About service & spare parts of sunny vehicle

Non Availabilty of Clutch Plate

I purchased Nissan Micra Petrol Car from Chandrani Nissan, Kolkata and it is under Warranty. I have sent my above car for repairing to your workshop on 22nd October. I was informed by Chandrani's representative Mr Shubhro that as Clutch Plate is not available in stock and it will come from Chennai by road therefore only by 31st October my Car will be repaired. I have sent mail to CRM service on 23rd but he is not interested to reply...

WIRING BURNT AND 4-5 MONTHS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR

I am an owner of one of your Nissan sunny car but in Egypt . I did buy it in June 2013 and it is now 2700 km. suddenly it has a problem in the Ble rear wheel. worst after sales by Nissan dealer

My Sunny XL Petrol car is having some serious problems, but the service centre not only just denied to acknowledge it, but also gave me no error clearance.
On Road Service technician found the fault as defective fuel pump, electronic items and use Duplicate Coolant provided by the service centre.
Even after sending so many mails, customer care complains, no result seems to come yet....
