This is regarding my property posted on Nobroker for Rent. I have really very bad experience overall. They have given me a plan to rent my property without even providing complete information. and after that they are saying if we find any Tenant for you, we will take 10000 from deposit. The reason i have posted flat for rent on Nobroker so that I don't have to pay anything to anyone or else there are more than 10 brokers are ready to get tenants for me nearby my area within a day.
I have told my RM T Ruksana to deactivate my plan, but it has been more than 4 days it still not got deactivated. i have specifically told and msg her on chat but she is not taking any action on it. Also, I wanted to highlight that Nobroker customer service is really bad they don't know how to speak. they speak very rudely with flat owners. I think they should listen to call recording how they speak with people.
since last 4 days i am trying to tell them to deactivate my plan but they are just delaying the process on purposely. I got a call from Nobroker today morning at 1:01pm and he was talking to me like "AAP JAISE LOG" this is how you communicate with customers? Is this the way you speak? he was very rude and disrespectful. i asked him to deactivate my plan so he was saying your RM is on weekly leave whenever she will return she will call you, means till the time she doesn't come back there's no one in Nobroker to deactivate my plan? why are you doing it purposely? what do you get from this ?? I feel Nobroker should give proper training how to speak or deal with customers.
before taking plan i used to get 1/2 tenants calls every day but the day i have taken the plan, they have not got a single tenants for my flat in a week. plus, your service is very slow and bad actually worse. I will never ever suggest anyone to take service from Nobroker bcz what i have experienced as of now I don't want anyone to suffer from this again.
I hope my complain will reach at the right place and necessary action will be taken.

Still I’m getting a call every day. And after having words with Ruksana and Team more than 15 times none of the person have still not disconnected the plan. This is really weird way of working of Nobroker employees. I have a serious complaint against these Ruksana and Gazi who is working with Nobroker as a owner relationship manager. Nobroker has to take serious action against them.

    NoBroker Team,

    I had registered for your packers & movers services against Customer Ref No HSPM-8273690 with amount of Rs 1530. I paid Rs. 349 as an advance. Your third-party service provider Mr. Anand called me three four times before dispatch to understand the requirement in detail. The job was planned at 10.00 am on 15th July. Mr. Anand called me 9.30am on 15th July and told that he can’t shift the material as one helper cost is not included.

    He arranged the conference call with NoBroker service representative to sort out the matter. But NoBroker person didn’t gave the way forward. Finally, I assured Mr. Anand of paying additional payment of Rs. 500 and he delivered the material.

    Once NoBroker took the contract of shifting the material, how their thirty-party contractor denying the shifting? It was the harassment and blackmailing by your partner at the eleventh hours when customer can’t do anything other than paying extra amount demanded by partner. Is this the business policy of NoBroker of taking the contract with less rate and then adding the charges through partner?

    In your advertisement, you mentioned about the 5-star rated partners, but what type of services he provided. See the below points.

    1. Mr. Anand was aware of less price of contract, but he didn’t tell me that in the previous two-three discussions. He just tried to trap me before one hour of the shifting.
    2. When I asked him, he said that partners are not aware of what amount they are going to get from the order. (He was telling lie)
    3. During the discussion over phone on 15th July, he told me the wrong list of items by adding few more items like washing machine, freeze which was not part of my shipment.
    4. Job was planned at 10.00 hrs., and he reached at 12.00 hrs. I was under stress and was not sure whether he is coming or not. I called him twice, but he didn’t pick up the phone.
    5. As a helper he brought 15 years old boy and a lady from his family. Both were not able to handle the heavy material like cupboard, computer table. Because of this, they damaged cupboard also.
    6. I agreed to pay him Rs. 2000 instead of Rs.1530. So, he was demanding Rs. 2000 from me. I said I already paid 349 as an advance. He said I am not bothered about what advance money you paid to NoBroker.
    7. I requested him to take money through Gpay, but he demanded for cash payment only.

    With such a verse quality of services by partners how you are claiming that your partners are 5-star rated partners? Do you have any quality check process before registering the partners? Are you serious of giving world class services to the customer for Movers and Packers?

    I am totally frustrated, and I am not going to recommend any of services from NoBroker to any of my friends and relatives.

