Dear Nissan Egypt, Please send a copy to NISSAN head office in egypt I would like to report a complaint about being subjected to a car accident driving one of Nissan's sedan Sunny models before completing 650 km !! The reason for filing this complaint is that during the accident, when I suddenly found another car before me in the opposite direction., is that when I pressed the brakes hard, the response of the breaks was very poor & may have caused the collision in my opinion. It clutched too hard, then went completely loose, the thing which made my car sway from side to side & collide with the car I was trying to avoid. Added to this, after the collision, I was thankful my wife wasn't killed in the accident, as the right fender was completely squashed as if it was a piece of paper, showing the car body to be extremely weak & lacking proper safety measures. I am very disappointed & dissatisfied with the first Nissan car I ever bought on the good reputation I heard from friend, to find the car having such major issues that could be life-threatening! I do hope that Nissan Egypt will do the needful to resolve this problem that I believe was mainly caused by defects in the car fabrication & components, without resorting to Nissan International, as this car was fabricated in Egypt, unlike other Nissan makes.     I bought Nissan Terrano on 16.8.2015 from Nigla Nissan Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Lekhi village, Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, My car Engine No.D039451, Chasis No.MDHHSNA36E2006920, SGrey Color, XV Diesel with Regn.No. AR01H0655 has a major leakage from the bottom of the Car floor, Rain water or splashes of water gushed inside my car from the leaked portion of my car floor, there was pool of water inside my car, the floor carpets specially the cotton linens and fabrics got soaked all the time which could not be get noticed by me in time, resulting to decaying of the cotton pads and materials used as floor carpet of my car, it stink terribly with bad odours, and when I rushed to the aforesaid dealer from where I purchased the car, the attitudes were so unprofessional with no care for its customer, the callous attitude of the dealer and asking me to pay for the adhesive used(Paste) to seal the leakage was horrifying experience, However, I argued vehemently and refused to pay as per their claim, which has no fault of me rather a manufacturing defect of the car, that too had occurred 10 to 11 months from the date of my purchase. It pained me most is that i have paid more than 13 Lakhs bucks for a non reliable SUV which doesnt matched for its value and comport.I dont know what kind of defective parts I will come across in the time to come.God bless Nissan Terrano and all the esteemed customers.

DEAR SIR, I booked one such car (Nissan terrane xv) ON 15TH JUNE 2015 at (AARIYA NISSAN, HIMMATNAGAR, GUJRAT, INDIA) on same day delivered. its going tone and half month to buy a car, but now dealer is not passing my car on till date. i have make to many call and mails dealer and Nissan india also, but they didn’t respond my calls and numerious mail trom the dealer. Then i contacted the head office of Nissan india and get reply that someone will contact me from AARIYA NISSAN, HIMMATNAGAR, GUJRAT, INDIA, which they did not do. By this time I was so fed up of your company its open way to cheating people of there money and time. I demanded you will take hard step to dealer and NISSAN INDIA. I again wrote to the head office but they did not satisfied answer to me. We in india do not expect such dishonesty and cheating from Nissan which used to be a prestigious company for us .It is shame that JAPAN, which is known for its truthfulness and honesty, should established a company in india to cheat the INDIAN people. Sir, you as CEO should be aware of these fact of course from the people fouram.and please make sure for solve my problem as soon as possible.         Note that I had bought new car from Nissan (Micra Model) 4 years back which was my first car from Nissan total run just 50K KM. I had brought this car on basis of advertisements showing good performance, reliability& durability. But in very start I was being cheated by Nisaan dealer(Sky Nissan, Moti Nagar) as he took money for extended warranty but not registered the vehicle for extended warranty with Nissan. Now again I am being cheated in the same way as now parent company is not taking responsibility of sudden failure of parts due to inferior quality part being used. I had purchased this vehicle on trust that Nissan is known for providing Durable Quality vehicle having global presence. Due to such kind of experience had with such big brand I had faced lot of mental harassment due to the sudden break down of Micra Car and moreover the responsibility shown from a reputable global brand Nissan is being pathetic. Now I am being told to replace the parts and need to pay 1Lac as cost to replace the parts with which my car market value has gone to nil in less than 4 years. With such kind of experience on quality, reliability & service from such a big brand I cannot trust any more on this brand.

