NoBrokerHood - Grocery undelivered and Refund not done

I have ordered in NoBrokerHood but grocery not delivered.. raised a ticket (ticket # SUP-1588). But no response for more than 2 months.. even though this is a small amount which if they are doing such fraud with many people? They may loot hundreds of thousands across many users.. we are in a vulnerable situation where such big companies does not even help with such small issues. And the regulations are becoming a joke. Please help whoever...

The legal department of NoBroker took 23000 rs for khata transfer and after a month confirmed that can't be done and they will refund money. But after that from 3 months, I'm just following up and no one is responding.

    No Broker Legal Service not refunding the money paid

Upon reaching out to no broker customer service, I was informed that the delay was due to difficulties in opening the document, They haven't informed me about the issue until i reached out to them on 4th day.     However there is no services being gien and company has not even appointed a field Manager or relatiosnhip Manager for my case

      I have taken moneyback plan for house hunting. But the service was not provided and it got expired. I asked for refund they asked me to untill I won't take relax plan they cant provide the refund. I have taken relax plan but no response from the nobroker. This is a fraud company. I have given many complaint and they are not even responding I have taken service on 1 dec money back plan it got expired on 15 Jan. No service providedn and I have taken relax plan 30 Jan but no service now. I asked for refund but they are not responding. My complaint ticket number is 19988729

          Myself Girish, I paid 8600 rs to nobroker and bought membership after listening to false promises given by nobroker agent. Relationship manager showed me 2-3 properties and asked me to close the deal. Before closing the deal my membership was deactivated. Once the token amount of 10k is paid on Jan 30 2024, owner came up with so many rules, which made me to cancel the booking. 10k is hold by nobroker for no reason and they denied to refund given false reasons. Relationship manager Mahalakshmi and Shankrappa made me to pay 10k first and later made me cancel the booking. Before the payment I was assured to refund the amount if the owner cancels the booking. I have attached email confirming the statement for your reference. Now no response from them. Now I lost membership, home and 10K advance. I'm here to get the advance 10K refund from the nobroker.

            I bought Owner money back plan in Sep 2023 to seek NoBroker services to get a tenant faster, for Rs. 7668. The RM used to call frequently just to mention there are no leads. NoBroker customer care person told me that it is 100% refundable.The expiry period was over for the plan. RM suggested me to extend the plan for next term, reducing the rent and deposit amount compared to first time. She did not inform me that some amount will be deducted . Second time also the plan got expired. In these four months I just got one visitor who rejected to rent. After second expiry I asked for refund, then I got refund after deducting Rs. 1500. I did not anything from NoBroker Technologies but they deducted Rs 1500 without informing me earlier about it. Now the RM hardly responds and does not even call me. I feel cheated by NoBroker Technologies.

              Dear Friends,

              I paid the subscription charges to Nobroker.in. Even after that for weeks the account was not active and I could not get any owners number. The customer care people said that my name is not updated. So I even updated my name. Even after that the account is not active.

              my question to nobroker is if the name was not updated then why did they allow for the payment option to go through, they should have asked to complete the KYC before payment.

              Even after me updating the name, why is my account not active. Customer care people are so scared, they only say your problem will be resolved and nothing else. They say they are professional and just disconnect the chat. They dont provide any solution. They even delete the chat history. Shilpa is the customer care lady to chatted with me.

              They dont want to hear any complaints, they just are there for name sake.

              Dnt trust nobroker and pay any money. You will never get any refund and you will also not get contact numbers from nobroker. Its a waste of time and money

                I had to lease my apartment, 1004 at Ruby Isle in Goregaon, and sought the assistance of No Broker to find a tenant. They presented me with two plans:

                1. Relax Plan (priced at 6500): No Broker committed to securing a tenant within 45 days. This plan was non-refundable.

                2. Super Money Back Plan (priced at 11800): No Broker assured to find a tenant within 60 days. If they couldn't find one, the amount would be refunded and even if I found a tenant independently from my sources during this period, the entire amount would be refunded without any question asked.

