It's been over 2 weeks since I signed up with Nobroker company, and I'm starting to feel like I've been misled. Despite this time passing, there hasn't been a single visit from a field officer, nor have any properties been recommended to me that match my requirements. It seems like there's a significant lack of oversight in management operations. I made numerous calls to lodge my complaints with the company and even wrote to them as per their advice. I am seeking a refund of my plan they sold me. Please assist.

    I am a premium customer of NoBroker, subscribed to Complete Buyer Assistance with Khata transfer+ BESCOM transfer+Tax Name change package (35, 000 INR), Property search plan (1, 700 INR), NoBroker Negotiation plan(60, 000 INR).

    Recently, I had planned to buy a 3BHK property in Bangalore using NoBroker service, with NoBroker RM's taking care of the entire conversation between myself and the seller of the property. I paid the token amount of 50, 000 INR on 21 Feb 2024. During the token amount payment process, my RM Pravalika, had assured me that I would be getting a full refund on the token amount incase I do not go ahead with the purchase due to some issues with the process.

    Unfortunately, I had to call off the purchase since I was not able to avail loan from reputed banks (HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI). I immediately notified my RM regarding my decision to avoid further delays from my end. The RM assured that they will take care of the refund process. However, when I observed that there were no actions taken for 7 days, I followed up with RM. RM requested me to speak to the seller directly for refund.

    Upon conversation with the seller, I got to know that I would only be getting 50% of the refund amount. He told that he has specifically informed about this clause to NoBroker while finalizing about the token amount payment. But this was not conveyed to me by NoBroker.

    The seller also stated that he had particularly mentioned to NoBroker about the property not being qualified for loans from HDFC, Axis, ICICI, SBI, with PNB and LIC being the only qualified loan provider. This information was also not shared with me by anyone from NoBroker, which could have prevented me from going ahead with property purchase and token amount payment.

    After lot of conversation with the seller, I was able to get a refund (on 9th Mar 2024) of 30, 000 INR only. Since the issue is primarily due to NoBroker not providing complete information given by the seller to me, I
    requested NoBroker to help me get the refund for the remaining 20, 000 INR. They assured me that they will help me get the amount, and even called me up one day saying the dispute with the seller is settled and the amount will reflect in my account shortly. But I didn't get the amount from them till date.

    Due to all the issues, me and my wife have lost trust in NoBroker service and are hesitant to go ahead with their services. I would request you to help me provide the refund for the remaining token amount (20, 000 INR) and also the reimbursement for the paid services that we have availed from NoBroker [Complete Buyer Assistance with Khata transfer+ BESCOM transfer+Tax Name change package (35, 000 INR), Property search plan (1, 700 INR), NoBroker Negotiation plan(60, 000 INR)]

        I have bought freedom plan. But I am unable to fetch owner's contact details by the past one week.

        Nobroker complaint department repeatedly saying wait for 24 hours and the problem is technical issue. There's no TAT for technical issue. If the problem get resolved we will intimate you through mail.

        No refund for freedom plan.(I get different version in it)

        The subscription is prepaid. But when ask for services the answer is irresponsible, un professional and rude.

        I should have called atleast 20 times without luck

          I am an NRI and own an apartment in Bangalore which I rented to a tenant via nobroker. Here are all the things that are wrong with NoBroker.

          1. It has been more than two months and I still have not received my deposit (1L rupees) and March and April rents.
          2. I gave my IFSC and bank info to them and they say they are unable to send me the money. I checked separately with a friend and that account can receive money.
          3. Emails never get a response. And when I do get a response after a week, that email will have nothing to do with the questions I have asked.
          4. Property manager's attitude and work ethic is beyond hopeless.
          5. They don't pick up calls and do not return calls.

          NoBroker's service is extremely poor and frustrating. I am in the process of getting out of my contract with NoBroker and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from NoBroker.

I currently facing a troubling situation with the service for my relocation my belongings from Kattupakkam to Valasarvakkam. Despite confirming my move and paying a token amount, no communication was received, and the assigned vehicle was not in optimal condition.               I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by NoBroker, regarding my subscription for finding rental accommodations. Despite purchasing a subscription (1178 INR) with the promise of accessing 25 contacts, I have encountered numerous issues and discrepancies which have severely hindered my ability to secure suitable housing.

              Firstly, out of the 8 contacts I have viewed thus far, a significant portion have been unresponsive to calls and messages through the NoBroker platform. This includes instances where I received notifications indicating the availability of tenants, only to be met with silence upon attempted contact.

              Furthermore, some advertisers have provided misleading information, such as failing to mention specific roommate preferences or demanding payments for property visits without prior disclosure. Additionally, properties listed as available have turned out to be already rented, rendering my subscription contacts effectively useless.