      Hello, My name is Manikandan. I am a Investor in real estate properties. my ads are blocked by nobroker repeatedly and i have been trying to activate the ads through customer care but they keep saying that there is some technical glitch. I couldn't believe that there can be a technical glitch for past 1.5 years. I have repeatedly told the customer care representative that i am ready to pay for the ads. but my plea is not at all answered till now. ia m ready to prove my ownership of all the properties i post if required.           I wish to register a formal complaint against NoBroker's AC service. Despite my AC being serviced one month ago( 20th May, 2023) and still being under warranty, it is not functioning at all. I have already paid Rs. 5000 for the service(Gas + PCB Board Fix), but the assigned vendor is currently unavailable. Despite escalating the issue multiple times, I have been repeatedly assured by NoBroker that the vendor will arrive the next day. Unfortunately, this has been going on for the past eight days, with no resolution in sight. On 9th July 2023, I was informed that a new vendor would be assigned due to the unavailability of the previous one. However, until now, the problem remains unresolved, and every day I am informed that the details of the new vendor will be shared and the issue will be resolved by the end of the day.

            Subscribed for Freedom Plan but not getting owners details.

            Hello, this is regarding complaint against NoBroker. I subscribed for Freedom plan for getting owners details, unfortunately the app doesn't shows owners details. Tried severals times but no luck also trying to reach customer care and every time they disconnects the call after listening the plan details. No one has helped and also emailed to support and CEO Amit Kimat Agarwal but no response yet. Request ID# 16890640 and 16909453.

            Hi No Broker Team,
            I purchased property expert plan on Sunday (June 25th 2023) Till date I am not assigned with a proper relationship manager who help in finalizing the property and at the time of selling sales person Mr Mohit told me that the relation ship manager will have proper locality knowledge however this is not case. The RM which assigned to me after purchasing plan named Mr Shubham does not provided assistance for house hunt and he does not have any knowledge . As I purchase property expert plan but it’s useless & not worth to buy. After subscribe, relationship manager didn’t reply & They didn’t search property as per my requirement and they only suggest property as per their convenience & which I already seen. .
            All my hard earned money is wasted and It’s so frustrating to keep calling these no broker people every day right from asking them to assign a person and for every small thing.
            After many complaints The New RM Nisha gupta who is a who assigned to me also does not provide proper assistance and share property which i have already seen and does not provide proper property information from her end. Hence I have escalate the issue to senior manager Mr Luis and Mr Vamsi on and on call they have assured me that they will provide best service . However no such case. The new relationship manager is also now went on leave for 2daysa nd wasn’t available at all. Also Mr Vamsi & Luis also went on leave.
            What is the use of the plan all my money & time is waist I need my money refund due to no proper service.
            No Broker is doing the biggest disservice by exploiting their clients. Right from the Relationship Manager including Supervisors they just give false promises.. Extremely disappointed, even the escalation team is as shameless as one can think of!!

              This is Karthik Chandrasekaran from Bangalore, i have purchased a home in no broker and move on interior in no broker. I have booked on APRIL 16 2023 and design part has been took more than a month for a 2BHK simple interior.post that they share the 2D & 3D for interior and payment for confirmation. So i have paid 50% of payment on May 17 to proceed the work. Moving forward 95% of payment has been done till now 6 July work is not completed.raw material like plywood, window doors cilps is very worst quality, like plywood are blend and mica peels from the pasting, bubbles in pasting. Even they not use proper compression tools for the same. stopped middle of the work due to final 5% payment before work completion by the relation manager Vinoth chowdary.due to this my painting work has been holded.

                I have subscribed to freedom plan but i was not able to get owner details after clicking on get owner details. Its been 1month and still they havent resolved the issue. Please provide refund. Being such a big platform if you are not able services on time then please don't provide service

                  Full refund of CPMS service

                  I cancelled the CPMS service in May 2023 as the NoBroker team tried to rent my property to a tenant with a criminal case/fraud history (emails and WhatsApp messages shared with NoBroker team). The RM assured me of service cancellation and initiate the refund in May 2023, but I haven't received the refund yet, and it remained uncountable to follow up. The same goes for other two reps. What these people are doing in your organisation?

                  Huge delay and no response from Nobroker Interior Service Team on Home Interior

                  We have given our 2bhk flat interior work to NoBroker Interior Design Services. We paid booking amount of 15K INR on 7th Jan 2023, then we have paid Rs. 11853 on 17th Jan 2023 to start. After that they took 2 months for design to complete design docket and after that we paid upto 50% payment of Rs. 297241 INR on 16th March 2023 as design sign-off.                   I subscribed to the Rs.6499+18%GST money back plan that guarantees refund if Nobroker cannot find me a tenant.

                  I found a tenant by simply putting out a TO-LET board in my apt within a month.

                  Nobroker team initially said they will refund and asked me for the Rental agreement I made with the new tenant.

                  After making me wait for more than a month and multiple reminders, they came back and said they will not give me any refund.