                I opted for the Super Money Back Plan, finding it less risky. I paid Rs. 11800. However, I subsequently secured a tenant on my own. As per the plan, No Broker is obligated to refund my amount without any inquiries. While taking the plan they only shared the payment link and didn’t tell anything about such clause (call record attached).

                Regrettably, No Broker is refusing to return my money by introducing clauses related to rent amount & deposit amount is different. These clauses were not communicated to me when I availed the plan, at that point of time they were very polite and approachable but now they are not responding my calls, specially my relationship manager khushbu. I wasted my entire day in followup with no Broker customer care without any result.

                My concern is why these things was not kept transparent at the time of selling this plan, why it was not told verbally, why Home agreement was not asked, I know you wanted to get the benefit of such cheap tactics and now you are not receiving my calls and transferring to different departments just to harass me.

                When I searched on internet, I found same cases that Nobroker is doing with everyone, taking benefit of such unethical policy farmed for there own benefit.

                  Payment not received

                  I made a rent payment on 3rd Jan 2024 of 50k and still that has not been processed. When I called to Nobroker then I got to know they have made a double payment on 7th Nov 2023 means instead 50k they have transferred 50k amount twice to the beneficiary.

                  Refund denied - Super Money-back NRI Plan

                  I paid for this "Super" money-back plan after multiple and consistent follow-ups by NoBroker team.                   I registered my property in Thane with NoBroker and took the CPMS Premium Plan (Rs 24999). I was assured that everything, starting from listing, to speaking to potential tenants, to making rental agreements will be covered in this plan and I will only be contactable by the RM. However, that was not the case. En number of people contacted me asking for flat availability which was exact opposite to my deal with Nobroker. I was in desperate need of renting my flat hence acknowledged the calls and finalized a tenant. Till then not a single call, email or response from the RM assigned nor did I have their contact details to notify them directly. My tenant imitated the rental agreement process and police verification, the cost for which was shared between us. After that the RM Mr. Prabhakaran contacts me to tell me that we found you a tenant.
                  They are so badly coordinated within the team.
                  I request for refund since Nobroker did not provide me any of the promised services except for finding a tenant. All the negotiations, flat viewing arrangements and negotiations were done by me. I asked them to change my plan from CPMS to a regular one as I did all the running around, talks and negotiations which had to be done by Nobroker.
                  Useless team, I have been contacting them since November and now its past 3 months, they have blocked my number and refuse to refund.

                      No broker renovation team took the advance amount for the renovation. Verbally they keep telling that they will do all the work but when we discussed the matter in detail, they started ignoring the things, When i told them that i will withdraw, than, also they keep telling me verbally about their commitments, They try to indulge us with technical terms. This is not good. Kindly get back my 30, 000/- advance. From interior designer to project manager, no coordination is seen. Department which take advance has no relation with execution departments. Commitments done by first department, are not passed to other as these are all verbal. I send the mail which is below, but no satisfactory response is given from their side.
                      Respected sir/madam

                      I am a customer of your home renovation team, assigned HS-8171712/ram chandra sati/delhi. I gave you the advance payment also of Rs 30000/-. But I do not want to get the work done from you, kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

                      The reasons for cancelling the deal are

                      1. At no point during meetings, you bother to know the need or want to provide the options (along with pricing) for your customer. On the first day of the meeting which was around 2.5 hours, you were taking the measurement only and had no discussion. On the second day of the meeting, almost the same type of thing happened., I will say that it was the second survey.
                      Suggestion:- meetings to be done with the customer, on-site, to know their requirements and suggestions/options from your side and pricing options in that meeting only.

                      Online is a good option but from my point of view as a customer, for home renovation, the discussion has to be on site only.

                      2. I liked the work of your vendor (Mr abbas), via the site I visited. But when I tried to talk to him, at first you denied it with an excuse that it is not allowed and told me to talk to another person. It gave me a feeling that you are thinking that I am bypassing you, however, I was your customer(I made the advance payment also)
                      . On the second day of the meeting, the vendor gave good suggestions that's why I thought I needed to talk to him only.
                      My Home is my dream and 11 lakh is a very big budget for me.

