My car is due for 1st service and I have called Sheriff Nissan service center as I have bought the car from Sheriff Nissan for registering my 1st service due.

I wanted to take my on 04/24/12 and given request before 10 days but they haven't registered any request and not given any request no even asking.

When I called on 04/24/12 no responce from their end, they simply pushing of stating reason Manpower shortage.

Also Iam facing break problem some noise is coming they are telling it is Nissan global issue for Micra car and they have to get a reply from Nissan Motors they are telling.

Sheriff Nissan is not showing any kind of professionalism while handling with customer they are treating very harshly not responding.

Iam very much worried of my future services.

    I purchased a Nissan Sunny Petrol (XV) black car from Jubillant cars (Nissan dealer in Chennai). It is registered on my wife's name (Rupali Das). Before taking delivery we found multiple scratches on the car and also it was run 99 kms already. I suspect that the dealer has sold a used / test drive car to me. Since the car registration was over, i didnbt have a choice but to take delivery of the car after the painting. I was not happy with the dealer and gave my comments but no one has taken my complaint seriously. There were some survey companies (appointed by Nissan) who called me and noted the complaint but never turned back.

    I want to reach Nissan company directly and ask for a compensation amount by way of a discount (refund from company). Please look into this and advise me urgently.

      Sub- Complaint against Nissan and Orion Nissan Dealer in Vashi Navi Mumbai

      Sir/Madam,
      I had booked a car-Nissan Sunny XL(Petrol) (Browns grey ) on[protected]Receipt No.- 1355 cash Am Rs 1,00000 on the time of Booking ) & Receipt No.- 1516 Am Rs 6,72704 after 40 days, at Orion Nissan Vashi Navi Mumbai, During the booking i was promised that they will delivery the car within 40 days of booking, so i decided to go for Nissan Sunny petrol as the diesel was getting late.

      On the 40th day they called me & said that the car is in Transit & they will deliver the car within 10 days so kindly deposit the remaining balance of Rs 6,72704. ASAP
      So on 10th march2012 i transferred the full loan amount..
      Now as per the 1st written promise i should have revived the car by 15th of march, but since there was no reply i called then again on 15th they said we will call you once your car is here. the car is in transit.
      on 18th march i went to their office & there i spoke with their team leader, some how he convinced me that car is in transit today so it will be delayed for another 15 days.this time he had given in writing & stamped this was his 2nd written promise.
      now on 28th march when i called up they said we dont know what is the status of your car & hence it will further delay, so then i decided to speak with their General Manager & ask him where is my car exactly . now again he some how convinced & promised me that you will get your car on 3rd of April2012 this was their 3rd promise...
      so when i called then on 2nd april to know about my status ..they are still saying me that the car will still further delay for another 15 days....that means delivery after 80 days....for a petrol car..
      on the 2nd april The General Manager said me that if you cancel your booking you will get your full money with interest, & on the evening The CRM of that Orion Nissan call me up & says the car is delayed, if you want you can cancel your booking, but we will not refund your interest rate for the loan amount.
      This time i lost my temper & decided to complaint against them on consumer court.

      The Dealer( Orion Nissan ) has cheated me & took the full amount of RS 7,72704 by giving me a wrong information of that the car is in Transit, or else they had sold my car to some one else for higher price.
      Now I want them to Compensate for the money which i had taken loan amount from the bank at 12% interest rate + loan cancellation amount + the 65 days of time they have wasted & upsetting my mind & plans of holidays. I want then to Compensate at least an Rs 50,000 for the inconvenience.

      Even I have the similar experiance with Orion Vashi. I am waiting since 3 Mar for my Nissan Sunny XLD. They have cheated me too in the similar way by collecting Rs.7, 90, 785/- but could not provide a date in which they can delivery the car.

