Nobroker trap customers by giving wrong information, they take money & then stopped picking up calls . Is this way they cheat customers.Thank god we have not booked any advance services from nobroker.

I booked service for painting and repairs inspection.
Money was deducted, but no one visited.

Called multiple times and there was no proper response....

I took Seller Postpaid Super Relax Service from NOBROKER for 58411.18 INR for selling my flat in Hyderabad.

However, they deducted 60000 INR and are not refunding the balance amount. No one is taking the responsibility.

Date of the money deducted: 12.12.2022

I am expecting the balance amount refund....

Had booked a service on 4th April. They did not send any worker for the service. Upon following up, the company employee shared that they don't have enough cleaning professionals. Nobroker had already collected the money upfront for the service - the company has a namesake customer support number that is never answered - there is a voice over that says someone will call back - nobody calls back. chat option within the app is unresponsive....
