Booked nobroker shifting services.
They sent very small vehicle and unprofessional members.
Infact, the workers seems very young age. Even less than 18 years.
From 6th June till today i am speaking continuously with nobroker for the damaged loss and insurance claim.
Waste of time and waste of energy. Just stressing myself. for more than 3 months. Just frauds.
Even the IFFCO inusrance team are frauds. They have tie up to avoid the claim.
IFFCO insurance team are frauds and cheaters.
The order booked staff, Movement Manager, grievance officer, and above that also useless and frauds. I am stressed out because of them.
I am posting here to give a review and get resolution.
Be careful in dealing with nobroker.

    I have opted for no broker services. The plan was to get me an accomodation till 9th september as I was staying in a hotel, but all i got was unverifiable properties. Where upon visiting I found the people asking for money (My Home Navdeepa, Ramky Towers), Also another owner of house in Jubilee Hills name- nirupu was asking ₹19000 upfront so she will come from Vijaywada to give me keys. Another owner had set a meeting with me on call at 6PM, suddenly at 3PM he is asking me to come to visit his property in next 30mins otherwise he will close a deal with another tenant, now his house is 10KM away how is it possible. These sort of fraud properties were suggested to me and wasted my visits, time and energy. I opted for the highest pack for assurance so i will get a house.

    Please process my refund. As I am no longer in need of your services and will go with local brokers.

    I have attached the screenshots with the RM manager assigned where she herself has suggested flats and then says dont pay any amount upon asking, How is this a service when they don't have background checks with the owners. Because of these fraud no brokers I had to extend my stay at a accomodation (I am attaching the extended stay bill in this complaint as well) - I still do not have any place to stay now their policy says that I have to provide them with a rent agreement of a lower amount from external search to get the refund however I do not want any more association with them and want a full refund.

      I am baffled at what has transpired in my efforts to buy a property via nobroker.com !

      I zeroed in on a property and started working with NoBroker folks.

      I was asked to pay a token amount of Rs. Sixty thousand (no small amount you see !) towards progressing the deal and for NoBroker to introduce me to the seller.

      I paid them more than a month ago on 25th July as you can see on the screenshot.

      I've not entered into any legalities regarding the property such as registering the sale agreement, etc.

      I was only in talks with NoBroker and the seller so far.

      Unfortunately the seller dropped the plan to sell his property.

      What do you think should happen to my money that I paid to NoBroker in order to progress this deal ?

      While I'm already frustrated that the seller backed off, NoBroker wants to keep all my money (yes, all 60K), because the seller backed off !!

      NoBroker says the seller has purchased a plan to list his property and he has authorised them to deduct that amount from the advance I, the buyer, had paid.

      NoBroker has basically allowed the seller to list his property using my money - doesn't this sound ridiculous ?!?

      There's no clause that says the buyer's token amount will not be refunded when the seller drops the plan - particularly when no legal documentation is involved.

      When a corporate NoBroker tries to deal with you like how a typical unorganised person-broker does, the purpose of the platform stands defeated !

      Why will anyone want to deal with these brokerage firms?

      Kindly support me in my efforts to retrieve my money back.

      Updates since I posted this on 5th September:

      (Please note, I have also paid Rs. 14, 010 (Fourteen Thousand and Ten) for document verification and drafting the sale agreement. I am NOT asking NoBroker to refund this 14K).

      I'm only asking for the refund of the 60K that I paid (in good faith) for the property

      I'm documenting the set of reasons NoBroker gives me for declining the refund of my Rs. 60K here.

      4th September: NoBroker says the refund is declined as "I created the sale agreement".
      8th September: NoBroker says the refund is declined as "I proceeded with the sale agreement"
      9th September: NoBroker says the refund is declined as "I have backed out from the deal", while I have clearly posted the screenshot of the email where the seller says he has dropped the plan to sell the property.

      10th September: NoBroker says " it has been noted that there has been a delay in finalizing the deal following our discussion with the seller" I already posted screenshot, it got delay as NoBroker didn't transfer any amount to seller for 15 days.

      I'm frustrated that I'm being cheated of my hard earned money in this transaction.

          I have purchased the CPMS plan almost 2 months ago and I’m a NRI. It’s been a hassle with NoBroker the entire time and today they tried to move in the tenant without the agreement being signed and also the tenant ID hasn’t been provided yet to me. I’m on a verge of filing a police case if I find out the tenant is staying at my property without the agreement being signed .