        I BOOKED NISSAN SUNNY DIESEL XL MODEL IN JEEVEN NISSAN DEALER FROM MADURAI,TAMILNADU.BOOKING DATE WAS 6.2.2012.I MADE FULL PAYMENT ON 5.3.2012.DEALER SAID MY VEHICLE WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 40 DAYS FROM INITIAL BOOKING 10 DAYS FROM MAKING FULL PAYMENT.MY VEHICLE WAS ALLOTED ON 16TH MARCH AND WIN NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO ME.THE NEXT DAY THE GM OF JEEVAN NISSAN MR.TAMARAI KANNAN INFORMED ME THEY RECEIVED A MAIL COMUNICATION FROM NISSAN THAT MY VEHICLE IS ALLOTED AND BILLED AND WILL GET THE CAR DELIVERED IN FEW DAYS.AFTER TWO DAYS WHEN I CONTACTED HE SAID THE CAR BILLING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO DELAY IN TRUCK AND WILL TAKE FEW MORE DAYS.FINALLY MY CAR WAS BILLED ON 21ST MARCH WITH NEW INCREASED PRICE POST BUDGET.I HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THIS SINCE THEY HAVE INCREASED PRICE DUE TO DELAY.PLS GUIDE ME HOW SHOULD I PROCEED AND CAN I COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.I FEEL CHEATED BECAUSE OF THIS ACT FROM NISSAN.

        I filled up with diesel on Sunday 27 September 2008 and it cost me R9, 57 a litre and this morning 1 October 2008 after the diesel price came down 40c last night i payed R10, 21 a litre...

          Sub: Formal complaint about Car Engine noise.

          Dear Sir,

          With subject to above caption, I purchased a new car Nissan Micra XVD (Diesel) on May 20th 20011 and car engine is not working properly, after starting a car engine make some weird noise. After first service engineers told me that car consumes 1.5 liters engine oil at 5000 km. We have heard about Nissan brand that it became the second largest car manufacturer in 2011, Nissan Micra ranks no.1 in India.

          Kindly treat this as a formal complaint about the poor services rendered by your company on various occasions in the past. The most recent service which has not met with our expectations was on 31jan 2012, I have called the toll free number and the complaint noted by agent name as Vishwajeet and complaint number is DH[protected], he said someone will call me but did not get any revert. Again I called the toll free number and call taken by Yash I have explained him the same problem and got a new compliant number which is DH[protected], then after few days one engineer came from Chennai and he checked everything and recorded the weird noise making by car engine and he said he will get back to me within two weeks. And its been more than a two weeks and that I did not get any revert from their end. When I attempted to resolve the issues with the dealership, I was rudely treated by employees, who merely responded that this is still under observation. I am certain these employees are not the type of people you want representing your fine company. Moreover, I know that you stand by your vehicles, and the one I purchased is clearly not up to company standards. I have suffered a great deal of personal hardship, including lost wages and emotional distress, trying to resolve this issue.

          All our earlier complaints have fallen on deaf ears and we are left with no recourse but to lodge a formal complaint with you.


          To resolve the problem, we would appreciate your concern.

          We look forward to receive an explanation by phone or an email from you on the day you receive this letter, our contact number is: [protected].

            The worst and Stupid manger i saw in my Life.....

            I was intrested to Buy Micra on 1st Feb 2012, but Jalandhar, Manager Ajay Tandon told us to buy on 27 Jan...

            How Much Cash, Cheque and Loan we are taking already it was Mention to him and on Last moment the Loan Clearance was not done on Time by Bank, it was tobe done on 28-Jan-2012 morning only. at 5 pm we got the message that Clearance is not done Today..and same inform to Car Comany also that our loan is not approved and it will be cleared Tommorow.

            So i got the Call from Dealer that u can come to showroom and take the Car, I Booked the taxi Cab and they was coming at 30 minutes.

