I had paid a booking of slot amount fee of ₹349 but received no service, no update and no response. I talked to an executive the next day and he cancelled the order while confirming that I would get an email of the refund generation. I did not receive any email either. The company is unwilling to generate refunds.

    Hi,
    The tenant is moved to our property with more than 15 days up so far. Delay in crediting deposit. Once Deposit was confirmed I was told that rent for 15 days of this month will be credited in 2-3 days. Even after 15 days, it is not credited. Reaching out to customer relationship manager is also very difficult.

    Customer relationship manager talks all the process, agreement, terms & conditions and legalities when connected but no compliance.

      I had taken carpenter services along with packaging and moving for dismantling and putting back the wooden wardrobe. There was no carpenter and the person who was also moving the stuff had dismantled the wardrobe with the help of a screw driver and had tried fixing it the same way. however, while fixing the door, he had damaged the panel and the door is now jammed and also fixed two screws wrongly which caused further damaged to the cupboard. I have been calling them for the last 3 days, with multiple people at No broker and they have been very unjust, unkind and have just been lying to my face and have not given any solution or refund for the same.

        1, .June 6 th, 2023 mail to grievances officer, to RMs, others not replied to this date ..may 26 th 2023 package
        Incorrect location map till one week ago .

        2 ..without knowing background of tenant, without introducing to owner, tenants are taken to show houses ..ofcourse owner approved showing villa

        3: .mail sent on 23 rd June 2023 by samapti giving few contact nos of leads, not yet received till now even after 5 days ..she says she is helpless, she cannot do anything if we don't receive ..She is v irresponsible, inefficient .
        4:.only 25 leads she/ other RMs could get in a month due to incorrect location, not able to execute ideas of owner when lakhs/ thousands of employees may be, in electronic City, hosur industrial estate are looking for our villa in our locality ..where as in 2022 fr similar villa, we could get 250 leads and successfully fixed tenants

        5 sampati, ayaana says that they r following no broker procedures, which r rigid and they r not able to escalate to higher authorities and higher officials not at all responding .

        6 .out of 25 leads, almost all are not reachable, or fixed house .. Relationship managers take several days to contact ., do not follow our suggestions, not giving opportunity to present to prospective tenants in better way .
        7 ..only few leads due to wrong location in property posting by No broker ..Hence without asking fr payment they need to extend validity period by another 30 days or till tenant fixed, whichever is earlier .

        Very bad services, very bad mindset, senior officials never come back, owners will be in dark, they don't consider good inputs of owners to identify tenants .

          Had booked movers and packers from NoBroker including warehouse storage for 25 days. The staff arrived for packing did not have packing materials for electronics. On the day of shifting from warehouse to new location had to follow up multiple times with the NoBroker partner. The partner delayed the shifting to evening even after notifying the day prior about the timings. When contacted NoBroker they could not do much other than saying sorry for the inconvenience. While booking they promise hassle free shifting however that is not the reality, they charge a hefty amount but you have to follow up for everything. For shifting we had to follow up with the vendor and NoBroker. The shifting happened really late in the evening. Would not recommend NoBroker for shifting.

            We have availed Interior services from NoBroker last year in April 2022 for our new home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Experienced worst services. Vendor left the work in midway without completing the works. For complaints there was no response. In fact now within 1 year the works in modular kitchen are showing defects. Specially the soft closings for which we have paid additional payment are not working properly. For few things we had to pay extra and get it repaired from outside vendors.

              These guys are a bunch of bluffs and thieves who are operating under name of a startup. BEWARE OF NOBROKER! They work immorally without any ethics. Their employees keep hanging up calls and their ground staff are local goons who are highly abusive and arrogant.

              Here is what happened. I was looking for packers & movers services in Pune. As I looked for a quote on no broker, these guys kept calling eight times a day for follow-up with a booking. They promised that there will be a dedicated moving manager who will coordinate with their ground staff and get the moving done. While they took the booking on call they listed each item and gave the quote accordingly. I felt the price was fair so I went ahead with the booking. I chose one tempo with labor help from a driver and additional to helpers. This was done one day before the moving date. As soon as they got the booking amount payment, their attitude changed completely. Suddenly calls started getting disconnected.

              The next day, I received a message with name and number of their driver. Surprisingly a local goon arrived in an autorickshow sized tempo along with four guys. Even before coming upstairs to my house, he opened nobroker app read out list of all my items and said we can't move all this at once. You will have to pay extra. I reasoned that I had booked a 7 ft larger vehicle which according to nobroker is sufficient for my luggage and suggested that he take it up with the nobroker move in manager. The guy became highly abousive and left immediately along with his guys. In the two-three minutes that this guy and his friends spent on the street next to my house, they created quite a scene.

