Team
I had made genuine payment of rs rs 57000 through nobroker.in account number is common for both rent and maintenance. I had also shared rent receipt with them issued in the past
However they have arbitrarily deducted charges
Sequence of events as follows:
1. Remitted rs 100 to check if system is functioning properly
2. Once confirmed attempted to remit actual rent of 57000
3. System didn't allow me to remit rent
4. Remitted through maintenance option (System did not stop me from making payment for same account through this option)
Above information conveyed to shashikanth - customer service person today
He mentioned that transaction will get executed today
Spoke with usman who assured me that the matter will b resolved
However they have refunded after deducting charges leading to inconvenience to me and landlord apart from monetary loss
Please help

someone from their office called up about 15 days back and mentioned that concerned team will resolve the problem- yet to happen
Not only that once again they have kept my rent payment for August on hold and will once again steal 3% from me; delay payment to landlord;
further they dont even come on line
exactly like a tech company with all response by computer

that is not a resolution - it is not mandatory to have rent agreement further
i have shared rent receipt for past period
i have mentioned PAN of landlord

i have mentioned number of times that i do not have rent agreement apart from violation of privacy
your company holding my money is against RBI Guideline

    24/6/2020 debited rs.19190/- for my sbi card *1914... Your person priya sharma call and increase card limit fake news to get details then debited this is fraudulent transaction.. I don't have any rental agreement for your company. How without permission doing like # company. Fraud transcation getting money this is a company rule are you same for this
    Am already compaint to central crime branch.. Check below attachments.. As soon as possible refund me all call recordings am go for legally suffer for you.. Got it

      Hi,

      Nobroker technology has been used to make unauthorised transactions on a credit card.

      The transactions were done on 18th may 2020 with a credit card ending with 3204.
      * 40, 400 at[protected]:25:02
      * 32, 320 at[protected]:29:02: this transaction did not go through.
      * 9, 494 at[protected]:36:47

      I'm not a consumer of nobroker technologies and have not used any of their services, but the above transactions have been charged to me. These transactions were done without my authorisation. Please revert these transactions.

      Correcting dates, since they got protected above:
      * 40, 400 at 18th May 2020 13:25:02
      * 32, 320 at 18th May 2020 13:29:02: This transaction did not go through.

        I had paid rent via rent pay platform.

        First the transaction was blocked and I got a link to upload rent agreement.

        I uploaded the rent agreement and connected with support regarding the matter. They said they already have agreement from previous month's transaction so it should be ok.

        4 days later I receive a message saying I have been charged 3% (2%refund and 1% initial) for submitting invalid rent agreement, I am damn sure my agreement is valid. I purchased a bike on this agreement so I connected with support.

        All I from support after 1 hour of chat was 'Ok'', 'Sure'. 'We're working on this'. And finally when I asked last time on progress they asked me to mail details on [protected]@nobroker.in after wasting 1 hour.

        The deduction only happens when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system and the payee is unable to give a valid rental agreement. If in case you are facing any issue please share your details we would want to help you with the same.

          Dear sir/madam

          This is to bring in notice that fraud payment transaction has been carried out by some unauthorized person with you as per detail under:
          Sbi card xx4903 at
          Nobroker technologies on 4/07/2020 at 12:03 of rs. 25250.00

          In this regard, i wish to point out that i am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction.
          I solemnly declare that i have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.
          I have taken up the matter with the legal authorities and concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.
          I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary steps to apprehend / blacklist the person having commited the criminal offence. Please resevers the amount immeditely..

            Nobroker.com packer & movers department is totally a cheating department.

            They said that it has their own team of packers and movers & charged huge amounts from me & high standard packing will be done.

            But they interns connected to local packers and movers which i could have done by myself.

            They said there will be a supervisor arranged, that was also not done.

              Today i'm transferring 29997amount from axis credit card to my icici bank account still i won't get balance my axis credit card paid this amount what this happening why are you doing this? Is this small amount? Fraud service? I want my money back at any cost

                This is k naresh kumar 24/6/2020 this month 2:29pm.. Received a call from [protected].. Priya sharma nobroker technology team. She said increase your credit limit... Then fraud to debited rs.19190/- i have all call recordings also complaint to near police station
                This is a habit to fraud your company.. Am already many time intimate but no response your end. Only send benificiery details i dont want that details. Then also infrom to centerl crime department... Please refund me. As soon as possible.. Thank you

                    Hi, i'm writing this post multiple complaints with nobroker care. Initially given false commitments like providing good and related listings of rental on daily basis and then after customers to take best plans. Rm has been, but service is worst so far i received. Tried to reach care mutilple times and to escalate things, said they will solve my problem @24 hrs. But its @5 days now, no call has been received in this regards, neither my problem is resolved. Such a worst and bad experience. I would like to take refund due to improper service and their false commitments.