            I have engaged no broker for home interiors. They have shared one quotation based on my requirement.
            But at the time of final quotation they totally changed the same and include exorbitant charges. Item included is way higher from market price. They are telling scope has been increased but scope not increased much.

            They have cheated me.
            I request to return my initial amount of Rs 22500 which I have paid.

              I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service provided. Despite my relentless attempts, I have made five calls since 26 August in order to ascertain the status of my delivery. Regrettably, your inept customer support team assured me multiple times that the delivery would be made by end of day and that I would receive updates within an hour. Astonishingly, not a single member of your support staff has made any effort to reach out to me. What's more, it has come to my attention that a tracking number has yet to be generated for my shipment. It is imperative that you cease the charade of offering high-quality service, as your actions have only served to expose this facade. Your disregard for my concerns and the lack of accountability exhibited by your team compels me to sever any future ties with your service. I got the same thing done in 1 day. I had already requested for refund. As of now, I have not received it.

              It appears you fail to grasp the importance of timeliness when someone requires something urgently. Now, you've sent me something entirely irrelevant, which holds no significance for me. I had already obtained the necessary document from another agency. Your failure to deliver the document on time forced me to seek assistance elsewhere, and yet you still proceeded with the unnecessary delivery.
              Hi There, our consignment staff works diligently to complete the duty on time and promptly responds to the customer's query. Having said that, kindly share your registered contact details to investigate what went wrong and sort out the issue.

                Worst experience with @nobrokercom!!
                We had subscribed for Relax plan and found a property. But the owner returned the token advance after 2 days due to car parking not sufficient for my car. Trying to resume the plan with a ticket#17937710 with support for more than 10 days but no proper response!!

                ticket#17937710 created on 23rd August and still they are saying that we are validating and re-validating the ticket. Since its been 14 days my plan is not activated and simply buying time.

                I am just wondering that I have payed Rs3700 for the subscription. Property got cancelled then why can't re-activate the plan as i have revealed only 8 contacts out of 50. This is not at all acceptable and don't know what is the difficult in this case.

                The relationship manager and escalation time trying to force us to subscribe another plan as this will take time.

                What is the point in buying subscription? With no property in hand, you guys are trying to make us to buy another subscription. Is that the solution instead of fixing my existing subscription?

                Till now i am not able to find any rent house and suffering lot due to this personally and financially need my subscription back with another relationship manager.

                  After multiple discussion between Seller, Nobroker FRM and me. I finalized 1 property to buy. Nobroker FRM also confirmed that Seller is ready to to sale the property. So, to block the property you need to pay the token amount. I told give me 1 day time to think as Seller was keep increasing the sale amount. But Nobroker RM and FRM pressurized me to pay the Token amount. I paid RS 1 Lakh (This amount is refundable if there is any document or legal issues in property documents also if Seller Back Out.). Once i paid the token amount then main Fraud started FRM and RM stopped picking up my call. Then i got doubt. So contacted the Seller directly. Then I got to know that he did not sale the property to me as he did not get any token amount and he sold the property to other buyer. Then I tried to contact RM/FRM. They stopped picking up my call, stopped replying to my email. After multiple follow up somehow, I got 40K refunded back. But remaining 60K is with them. Now they are not at all responding. Is this some kind of fraud. I literally worst and horrible customer service.

                    Hi, I have taken Super Relax Plan with a Personal Assistant on 1-Aug. I am owner. I got a tenant on 18-Aug. That person paid some amount as initial advance but later did not pay the balance due to his own reasons. So, I subsequently returned the amount. But meanwhile my plan which was deactivated has not been activated till date even though I reached out No Broker over phone several times. Non-Friendly and Non-customer centric.

                      We made package move booking via no broker. Initially they said 2100 after advance payment 1600 need to paid. Same confirmed by customer service executive. After the package movement the app showing 1600 for me 1900 for drives. Then we made a ca to customer care its bangalore they said 1600 only. They said we will ask Tamil customers care executive to talk to drivers. Then driver got a call and confirmed its 1600 and recived OTP from our end. After OTP Tamil customer care executive again called to driver and asking to get 1900 because time exceeded. Only 1hr 1600 after 60 mints they will charge. These information not communicated previous.

