Sub: Manufacturing Defects and the sub-standard quality of After Sales Services provided for Nissan Sunny (XVD) car -bearing Registration No. DL4CNA 6001, Engine No. 020195 and Chasis No. MDHBDAN17C10003138 purchased from Sky Nissan M/s Sameet Motors Private Ltd., New Delhi, India. Dear Sir, With regards the above I wish to bring it to your notice that- 1. That on 15th February 2012, I had purchased an automobile car i.e. Nissan Sunny (XVD) bearing Registration No. DL 4C NA 6001, Engine No. 020195 and Chasis No. MDHBDAN17C10003138 from Sky Nissan, M/s Sameet Motors Private Ltd., New Delhi, manufactured by Your Company., which was intended to be purchased for my personal use. 2. That the said Vehicle was purchased keeping in mind that you are a reputed manufacturer known worldwide for your quality products and services as I was seeking a state of art vehicle having excellent qualities. 3. That it has emerged that problem with the Vehicle as well as the services provided by Sky Nissan started from the first day o[censored]se itself. It may be noted that on taking the delivery of the Vehicle I noticed that the Vehicle was of a sub-standard quality as it had the inherent defects coupled with the deficiency in services the dealer has subjected me, to which has resulted in a horrifying and traumatizing experience that I have gone through in dealing with Your Company as a dissatisfied customer. 4. The problems that I have faced regarding the defects in the Vehicle as well as the substandard quality of after sales services provided by Your company through Sky Nissan, causing harassment to my client are mentioned herein below: a. My Client made the booking of the said Vehicle with Your Company Through Sky Nissan (M/s Sameet Motors Pvt. Ltd.) on 25th December 2011. b. On 11th February, 2012, I received a call from the office of Sky Nissan, informing me that the Vehicle has arrived at the warehouse and I could take the delivery of the vehicle on 13th February, 2012. As per the information received, I was issued an insurance cover mentioning the engine no. D021686 & Chasis no. 17C1002968, Accordingly my financer i.e. M/s Axis bank, New Delhi, remitted the balance amount in to the Bank Account of Sky Nissan (i.e. Authorized Dealer of Your Company) on 13.02.2012. Whereas on 15.02.2012, when I reached the premises of Sky Nissan to collect the delivery of the Vehicle, to the utter shock and disbelief of me, I was delivered the said Vehicle (Nissan Sunny) carrying completely different Engine No. and Chassis No. with a completely new insurance cover. Surprised and confused at the state of affairs, on the assurances of the staff at Sky Nissan, I accepted the Vehicle although under protest. c. Consequently, Sky Nissan (i.e. Authorized Dealer of Your Company) to the utter disgust and shock of me, was charged with an exorbitant amount of Rs. 7000/- (Seven Thousand Rupees) on account of the warehousing charges of which no justification was given to me till date. I was told to receive the delivery of the Vehicle on 13.02.2012 and he collected the same on 15.02.2012. Thus, there was no reason for the payment of such warehousing charges by me. Even though, I paid the same under severe protest and helplessness, as I had no other alternative than to bow down to the unjustified demand of Sky Nissan, in order to take the delivery of my Vehicle. d. Furthermore, Upon getting the delivery of the Vehicle and while driving the same home, I was severely distressed to learn that the new Vehicle, I just purchased had already run 298KM as the same was totally uncommon and moreover it was never informed by Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) to me. Also, on the delivery note details provided to me, it was specifically mentioned that the Tyre make of the vehicle delivered to me were of MRF, whereas after taking the delivery, I was surprised to find out that the tyre of my Vehicle are to be of the make of Bridgestone. I complained about these issues to the office of Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) via telephonic communication to Mr. Sandeep Puri & Mr. Bhatia, but was a given a vague and evasive reply for the same coupled with false assurance that the same shall be taken care of immediately. e. That after Few months o[censored]sing the said Vehicle, I started experiencing a weird sound (Chu-Chu) from the Rear Right Hand Side of the Vehicle. That also, while applying the brakes in the Vehicle the car makes an unusually loud noise like an old truck makes and moreover, the brakes even after completely pressing the brake peddle does not apply properly and the Vehicle still remains in motion. The unusual loud sound made by the vehicle at the time of braking is highly disturbing and makes driving the said vehicle a torturous task. Furthermore, the defects regarding the faulty braking