Dear sir / madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about:
The issue that i have experienced was: nobroker took rs 15000 towards renting my brand new furnished property but failed to provide regular updates once money was transferred to their account.
My numerous calls to so-called relationship manager were not entertained. My relationship manager changed twice within 1 month & the new one never contacted me.
I was told relationship manager would be the only person in contact with me (The owner) and he/she would take care of all things relating to viewing, renting, management etc. But she was never contactable on phone, whatsapp and emails.
There was a field relationship manager too (All manager's mind you) who called me something unrelated to his area of knowledge.
My flat keys were with a friend and there were 3 people communicating with me and my friend to take over the keys and it was a total mistimed and mis-communicated effort.
The whole nobroker relationship has left a very bad taste and i would strongly advise peope against relying on them. I could have put rs 15, 000 to a better use. Maybe tried nestaway, who dont charge upfront.