            But after 15 minutes i got call that how much cash u have and can u arrange more cash.. as it was 6'o Clock and i cant make or arrange any payment i said i have few thousands extra that i can gave u..

            and then the Drama Starts and i was calling them for make me clear that we should come to ur showroom to pick the car or not
            i get the answer Manger is in Meeting and we will inform u, plz wait.... and same time 30 miuntes pass away and i getting call fromTaxi Cab that u wan taxi or not, till 7.30 they were dicussing and at 7.45 they say we cant as document is not ready...

            My question was when u know my case details in advance what i have and what i am going to pay u, and as a Manger u know that u cant deliver any car without full payment u can say NO. But he did not gave any proper reply and other sales represtentive was just explaining why it happen and all that 1.30 hrs i was wasting my phone call to this Stupid staff to get some Positive reply and just waiting in cold for there answer, which was Never Yes........

            How such Big Company afford such a Stupid People in there Company who dont know the basic sales technices how to satisfy the customer
            or make them frustated and making them wait, even i said if not possible plz tell us, still they say just wait 5 minutes and they waste more then 1 hours and not a single reply from them all call was made by me to this stupid people

            When u go to showroom they said plz Buy today, But when realy wan to buy they get in Reverse gear........manager Should be Fired..

              Hello,

              I recently purchased Nissan Micra from Nath Nissan. Obviously I liked the car and that's why I purchased it but I would like to highlight the whole experience that I have had with NATH Nissan has been an horrendous and the most horrible one.
              This is not my first car and not the last one – this is my third car and after having great experience with Honda and Toyota and even with Maruti earlier I am appalled with the people I am having to deal with at Nath Nissan.
              In one line if I have to summarize, I would say NATH Nissan has people who are fraudulent and cheaters?
              The issues I have faced:
              1. I purchase the XVD Premium in Red color – I have been delivered an old model car and not the latest model and that too without information. I only identified this after looking at the car logos at rear side. First Nath guys didn’t accept it but when I pressed for meeting with their GM – I was told they are too big wigs to meet customers (great response) and then I met another person who agreed and said they would replace the loge? The logo has been subsequently replaced as but was done after multiple follow-up’s and this only made my fundamental assumption correct that I was cheated and delivered an old model.

              2. When I got my car I was provided a temp number but to my amazement it took Nath motors almost 10 days to apply for my cars registration and too after I kept following p everyday and kept hearing new excuses. Finally the number was given to me but I received my registration only after a month and that too when I asked over phone, I was told the RC had not arrived, I reached the showroom the same day to take up the matter and was told the RC has not arrived so I asked the person (Mr. Rizwan) to let me know by when to expect and guess what he returned with RC in his had? Great service isn’t it – lying all through?


              3. My woes don’t start or end here, I sent my car for 1,000 kms checkup and requested for an issue regarding my power mirrors. The issue I report is that when I start my car the power mirror at times don’t open properly they get stuck in the middle. To my amazement the car was returned to me in as-is condition with no explanation or update on my problem. When I followed up I was asked to bring my car again for checkup and now have received an even more baffling answer that while the mirrors don’t open properly, it is by design and not a problem. I should start my car in two steps and not as one step – first let the mirrors open and then start the car. When I asked to give this to me in writing I have now been told to send separate email – I don’t know how much more inconvenience I need to endure?

              4. After my 1,000 km’s service, I was returned my car in such a dirty condition the windshields were so dirty (both front and back) that I had to actually stand and clean them before I could actually drive my car.

              5. Oh yes one more – I requested pick-up and drop of my vehicle and guess what the drivers want a tip and even better pay them some amount and they are ready to get stuff done for your vehicle outside the process – this includes special services like paint / touch-up, change of parts if needed – great customer service eh!!!

              I can go on and on but the above are good indicators I believe for Nissan to take appropriate action – I will now wait and see if it is a handful of people at Nath Nissan who are a problem or Nath Nissan overall are a team of cheaters and liars or this problem goes up to Nissan.

                  case1:on 13/11/11 i went to neyveli from salem @MICRA.when i came back a sound came from front left side of driveshaft.so icall to ramani nissan.they gave a number to call, thats TVS,they send a mechanic to check my car.he said that oil leakage from drive shaft,then he locked and tell to send car to ramani nissan.i've send car to ramani.but they said we cant deal with warranty!!.so request them that oil leakage is not our problem.

                  case2:iam in salem,for each service i should get my car to coimbatore.so,please request them to take service to salem.