              Despite following NoBroker's recommendation to report these issues on the respective advertisements, I have not seen any improvement or received the promised reactivation of contacts. This lack of resolution has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss on my part, as I have been forced to seek alternative accommodation arrangements and incur additional transportation expenses.

              Attempts to address these concerns through customer service channels have been met with dismissiveness and unresponsiveness, further exacerbating my frustration and dissatisfaction with the company's handling of the situation.

              I hereby request immediate action to rectify these issues, including a refund for the subscription fee paid. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide a satisfactory with the judicial assistance.

                I have signedup for a paid subscription to Nobroker's Seller Plan. I have several issues with the service of their key team members. I had even requested for a change of the relationship manager, but its only got worse.
                a) They dont share the leads of buyers who have shown interest in property with me .
                b) The leads are not followed up and over 50+ leads have been rejected by the executive without any proper explanation
                c) The exeutve doesnt share even his own email id and even their own field managers unable to contact him.
                When I tried to escalate to a senior management team, another of his own friend tries to fraudulently pose like a senior person and doesnt even register a formal complaint. I am in process of filing a formal court case against the company and specifically the perosnnel involved.

                  I am on Moneyback plan with Nobroker. Got the Property through my Colleagues and Not through No Broker. Emailed the Rental Agreement on 6th April 2024. The Allocated RM Guddeti Sasi Sai Ram has Checked and Confirmed that the Property is Not listed with Nobroker, hence will get my Refund. Till date no updates and Response. They just give a missed call and send a SMS & Watsapp saying, you are not responding, if you do not replyin 4 days then your refund will not be done.
                  No broker has done this twice. Instead of Refund, they are just Fiddling around to Squeeze, Snatch away the Money.
                  Think its Time to drag them to all the Possible options.

                    We have book this service on 21 Jan 2024 mail document attached and after non delivering of services we have ask to refund our amount. We have spoken to Hemanth Kumar, Prabhanshu Kumarm, Ujwal and M.karthik but after multiple follow up and call they come on call or send a mail.

                    No Broker has confirm on mail that they will refund the money in 7 to 8 working and I have attached mail where you can see mail dated on 9th March 2024 from Prabhanshu Kumarm and when the date passed he not only not taking our call and stop replaying the mail. Then after lot of follow up on mail and call Mr. Hemanth Kumar has come as stated due to year end allow us some more time we will transfer the money. (Mail dated - @6-March-2024) again we have waited and again follow up multiple time we got a replay due to system error delay has happening.

                      Please be aware of the fraud that NoBroker is selling a fraudulent NRI PMS plan where they sell a comprehensive plan and then disappear and dont take calls or respond on emails

                      I was sold a PMS plan for Rs. 19308 where they promised me finding multiple tenants, taking care of rental agreement, police verification, assigning a RM for 12 months and doing property inspection and management.

                      After the plan was sold, they found just 1 tenant with whom I was forced to do an agreement as there was no other option. All their so called chat messages are fraud as no one turns up and it seems they are only pinging the account with fraud user names.

                      Once I agreed with single tenant, they stopped taking calls and responding to emails. After multiple escalations, they agreed to do Rental agreement for ADDITIONAL charges (which was not explained earlier) and police verification is not even done in 7 days.

                      It is a pathetic company, dont even fall in their trap for any plan. Use their site if you want but dont take ANYTHING from them. NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE for any home service, you will be cheated

                      I have asked them to refund my amount for remaining PMS service for 12 months as I have been put thru lot of hassles by their existing team. Still awaiting a response

                        I booked packers and movers service from no broker on 30 march from hyderabad to pune day of pick up one item was left to be picked up sofa cum bed, however when i emailed them to pick the left over item which is listed in the invoice same day i was told to pay 2500 extra apart from the 9000 which i had already paid.
                        And when i agreed on that also i was told picked could not be done next day and will be done on 3rd april where as i had to leave the town next day which i had informed.
                        And when i asked for refund i was told i will get 500 rupees only.
                        Now my item is still there in hyderabad and when i try to raise new request it gives quote of 8000 in their website.
                        This was a total failure of customer service

                            Hi team,

                            I have booked for ac repair service on april 1 st through no broker for which i paid 329/- the technician came at night 9pm and did something until 12 am. He said it is done and problem was with the gas and it will be 2678/-. I paid the amount as informed. Now when i turn on the ac. It is still the same as it was before and it's not cooling the room. They are looting customers money by hiring unprofessional people. Please help to get my ac issue sorted.

                            Just for an update got a call from No broker and they said they are looking into the issue. I am really not sure why these people are playing with our money. Since the service is online and its transparent we reach out to online partners and even these people have started cheating by employing poor technician who cannot get the AC serviced. Please get my Services or refund my total amount. 3007/-
                            I had paid 639/- for servicing as well. However, since it was not from Nobroker app. I am fine to leave it. If you cannot arrange a technician, refund my amount of 3007/- . I hope some one is checking this. Will keep further updates for day 2 with there status in this place and as well as Twitter.