              I dialed no broker helpline immediately and surprisingly suddenly my calls were not connecting to the right department, I was getting transferred multiple times. Quite a few people hung up on me (ahem! the calls got disconnected). Finally, they said that they are arranging another vehicle and this time a right size vehicle with another driver. After 15 minutes, I received phone number of another tempo driver.

              My booking was for 11am. The goon had come at 12pm. By the time nobroker arranged another tempo and I could get in touch with the tempo driver it was past 1.30pm. As its a beginning of the monsoon season, I wanted to finish moving my luggage before evening hours to avoid rains. After a while the driver called again and asked me to send location on whatsapp along with the list of items. I requested the driver to open his no broker app so he can see the list, he insisted that I send it on whatsapp. So I sat and typed out the list on my phone. Then there was no response from the driver. I tried to connect with him but his phone was not reachable.

              So I dialed no broker helpdesk again. The helpdesk person started a conference call with the driver. To my surprise, the driver refused to come at the agreed amount. He said that he has invested 5 lakhs in this business and he cannot provide service at the agreed amount. Then he demanded INR 1k extra. After reasoning for a while, and seeing no support from the helpdesk person, I asked the helpdesk person to provide another driver who will move our luggage at the agreed amount in the invoice. He refused to do so. I also tried to reason that if all of my luggage does not fit in the vehicle or it overloads the vehicle, I will move additional stuff on my own. But the driver refused to budge. So I asked nobroker helpdesk guy to send me a revised invoice with 1k added so I can avail services from this driver. He refused to provide revised invoice and insisted that I will be paying this 1k at my willingness off the books.

              I wasn't ready for this and by now its was 3PM. I was already on call for more than 100 minutes. Finally, I asked the no broker helpdesk executive to refund my booking amount as they cannot provide service at the agreed invoice amount. The helpdesk person agreed and initiated the refund. I could see the updated status on my booking. Thanked the helpdesk guy who wanted me to have a 'nice' day after all this. Then stepped out to find a local tempo and labours at nearby market. By 7 PM we had moved all the luggage in the same amount that I were to pay no broker initially.

              I was told that I would receive the refund within 7 days but to my surprise, even after 12 days I did not see it coming. Called the helpdesk again and to my surprise, they had cancelled the refund saying my inventory was more so they couldn't provide service. I tried to connect with their grievance officer but to my surprise, they have mentioned their regular helpdesk contact number and email address along with name of their vertical head on the website. There is no escalation matrix and no way to escalate an issue other than connecting with the helpdesk who keeps telling you to write an email to their general email address.

              I am still waiting for my refund.

                Please note I raised complaint on June 2, as no reply on this I am raising new complaint.

                As per agreed no refund has been done for bed and wardrobe, plus agreed 20% of penalty also not done. Now your team giving excuses and not replying about refund and when I told further i need to go to consumer court, they reply that they also have legal team, is this way to give reply?

                I waited almost 1 year, now after giving all support and its not done, just asking new dates. So request to give refund and penalty or else further need to go to consumer court as failed project for full refund plus penalty. As I waisted my time and money plus from society I got complaints for Nobroker keeping material without informing.

                  I was purchasing online Samsung ear bud on 17.6.23 during payment I have entered My debit card details and have received OTP and below amount debited from my account.

                  038014 is OTP for transaction of INR 18436.24 at NOBROKER T on 1413 OTP is valid for 10 min. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE WITH ANYONE - Bank of Baroda

                  Have raised a complain to bank of Baroda as well on cyber crime for these fraudulent and consumer complaints as well so may I request you to kindly resolve these issue asap as it’s big amount for me.

                    1. Earlier 4 months back they kept wardrobe doors in stairs of society without informing me or society
                    2. Now they kept bed top which has issue, people came to pick when i as not there, as per there request i arranged keys. They took what they want and kept main bed top which is heavy in main passage, due to which society not cleaning the floor.

                    This is unprofessional way to deal.

