day they say we do not have the parts...We have also given the complaints to your customer care division...but still did not get any response.. We are once again forwarding our complaint to you...if it not been attained then we would be going for the legal action against the Nissan Motor and the dealer. Thanks, With Regards Rakesh Sharma

            I recently bought a Nissan Terrano from Kamla Motors, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The hype created by the dealer in terms of quality of product was what made us decide in favour of this despite my superb experience with Toyota Innova in previous two instances of purchase.

            While the delivery took its own time, with constant follow up from my side only, within a month of the purchase of a brand new vehicle in domestic markets, we noticed a fault with the fuel gauge. On examination, it was found to be faulty. Even while checking, it was discovered at the workshop that there was a crack in the fuel pipe. In a car that had gone through all necessary inspections prior to delivery to customer! It took over 10 days for the part replacement causing undue headache and harassment for customer. I might add only the workshop service technician was available and no one else.

            Now, within 5 days from collecting my vehicle, the pin from the accelerator pedal has dropped off thus making the accelerator pedal unworkable. One can imagine the huge risk if this had happened in moving traffic. And this is after assurances from the workshop that all checks have been done.

            I wish to file compliant against such a shoddy product that is taking consumers for granted and wish for immediate replacement of the vehicle or refund of moneys with interest.

              Respected Sir This is to inform that I was been working in Surya Nissan since 9months has Sales manager. since I have purchase Nissan Micra Premium primo of 2012 model, Since I have purchased in 2013 it has been registered in my name. They have given discount of 108000 and registered the vehicle in my name and I was using vehicle. From Surya Nissan I have taken loan of 1 lakh to pay down payment for the car and paid to car. Since they have given loan they collected 4 security cheque to clear the loan, and they detected 25 thousand every month for 4 months. Since I did like the environment of the company I left the job. then HR has been given the reliving letter saying further no issue between me and company. Then I went and ask my Security Cheque to give back they did give. They said MD is not station once he will back From HR Jagadish has told me he will return it back. The I left the company and using car and. One fine day the called and saying my discount has rejected from Nissan so I need to pay back that what they given discount for the car. Know I am not a employee of that company know I am a customer how come once they have discount to a customer and asking back is it right part on them. keeping those cheque and starting demanding and making torture calls saying come and leave the or else we will put that cheque and Bounce it they have done that and send Notice to me. Then I went paid 50 thousand to clear the issue. For that they did given receipt for me they have taken letter that I need to pay for them. I have all the proof that they have detected in my salary every month 25 thousand for that loan. They have treating Employees like a slaves and some times MD is to hit his own Employee that person is from Accounts guy. so kindly help me out in this get my money back from surya Thanks And Regards Prakash.                 I have perched a Nissan micrra in feb 2011 with taken extended warranty period also.my car a/c suddenly stop working and i rushed to dealer and after inspecting by auto adviser found coil of a/c is damage and it should be replaced.as my car under extended warranty period no payment is made by me as told by auto adviser of dealer.my claim is rejected by company and reason that i have not done services at. i have got two free services at at dealer which is given by company.after that no further communication from dealer nor from company that services of car is be done at dealer only.i have communicate with other dealer of south Gujarat they told me that it is dealer's duty to informed and also explained norms of extended warranty period.because of dealer mistakes no communication from dealer and also from company i have to suffered.because of heavy heat and i am doctor so i replaced coil and made payment by me. since 10/04/2014 i am communicating company and also send e mail but no feed back at all.