                  Need help to get back my money!

                    I was requested for my Split AC servicing from Nobroker, No broker team has assign a service engineer Falak Jaidi, he came at my whom and suggested AC have less gas so need to refill gas as well coil also will repair he had given Estimate cost around 3300 he had promised after this work AC will run smoothly.

                    He did his job and gave his number and said if any issue will come related to this AC call me directly. after 5 to 6 days again AC cooling not working then i call him he came and said now your compressor is leakage i told him if compressor issue give me sometimes because compressor in warranty so will raised request with voltas team. i raised a request and voltas engineer came and found the compressor is found and again gas is low so he suggested please fill GAS. i orgue with voltas engineer that other engineer saying its acupressure issue then Voltas engineer said compressor is fine if any engineer will prove compressor is faulty i will give new AC. when same message i again conveyed the same message to No broker service engineer falak zaid he said ok sir please run AC when it will totally stop and will come to refill gas and said please change your indoor unit.

                    When i again call him one month he said sure sir will come when will reached noida but he never came. When I called him again he said my ID is not working so when it will activated it will check. i wait 5 to 6 days and again when i called him on 21st june he said i came in village due to eid festival will come on 30th june.
                    when i again call him on second july he had suddenly changed and came now your warront period is over so it will not cover in warranty when i told him i will complain about your service to Nobroker he said you can complain anyone no one will support to you.

                    when i called to to customer care number with my register number [protected] on [protected] first he listen my issue then he asked my number i given same number but they said its not your register number then i told him to check with my mail id and given this mail id he said not this mail id also wrong then i told him how it is possible i am getting all communication with this mobile and mail id then you can say its not registered.

                    My i know which type service engineer you have registered with you all customer trusting on your brand and services but your services engineer playing different roll and make frustrating to customer, second how your tele caller not able to identify.

                    We have enough proof for all above communication with recording and time for your reference few recordings and call timing attached.

                    Kindly look at this issue on priority and fixed it my problem or let me know next level escalation if you have or I will escalate in our manner legally because all communication and problems persist within a week of servicing and I think your service engineer is just trying to pass time.

                      I had paid a booking of slot amount fee of ₹349 but received no service, no update and no response. I talked to an executive the next day and he cancelled the order while confirming that I would get an email of the refund generation. I did not receive any email either. The company is unwilling to generate refunds.

                        The tenant is moved to our property with more than 15 days up so far. Delay in crediting deposit. Once Deposit was confirmed I was told that rent for 15 days of this month will be credited in 2-3 days. Even after 15 days, it is not credited. Reaching out to customer relationship manager is also very difficult.

                        Customer relationship manager talks all the process, agreement, terms & conditions and legalities when connected but no compliance.

                          I had taken carpenter services along with packaging and moving for dismantling and putting back the wooden wardrobe. There was no carpenter and the person who was also moving the stuff had dismantled the wardrobe with the help of a screw driver and had tried fixing it the same way. however, while fixing the door, he had damaged the panel and the door is now jammed and also fixed two screws wrongly which caused further damaged to the cupboard. I have been calling them for the last 3 days, with multiple people at No broker and they have been very unjust, unkind and have just been lying to my face and have not given any solution or refund for the same.

                            3: .mail sent on 23 rd June 2023 by samapti giving few contact nos of leads, not yet received till now even after 5 days ..she says she is helpless, she cannot do anything if we don't receive ..She is v irresponsible, inefficient .
                            4:.only 25 leads she/ other RMs could get in a month due to incorrect location, not able to execute ideas of owner when lakhs/ thousands of employees may be, in electronic City, hosur industrial estate are looking for our villa in our locality ..where as in 2022 fr similar villa, we could get 250 leads and successfully fixed tenants

                            5 sampati, ayaana says that they r following no broker procedures, which r rigid and they r not able to escalate to higher authorities and higher officials not at all responding .

                            6 .out of 25 leads, almost all are not reachable, or fixed house .. Relationship managers take several days to contact ., do not follow our suggestions, not giving opportunity to present to prospective tenants in better way .
                            7 ..only few leads due to wrong location in property posting by No broker ..Hence without asking fr payment they need to extend validity period by another 30 days or till tenant fixed, whichever is earlier .

                            Very bad services, very bad mindset, senior officials never come back, owners will be in dark, they don't consider good inputs of owners to identify tenants .