                      Firstly i made a big mistake by choosing no broker for movers and packers,
                      They have all fraudsters as their vendors (Completely outsourced nothing in-house, they don't even verify the transport vendor before taking then on board) mr. Vinod +[protected]Report spam if you receive calls from this no.)
                      The team of no broker
                      Mr. Amit singh (Amit. [protected]@nobroker.in) the so called irresponsible manager (Who doesn't even bother to reply to your mails, nor can you access him over phone)

                      The nightmare starts...
                      The vendor arrives with a small truck (Don't call it as truck) instead of dedicated vehicle as promised by no broker team while taking money and booking.
                      The vehicle was not big enough to fit in all my house hold stuff, which was left down of the road lying till the new vehicle arrived.
                      The other vehicle arrived was an make shift arrangement (That is the stuff got picked and taken to godown thrown there with roughly handling and damaging all the goods there)
                      The day of arrival after multiple follows.
                      As soon as the products arrived the vendor asked for 100% payment to be done before unloading)
                      The goods unloaded were fully damaged once shown to the vendor and vendor says to inform the nobrokers team they will do the necessary refund)

                      Useless no broker team
                      Multiple calls, multi mails (With only apologies replies from them from multiple different guys with common mails id [protected]@nobroker.in with no resolution) multiple to the customer care your dedicated manager is never in seen, every time there is different executive who tells they will come back, escalate it to respective team with no resolution.

                      The team will direct you to insurance (Another useless team

                      They kept on asking multiple photos, multiple forms, multiple documents.
                      Without even verifying first reply of rejection was that information is after 48 hrs of damage (Where was it was done on the same day itself - (No reply from no brokers team when asked to confirm on deliver date which was shown on the document (All the screen shots and documents were provided by me only later)
                      When proved to them that they are wrong with this rejection reason with all the proof they came up with another second reason for rejection (Since their first reason was clarified)
                      However the insurance company is marked the mail to no broker manager mr amit sign (Amit. [protected]@nobroker.in) who is not bothered to reply. Irrespective they seems like want to avoid giving claims some or the other way.
                      However what happens to vendor who done all the damage of the good taken all the money and isn't picking calls now, why should i bear the loss of goods? No broker should refund by collecting it from the vendor... I'm not letting this go just like that i'm taking this up legally so that others should be cheated like this as well...

                      You'll team was clearly told by me to send in written whatever discussion (all polite fraud talks) we had which is never reached me. As warned I'm moving for legal action now.

                          I had purchase no broker super money back plan on 5th June Rs.24778. the plan was activated for 1 days and they assigned me the RM as well but suddenly i receive a call stating they cannot provide the service. They asked me degrade the plan i opted or take refund.
                          I preferred taking refund.

                          Till today no support team has actual update on status of money.

                          This was direct UPI payment for refund. They commit it will be refunded in 48hrs but still no money no service is available to me.

                            1. My household goods are picked up by nobroker partner, from Bengaluru to Nellur Karnataka, after multiple followup

                            2. After 15 days half of the goods are delivered at in Kalaburagi and self kept in rented place to wait other goods

                            3. Again After 30 days balance half goods delivered in same place and agreed to deliver the total to actual destination in 10 days and they agreed to pay the rent total charges

                            4. After 10 days no response and went many days than go lt email stating can't deliver to destination and we are giving refund of 2000 and balance payment no need to pay they said.

                            5. After many days no response from nobroker

                              This is with regards to a movers & packers service that I had booked through Nobrokerhood for the 01st of June 2023.

                              I had a very poor experience. To start with :
                              1) They have damaged our wall while moving stuff and were extremely unapologetic about it
                              2) The AC vendor provided by Nobrokerhood also damaged the wall while fitting the AC and didnt even bother to inform us about it.
                              3) While packing our stuff, they were not letting us supervise, kep on saying please dont stand here - its disturbing us
                              4) I had spoken to the movement manager about unpacking stuff too as while packing our stuff, they were not packing it properly, they kept on dumping it, as a result unpacking would get more difficult. The movement manager had promised that they will unpack too (ofcourse at an extra charge that I was ready to pay) but they just denied unpacking. As a result, it took us really long to unpack. When we finished unpacking the next day, we realised that they have misplaced lot of our small stuff including a very expensive dinner set by corelle. We received a call from Nobroker the next day for feedback and i informed them about the same. They said they will come back and I have never heard back from them.
                              5) They damaged our TV while shifting too. The display is a issue now. They didnt pack the TV inpite of requesting them several times
                              6) After they finished their job, they wanted a tip and since we were not happy with the service provided, we decided not to tip them. They started saying things like - kitne bade building main rekhke bhi gareeb log hain
                              7) When we confornted them about the same, they started using abusive and dirty language pretending that they are talking amongst themselves but it was directed at us.
                              8) They misplaced the washing machine pipe
                              9) I had to pay an additional 1200 for the boxes, the boxes were extra only and only because they were not packing stuff properly and just dumping it.
                              10) I had taken insurance too, please let me know what all can be covered in insurance.