                  Respected sir i have purchased a nissan miccra dci in 4/02/2011.from sillicon nissan car dealer surat and also tacking extended warranty by paying Rs.5107 for two years.compny is giving two years warranty and another two years by extended warranty.last week suddenly my car A/C stop working and i contacted dealer sillicon nissan surat.a car auto adviser inspect my cay and told me that your car a/c coil is damage and it should be replace and your car is under extended warranty period coil will be replace by company without any cost.my claim is rejected by company that i have note done regular car service at dealer so you not eligible to get claim.i have done regular twe free service at dealer offered by company.after that sillicon nissan did not contacted for any service and not giving advise that your car is under extended warranty period you to get paid services at dealar only. I have communicate other dealer in south Gujarat they have told me that it is dealer duty to inform you regarding paid service.i did not received any call from delear side.as i am Doctor it is very difficult to communicate with delear and company also.i lorged complaint at company at official toll free number but no feed back from them.because of delear mistakes i have to suffred.please look in this matter at earliest and give justice.

                    I had purchased nissan sunny xl model 2012 on 24 october 2012 having registration number up-85-aj-0880 engine no mdhbdan17c7019497 chasis no ed16217
                    From atmaram nissan agra on date[protected] & i send my car every time for timely service to atmaram showroom last time i send the car on 15 jully 2013 to atmaram shopwroom for service but after two days of service i found heat and smell and red light disply in meter while riding the car then i again send the car to showroom on 17-jully -2013 to solve the problem of heat and disply fault but that time they did not solve my car's problem even after i had given the particular complaint in written

                    On 13/09/2013 i parked my car infront of my house at 7 a:m suddenly at 4 p:m on[protected] my car caught the fire by itself and got damaged total engine and other parts near by engine due to fire it is big loss for me and according to me the company and its dealer are responsible for that and now
                    I want the total compensation from company
                    And i have all related documents regarding my problem and talked so many times to customer care but till now my problem is not solve pls help me in this regard

                      I have purchased Nissan Sunny 2013(new shape), nearly in9/2012 the problem appeared after 7, 000 KM with a sound when braking on low speeds. i have complained to Nissan Egypt, they fixed the problem by changing the brake lining, the problem occurs also at 12, 000 km and fixed.Now the car 17, 000 and the problem appeared again, but this time Nissan Egypt didn't fix the problem. i have complained 3 times, every time i went to dealers they just clean the brake lining and the problem back again.please help to fix my problem .                         Dear Sir,

                        Recently, we book Nissan Terrano from one of the sub dealer, ACE Cars & Dealer - Torrent Motors, Andheri on 20.11.2013 Till date we have not receive delivery of the vehicle.

                        We are approaching them daily & we get always reasons saying that company do not have cars to deliver or production problem at Nissan etc.Car Production is slow at company so they are not able to deliver it etc. Mediator between Nissan and dealer has been change.

                        I am really surprise such big company like NISSAN do not have capacity to produce car than they
                        should not take the booking or else should stop selling cars. Sorry to say it.

                        I am asking for cancellation of vehicle they are not accepting it. Even without delivery of car 2 EMI has been paid.I am really shocked to see this type of service from company like NISSAN.

                        Call them & sent several mails to Nissan but no reply.

                        As an buyer what should i do now i feel really like i am cheated.

                          i have given my vechile for servicing but it seem the have just done a body wash and given the vechile and there no complain regarding clutch but after getting the vechile it is very hard it is not the first time i am getting the problem with the servicing it always the records csn be checked

                            Trusting the latest technology of Japan, we bought a Nissan Sunny-D2-XV car on 30th August, 2012 from Central Nissan (Pride Cars Pvt. Ltd.), Ahmedabad. We had bad experiences from Nissan as below, 1. Our local service center Pride Cars Pvt Ltd (Central Nissan) had charged us with rs 42, 310 within 14 months from the purchase of new car for one or other reason of service or maintenance and this charged amount is too high to be paid. 2. Clutch assembly of our car was changed due to some technical fault and then, in spite of being in warranty period we were charged with rs 17, 349 for this. Within such a short period after buying a new car, it is much hard to believe that the clutch assembly gets damaged. The materials used in it, its design, its fitting and its proper maintenance are not done correctly so this problem is assumed to have occurred. 3. Several times we made complaint by phone, e-mail and even post but still we had not yet received any type of proper reply from the concerned person/company/agency/department of Nissan.                               I had booked a TERRANO vehicle of Nissan at SkyNISSAN Rama Road Nazaf Garh Showroom New Delhi, owned by Adressee No. 3 and 4 on 15th September 2013 by paying an advance of Rs. 50, 000.00 vide Cheque No. 120825 dated[protected] acknowledged by Receipt No.7341 of 16th September 2013.

