hello, I am a Nissan micra customer. I am so sad that my car has break down more than 4 times . My car is on warranty period. The worst customer care service I have saw from Nissan they are least bother about customer till today they haven't solved my problem i don't now what to do kindly help me if possible. contact no [protected]

    I OWN A MICRA NISSAN XV PREMIUM 2011 MODEL. HAVING ENQUIRED WITH THE HYDERABAD DEALER I WAS TOLD THE COST FOR THE SPARE KEY INCLUDING SERVICE CHARGES RS 14000-00.THIS IS NOTHING BUT EXPLOITATION AND FLEECING.THIS IS BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE.SERVICE AGENT EXPLAINED ME THAT THE WHOLE REMOTE WITH KEY HAS TO BE CHANGED WITH A NEW PASSWORD.I TOLD THEM TO GIVE A KEY WITH THE SAME PASSWORD .BUT THEY TOLD US THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE.NISSAN HAS A MONOPOLY AND AS SUCH I SHALL HAVE TO PAY WHATEVER THEY DEMAND FOR THE REPLACEMENT KEY OR ELSE BEAR DON'T BUY.     By mistake my car key got washed in my washing machine and has stopped working. I dried it with hair dryer and replaced the battery. It worked for a day and stopped again. I need help. I left ve in bangalore

      I am an owner of a Petrol Nissan Micra for 4 years now. I have had many issues with the services provided by the dealership. Firstly the cars are being used as donor cars for other customers to repair their cars. There is no transparency in the prices of the spare parts. The quality of the staff is pathetic. My car performs much worse after each visit to the service center. Even after repeated complaints there is no response from the management. The management is very rude towards the customers. I no there would be no response from the company but I am writing this to help others not to buy a Nissan car ever.

          Dear CEO, I want to complain regarding my problem have Nissan patrol 2010, before 4 month I give my car to service center to repair something in the engine. After that they call me to test the car and then take it once I try it with the technician I feel the car is not perfect, after that we back to service center, the problem happened the car burned, They acknowledged the mistake is from them, now I don’t make big problem . I want to disband issue amicably and asked for compensation but they refused and they said we'll give you an amount of 110 000 dir hams, the problem is they don’t have the same car of this amount I want same my car for this I would like to let you know to find me a solution to this problem, and so far I did not make a complaint to the court, with the knowledge that I can file a complaint with them because this problem caused to me the physical and psychological damage, because I imagine if my daughter and my wife were with me that time of the incident and, secondly, because I do have any anther car and also they don’t offer to me to use car until they resolve this issue. Finally I am looking for your action regarding this issue,

            I RUPESH KUMAR BOOKED DATSON GO+ T ON 3 MARCH 2015 FROM TREO NISSAN DELHI .IT WAS SAID THAT THE CAR WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME BY 21 MARCH 2015.I M A RESIDENT OF ALLAHABAD AND CAME DELHI TO JUST GET MY NEW CAR AS ALL DUES WERE CLEAR AND SHOWROOM COMMITTED ME TO DELIVER THE CAR ON VERY FIRST HALF OF 21 MARCH.BUT AS I ARRIVED DELHI IN MORNING OF 21 WITH MY BROTHER N A DRIVER WHICH I HIRED FROM ALLAHABAD JUST TO DRIVE IT FROM DELHI TO ALLAHABAD FOR ME.NOW ANYHOW THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON THE SAME DAY BUT NO TRADE CERTIFICATE OR ANY DOCUMENTATION WAS DONE.I BEARED THE LOSS AND STAYED IN DELHI SO AS TO GET THE DOCUMENT ON MONDAY SO THAT I COULD MOVE AHEAD WITH MY CAR TO ALLAHABAD ON MY OWN EXPENSES.               Respected sir ma'am, I met with an accident on June 22 2014 in Delhi and my car Nissan terrano got damaged from the right side. I took my car to Nissan kaizen for servicing. They told me to come after 2 weeks but they didn't deliver it after two weeks then I went to take my car after one month and when I went for a test drive there was problem in airbag as what they told me. So they called me after a week when I went there the car was better then it was from the last visit. But after the delivery when I was coming from Delhi to Dehradun to where I belong the spare tyre stand hook broke off on the road so I called them from ghaizibad and they said sorry for the inconvenience. But when I came to dehradun and got my car checked from Nissan oberia so they told that the nuts and bolt were missing and the part was damaged, I was shocked as the part was in good shape when I gave it to kaizen Nissan. The other parts were also missing and a shocker mount was also damaged. I don't know why they did not change the shocker mount then and there, but they agreed to sent me the spare tyre stand. But other parts they said they won't be able to help. Now I m facing so new problems as they are sounds coming from shocker mount and steering wheel assembly. I feel they have not done their work properly. And if you don't believe u can ask the dehradun dealer service manager vikrant tiwari as he was helping me in dehradun. Please look into my matter as Nissan and their Delhi dealers have cheated me and I will suggest not to buy any car from Nissan dealers. I can send u some more pictures i[censored] want.                 Dear Sir I would like to bring in your notice that recently I bought Nissan Micra safety, which was booked in the month of December and delivery was given to me on 06.01.2015, from your dealer in Jammu And Kashmir (Kashmir division) and he promised/assured to provide matting as an add on for my new car. But it is unfortunate that more than one month has passed, he has not provided me the same till date; and as such spoiling company’s image. Besides this Rs4500 (Rupees four thousand five hundred ) cash was given to me as additional benefit whereas the scheme at that time was of Rs25000/=. This I am sharing with you only because, may be he will be getting the whole amount from you and in turn may be not transferring the benefit to the customer.                   Dear Sir, Ref.: Nissan Micra TN01 AS 2073 Mobile # [protected] My vehicle was hit by another vehicle and to repair it I have left my vehicle at Jubilant Nissan (Service Centre) at Gerugambakkam, Chennai. I have insurance with United India Insurance. As it happened to be Saturday and Sunday, I have to leave my car at this service station. Cost estimate given by this service station is Rs.49, 500/-, as it was too expensive I had decided to do it outside for cheaper rate (Rs.9, 500/). When I asked the service station people to return my car, they said that I have to pay Rs. 1, 000/- for taking the vehicle (NO service was done by them, vehicle untouched). This is total atrocious. I have send my car for services for 3 times. All my experience had been bad so far. Regards, Durai