            I gave my car to rectify a defect in the ac in Feb/Mar '15. The car was returned after service and I noticed small issues with pick up and engine noise but the service station assured me that all was kosher. The AC stopped working after 2-3 weeks and the car's mileage reduced significantly. I also told the service guy that the engine was making a lot of noise but he said that was normal. I asked them to pick up the car last week and scheduled an appointment. However the driver dude never turned up to pick up the car. This after he called me like 20 times to tell me that he was on his way. He then scheduled a pick up for this Monday and never turned up. Same story on Tuesday and Wednesday. This is disgusting service by the Nissan folks

                To, The General Manager, Customer Service - Nissan Motors India (P) Ltd., Dear Sir, I'm very much disappointed with the poor customer service in "Rajeswari Nissan" service centre at Erode in Tamilnadu. Our vehicle(TN 34 T 7857) meet with an accident on 24th May 2015 by self-driving of my father. There is no injury or third party involved. We have handed over the vehicle to the service centre on the same day(24th May 2015) with the help of Nissan road side assistance. They assured me to complete the service by 21 to 25 days, that means they to complete the work by 15th june 2015. Now it is july 9th, that means more than 45 days. Still they have not complete the work by 20 or 25%. Once we enquired through telephone, they said another one week time needed to complete. kindly take necessary action to the corresponding peoples to complete the service and deliver.                     This is my second complaint in 1 year for the poor after sales service when it comes to Ritu Nissan. Though sending the vehicle for service, they billed me 3300 without giving the details of the expenses. To my surprise I found that they cannot do clippings of the bumper, engine noise was not rectified, AC climate control not working at 24 degrees. Upon inquiring they said that I should go for insurance claim as the repair cost is more than 35000. I cannot believe the after sales service of a small car with minor problems are so heavy on pocket. Or is it a serious problem with the dealership which is notorious for hefty bills? Car registration no is MH 05 BS 7241
                    I would never advice anyone to buy a Nissan car. A strict no for any vehicle from Ritu dealership.

                      Dear Arun, My vehicle Nissan Micra, KA53MC2424 was bought on 09.Apr.2015. I raised a complaint on the vehicle floor fabric and seat being so soiled . It really appears like the vehicle was used for testdrives and demos and finally registered in my name. The delivery was taken on evening 5:00 pm and next day morning when I remove the plastic covers all these were discovered. Multiple followup from 10.Apr until now has given no result. The complaints service number is a huge firewall and I finally managed to speak to Vikram who is your Service manager, I understand. Now I am intimated that I have to live with whatever was delivered. In all fairness, the least I expect Nissan to do is to take the vehicle and refurbish with new seat covers and the floor fabric . Instead, shawar Nissan, from whom I bought has done the job of cleaning them with soap. I am a ardent fan of Hyundai and Volkswagen. This is the first time, I bought a nissan . I am going to disssuade anyone looking for Nissan. Certainly I am going to find the email ID of Nissan Quality head, sales head and whoever else responsible for customer satisfaction and ask is it a fair thing Nissan and Shawar Nissan has done.                         Dear Sir, I am a user of Nissan sunny car, The car is under warranty but the ac is stopped working, i visited the service center Neo Niassan in sector 3 noida they said we do not have the electrician here please visit the other branch in sector 63 noida. i visited there they said that the compressor of the ac is not working we have to replace this . i told them that car is under warranty please replace the faulty part . Now they set a example of pathetic after sale service they asked me to wait for 15 day and meet there manager his told me that it might take 1 month as well he cannot assured the time. It seems that they want to replace the part in warranty . now my question is to Nisaan ceo that is the commitment this company made to the india buy's who are spending there hard earn money in Nissan because this is the well known brand . i thing if they cannot fulll fill the commitment they should not play with the customer emotion's.please help me to get this issue resolved.

                          i had give my micra car for service with extended warrenty and the dealer which is verst dealer in kerala state called evm kalamassery has rejected my claim for lower arm in both sides which is making heavy noise while we drive they aske me to pay 4000 rs which since i have recommeneded nissan vehicle to lot of people and now i repel for that, now i understand why nissan vehicles is not selling thier car than other vehicles

                            I own the above said car which was sent through our driver Mr Puran Singh for service to your workshop on 30/05/2015 for regular service. The service advisor Mr Abhishek Shukla called me and informed me that estimated cost of service will be 6500.00 approx. He never disclosed the specific jobs/works/repairs to be undertaken in the car. I told him about persistent complaint of gear transmission, pending for more than one year. Apart from regular service the jobs undertaken at workshop viz; wheel alignment and balancing, EGR spray were neither sought by us nor informed to us. However I was billed for the jobs neither sought nor required. On protest the advisor said that the EGR spray work is mandatory and performed after interval of every 10000km to take care of mileage and pick-up problem of car. I asked for service manual for the same but was denied. The tyres of vehicle were replaced few days back and wheel alignment and balancing was done. Neither I was experiencing any complaint regarding balancing and alignment nor with mileage or pick up of the car. The other car UP32 EZ 9330 owned by me was recalled by company for brake problem. Till date on braking strange loud sound can be heard. This has been informed and reported several times but to no avail. Please refer our mail sent to you on 23/06/2014 I take this opportunity to inform you that I am hugely disappointed with the state of affairs with your service centre in Lucknow. If these issues are not settled immediately to our satisfaction I will be forced to escalate the matter.