                              I visited the showroom in the first week of Jan 2014, for verifying the status of the booking but, to my shock and surprise, I found the Showroom and Service Station locked and a Security Guard sitting outside the locked premises welcomed me. This Security Guard was not aware what has happened to the Showroom and Service Station. He showed ignorance about the any fact why the Showroom and Service Station is lying closed.
                              I have sent mails to the addresses available with but with no response, hence this communication.

                              The reason of this act of surreptitiously running away is best known to all of you. I realise that it was a mistake to place my reliance on the name NISSAN.

                              I therefore sought refund the sum of Rs. 50, 000.00 along with interest @24% p.a. calculated proportionately,

                                Dear Nissan company of Japan after greeting My name is Waleed Hassan Ibrahim _ my email / [protected]@yahoo.com _ my phone no is [protected] / [protected] 1- My car is Nissan sunny ( N 17 ) model 2014 _ chassis no /019056 _ motor no /716534A I bought my car in 15 December 2013 from Nissan Egypt ( union national group ) in Cairo _ when I went to car wash station in the first wash to my car peel the paint of rear bump and forward bump from the water 2- I went to the customer service ( Ahmed Marey customer service ) In Alexandria _ to maintenance of the 1000 km and ask for some notes in my car one of them the front doors of the car is very weight when closing them when they was during the doors weight they damage the vertical column protection between the front and rear left doors which is one of the main basics of the interiors 3- After damaging the vertical column protection I asked ( Nissan company of Egypt ) to exchange this car because they caused me damage cannot be repaired to the fabric case of the car in addition peel the paint of bumps is reason to question of probability that my car was in accident and it re-repaired and they are not being attention and they refused my request 4- Although Nissan Egypt caused all this damages they did not do anything about my request except they told me they will repair it and i refused that because it is not fair to me 5- With this message I attach photos to my car to confirm to you my message 6- thank you for listening and I hope you solve my problem

                                    Sir/Madam, I would like to bring into your notice that my father bought a Nissan MIcra XL from MR Nissan, Amritsar, against the name of S. Palwinder Singh on 26th September 2013.As promised and in process the RC had to be delivered with in a month. It has been more than 4 months today and they have not yet delivered the RC to us.The staff and the third party agent has been harassing me and my father with false commitments and we are not able to use our car. We bought this car as I become a father, and he wanted to comfort my wife and child. Due to this I am not able to use my car.