                    As I bought a Nissan SUNNY car through a GSA of HDFC Bank on 11th oct 2011 (Tuesday) and the Bank’s GSA Delivered this car at my home when I was not present. The Bank GSA came to my office and got all the papers signed by me. When I reached home and saw the SUNNY Car it was fitted with Nissan MICRA accessories as the MUDFLAPS and FOOTMATS etc. when tried to contact the Dealer m/s. MALWA CAR ZONE(KARNAL) the phone no.of MALWA CAR ZONE was given on Nissan website was FAKE and when tried to contact NISSAN Company the EMAIL ADDRESS of the Nissan India company was not working.
                    and you do not even find any contact no. for the NISSAN company even worldwide websites. Anyhow when contacted the dealer m/s. MALWA MOTORS KARNAL, they say the company is giving the cars like this only.
                    Is it true that the Company could not complete the car and selling it in a hurry?And when called company’s customers care [protected] on 12th oct 2011( a call centre ) they promised to check the problem and promised to rectify the same in 72 hrs.and given me the complaint no. HA/2011101/3427 but found no response till 5th nov. 2011..
                    As i have slao wrote them on FACEBOOK wall (as Nissan India iis using a FACE BOOK as their official website) but found the response that i shoild compalint on customer care tel. no.[protected] , I always call them after every 72 hrs and get the promise to the needdful after 72 hrs. as they regularly say.

                    If the DEALER m/s. MALWA MOTORS KARNAL is a cheater or the NISSAN COMPANY?

                    As i have lost all the charm for this new car and feel that my Rs. 8.10 lacs are wasted , how can it be a gaurantee of warranty when i will go to service for the same.

                    Except Tata and Maruthi, all other MNC car makers are playing games with the indian customers. Nissan would never dare to do such things in US, Canada or Japan. Becoz, the the govt and consumer laws there are very strict and sincere. It is a shame on Nissan which belongs to a great country like Japan to behave in such a mean fashion. All MNCs like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Renault, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Bentley. Lamborghini, etc just feel that indian customer is a bakara. They feel they can play all types of looting games with indian customers
                    i had purchase nissan micra diesel from sky nissan Delhi dealership on 31 march 2011 and since then i have been facing problem in starting the car after taking it repeatedly to the workshop the error has not been rectified and now the stage has come the the car is in the workshop from past 10 days and the dealership are not ready to give satisfactory answer you are requested to plz do some thing to help me

                      The worst ever experience with the car i.e Nissan Micra. I will suggest everyone that really one should not think also of buying Nissan Micra. When I bought new Nissan Micra and went with family for holiday to my village after 20-25 days of purchase of Micra, it got break down in between traveling. When I called there customer care road assist have sent the mechanic after 2 hours he told me that this can not be done here you should tow your vehicle to nearest dealer. Then there towing van came after 4 hours and took my car to nearest workshop which is in Pune 70km from the place where I was. Then it took 4 days to cover that problem that kind of service Nissan people give. I was stuck in between the daily charge was 3-5 thousand Nd this foolish people was saying we are waiting for approval from Nissan. A reL company they will never get succeed in the Indian Market if such kind of service they will provide to customers.

                      Also I think may Nissan don't want to target Indian market still they are wasting money and time of Indian people.

                      We need better quality cars not only the better ads and commitments.

                        The keys provided by Nissan for my Nissan Micra (base model) car bearing regn no MH-01 AR 7448 are of
                        extremely poor quality. It has only been a year since I have purchased the car. The first key broke into two when inserted into the hatch lock a few months ago, and now the second key shows cracks midway through its shaft on both sides When the Service Staff at the Mumbai office were contacted last month, they were extremely unhelpful.