system in the vehicle is highly risky as due to the non application of proper breaks while driving the said Vehicle, me and any co-passenger in the said Vehicle are in constant risk of our life and safety. I made numerous complaints telephonically as well as written about these defects to the offices of the authorized dealer and all the offices of M/s Nissan Motor Co. time and again but no reply have been received till date and these defects in the said Vehicle are persistent till date. f. Also within few months of driving the said Vehicle, I started facing a major problem in Gear shifting of the said Vehicle, as the Vehicle at the time of shifting between 1st and 2nd gear, while in motion, the gears gets jammed in between and it becomes impossible for the driver to stop the vehicle in motion. It is more hazardous than it seems, as the gear-shifting problem is irregular and I have avoided many mis-happening till now. I have complained several times about this major problem to Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) and has been charged heavily by Sky Nissan (the Authorized Dealer) at his workshop for the servicing of the same, but to the utter risk of the safety of me and my family members, the problem still persists. I am in constant danger of my and my co-passenger’s life while driving the said Vehicle. As the said Vehicle is the main source of transportation for me and my family members. 5. Regarding the Major manufacturing defects in the said Vehicle as mentioned in clause 4(e) and (f) above, I have experienced further mental harassment and horrid experience due to the sub standard and deficient services extended to me by Sky Nissan. The sub standard services and the unprofessional attitude of Your Company’s (M/S Nissan Motors Pvt. Ltd.) staff especially by Sky Nissan, are illustrated herein below for your kind perusal: a. On 18th February, 2012, exactly 3 days after taking the delivery of the said vehicle, I, besides complaining telephonically, also sent a written complaint through registered AD to M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai), explaining clearly the harassment I have faced at the time of getting the delivery of the said Vehicle, the same has been clearly reiterated in clause 4(a) (b) (c) and (d) above, for the sake of your convenience. I also sent a reminder for the said complaint on 18.04.2012 at your concerned offices. There has been no reply by any authority or department of your prestigious company till date to me, as the grievances of your customer has fallen on the deaf ears of the staff of Your Company. b. On 06.07.2012, at the time of second servicing of the said Vehicle, I specifically complained about the defects in the said Vehicle i.e. the weird and loud noise (Chu-Chu) coming from the rear Right hand side of the Vehicle at the time of application of the brakes, the non application of the brakes properly even after pressing the brake paddle completely due to faulty braking system and the major problem of the gears getting jammed at the time of shifting from 1st and 2ndgear I was assured that these defects will be removed after the servicing and was asked to take the Vehicle as the defects had been rectified. c. After several telephonic complaints to Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer of Your Company), my said Vehicle, was sent to the workshop of Sky Nissan on 22.04.2013 and a part namely (Pad Kit-Disc) of the brake assembly was changed in order to remove the defect from the Vehicle. I was charged an exorbitant amount of Rs. 2, 755 via invoice no. CRIA[protected].04.2013) for the same and was assured that the defect of the noise is removed completely. d. Again, on 04.06.2013, my defective Vehicle was taken for servicing, this time a specific instruction was given by me that the major defects are still persisting in the Vehicle and there is a persistent problem of brakes noise and shifting gears (Between 1st and 2nd). I was Charged Rs. 11, 056/-(Elven Thousand Fifty Six Rupees) via invoice no. CRIA[protected].06.2013) for the said servicing and was again given an assurance that the defects had been removed completely. e. Within few days of the servicing of the Vehicle and making exorbitant payments amounting to more than Rs. 12, 000/- to rectify the defect, to the utter disgust and disbelief, I again started experiencing the same brake noise and gear shifting problems in the Vehicle. I again, as a dissatisfied customer, made numerous telephonic complaints regarding the same to Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer of your Company). Each time I was given a vague and evasive reply that the gear-box and the break assembly of the Vehicle needs replacement and that they have reported the matter to head office which will take time. From June to September, for 3 months nobody from the