                                      Sub: Manufacturing Defects and the sub-standard quality of After Sales Services provided for Nissan Sunny (XVD) car -bearing Registration No. DL4CNA 6001, Engine No. 020195 and Chasis No. MDHBDAN17C10003138 purchased from Sky Nissan M/s Sameet Motors Private Ltd., New Delhi, India. Dear Sir, With regards the above I wish to bring it to your notice that- 1. That on 15th February 2012, I had purchased an automobile car i.e. Nissan Sunny (XVD) bearing Registration No. DL 4C NA 6001, Engine No. 020195 and Chasis No. MDHBDAN17C10003138 from Sky Nissan, M/s Sameet Motors Private Ltd., New Delhi, manufactured by Your Company., which was intended to be purchased for my personal use. 2. That the said Vehicle was purchased keeping in mind that you are a reputed manufacturer known worldwide for your quality products and services as I was seeking a state of art vehicle having excellent qualities. 3. That it has emerged that problem with the Vehicle as well as the services provided by Sky Nissan started from the first day o[censored]se itself. It may be noted that on taking the delivery of the Vehicle I noticed that the Vehicle was of a sub-standard quality as it had the inherent defects coupled with the deficiency in services the dealer has subjected me, to which has resulted in a horrifying and traumatizing experience that I have gone through in dealing with Your Company as a dissatisfied customer. 4. The problems that I have faced regarding the defects in the Vehicle as well as the substandard quality of after sales services provided by Your company through Sky Nissan, causing harassment to my client are mentioned herein below: a. My Client made the booking of the said Vehicle with Your Company Through Sky Nissan (M/s Sameet Motors Pvt. Ltd.) on 25th December 2011. b. On 11th February, 2012, I received a call from the office of Sky Nissan, informing me that the Vehicle has arrived at the warehouse and I could take the delivery of the vehicle on 13th February, 2012. As per the information received, I was issued an insurance cover mentioning the engine no. D021686 & Chasis no. 17C1002968, Accordingly my financer i.e. M/s Axis bank, New Delhi, remitted the balance amount in to the Bank Account of Sky Nissan (i.e. Authorized Dealer of Your Company) on 13.02.2012. Whereas on 15.02.2012, when I reached the premises of Sky Nissan to collect the delivery of the Vehicle, to the utter shock and disbelief of me, I was delivered the said Vehicle (Nissan Sunny) carrying completely different Engine No. and Chassis No. with a completely new insurance cover. Surprised and confused at the state of affairs, on the assurances of the staff at Sky Nissan, I accepted the Vehicle although under protest. c. Consequently, Sky Nissan (i.e. Authorized Dealer of Your Company) to the utter disgust and shock of me, was charged with an exorbitant amount of Rs. 7000/- (Seven Thousand Rupees) on account of the warehousing charges of which no justification was given to me till date. I was told to receive the delivery of the Vehicle on 13.02.2012 and he collected the same on 15.02.2012. Thus, there was no reason for the payment of such warehousing charges by me. Even though, I paid the same under severe protest and helplessness, as I had no other alternative than to bow down to the unjustified demand of Sky Nissan, in order to take the delivery of my Vehicle. d. Furthermore, Upon getting the delivery of the Vehicle and while driving the same home, I was severely distressed to learn that the new Vehicle, I just purchased had already run 298KM as the same was totally uncommon and moreover it was never informed by Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) to me. Also, on the delivery note details provided to me, it was specifically mentioned that the Tyre make of the vehicle delivered to me were of MRF, whereas after taking the delivery, I was surprised to find out that the tyre of my Vehicle are to be of the make of Bridgestone. I complained about these issues to the office of Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) via telephonic communication to Mr. Sandeep Puri & Mr. Bhatia, but was a given a vague and evasive reply for the same coupled with false assurance that the same shall be taken care of immediately. e. That after Few months o[censored]sing the said Vehicle, I started experiencing a weird sound (Chu-Chu) from the Rear Right Hand Side of the Vehicle. That also, while applying the brakes in the Vehicle the car makes an unusually loud noise like an old truck makes and moreover, the brakes even after completely pressing the brake peddle does not apply properly and the Vehicle still remains in motion. The unusual loud sound made by the vehicle at the time of braking is highly disturbing and makes driving the said vehicle a torturous task. Furthermore, the defects regarding the faulty braking system in the vehicle is highly risky as due to the non application of proper breaks while driving the said Vehicle, me and any co-passenger in the said Vehicle are in constant risk of our life and safety. I made numerous complaints telephonically as well as written about these defects to the offices of the authorized dealer and all the offices of M/s Nissan Motor Co. time and again but no reply have been received till date and these defects in the said Vehicle are persistent till date. f. Also within few months of driving