                      3. From the very first day I insisted that ceiling of my house needed to be separated and plastering to be done again. The ceiling of one of the houses in our society fell around one month back, In the very last meeting (quotation) I came to know that you have included this after multiple requests from my side. I am nontechnical in civil work terms.

                      4. You didn't include Mr Faizal and Mr Pawan Shukla in the meetings after my advance payment. I requested you from the initial stage to involve them.

                      The trust factor is important between the customer and you, which was lacking. I request you to kindly refund my payment, sorry from my side,

                        We had paid for the MoneyBack plan and had been assigned a relationship manager. She had barely sent us 4 properties matching our requirements (2bhk) and kept saying there weren't any other properties for us. We had no other choice but to look beyond our general requirements outside (3bhk) . We had moved into a 3bhk later on without the help of nobroker as that was the only quick option and had asked for a refund in this plan. Now there is no refund being provided stating change in requirements as the reason. We were not informed about this rule prior to choosing this plan. We were only informed that there'll be a full refund. Only post the payment, we'd received the terms and conditions which had included this point. We would not have chosen this plan if we'd known this in prior and this is definitely false advertising. On top of all of this, they're lousy with the refund process and point fingers to different people to delay the process. Hence, we seek for a full refund as we were not informed of the terms and conditions prior to the payment.

                          I am looking out for a rental home and I took the No Broker Rental Plan on 05 Jan 2024 for Rs. 1768.82, My mobile number is +91 [protected].

                          I was promised 25 owner contacts and after retrieving 2 contacts your service stopped and I am not able to get any owner contacts for the past 5 or 6 days.

                          I constantly kept complaining to you through different modes and there was no proper response.

                          Finally I spoke to Ms.Ravya (I Guess), who confirmed that this is the issue that is there for many customers like me and they are trying to resolve this and If not resolved finally by yesterday (12 Jan 2024), she agreed to initiate the refund.
                          The issue has not been resolved till now, so I tried contacting her this morning, I was confirmed that I would receive a call from her; Neither did I receive a call nor did my issue get resolved.

                          So for the second time today I wanted to speak to her and Mr. Rahul attended the call and after a few minutes of hold he said I will receive a call back from Ms. Ravya, for which I replied I no more would like to continue with No Brokers and would want my money back.

                          Mr. Rahul said he is initiating the refund and when I wanted to confirm if I will be receiving my entire money including the GST he said, since I had utilized two contacts I will be deducted money for that.

                          I wasn't ok with it because of suffering that was caused due to the pathetic service of No Brokers for the past few days; Not to mention there are many contacts in No Brokers website, that are either not updated or probably would not be answered (specially by No Brokers RM's) or the calls wouldn't be returned back once they are available, In all the above cases the contact is counted for the customer.
                          Your executive took things personally and started abusing me by saying that I am lying, he was never ready to listen to me despite me repeatedly asking him to, moreover he disconnected the call.

                          Not sure why No Brokers employ such unprofessional individuals.

                          I now want my money back and an apology in writing from No Broker.

                          You still haven't given me a resolution. I just received a call from one of your executives, he said he will listen to the recording and will get back to me on the action that is going to be take on the executive and will check regarding my other complaints. But no one reverted back after that. More over no one even spoke about the invalid contacts I get after paying the plan's fee. This is complete cheating. Kudo's to the poor service. And you resolve my complaint without my notice, Super.

                            I had taken “Super MoneyBack” plan from Nobroker for one of my apartments in Thane for a cost of Rs. 11, 798.82 on 10th Oct. I however, finalised the tenant through another source, so I seeked the refund from the NoBroker team on 31st Oct, sharing with them my rental agreement and asking for a refund. After three reminders, the team replied on 9th Nov rejecting my refund claim. Reason stated was built up area mentioned in my advt. on Nobroker was 1, 000 Sq.ft. and that in the rental agreement was 850 Sq.ft. I have tried to explain them for last 11 days that built up areas mentioned either in advt. or rental agreement are all approximate areas and that my apartment’s purchase agreement mentions only carpet area that is 57.54 http://Sq.mtr. In any case an 850 area should have got lower rental, but I still got the tenant at more than minimum commitment to NoBroker