office of Sky Nissan or any department of your prestigious company, bothered to rectify the defect nor they had the courtesy to inform or reply to me. Aggrieved by the same I again made a written complaint on 06.09.2013 to the corporate office of Your company M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai) explaining clearly the harassment that I have faced and the security risk that I and my family are facing due to the persistent major defect of gear shifting in the Vehicle. But, again till date no reply has been received from any office of yours. f. To my surprise, on 24th September 2013, I received a call from Ms. Aarti (Customs Relation Manager) of Sky Nissan (Authorized Dealer) to bring the said Vehicle to their workshop for repairs. Also, Mr, Girish (Customs Relationship Department), of Bangluru office called and informed me, that the appropriate part for repair and replacement of the said Vehicle have been delivered at the office of M/s Sameet Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Sky Nissan). As per the information received by me and believing it to be the end of continuous torture I was facing as a customer of Your Company, I took my car for necessary repairs to the workshop of Sky Nissan on 25th September 2013. To the utter shock and disgust, I received a call from Mr. Kapil (Senior Advisor) at the office of Sky Nissan, informing me that the couple of parts required to rectify the defects in the said Vehicle, were not available with them and due to which the defects have not been rectified. Thus, I was asked to take back the car without repair work and was given another false assurance that the necessary parts will be available after few days. I disgusted, mentally harassed, tormented by the most unprofessional attitude of handling of your company’s Customer, was forced to make another written complaint on 30.09.2013 to the corporate office i.e. M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai) explaining clearly the harassment I had faced and the difficulty and security risk me and my family are in, due to the persistent major defect in my Vehicle coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the authorized dealers towards rendering proper services to the customers. Again there was no reply from any of your office or any department regarding the abovementioned complaint till date. g. I, however, upon persistent complaining and pursuing your corporate office & authorized dealer, and literally begging them to rectify the major defects in the said vehicle, finally received a call from Mr. Gagandeep Singh (Service Manager) of Sky Nissan on 16.10.2013, informing me to bring the said Vehicle to their Workshop in order to repair and rectify the said defects by replacing the relevant parts. I took the Vehicle on 18.10.2013 to the said Workshop and received the Vehicle back on 19.10.2013. At the time of receiving the Vehicle from the said workshop of Sky Nissan, to my utter surprise, I was not issued any Retail invoice, which firstly should be given to me as a Right and Secondly, without the said retail invoice, I didn’t know which part of the vehicle has been replaced and what kind of repair had been performed on the said Vehicle. I protested about the said concealment and deceitful efforts of the staff of Sky Nissan and complained verbally to the Senior Manager regarding the same, but it was in vain as he with an evasive attitude gave me a false assurance, that the defects in the Vehicle have been completely rectified and moreover I was issued a manual gate pass on that day. h. Within few days of the said repair work, I started facing the same problems from my Vehicle i.e. the weird noise from the rear right hand side of the Vehicle and weird noice at the time of braking and the hazardous problem of shifting gear. Being totally drained and as a totally dissatisfied customer, I, with the final hope for redressal of my grievances, wrote another complaint on 30.10.2013 to M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai) the corporate office of Your Company explaining clearly the harassment I have faced till date and the difficulty and security risk that me and my family are facing due to the persistent major defect in the Vehicle. But, again till date no reply has been received from the same from any of the offices. 6. That having been used the defective vehicle for almost two years now with the above listed major problems as mentioned in clause 4(e) and (f) due to which I was immediately concerned, as this is a case of a manufacturing defects in the said Vehicle (i.e. Nissan Sunny XVD). . 