I have paid a subscription of 18000 rupees to no broker for renting my house and the service from them is very poor. They don't have any professional people to deal with and they don't keep any of their commitments. Police verification of the prospective tenants was part of their service and when checked, they informed that this will cost extra. Why then this was included in their initial scope. This company is really cheaters. Even after 4 weeks from paying the money, other than the leads, i am giving their relationship manager failed to show the house to anyone else.

    I have done an rental agreement for my flat in december 2019 and along with same had also paid for police verification purpose. I had also provided the required documents for the same but till today it has not been done. I have been calling no broker office for several times but they never reverted me with proper solution. Mr. Bandu (Relationship manager) has also been very irresponsible regarding the same. Yesterday again i called up nobroker office and a person mr. Sandeep told me that he will revert back with solution by today afternoon. He sent me a what’s app message that i have to share an otp which i will be receiving on my phone as this is a protocol to be followed for police verification purpose. But i m dealing with no broker for last 4 years and never had such type of issue while police verification process. So what is the problem this time? Was that a fake call asking for otp as i have not received any mail for asking the same. Please look into the matter seriously.

      I am sending a payment on march 14, the payment of ₹ 20000 was made in the account of landlord, but today it has been made march 21, the payment has not received in landlord bank account. I have called no broker 50 to 60 times for the last 5 days. They say that your process is under process, your transaction is under process but they are not able to give a clear answer. Only speaking will be a credit today eod?. Very useless companies very poor. I want my payment refund or credit any how immediately.

        Hello team,

        I had initiated a rental process by paying a token amount of 10000 rs for an apartments with nobroker in last week of oct 2019, my rented house details #203, geetanjali pride ii, 5th main, 6th cross, malleshpalya, bangalore-560075. We were told all the maintenance and repair work will be done by 30 oct. But when we checked the status of the work only cleaning and painting was completed. Major part of the elecrical and plumbing task were not completed. Since we had to vacate our house on 30 oct, we occupied the house on 1 nov 2019 with these pending task related to electrical and plumbing as we were proimised it will be done in 2-3 days. But that didn't happen. Me and my family (My wife, 7 and 3 yrs old daugther) had to go through one of the worst days of our life. The plumbing were leaking, rusted, old and not working. The electrical fitting were not working or broken or hanging. Thanks to nobroker mainteance team who didnt come to complete the task nor did they respond to our phone call. Finally we were forced to complete the very basic electrical and plumbing task so that we can survive on 5 nov 2020. When we got the work done we found there were rat nest in our kitchen chimney. Thanks to great service which was done by nobroker team before we occupied the house. We followed up with the nobroker team to complete the rest of task. Then finally they started calling us for making payment of rest of advance amount. They said if we pay that we will finish the work. So i paid the rest 90k to them with hope the work will be completed. But as expected nobroker maintenance team didnt complete the work. We kept on following up with them till end of nov. Then nobroker team started following up with us for rent in 1s week of dec 2019. I denied to pay the rent nor sign the agreement till this repair work is done. They kept on promising and it never happened. Finally end week of dec 2019 they said the owner is not ready to pay for the same hence they cannot do the work. We will have to stay with these broken electrical and plumping work. Meanwhile during nov last week i started interacting with ishrath [ishrath. [protected]@nobroker.in] shared the whole story with her, and requested her to please refund our 1 lakh amount and help us vacate this apartment. For which she was not able to resolve the same. Finally all the pain and suffering came to an end. We were asked to vacate my rented house on or before 31 jan 2020 in the first week of jan by nobroker, because the owner has initiated cancellation of agreement with nobroker and will expire on 31 jan 2020. We managed to get a house in short notice and we vacated the house on 25 jan 2020. We got into and agreement that they will deduct, from advance amount and mainteance charges paid by me to do basic electrical and plumbing repair[105832], three months rent (22000x3=66000) and refund our amount in two installments (34000 & 5832). First part rs 34000 will be transferred on or before 24th dec eod after detecting 3-months rent (22000 x 3 = 66000) and second part rs 5832 after we vacate and settle electric bill. Since the inspection didn't complete on 25 jan we didn't handover the key to nobroker team. We had a discussion with the owner and nobroker on 26 jan about the same. Where the owner and nobroker agreed to get the inspection completed. I have handed over the key on 26 evening 7 pm ist to residents of 301, geetanjali pride ii 3rdfloor. As per the agreement over email, the inspection done on 25 and later after i handed over the key, there was no damages in the house nor there were any dues pending from our side. I was promised to get my 5832 rs after deducting electric bill for jan month 2020. Since there was not response from your side. I have done several email and phone follow up in feb & mar 2020 month. Tried to reach out to zaid [zaid. [protected]@nobroker.in) but there is not response from his side. I was promised callback but nobody has called several occasions. I have attached the screenshot of all these email conversations.

        I request you to please process my refund. You may reach out to me to know the bank details for transfer of the fund.