                              Had booked movers and packers from NoBroker including warehouse storage for 25 days. The staff arrived for packing did not have packing materials for electronics. On the day of shifting from warehouse to new location had to follow up multiple times with the NoBroker partner. The partner delayed the shifting to evening even after notifying the day prior about the timings. When contacted NoBroker they could not do much other than saying sorry for the inconvenience. While booking they promise hassle free shifting however that is not the reality, they charge a hefty amount but you have to follow up for everything. For shifting we had to follow up with the vendor and NoBroker. The shifting happened really late in the evening. Would not recommend NoBroker for shifting.

                                We have availed Interior services from NoBroker last year in April 2022 for our new home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Experienced worst services. Vendor left the work in midway without completing the works. For complaints there was no response. In fact now within 1 year the works in modular kitchen are showing defects. Specially the soft closings for which we have paid additional payment are not working properly. For few things we had to pay extra and get it repaired from outside vendors.

                                  These guys are a bunch of bluffs and thieves who are operating under name of a startup. BEWARE OF NOBROKER! They work immorally without any ethics. Their employees keep hanging up calls and their ground staff are local goons who are highly abusive and arrogant.

                                  Here is what happened. I was looking for packers & movers services in Pune. As I looked for a quote on no broker, these guys kept calling eight times a day for follow-up with a booking. They promised that there will be a dedicated moving manager who will coordinate with their ground staff and get the moving done. While they took the booking on call they listed each item and gave the quote accordingly. I felt the price was fair so I went ahead with the booking. I chose one tempo with labor help from a driver and additional to helpers. This was done one day before the moving date. As soon as they got the booking amount payment, their attitude changed completely. Suddenly calls started getting disconnected.

                                  The next day, I received a message with name and number of their driver. Surprisingly a local goon arrived in an autorickshow sized tempo along with four guys. Even before coming upstairs to my house, he opened nobroker app read out list of all my items and said we can't move all this at once. You will have to pay extra. I reasoned that I had booked a 7 ft larger vehicle which according to nobroker is sufficient for my luggage and suggested that he take it up with the nobroker move in manager. The guy became highly abousive and left immediately along with his guys. In the two-three minutes that this guy and his friends spent on the street next to my house, they created quite a scene.

                                  I dialed no broker helpline immediately and surprisingly suddenly my calls were not connecting to the right department, I was getting transferred multiple times. Quite a few people hung up on me (ahem! the calls got disconnected). Finally, they said that they are arranging another vehicle and this time a right size vehicle with another driver. After 15 minutes, I received phone number of another tempo driver.

                                  My booking was for 11am. The goon had come at 12pm. By the time nobroker arranged another tempo and I could get in touch with the tempo driver it was past 1.30pm. As its a beginning of the monsoon season, I wanted to finish moving my luggage before evening hours to avoid rains. After a while the driver called again and asked me to send location on whatsapp along with the list of items. I requested the driver to open his no broker app so he can see the list, he insisted that I send it on whatsapp. So I sat and typed out the list on my phone. Then there was no response from the driver. I tried to connect with him but his phone was not reachable.

                                  So I dialed no broker helpdesk again. The helpdesk person started a conference call with the driver. To my surprise, the driver refused to come at the agreed amount. He said that he has invested 5 lakhs in this business and he cannot provide service at the agreed amount. Then he demanded INR 1k extra. After reasoning for a while, and seeing no support from the helpdesk person, I asked the helpdesk person to provide another driver who will move our luggage at the agreed amount in the invoice. He refused to do so. I also tried to reason that if all of my luggage does not fit in the vehicle or it overloads the vehicle, I will move additional stuff on my own. But the driver refused to budge. So I asked nobroker helpdesk guy to send me a revised invoice with 1k added so I can avail services from this driver. He refused to provide revised invoice and insisted that I will be paying this 1k at my willingness off the books.

                                  I wasn't ready for this and by now its was 3PM. I was already on call for more than 100 minutes. Finally, I asked the no broker helpdesk executive to refund my booking amount as they cannot provide service at the agreed invoice amount. The helpdesk person agreed and initiated the refund. I could see the updated status on my booking. Thanked the helpdesk guy who wanted me to have a 'nice' day after all this. Then stepped out to find a local tempo and labours at nearby market. By 7 PM we had moved all the luggage in the same amount that I were to pay no broker initially.

                                  I was told that I would receive the refund within 7 days but to my surprise, even after 12 days I did not see it coming. Called the helpdesk again and to my surprise, they had cancelled the refund saying my inventory was more so they couldn't provide service. I tried to connect with their grievance officer but to my surprise, they have mentioned their regular helpdesk contact number and email address along with name of their vertical head on the website. There is no escalation matrix and no way to escalate an issue other than connecting with the helpdesk who keeps telling you to write an email to their general email address.

                                  I am still waiting for my refund.