                                I had taken the Owner Money back plan worth Rs.7669 on 11-Oct-22 and I was informed that the house would be rented out through no brokers within 60 days. If not, I would get a full refund.

                                1. The house was not rented out through NoBroker within 60 days (11-Dec-22)
                                2. I found my current tenant from another source and the house was occupied from 07-Jan-23 only
                                3. During 60 days, If I got any tenant from NoBroker, I might not request a full refund. Even, few tenants visited through NoBroker, initially agreed to occupy, but later due to personal constraint, they dropped off. Even few marriages are getting dropped during the last minute after proper engagement, wedding invitation printing, marriage hall booking etc., but, you would have seen marriages called off during the last minute. For them it's not possible and required to apply for Divorce (since, the marriage called off before Registered Marriage).
                                4. Similarly, If I got a tenant, I would have produced a Rental Agreement. Even, I informed my CRM that the talk dropped off, he insisted that I produce a Rental Agreement. Without a tenant, how could I produce a rental agreement? I could produce RA only after getting the tenant. Hope you understand the logic behind it.

                                Even, I asked the NoBroker team to go and verify the home, which was still Vacant for more than 75 days. But, they did not respond.
                                Moreover, I asked them to provide bathroom cleaning service on 05-Jan-23, since my tenant planned to shift the home on 07-Jan-23. No response.

                                I still didn't get a proper reply from the NoBroker team...

                                  Beware of NoBroker.com tenant/owner service plans

                                  Attention all renters and owners! If you're considering to take services with #Nobroker, I want to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of trouble with the amenities promised by this rental brokerage company.the property rented to me is personally managed by #nobroker

                                  Specifically, I was promised car parking, housekeeping services, security, and power backup. However, these amenities have not been provided as promised, and it's been a major inconvenience for me and my family.

                                  I've tried to resolve this issue through communication with #Nobroker, but so far, I haven't seen any improvement in their services. As a result, I want to share my experience with others who may be considering to take services with this company.

                                  As part of rental relax plan they will do deliberate miscommunication on amenities and rent out the flat to you .you will be spending lot of efforts and money for moving in to new flat.after moving you will find amenities completely missing out in flat.if you complaint to relationship manager about missing amenities, they will team up with owner and make sure you suffer a lot and torture you mentally.they will ask you to vacate a house without compensating you and they will hire people to threaten and bulldoz you to stay silent in same flat or vacate the flat immediately.

                                  If you're looking for a rental brokerage company that delivers on its promises, I would recommend looking elsewhere. As renters, we deserve the amenities and services that we're promised, and it's important to hold companies like #Nobroker accountable when they fall short.

                                    I opted for Buyer's Paid Service and was assigned Ms. Nandini as my Relationship Manager.

                                    While I don't have complaints against my RM, the attitude and approach of other RM. s representing Sellers and Field Relationship Managers ( whose job is to facilitate buyer seller meeting and property inspection) had been pathetic.

                                    They kept cancelling property inspections several times without any communication. I got to know of cancellations only after reaching the property and that too only when I called to check the whereabouts of FRM.s who were supposed to be available at the spot.

                                    When questioned about lack of timely communication, their reply had been very casual with 'take it or leave it' tone.

                                    Even my attempts to share my concerns with senior management has been futile. They flatly denied existence of any grievance mechanism and refused to share contact details of senior management. Instead, they connected me with another RM or the so called Team Lead to vent my anger instead of making any serious attempt to address my concerns or to improve their service.

                                    Overall a very bad experience given by Sridhar, Karthik, Suhal/Suhas- all Field Relationship Managers and Sunil, Dhanush & Divya- RM.s representing sellers.

                                      NoBroker charged me fees of INR 9, 999/- for their services but did not pick up my calls post that. I was also promised a contact of a relationship manager but did not get that either.

                                        I have registered service for AC Gas filling on 1st week of April and duly amount has been collected even before the service given post that there are 3 times there was a gas leakage and since 15 days, AC is not working and no response from your repair represntative, Customer Care and Escaalation depts. (HS[protected]

                                        such a pathetic and fake service that when you are charging a certain amont and claims to give warranty of 60 days than why dont you give service and if you are unable to give service than why dont you refund the amount immedately so that we will chose better service provider rather than you.

                                        such a idiotic and fake commitments your customer care people keep giving doesnt stand at all. pls refund the amount.