7. That in view of the above and without prejudice to the above mentioned contents the conduct of all the offices of M/s Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. (being jointly and severally liable) are in breach of the understanding with me. I therefore call upon M/s Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. and its various concerned offices, collectively and individually to either make their sincere efforts to resolve my grievances within a period of 5 days from today, provide me with a new Nissan Sunny Car (XVD) model free from any faults and defects or instead return the money paid for the Vehicle purchased immediately so that I can then return the Vehicle forthwith on an ‘as is where is basis’. I call upon all a response to this complaint and action on the part of all the parties to be undertaken within 5 days of receipt of this communication. That in the event the company & its authorized dealer (jointly and severally) fail to comply with my aforementioned demand, within the period as stipulated above, I shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal action, under the Criminal and Civil law against all the parties. Needless to say that Your Company shall be exclusively held responsible for all costs, damages and Mental trauma caused to me and the consequences of the same.     I purchased a NISSAN MICRA XV (petrol) model four months before and from the second month only, i have faced many problems in it, first of all noise started coming from the disc pads, i visited to the agency and asked them about the problem, they repaired it but after that some noise started coming from the engine and its like while you drive, engine sounds like a tractor. i am very disappointed with the Nissan Micra, its pathetic car, we drive so smoothly and still then we have to go through many problems.

      Saw the program on CNBC the show is very good and I would wish the channel is doing a very good job. I have an issue with Defects in our Car Nissan Sunny XV, No.RJ14 CT 0270 Chassis No. MDHBDAN17C3009352 which I purchased on 30 July 2012. Whenever I complained to Nissan local and National customer care in this context & Nissan have made excuse in this regard, as a result still I have not satisfied from Nissan service because continually facing the lot of problems. Our first complaint dated 16.10.2013 to Nissan but we have received raised a Complaint and 1st time the complain id is: RJROYLJAI[protected]. 17 Oct 2013 And 2nd time the complain id is: RJROYLJAI[protected] on 17 Dec. 13 but as a result still I have not receive the any response by Nissan. We had written that mail after facing back to back disappointments from Nissan service center ‘Nissan ‘ on getting my issues with the car unresolved even after paying a huge amount on service. Whom so ever is reading this mail should think of from a customer point of view, where a car reached from hard earned money for comfort and convenience but “Nissan Sunny “ turned out to be a piece of bluff on wheels . Complaint:-1 1. Newly bought car starts giving humming sound on front wheels as if there is something broken on axle. 2. Response from service center we have resolved the issue and it won’t come in future result. 3. After few days same issue arise. 4. Break system is very poor & risky as I have intimated earlier and regularly facing problem on highway Complaint:-2 1. With the previous issue unresolved, few month later an alien issue on accelerating the car as wheels moves into zig zig motion on its own & break out of control. 2. Response from service center, sir we will keep your car for a day and resolve it. Result They kept the car for 15 days saying spare parts are not available and the issue with acceleration is untraceable but some how we managed to resolve it by replying same this on steely wheel. Complaint:-3 This time I tried from another service center as I thought might be “Royal Nissan” is not capable enough to support, so I discussed with a service center in Lucknow and I was shocked to see their response. Response was: “Sir, we understand your issues and they are completely appropriate, in the past we already had written to company but never received any response from company and so we can’t help it. This all has happened in past five months and I am still trying to find a way out of it and as convenience of which I wrote the trailing mail. Which was responded by company saying we will resolve your issue in next 72 hours. Half of the months have already passed and no support has been received from Nissan, this is a perfect case study of customer dissatisfaction. Now being a educated customer, we can not avoid and will keep trying to get justice from any ways possible.

        I had booked a Nissan Terrano on 13th Nov 2013 and was promised to be delivered in 15-20 days. It is already 1 month now but the dealer has no clue as to when they can deliver. I tried to reach out to Nissan, but I get email confirmation that they will resolve the issue but no resolution in sight. Nissan should stop booking Terrano if they cannot deliver.