                          This side is the owner of brand new Nissan Micra .
                          I would like to lodge complaint o[censored]r customer executive at Ludhiana , Punjab.
                          I would like to share that Mr.Manish & Ms. Seema . These two guys misbehaved too much as it doesnt matter for them how the customer suffer . So as I told not to install the parking censor which was costing Rs .5048 as it is not worth and moreover even after reminding he installed it & said "ab to ho gya". The market price is too low.
                          We applied for loan and although given cheque of the remaining amount ,even sanctioning of loan; they returned our documents after consecutively calling them for 10 days & he is replying as busy or after sometime ..
                          Is this the dam way...!!
                          I just want that u call me & take care o[censored]r collegues as the car is gud but the dealers are not at all..
                          Mark my words: I would never recommend anyone to get this ..
                          10 satisfied customers tell to 1 but 1 unsatisfied tells to 100.

                            this company offers me a job after selecting the resume online , Mr. Devraj goeal is the HR as name indicated and menationed that to deposit 7850 rupees in the company authorized account of bank of india . i submit this and talk with the HR , the dispatch of interview letter or air ticket by blue dart courrier that was false because web bill no. provided by that incorrect. I try to contact with this HR but cell off , one time i contected with them they said that u reply this , i give u correct information . please contact me at 5 pm . further i call them on 4:45 pm they said u chek your mail information recived . thus call me after that cell has switched off. i am sure that that person cheat me , i attach that letter of company , please guide me how i get justice or another judicery procedure.

                            I have purchased Datsun Go+ on 17/08/2016. When i was delier my car at that time car door and car roof is very damage. When i have talked with Mr. Krutarth and his manager Mr. Pravin Patel but nobody rensponsible for this car delivery and rudly behaviour with me than after i ask about showroom owner Mr. Bagga Sir for this car quality and showrrom service but Mr. Pravin Patel told me i have no number. I request to Mr. Bagga Sir, Please look in this matter.

                              On Friday the evening of 24th april, 2011 while taking a turn, the front bumper had a minor impact with the median, which triggered the airbag sensor. Normally the airbag sensor is triggered only when there is an impact which is severe and would harm the passengers of the car. The car was left for the repair of the damages at SHERIFF NISSAN on 25th april, 2011, It has been more than a month and I have not got my car back. I have been spending on transport on an average Rs.700/- per day. I was promised delivery after lot of follow ups on 16/05/2011, when I had been there to collect the vehicle I was informed that there was a sensor malfunction and they are looking into it.
                              Malfunctioning of the sensor is a manufacturing defect which has to be replaced under warranty. If I do not get the car within a couple of days from now with the reimbursement of my travel cost, I will be forced to take legal course, for negligence in service, faulty equipment and mental agony/stress.

                              Please show sauce why I should not proceed against you in the court of law.
                              I am forced to send you this mail due to inefficient service and response from your dealer.

                                Dear Sir..good day,

                                I have purchased a car Nissan model Sunny Ex-Saloon 2008 at Alex-Egypt. On 40000 Km the car motor started to shutdown while driving. Car service centre at Alex advised the problem is due to defective motor braid and they recommend the same to be changed under guarantee base. As per them the defective motor braid was ordered from cairo but up to now and since one month ago no response yet. The car now is unsafe to be drived and I need it deeply. Please request your assistance as to speed up the repair action.

                                  This is in reference to our NISSAN MICRA purchased from flagship company showroom ICHABAAN NISSAN (booked on 27-12-10 & delivery on 8-1-11)
                                  under the actual registration no MH04 EQ 8891.

                                  The catch in the transaction lies that the company had given false registration no
                                  MH04 EQ 8795 and vehicle id MDHFCUK13AB000535 delivered at our doorstep
                                  Of my residence on 8-1-11.