        Finally I have started getting response from Nobroker Team. Zaid who as not responding from last 45 days has now started responding. He has came with a weird question which he is asking me to share the rental agreement. If i tell you about the story my rental agreement creation that would really showcase how efficient and personal information protection sensitive is Nobroker team will be reviled. When I started my working with Nobroker Rental team in first week of Nov 2019 they shared a link to fill my details. I thought the team is very advanced and great system is there to track and fill these details. But all my expectations were shattered when they shared the draft of my rental agreement via email. The agreement belongs to some other property and had all personal and sensitive information about the owner and tenant. I informed the Rental team about the same. Instead of showing concerns about this mistake they were least bothered about the incident and kept on sending wrong and incorrect rental agreement for close to 3 weeks. Finally we some how managed to correct all the details in the draft. I had to pay Rs 478 approx for a agreement. Then they shared the hard copy via courier and we received it by 3 week of Dec 2019. When i checked the document my fathers name was not correct and address of the rented property was not correct. Then i informed the team to correct these as per draft and send it to me again. Which has never happened even the rental team never bothered to resend it after that till now.

        I haven't received any update from the team since three months. I agree we were in lockdown past few months. Hence I havent reached out to the team.But considering the fact now you have resumed office and Working from Home. I would request you to please process my pending amount of Rs 5832.           I had registered with nobroker.in website for getting my rent agreement done, with order id:[protected].

          I had paid a security deposit of 7500 rs which was to be refunded after they receive back their remote access device. But the security deposit has still not been refunded even 2 months after the date it was promised. I have sent various emails and made numerous phone calls but still waiting for the refund.                 Hi i am not satisfied with nobroker services and management. It provides the worst services of the customer. And nobroker relationships manager are also fake. Really it's a fraud company with pathetic management. I trying too many times to customer care and his ceo amit aggarwal to contact regarding our refund. But they don't undersrand to gave the reply of customer email and customer value. I suggest you everyone plz never take any type of plan from nobroker which they recommend. B. Coz they never refund. I am waiting for 3 months continuosly.

                  Hi, i transferred my rent amount of 45k to my landlord account on 5th march and i got a msg that my owner will get money on 7th. I was upset at this moment only bcz previous month i got information that if amount is less than 50k it will get transferred immediately. You guys mentioned in app also that instant rent transfer. But again today on 6th march i got a msg that my rent is going to settle down on 10th march into my landlord account becauae they are facing technical issue to transfer into my owners account. Its really frustrating n i never expect these kind of service from u guys.. Now my owner questioning me, last month i referred my friends about ur app n now i'm not going to refer anymore. Just resolve my issue asap, here i'm attaching message which i got.

                  When I am trying to submit the otp from landlord ..it could not accept that and then I m enter my phone no ..then I submit the otp and the process begins..after that I fill all the account detail and the amount is debited from my credit card but amount is not credited to landlord account

                      The agreement registration time is not being done after collecting the money. The company has not even bothered to call back and setup time inspite of repeated reminders via email.
                      I have got ample email from company talking about i will get call back from relationship manager but that has not happened till date. It's been 2 week already after the payment is made.

                        I made a online payment of rs 10000 to take care for renting out my property in hbr 2 block through their comprehensive management services introduced by sujeet. K from nobroker b stationed at hsr layout office.
                        Accordingly i paid rs 10000/- through online on 5th january 2020. Nothing has been done. Iam a long-standing customer and never expected this type of services fro nobroker.                           I had a terrible experience with nobroker.

                          I paid rent to my house owner on 10th of this month using nobroker. But due to some reasons, i decided to cancel the transfer process & informed the same to nobroker customer service team.

                          They said we will initiate the refund process & i've been waiting for my refund from the past 20 days.
                          I am following up every single day via emails or phone calls.

                          Is there any responsible person within the nobroker team who would bother to address the issue?

                            Hi team,

                            I had recently taken your paid service second time which promises refund in case of tenant coming on own, similarly i had a tenant occupancy on their own for which i had filed for refund & now i have been told my deposit amount mismatch

                            I had clearly mention when i had taken service that deposit amount would be 1 lakh and negotiable uptown 25k same lines i have rented out my property for 75k

                            You cannot now say that deposit amount mismatch and would not refund.

                            I need my refund processing done asap

                            I have contacted customer care 20times written email with no response multiple times

                              I have stated that i don't have any documents to support it.
                              Since then i have been promised that "my money" will get refunded to the source account, which no-broker team has
                              Failed to initiate till now, and apart from that today i have got this mail that the timeline has been increased again.
                              I want nobroker pay team to initiate the refund process by today, with email confirmation given to me.
                              Its my last formal request, please initiate the refund process today.

                                Hello,

                                Nobroker keeps on cheating customers under the guise of technical problems. After having charged me rs. 3539.00 for a 45 day advert on feb 5 (Please see the attachment), nobroker abruptly deactivated the ad and removed the relationship manager 2 days back. When asked, they say it is some technical problem that is beyond their control. This is big time cheating and fraud.