          I had booked a Nissan Terrano sight unseen a few months back with a booking amount of Rs.50, 000/- This was done owing to my complete faith and trust in the brand that is NISSAN. Regret to advise that I have faced severe issues and even insults at the behest of your distributor here at Bangalore called SHAHWAR NISSAN. Their sales person one Mr. Prathap had initially promised delivery of the vehicle by end of October. Later when I followed up I was told that it will be delivered by the 20th of November. I insisted on speaking to his supervisor and was put on to someone by the name of Mr. Pawan. He was most rude and told be that all other customers are patiently waiting what is my problem. I explained to him that based on the commitments made by his sales person I had by then sold my second car and now needed this vehicle as my wife and I work in different directions and cant share the same vehicle. His repartee was that this is not his problem. At this stage I complained to Nissan customer care and received an automated email saying that a resolution would be effected within 72 hours. In fact on Monday last, 2 day after my email complaint I receive a call from one Mr. Jason who assure that my issue will be resolved. Indeed after that both Pawan and Prathap called and confirmed delivery by Saturday the 9th (tomorrow) I was satisfied and even made full payment to Prathap. I then received a call on Wednesday (I believe from Nissan Care) asking if the issue is resolved since the dealer is claiming so. I confirmed that yes the issue is resolved and the complaint was closed. Yesterday I received a call from SHAWAR Nissan customer service confirming from me if I will come to take delivery of the vehicle or should they send to my address. I confirmed that shall take delivery personally from showroom. This afternoon to my horror Pawan again calls to say that delivery cannot be made as the vehicle is still in transit. Once again very rude behavior was meted out to me when I wanted to know why I was being treated in such a fashion and why repeatedly commitments were being belied. I asked to speak to his superior but was brusquely told that he represents SHAWAR Nissan and that I cannot go past him. I understand from some automobile brokers that this dealership is allocating vehicles out of turn in lieu of gratis illegally. A racket for collection of a "premium" for new models maybe in the offing. I hope this is not true. However, one thing is certain, your dealerships need to train their sales teams better. Such abrasive and unreliable customer interface will sully the Brand NISSAN

              DEAR NISSAN CEO, I BOUGHT NISSAN SUNNY 2013 FROM EL SAAB3 AUTOMOTIVE IN JUNE . SUDDENLY CAR STARTS TO BE SO HELURIOUS LOUD SOUND WHEN I MAKE 60 KM/H . I WENT TO THE SERVICE TO CHECK WHAT IS IT SOUND AND WHY IT HAPPENDS IF ITS JUST NEW I MADE JUST 6000 KMH AND ITS UNDER WARENTY. CANT MOVE ANY WHERE CANT TRAVEL . SERVICE DONT HAVE THE SPARE PART EACH TIME I CALL THEM PLZ CALL US NEXT, NEXT, ...WEEEEK, , ETC... I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP AND REPLY TO MY ENQUIRY REGARDING THIS SPARE PART.               Dear mr haitham, please check the veh thouroughly. In nIssan sunny vehicles are having rh rear wheel beearing noise and when u braking at 40-60 km speed there is braking loydly noise on that time all the outside people are seeing ur veh about the noise. i[censored]r veh under warranty period for 2Yrs or 50000 km, the dealer wl replace dampers for brake loud noise, wheeL humming noise for wheeL bearing replacement.