                    I had very bad expiriance for Nissan micra desal. I buy this car on aug 2012 and now I have lock set problam in micra so I keep my car in pramookh Nissan in Surat and now they told me that I have extended warranty is there but not regular service so this reason they will not replace lock set and they will charge for 50000. Which is very very high so I suggest do not by any Nissan car coz when u buy they talk good and when u have problam then they talk like this.

                    I had same problem with my nissan micra 2012.
                    I had to replace Steering lock unit at the expense of 45000 INR.

                    Nissan is cheating on us by making cheap quality of parts.
                    We need to raise our voice. Please also email your complaint on customercare.[protected]@email.nissan.in

                    I emailed to nissan, they are just asking to speak to service center and service center guys dont have answer why this type of part can fail. one of them said it can go off anytime like electric bulb...

                    This service centers are having really poor quality of work done. Tragedy was with me that my car went to Nissan service center just after 15 days part got failed.
                    I suggest to post your experience on as many as websites to let people know about such a cheap quality of parts of Nissan.

                      I have been left with no option other than to bring it into your notice that I deeply feel harassed by your dealers/company despite being a privileged owner of Nissan X trail. I purchased Nissan X-trail vehicle manufactured by your esteemed co. in the year 2010 from your dealer M/S Bhagat Nissan, Mohali Chandigarh but wasn't expecting such a poor after sale services & irresponsible behavior from such a high held organization. I reported a problem of abnormal sound of engine to your Chandigarh based dealers several times but no satisfactory rectification was done till date. I also visited M/s Barkalay Nissan, Chandigarh regarding the same problem many times but there also I didn't get the problem resolved; every time I relate the problem to any of your dealers I get coaxing by so many tales either on one pretext or on other. I request you to look into the matter and get my vehicle problem properly resolved so that I m not compelled to seek justice from Court of Law.

                                This refers to my Vehicle number RJ45 UA 0206 GIVEN FOR Engine Noise REPAIR TO YOUR JAIPUR DEALER ROYAL NISSAN.

                                We regret to inform you that our vehicle was handed over to us after one month and the was not been repaired as per our satisfaction.We are still facing the problem and it is not been rectified by your dealer.Every time we go he refuses to provided us the services and shown his inability to repair the problem...Our person use to sit there for whole day and at the end of the day they say we do not have the parts...We have also given the complaints to your customer care division...but still did not get any response..

                                Now we are facing new problem that is engine Noise and we handover our car to dealer work shop dated 23/7/2014 . We don't get any satisfactory answer from workshop . We are facing many problem without vehicle .

                                  Guys, here is my experience of 1 month after purchasing Sunny from Ne0Nissan Noida I got Nissan Sunny, and would say pathetic after sales service. a) I went for 1000 km check up(company provides it), i was told to wait for 1 hour and got car in 3 hours b) My registration number was not given on time even after regular follow ups and I ended paying money to police and have to take taxi for work and family outing. Spoke to Gm and he promised me a time when I will get the registration number but even he stopped taking my phone after breaking his promise thrice.| c) On regular checkup i got black marks on my new seat covers, a very small dent. Overall a very pathetic service experience

                                    I have purchased a sunny car having Reg no MH02 8422 from Mr. Rakesh Dutt on inspection of car it was found that the entire engine compartment was found rusty, even on all 4 door it was found rust it is shock and surprise that even the car servicing was done in June 2014 the rusting was not removed in spite of easily noticeable. The car was brought to the service center on 7th August 2014 and shown to the company represented it was further shocked that he informed me that I had to pay charges for removing the rust from the car due to warranty expire in July.Please note that the companey and the service center is Vicariously liable for the service and quality of product.Please note expiry of warranty is the lame excuse car was attended by workshop when it was in warranty. Still your companey take same stand then I will have no other remedies but to file complaint before consumer forum at your own risk and cost. You are once again requested to do need full to avoid further litigation.

                                        both keys not operated, send for repair to workshop, on[protected], driver name IRFAN took my car to workshop

                                        till today it is not repaired and the, -Malti do not care about my call- daily since three days nor reply me.

                                        dealer says still more days will take place to go for repair. I was told on21/6/14 that i will get my car back on monday 23/6/14, but till today it is not repaired, pl get it repaired urgently, unable me to go daily gandhinagar, or give me a service car temperily