the said Vehicle, I started facing a major problem in Gear shifting of the said Vehicle, as the Vehicle at the time of shifting between 1st and 2nd gear, while in motion, the gears gets jammed in between and it becomes impossible for the driver to stop the vehicle in motion. It is more hazardous than it seems, as the gear-shifting problem is irregular and I have avoided many mis-happening till now. I have complained several times about this major problem to Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) and has been charged heavily by Sky Nissan (the Authorized Dealer) at his workshop for the servicing of the same, but to the utter risk of the safety of me and my family members, the problem still persists. I am in constant danger of my and my co-passenger’s life while driving the said Vehicle. As the said Vehicle is the main source of transportation for me and my family members. 5. Regarding the Major manufacturing defects in the said Vehicle as mentioned in clause 4(e) and (f) above, I have experienced further mental harassment and horrid experience due to the sub standard and deficient services extended to me by Sky Nissan. The sub standard services and the unprofessional attitude of Your Company’s (M/S Nissan Motors Pvt. Ltd.) staff especially by Sky Nissan, are illustrated herein below for your kind perusal: a. On 18th February, 2012, exactly 3 days after taking the delivery of the said vehicle, I, besides complaining telephonically, also sent a written complaint through registered AD to M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai), explaining clearly the harassment I have faced at the time of getting the delivery of the said Vehicle, the same has been clearly reiterated in clause 4(a) (b) (c) and (d) above, for the sake of your convenience. I also sent a reminder for the said complaint on 18.04.2012 at your concerned offices. There has been no reply by any authority or department of your prestigious company till date to me, as the grievances of your customer has fallen on the deaf ears of the staff of Your Company. b. On 06.07.2012, at the time of second servicing of the said Vehicle, I specifically complained about the defects in the said Vehicle i.e. the weird and loud noise (Chu-Chu) coming from the rear Right hand side of the Vehicle at the time of application of the brakes, the non application of the brakes properly even after pressing the brake paddle completely due to faulty braking system and the major problem of the gears getting jammed at the time of shifting from 1st and 2ndgear I was assured that these defects will be removed after the servicing and was asked to take the Vehicle as the defects had been rectified. c. After several telephonic complaints to Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer of Your Company), my said Vehicle, was sent to the workshop of Sky Nissan on 22.04.2013 and a part namely (Pad Kit-Disc) of the brake assembly was changed in order to remove the defect from the Vehicle. I was charged an exorbitant amount of Rs. 2, 755 via invoice no. CRIA[protected].04.2013) for the same and was assured that the defect of the noise is removed completely. d. Again, on 04.06.2013, my defective Vehicle was taken for servicing, this time a specific instruction was given by me that the major defects are still persisting in the Vehicle and there is a persistent problem of brakes noise and shifting gears (Between 1st and 2nd). I was Charged Rs. 11, 056/-(Elven Thousand Fifty Six Rupees) via invoice no. CRIA[protected].06.2013) for the said servicing and was again given an assurance that the defects had been removed completely. e. Within few days of the servicing of the Vehicle and making exorbitant payments amounting to more than Rs. 12, 000/- to rectify the defect, to the utter disgust and disbelief, I again started experiencing the same brake noise and gear shifting problems in the Vehicle. I again, as a dissatisfied customer, made numerous telephonic complaints regarding the same to Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer of your Company). Each time I was given a vague and evasive reply that the gear-box and the break assembly of the Vehicle needs replacement and that they have reported the matter to head office which will take time. From June to September, for 3 months nobody from the office of Sky Nissan or any department of your prestigious company, bothered to rectify the defect nor they had the courtesy to inform or reply to me. Aggrieved by the same I again made a written complaint on 06.09.2013 to the corporate office of Your company M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai) explaining clearly the harassment that I have faced and the security risk that I and my family are facing due to the persistent major defect of gear shifting in the Vehicle. But, again till date no reply has been received from any office of yours. f. To my surprise, on 24th September 2013, I received a call from Ms. Aarti (Customs Relation Manager) of Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) to bring the said Vehicle to their workshop for repairs. Also, Mr, Girish (Customs Relationship Department), of Bangluru office called and informed me, that the appropriate part for repair and replacement of the said Vehicle have been delivered at the office of M/s Sameet Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Sky Nissan). As per the information received by