                  I purchased Nissan Micra Petrol Car from Chandrani Nissan, Kolkata and it is under Warranty. I have sent my above car for repairing to your workshop on 22nd October. I was informed by Chandrani's representative Mr Shubhro that as Clutch Plate is not available in stock and it will come from Chennai by road therefore only by 31st October my Car will be repaired. I have sent mail to CRM service on 23rd but he is not interested to reply me by mail. On 24th Oct I have been informed over phone by their CRM Service Mr. Indrajit that they have requested their Chennai branch to see whether part is available or not and it will take 4-5 day to check availability of part and car can not be repaired & delivered before Diwali. Ie it will take atleat 15 days for such minor repairs. These types of minor repair never took more than one day when I last owned Hyundai Santro for 10 years. I am unable to understand why such common parts are not available at each and every service station? Why Chennai Office cannot Check and send parts by air in case o[censored]rgency ? Who will bear expenses of Car hire charges which I will be incurring for 10 -15 days because I will have to hire another car, only for gross negligence by Nissan dealer’s non availability of part ?                     Respected Sir, I have booked a Nissan Micra Active XL (Brick Red) on dated 18/08/13 which coatation given me 439878.00 (Coatation Sl.No-2730) & advance given 25000.00 (1st time). Binod Nissan tell me that my car reached Last week of September Month. When I asked about my booked car on dated 20/09/13 then sales man Mr.Manoj Roy said that they are unable for delivery my car before Durga Puja. When I asked about delivery on dated 08/10/13 Sales man given me confirmation that my car will delivered before 25/10/13. When I asked about delivery on dated 05/10/13 then sales man Mr.Roy again said that Nissan Micra XL Actve(Brick Red) not available at factory i'e they can't delivered before 25/10/13 & sales man Mr.Roy given me a offer & suggestion that At Nissan factory 30 nos Micra Primo (Special Edision) available at stock, which Mfg-2012 but brand new condition & all features available with this Primo Car which On Road Price was 630000.00. Mr.Roy told me that If I booked this car then they will given discount Rs-200000.00. If I am interested about this car I can give 50000.00 Advance which is not refundable. As per his confirmation I booked this Special Edision Car(Primo) & given checked of Rs-25000.00(Received No-5862)+ previous advance Rs-25000.00. ( Total advance Rs-50000.00). Nissan Binod sales person call me on dated 17/10/13 & he told me finally company decided for not sell this special Edision car (Micra Primo) & 1st time booking car Nissan Micra Active(Brick Red) available at showroom, I’e they will able for delivery my car. Finally I decided to take my previous booked car, So I went to Binod Nissan Showroom on dated 17/10/13 for buy Nissan Micra Active (Brick Red). I have already 50000.00 Paid to Binod Nissan by checked. As per my Nissan Micra XL Onroad price coatation Rs-439878.00 so, my pending amount should be (439878.00-50000.00)=389879.00 Bank of Baroda Draft given Rs-414878.00+50000.00checked)=464878.00 (Total paid to Binod Nissan) Total amount given to Binod Nissan-Rs-464878.00 and coatation price-439878.00. So I think Nissan Binod refund me Rs-25000.00. But Nissan Binod sales peron Mr.Manoj Roy told me that Rs-3000.00(Approx) amount is refund to me due to Increase of car Price, VAT, Registration, Insurance etc. At that time they told me that my car price is Rs-462000.00 which previous coatation given me Rs-439000.00. So, Nissan Binod told me that refundable Rs 3000.00 will be adjusted when I fitted extra required item. They adjust of Rs-3000.00 & delivered my Nissan Micra Active (Brick Red) car. I am agreed due to some problem it can be delayed for delivery a booking car, But I can’t understand that how several timeBinod Nissan Fraud with a customer . I don’t understand that how my coatation price is changed at delivery time. How is it possible ???                       I own a NISSAN MICRA vehicle bearing registration number AP 28 DH 3999 i have purchased this vehicle on 23/12/2010 and from the day one the service of the vehicle is being done at your service center even a headlight is being replaced at your service center but from the past few service i am undergoing a worst service experience the way they talk and deal with the customer is just horrible recently i have booked a service on 24/09/2010 but till to-date there is no response the break liner and pads which is te most essential part of any vehicle need to be replaced but there's no response how can i run a vehicle without break this kind of service is just horrible there is a 'MY TVS' multi brand car service center on my leased out property just few steps away from my home in-spite of the tvs service center located on my property i am preferring the company service center and waht do i expect in return this kind of service. i even complained Mr Vinod D.G.M laxmi Nissan But still there's no response now tell me what do i need to do and what will your action on my complaint. regards vasu dev [protected] [protected]

                        MICRA PURCHASED IN APRIL-12 AND AFTER 5 MONTHS STARTED GIVING TROUBLE OF BATTERY DISCHARGED AND DEALER CHECKED 3-4 TIMES BUT COULD NOT RESOLVE IT AND TOLD THAT WIRING IS OK. IN AUGUST WIRE BUNCH BURNT AND CAR GIVEN TO DEALER. AS ON TODAY THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR NEITHER REPLACING THE CAR. CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS AHMEDABAD DEALER RESPONSE ARE VERY POOR AND CARELESS AND JUST INTERESTED IN SELLING THE CARS. PRACTICALLY I RUN THE CAR FOR 6 MONTHS AND 3000 KM ONLY.