                                  Suddenly on 13-1-11 we received a call from the showroom stating that the car
                                  Delivered was of wrong registration and now we want you to come to the showroom
                                  And collect the corrected number plate MH04 EQ8891

                                  We were in state of shock on understanding that we have been driving non octroi
                                  Paid,wrong registration car so long and that too purposely done by the company.We could have been easily attracted any criminal cases and unknowingly be criminals.

                                  Everyone is aware of terrorist activity in the country being so active,we could have
                                  Been the scapegoat because of NISSAN.

                                  Also we could not be entitled for any insurance claim incase of any mishap.

                                  After coming out of the fear and blunder commited we contacted NISSAN customer
                                  Care and showroom thru mail on 25-1-11with our problem.Shockingly to come to our
                                  Rescue they were relectent and provided TOLL FREE no on 26-1-11.Neither provided With the complain no. nor any contact details for the senior management,just enquired About our telephone no.

                                  We again reverted on 26-1-11 evening showing our annoyance towards there approach.Against which on 27-1-11 they provided the complain no IBMA[protected].There Executive was suppose to call us on but it never happened.

                                  We are really disappointed with NISSAN’s approach towards our problem.Instead our Sympathetic they are not interested in contacting also.We would like you to take up the matter on our behalf for the TRAUMA,MENTAL HARRASMENT and BETRAYAL we Have undergone.

                                    hai this is raju.i had a very bad experience in with ur nissan dealer vijayawada.there is no coordination between staff and management.lucky nissan md sandeep behave very ugly to me.i got a call from showroom to take my dream car micra.from gudur to vijayawada distens nearly 350 kilometers journey reached showroom.lucky nissan md make me to wait 5 hours.finally he told there is no stock.we are nissan lovers.but ur vijayawada dealer behaviour is too worst.he treats customers like a slaves.i claim a suit at court.

                                      Dear Madam/Sir,

                                      I had booked a Micra diesel and paid a deposit amount of Rs 50,000 vide ICICI Bank in the name of Motiwala Ifra Pvt Ltd. . The same has been cleared on 16th Dec. 2010. Balance amount is also cleared through HDFC Bank Loan to dealer on 08/01/2011.with excess amount of 18,000/-. I was confirmed for a delivery on 01/01/2011. However the date of delivery of Micra was postponed to 04th/01/ 2011. This date has further been extended to 08/01/2011 and 16/01/2011 and now again extended to next commitment till monday 24/01/11

                                      Highlighted below is the precise nature of the complaint:

                                      1. Absolutely devastating customer service since I was not informed of any postponement of dates. Every time I had to call to ensure that the delivery was for the said date.
                                      2. My personal conversation with the GM of Nissan Shirin - Auranagabad Mr Rahull Patil today was a greater disaster, since he attended to me with the total rudeness, absolutely no hospitality, and depicted mannerisms that indicated that he was doing a favour on customers like me. Moreover comments like “we’ll let you know when the car comes” and “buy if you feel like” are absolutely unbecoming of any person and more so if it comes from the GM of the centre.

                                      I can only fathom the nature of customer service that I can expect from employees lower in the hierarchy.

                                      My excitement and gusto for being an owner of the Micra has been crushed with dealers like this and replaced with grave disappointment. I have also not been assured whether I will receive my car on 24/01/2011

                                      I am thniking that My booked car was delivered to another person. and now they can't adjust vehicle for me.
                                      Government of India should do something about these cheating companies and dealers. I have such bad experiences with cars during last two years. Twice I struggled to get my money back. Skoda Fabia was broken down at 3000 Km. Vipul Motors Noida tried to sell me an old Dezire as new and it was a struggle to get my money back. Maruti head quaters did not pay any attention to my complaints. Nath Nissan in Delhi took 50000 Rs for booking a Micra and neither delivered me Micra nor answered my emails and phone calls. It is the high time that we all knock at the doors of Ministry of Heavy Metals so that they control these wild car companies and dealers who cheat the poor people at every step.