me and believing it to be the end of continuous torture I was facing as a customer of Your Company, I took my car for necessary repairs to the workshop of Sky Nissan on 25th September 2013. To the utter shock and disgust, I received a call from Mr. Kapil (Senior Advisor) at the office of Sky Nissan, informing me that the couple of parts required to rectify the defects in the said Vehicle, were not available with them and due to which the defects have not been rectified. Thus, I was asked to take back the car without repair work and was given another false assurance that the necessary parts will be available after few days. I disgusted, mentally harassed, tormented by the most unprofessional attitude of handling of your company’s Customer, was forced to make another written complaint on 30.09.2013 to the corporate office i.e. M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai) explaining clearly the harassment I had faced and the difficulty and security risk me and my family are in, due to the persistent major defect in my Vehicle coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the authorized dealers towards rendering proper services to the customers. Again there was no reply from any of your office or any department regarding the abovementioned complaint till date. g. I, however, upon persistent complaining and pursuing your corporate office & authorized dealer, and literally begging them to rectify the major defects in the said vehicle, finally received a call from Mr. Gagandeep Singh (Service Manager) of Sky Nissan on 16.10.2013, informing me to bring the said Vehicle to their Workshop in order to repair and rectify the said defects by replacing the relevant parts. I took the Vehicle on 18.10.2013 to the said Workshop and received the Vehicle back on 19.10.2013. At the time of receiving the Vehicle from the said workshop of Sky Nissan, to my utter surprise, I was not issued any Retail invoice, which firstly should be given to me as a Right and Secondly, without the said retail invoice, I didn’t know which part of the vehicle has been replaced and what kind of repair had been performed on the said Vehicle. I protested about the said concealment and deceitful efforts of the staff of Sky Nissan and complained verbally to the Senior Manager regarding the same, but it was in vain as he with an evasive attitude gave me a false assurance, that the defects in the Vehicle have been completely rectified and moreover I was issued a manual gate pass on that day. h. Within few days of the said repair work, I started facing the same problems from my Vehicle i.e. the weird noise from the rear right hand side of the Vehicle and weird noice at the time of braking and the hazardous problem of shifting gear. Being totally drained and as a totally dissatisfied customer, I, with the final hope for redressal of my grievances, wrote another complaint on 30.10.2013 to M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai) the corporate office of Your Company explaining clearly the harassment I have faced till date and the difficulty and security risk that me and my family are facing due to the persistent major defect in the Vehicle. But, again till date no reply has been received from the same from any of the offices. 6. That having been used the defective vehicle for almost two years now with the above listed major problems as mentioned in clause 4(e) and (f) due to which I was immediately concerned, as this is a case of a manufacturing defects in the said Vehicle (i.e. Nissan Sunny XVD). . 7. That in view of the above and without prejudice to the above mentioned contents the conduct of all the offices of M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (being jointly and severally liable) are in breach of the understanding with me. I therefore call upon M/s Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. and its various concerned offices, collectively and individually to either make their sincere efforts to resolve my grievances within a period of 5 days from today, provide me with a new Nissan Sunny Car (XVD) model free from any faults and defects or instead return the money paid for the Vehicle purchased immediately so that I can then return the Vehicle forthwith on an ‘as is where is basis’. I call upon all a response to this complaint and action on the part of all the parties to be undertaken within 5 days of receipt of this communication. That in the event the company & its authorized dealer (jointly and severally) fail to comply with my aforementioned demand, within the period as stipulated above, I shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal action, under the Criminal and Civil law against all the parties. Needless to say that Your Company shall be exclusively held responsible for all costs, damages and Mental trauma caused to me and the consequences of the same.                                         I purchased a NISSAN MICRA XV (petrol) model four months before and from the second month only, i have faced many problems in it, first of all noise started coming from the disc pads, i visited to the agency and asked them about the problem, they repaired it but after that some noise started coming from the engine and its like while you drive, engine sounds like a tractor. i am very disappointed with the Nissan Micra, its pathetic car, we drive so smoothly and still then we have to go through many problems.