                          I am a victim of poor customer service... I am from Egypt I am writing with lot of hopes as I am completely frustrated and disappointed with the services of Nissan. after 2 weeks owning a new sunny 2013, i found a fiber which is over the fronted glass is laying under.i went to your agency (modern motors) in Egypt (dokki station and abou rawash)to fix it several time but they failed. after 6000 km suddenly i heard whizzed sound of brake lining. i went to abou rawash station ,they sanded it and said it is ok. at the next day i heard the same sound so, i went again with the same problems (brake lining and the front glass). they said we should substitute the brake lining, brake master and drums but unfortunately we don't have drums or brake lining. i went to dokki station and there they changed brake lining and drums. after 10,000 km i heard a horrible sound came with accelerating speed. i went to auto egypt ( abou rawash). engineering there diagnosed as a rear wheel bearing. as the same, they don't have spare part. my car is there in the station since 5 days with no progress. really i am on the way to hate Nissan Sunny. also my friends owning the same modules, but they still in safe. please help me by anyway. i lost a lot of time , trust and money.please don't lose your reputation in Egypt.

                            I know many people have faced similar issues. couple of them i have found above itself. lets get together and get compensated. I Own Micra Petrol XV model, Clutch plate of my car has been broken down and my car has been used by single hand and KM reading on day of breakdown is 13k only... Service center person blame on us that due to our driving style this has been broken. I am driving car is driving other cars from last 10 years and also having more than enough experience for driving, before Micra. Then why in this technology problem arise in such km and we also heard about failure of Clutch plates in Micra we also seen other micra which has broke its clutch plates in 4000 km and all Service center person estimates us approx 9000 for repair why should we pay this amount while we drove only 13k km which is nothing for four wheel and What is the durability of Technology that just broken down on only 13k km only??? i had similar issues with ABS breaks last year and after a lot of efforts nissan replaced them.                                     I have a top end Micra which comes fitted with Air Bags. Two weeks back my car went over the so called "Monsoon Delhi Roads" and the airbags promptly opened. It broke the wind shield and caused so much scare to the driver that he is still shaken up. Can' imagine how the air bags can open without an impact. To add to my woes, niether the company (NISSAN) nor the insurance company are ready to take up the matter. NISSAN says that this is not a manufacturing defect and the insurance company believes otherwise. My car has been parked with BM NIssan at Faridabad for the past 3 weeks and the dealer has no clue when this matter will be resolved and if the air bags are in stock or not. NISSAN has been completely non commital on the incdent. Sad to know that Japanese, who talk so much about quality and prompt service have such a poor response to what seems to be a recurring problem. People have complaint on this forum about a similar issue. The insurance company also tells me that they have had similar claims.                                         Dear Sir, I have purchased Nissan Micra car in June-2013 by name SHAILESH PANCHUBHAI JANGAM within one month there is problem in my power windo will not opreting since 40days i was complaint to local delar Aster Nissan Vadodara workshop in month July-13 . Engineers & other technical staff inspected my vehicle and told me that the power window motor's problem they will change me but due to not availablty in work shop till date. I have sent my vehicle two-three times still they are told me they dont have parts in thier stock now let me tell what i do?