                                A lady called me yesterday and accepted that they have charged me and then not provided me service. She promised to fix the problem by yesterday evening (Feb 25). The problem remains unresolved. They charged me 45 days but deactivated the service after 18 days!!! I would like to charge them for the mental harassment and the opportunity loss caused by the false promise and fraudulent manner they operate.

                                There is a scam out there. No broker seems to be engaging brokers on the sly who will take money from you as a direct contact. This is exactly opposite the official statement of them saying they do not entertain brokers. Let me explain.

                                After so many messages here and also tweets, they could not do anything about activating the advertisement. It is still deactivated; see the screenshot taken at 6.01 am today. But surprisingly the Relationship Manager Ankit appeared again on the app on Sunday (Mar 1), and I sent him a message. He called back. I told him that we cannot keep on waiting forever for them and we had leased out the apartment on Mar 1 to Sita (name changed for Privacy), through an offline broker, Sudhakar. I asked him to refund our money as he had promised when the ad got deactivated 2 weeks back. He then started arguing that we wanted the ad activated; how can they refund; it is non-refundable, etc, etc. He also said that he will have to call Sita and check if we were telling the truth about getting her through broker Sudhakar. Can you believe it!!! He said he will get back to be soon about the refund. I asked him what he means by 'soon'; as the last time he said soon, it took 2 weeks. He said he will get back with a confirmation by March 2.

                                On March 2, someone else called from his team and told me that the ad will be activated in 2 hours. I told him that we had this long conversation with Ankit the previous day and this new person had no clue about that conversation. So I told him the whole story. Then he says that "But Sita is registered with us", indicating that we probably got Sita through the ad which was not active!!!

                                Now, is it the same Sita?
                                Secondly, what if she is registered...she could be registered in so many other sites.

                                But most interestingly, if he is indicating that the deal happened via them, that means he is confirming that NoBroker has a team of brokers who approach you as independent brokers. Then they take brokerage from the tenant or owner (or both) after the deal is done. Meanwhile NoBroker also charges you and deactivates the ad. Thereby they do not have to provide the service too. In the end they probably earn 1 months' rent as brokerage plus advertising money for service they do not provide.

                                This needs to be exposed.

                                  I posted an add about my property for rent on nobroker app. They called me back and asked for opting one of the plan to get tenants faster. I chose one plan which says money back guaranteed if nobroker is not able to find a tenant for me within 60 days. They collected all the information about my property and my contact details. Then after agreeing to go for paid services and money back plan, i paid around 7600 inr. This payment was done only after nobroker got all the information about my property, where it is located, what are the amenities available, near by facilities like bus stop, metro station, schools malls everything. Then after 1 week they call me and say that "sir we cannot cater our money back plan in the area where your apartment is", "so we give u an option to change the plan where the money will not be returned if nobroker is not able to find a tenant that too in just 45 days". Then i said this is not fair, i need my money back. From then no communication from nobroker. This is a completely fraud case since they were knowing about my property details before payment, they could have informed me earlier but they didn't. I urge all the property owners not to register yourself on nobroker. These guys need to be punished.

                                    I have paid for subscription under the freedom plan. I have asked for contact number on one of the rentals. I have received no number for hours now. Your representative told me they will issue a refund. Could not tell me when. Suggested that i will pay again and you will supply me the numbers i have asked for. I don't trust you with paying two times for the same service, when you could not provide me the service you have promised the first time.
                                    This is a scam and a fraud.

                                      I have booked for a movers with nobroker. They contacted me and given a quote of 2000 for shifting the house hold things in the same street and took an advance amount of 700rs.
                                      No broker movement manager call’d me and given the schedule for 5th’feb-2020 at 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
                                      Since i had furnitures purchased from royaloak it has to be dismantled and assembled by royaloak service team, hence i paid 1800 for furniture disassemble and fix it in the new premises. As per the schedule they have dismantled by 11:30 but no body from the nobroker visited for movement even after calling so many times for 1:00 pm till 3:15 pm.
                                      After so many calls and escalation they sent a tata ace vehicle with no labour’s and they are claiming that they have sent the vehicle and advising to pay amount but in the call they agreed for vehicle with labour’s who will take care of complete shifting without packaging.

                                      I told if that is the case i could have booked a porter and the place where i’m shifting is not even 100 meters.

                                      Finally they cancelled the order and advised to pay 200 to driver and not returned my advance.

                                      They cheated total 900 rs from me without providing any service.

                                        Someone called from no broker after my complaint but instead of providing details when they have paid the refund asked me to give them my bank statement of 3 months to check if the refund is there, it is so stupid that the person [ company who has paid the refund as claimed by them cannot send details which day, what reference number they have refunded the money, as they claim, if at all they have, overall they are liars since last october they have been saying we have processed my refund but no details till date from oct2019 to feb 2020