                            Finally after a lot of follow up, today the same technician came and said that the Outdoor Unit PCB is faulty and it is not working due to which Cool air is not coming.

                            If this is the case then why in the first place was the gas refilled? He said to contact Daikin Customer care and get it checked.

                            I raised the request initially because my AC was not getting cooled at all. Now even after I spending 3007/- I am having the same problem. What is the use that I paid this much amount if it is worth less?

                            I will contact Daikin and get my AC checked. Please refund the amount which I have paid since my issue has not been resolved and I unnecessarily have spent that much amount. Please do not hire unqualified technicians, if there is a problem he should be able to check it and get it fixed, if he cannot do it what is the user?

                            He even didn't bother to check the issue with the Thermostat if the issue is with Thermostat or not.

                            This is really frustrating, totally unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved what is the use of paying that amount.

                            I would like to get a complete refund since my issue is not fixed even after spending the amount.

                              I have been trying to sell and list my rental property on No broker as they have been campaigning that it's free but unfortunately both my ads show as inactive. I tried chatting and speaking to their representatives but instead of helping they are pushing me to buy their listing and other services.

                              The claim that they make that they let to post for free is a scam and i have proofs of calls and other written communications with me.

                              They should either stop this claim or stand by what they say!

                                I took super relax tenant plan and one the same day I raised a request to cancel a plan because of horrible experience. Some one from customer care connected with me after Raising query in tweeter. And told me to remove comment and ensured yhat they will provide better services but two weeks are over neither they are providing my refund nor a services. They are so lethargic that they don't even respond to messages. I m stuck not sure what to do..

                                  I have put my items into noborker.com movers and packers from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 23rd March 2024. There were 77 items with two items three wheeler and electric guesser unpacked while shifting from my house to nobroker wearhouse. On that day your partner had sent a small vehicle that couldn't accommodate all the items. They booked a porter vehicle and took the items. It was promised to me that the items will be delivered in 3-4 dyas max. But it is almost 7th day since the items have been picked up from Bangalore, it has not reached me. Despite many requests to Nobroker executives and their partner Mr. Sunil there is no clear cut information. I needed shipping vehicle number to get the gate pass to enter into the township. It took one hour and I have to make calls to escalation team and then connect to the partner to get the vehicle number. To my surprise the number of the vehicle was same as vehicle which came for pickup and which couldnt accomodate the entire items at Bengaluru. Now I am afraid how my items must have been treated and sent. What mode they have been sent. I have very bitter experience with nobroker.com. Really sad with the way the customers are treated. I will never recommend anyone in future and will never avail the nobroker services in future. I am wondering what should be done if my items are not delivered by promised time 12pm on 29/03/2024.

                                  My registered details are HSPM[protected]. Ultimately it was delivered on 30th March 2024 at 12pm. It was promised all items will be sent in separate vehicle and ultimately they ended up in shared vehicle. Except one item which was missing, most items reached. But lot of damages have occurred to Scooter, Microwave and dining table. After completion of service, now customer care, movement team is not receiving call. Now I have to run around for the insurance claim. At booking it was told no need to worry, if any damage nobroker will take care of everything. Now their response seems little different. Their chat option in the app is not opening, calls are not connecting.

                                    Hello Everyone,

                                    I want to draw your attention about the pathetic service from NoBroker Interior team. First of all the project (HS[protected] was supposed to finish on 28th February 2023 but was Handed Over to me in the month of August. And till tosay still there are some snag pending. Moreover they charged me extra convenience fee which was promised to me for the refund but still after several followups there is no update from their end about the refund of the convenience fee as well as the Delayed Penalty. I think a strict action should be taken against them.

                                      I got a call from a girl today claiming to be Axis Bank employee and she said that my credit card insurance policy got changed last week and I'll be charged for the same. If I want to remove that policy, I need to provide certain information and then I recieved one sms for a transaction amount of Rs92, 181.18 from my credit card. The transaction was done to Nobroker Technologies Sol 133049. I didn't make this fraudulent transaction and I want to complaint regarding the same. Contact no. of Scammer - [protected]

                                        I paid ₹1, 178.82 on March 22, 2024, intending to rent a 1 BHK flat. After selecting the property, I tried contacting the owner multiple times, but he didn’t answer. Eventually, he picked up and informed me that the flat was already rented out. However, the reality is that it’s still available through a broker.

                                        We also reached out to 2 or 3 other property owners, but most of them didn’t answer their phones either. When I asked NoBroker for a refund, they simply stated that they don’t have a refund policy. Surprisingly, they claim there’s no mention of it anywhere

                                        Please help me to get my refund asap.