                        I called no broker on 12th june to initiate rent agreement process since then the executives have made us run after them. Everyday i made multiple calls. First our relationship manager was mr mohd tariq. He left n between and the conversation was halted without informing us. After 3-4 days when we tried he said he was busy in personal affairs. We got our agreement done and i have been asking executives for our police verification there is absolutely no intimation about that. Everytime somebody says you will get a call within 2 hrs but that never happens. I am so appalled by your service. We have already paid the rent to owner and we haven't even started living there and the next month is about to come. It was the worst mistake to rely on you for this process.

                          This company is sending leads, which sound so genuine and then backoff at the last moment. They even call you that i am coming to see the property i am just leaving will be there in 30 mins. We waited and waited they never showed up, and we stopped returning calls.
                          This has been repeated for several times.

                            Before making rent payment no document nothing asked... No requirement disclosed..

                            After payment they started asking for rental agreement. For this reason.. They make transaction reversal.. With 1000 rs i. E 2% extra charges... Im surprised to hear that... Becauae if they really require and mandatory to have rental agreement they must tell me prior to payment... After payment asking means they just want to loot.

                            I request you to take strict action against nobroker for fooling and looting customers.

                                    Hi, a fraud transaction was incurred on 11 june 2020 at 13:04 for an amount of inr 19, 796. I got a call from [protected] (Fraud guy number). Please do not authorise this transaction and request you to refund the money back to my credit card.

                                      I had booked movers & packers service from nobroker. One of the executive (Neha dubey) had approached me for availing nobroker service. After many calls i had agree to avail the services based on the promise neha dubey had given. Based on the confirmation, i was supposed to pay the token amount to confirm the service. I was shared a payment link which i followed and made the advance token amount. My shifting was scheduled on may 29, 2020 & the time slot given to me was morning 8am to 10am. I was informed that 2 days prior to shifting movement manager from nobroker will visit my house to assess the items available at home for shifting. No one visited my house till may 28. When i had called the customer care inquiring why the movement manager has not visited my flat to assess the items for which they replied saying we have understood your requirements and directly the transport team will come and do the shifting needful. On may 29, i waited till 12 pm wherein no body came from transport. After so many followups, transport team came to my place around 1 pm. After coming, to my surprise, i was told that there will be two rounds of transport as in one lot it is not possible to shift the entire items. I was constantly pushing nobroker team to visit my place to assess the items for shifting for which they never took my request seriously. Once the transporter informed me about two rounds, i started calling the nobroker team, and as expected everyone started ignoring my calls and never helped me with my requirements. I was left stranded on the shifting day and i had to cancel the nobroker service and opt for some other vendor where i had to pay additional 2k as the shifting requirement came all of a sudden to the transport.

                                      Now, when i am trying to approach nobroker team for my refund, they are not responding properly and also sent a msg to me stating thanks for availing our service. They are big cheat when it comes to movers and packers service and the team is more pathetic as they can go upto any extent by giving false commitments to the customer for trapping them for paying the advance.

                                      Hence, i request you to kindly help me getting my advance amount paid to nobroker. Also if possible the extra amount which i had to pay to other transport person.

                                        I paid my sister's rent through Nobroker on June 1 through her Nobroker account and my credit card. Nobroker have requested for rental agreement on her email address and SMS. But she's admitted at a hospital and couldn't act on the email and SMS within the 4-5 days buffer Nobroker had provided.

                                        The moment I got an email about refund after 1% transacting charges and 2% deducted as penalty (since my credit card was used) we had checked her email account and sent the valid and authenticated rental agreement to their email box.

                                        They are still refusing the refund of the penalty charges as we were a few hours late to respond. And they have charged me appprox Rs.970/- as a penalty for the rent payment worth Rs.32000/- and the customer care team is outright rude and unhelpful when asking about the charges.

                                        They are not ready to consider even the health condition of the account holder as a reason for a couple of hours of delay even during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown situation. Really bad experience. Not sure if I am likely to continue using their rent payment portal again.

                                        Is there any way I can reach a supervisor team or someone who can validate the rental agreement and issue the refund of Rs. 970/- as an exceptional case considering the health of the account holder. The delay was only a couple of hours to send the agreement from our end.