                      My query: 1. over the conversation the customer care executive told you might changed from you end to show minimum amount. NO BROKER APP having these kind of security flows?
                      2. Second time we are calling to bangalore customer care again they are telling 1600 only. How this was different from bangalore to Chennai I the same app?
                      3. Tamil customer care executive not knowing how to handle the customer. She is not knowing Tamil very well and no respect as well.
                      4. Worst experience overall we faced. Not to recommend anyone.

                        I booked packers and movers through Nobroker. They offered me an insurance of Rs. 2, 00, 000/. for a premium of Rs. 2000/- for a claim up to 95% of market value of goods damaged. So, I bought the insurance package as well. I've 2 main grievances -

                        1. They sent 3 people to move 3 BHK which took 2 instead of 1 day. It was waste of time for me and my family. It was also inhuman for 3 people sent who were grossly undermanned for the task at hand. For a reference, the industry standard is about 6 people or more for 3 BHK movement.

                        2. They did not honour their insurance and denied to pay for the damaged claimed. First they asked me to arrange a technician to estimate damage. Next they denied that any damage happened. Finally they said that it was a mistake and they were taking strong action against their own employees and the movement partner. Yet, they denied insurance claim. After a lot of back and forth, now they are offering a compensation of Rs. 1000 for my estimate of Rs. 17500 Rs. against the damage occurred.

                        I also had a similar situation. But my damaged goods value is around 30, 000. And giving compensation of Rs.1000. And that too, putting blame on me. Wasting my time and putting me on pressure for long.

                            I availed the premium bathroom cleaning services for the first time.

                            The person appointed for the job did a terrible job and ruined the bathroom fittings and the entire interior bowl in one of my WC's by using some rough steel scrubber on it.

                            In addition to that they left the bathroom soapy and wet and were packed up before we could check the work. They left the bathroom cabinet dirty and were using a very dirty microfibre cloth to wipe everything.

                            I tried to raise a complaint on the provided email id and through the application but did. It get any response.

                            Hope to have my concern addressed at the earliest.

                                NoBroker Interior is a scam. Their executive doesn't answer your call or respond to your issues. I went for the interior service with NoBroker on 18th Dec 2022 with project name project_HS-5186945_Malvika and was supposed to end by 28th Feb 2028 with a hard deadline as a fast-track project. But till now the work is not yet finished and these people don't even bother to answer your call. Very Pathetic service from their end.

                                  I had requested my bathroom to be cleaned. Two people came to clean the bathroom. In one of the bathrooms the service person used a steel mesh scrubber to scrub the toilet which has left bad scratches on my toilet and has damaged the enamel completely. The customer service is not responding to any of complaints to provide resolution to the damage caused.

                                    I had given my new Flat interior work to NoBroker in the month of October 2022 and NoBroker assured me completion of project in the Month of January 2023 (first week), however project not yet completed, I tried multiple follow-ups and then in the month of July-23 NoBroker asked me for 100% payment as Nobroker claimed 80% work has been completed and all materials are available and once I pay 100% amount then only they proceed as per initial quotation I had to pay 100 % at the time of 80% work completion and I paid 100% (first week of July 23) however few days ago assigned execution manager told me all materials are not available and he cannot continue without those material, i tried to send multiple emails to NoBroker escalation email ids like [protected]@nobroker.in, [protected]@nobroker.in however they are not at all responding, I am living in rental property and this one also sold out and new Owner had given me 1.5 months time to vacate this Flat which is going to complete on 31st Aug 2023, I am in very bad situation, I really need help from NoBroker to complete this project as soon as possible,

                                    NoBroker.com still i am waiting for update on current progress based on detail provided to nobroker customer care last call, I am still waiting ...it is impacting me very heavily (economically, mentally) because of several months delay.

                                      Booked the shipment of household things in Nobroker private vehicle.
                                      The shipment handled by unprofessionals. And broken the household things.
                                      They couldn't give any documents for insurance claim process too.
                                      Bogus people,
                                      One Prashant Chandra Pathak, as a grievance officer, and Ajith as a movement manager, . not done their jobs addressing the problem.
                                      for 3 months, kept calling and running behind them.
                                      By sending mere money. they closes.

                                        Myself Senthil Kumar I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding a recent transaction on nobroker app.

                                        I paid a token amount of 60, 000rs through NoBroker.com and I haven't received any updates from my relationship manager (goutham.[protected]@nobroker.in ) so I called the customer care number and it has come to my attention that the amount does not seem to be registered in the records itself.

                                        I don't know what to do next other than giving a complaint. Please help me out to refund the amount.