                              Dear sir I am very disappointed with the behavior of Mr. Jitendra yadav (accidental department) at Nissan service centre sitapura Jaipur. We don't expect such misbehavior from such a reputed company's employee. There has been a sheer fault at service centre end. They have mishandled my micra and broke the front bumper and head light inside the service centre. I requested them gently to fix the loss done by them but on this issue Mr. Jientra yadav misbehaved with me. I am really shocked to see such misbehaviour by your company's staff.                                 Sir, I would like to bring to your notice a fraud being committed at BM Nissan Faridabad Haryana. I, Raj Kumar Malhotra, age 64, am being cheated out of Rs 5000 from this dealer due to false claims and promises made by Mr. Sayed a representative of this dealership. I was interested in buying Nissan sunny and asked for a test drive. A Mr.Mohan from this dealership came to my house for the same and made a presentation of the same car and explained me the deal. He asked me to get my papers ready for finance purposes and I clearly explained to him what documents I have. Next day Mr Sayed came along with Mr. Mohan who asked me for booking amount which I wanted only wanted to be Rs 5000 but he made promise that money is safe and I should pay Rs.21000. The problem starts from the point when bank refused to finance me. Mr. Sayed started asking for documents which I already made clear to him and to Mr.Mohan that I do not have. Today 13/06/2015. they refunded me Rs 16000 and deducted Rs.5000. When I asked for my balance amount Mr Sayed asked me to get documents which I already told him I do not have. I asked for General Manager of BM Nissan Mr.Singh to take up the issue with him but he was more ignorant and arrogant than Mr. Sayed and his reply on matter was that No Consumer Forum Can Do Anything( and yes these were his exact words) and money will not be refunded. Mr Mohan, Mr. Sayed and various other employee of BM Nissan visited me on several other occasions but never ever told me about this policy. Its not matter of money but ethical sense of doing business they never told me about this policy and if I would have known would never have paid them. The dealership clearly cheated me out of Rs.5000 by making false promises via there employees. They with this policy can cheat any number of persons by making false claims and late on not refunding the money. Kindly do the needful and help me out.                                   Dealer Name - Neo Nissan Noida Dealer Address- sector 3, Noida Car Owner Name - Yash Upadhyay Car Reg Number- HR 26 BT 7650 In 2014 (around jul aug) I took my car for front brake noise. Dealer kept the car for full day and delivered the car in the evening telling me that there was dust in the brakes and that was the reason for the noise. Next day itself the brake noise again started coming. I called up the dealer and they again called my car, did something and returned my car. The problem was still there. I took my car again and again several times but the problem was not solved. In Oct 2014 the dealership advised me to get the brake disc and few other brake parts changed. They told me that the problem will definitely be fixed. I got the parts changed which costed me around Rs 10000. The car's odometer reading was 38000 km then. After the parts replacement also the brake noise didnt go away at all. The dealership has called my car several times since then but the problem is still there as it is. I have called the General manager (service) Mr Michael several times but never got a proper response. I have even registered many complaints at Nissan's customer service but there hasn't been any resolution.

                                    I had sent my vehicle Micra CH01AQ0654 for service on[protected], AC was not working properly then on[protected] again I had to send the vehicle for gas filling .Again on[protected] gas filling was done no proper response. Again on[protected] the veihcle was sent to your authorised service station, Hind Motors at 10 AM and even they could not provide the vehicle till 8PM on[protected] Kindly improve your service partner in Chandigarh, it seem the people have been rusted and there is no proper person to handle including Mr.Madan who makes false and un wanted promises. I think you should find some reliable business partner.

UP-20-AL 8560, today morning I visited GS MOTORS, Meerut for complaint in front screen viper, according to them motor is faulty, since morning no body is ready to tell about the availabilty of spare parts, on continuing approach at 1 pm they said part is not available, they said they dont know when the part is available at service centre.They treat me very rudely.In my joint Business family we have got 6 Maruti Suzuki cars of various models, I will never refer any body in my whole life togo For Nissan.I live 110 far from your Meerut service center .Very Disgusting.This way you treat your customers.
