I posted rent ad 1yr back, i never subscribed to their spam messages then still nobroker sends me messages to reactivate ad, there is no way to stop such messages.
They should have provided a link to unsubscribe such messages but there is nothing. Please help to stop these spam messages from no broker.com

I had made payment of rs 7, 668.82 to nobroker.com under owners money back plan on 24/08/2019 by credit card and the ticket no. Is #3558871and mr anant naik was appointed as representative for letting out property. My property could not let out within 60 days. Inspite of reminders, i have not yet received the refund. Kindly do the needful.

I have applied for rental agreement on 7th of december 2019. I need to discuss for the same to the concerned team. Addressing the issue is different, your team is incapable of giving a call back to me or routing my number to the concerned team since these days. From 8th of november 2019 i have been following up with the customer care, regarding the change of plan from commercial to tenant rental freedom plan.
When ever i call to customer care or via chat, the response from the support is, within 24 to 48 hours my plan will be changed, but the request has not be fullfilled for about 20 days. After 20 days, one of the customer relationship manager called me and said that i wont be able to subscribe...

I am trying to get registered rent agreement done through nobroker. The service is pathetic and the team is highly irresponsible.
Initially, they were contacting quite often to convince that they would provide great and immediate service but as soon the payment is made, they are least bothered to complete the process and provide the agreement.

I renewed my plan premium 999/- last week to search house for rent, i’m suddenly unable to search the house in particular locations in omr (Perungudi, thoraipakkam, karapakkam) when i fill my requirements in the filter options, but when i try some other locations in filter option i’m able to search it. Kindly fix the problem asap as i need to shift the house most probably in omr within 15days.

The no broker executive said very conveniently that his shift is over and he will put some other executive as moving manager. They force to take insurance, there is no proper receipt given acknowledging the insurance what it covers etc. Everytime we call they say we will have the executive call back. But no...

On 17/09/2019 i purchased (Rs. 7668 /-) a plan from nobroker.in (Moneyback plan) to get us a new tenant, and however nobroker.in has failed to provide one. Since this plan is for 2 months and nobroker has failed to get us new tenant - the refund amount should be given back. Now that they dont bother to refund and weeks after they say we will get back to you - and no one comes back. Please help me to get the refund amount....

They have taken an advance payment and promised me that the registration would be done in 5-7 days as the biometric machine is to be sent to haryana. It's been more than 15 days and they have not done anything. They have stopped replying to my mails and not answering my calls. They have failed multiple times after given commitments. The worst part is they don't call you and update about anything. You have to chase them and beg them to complete...

Reserved for alexa 2bhk and paid full amount and submitted all documents on 7th of november but the furniture not yet delivered each time they are giving different excuses and not even refunding the money, order no:1653, no broker is not trust worthy in terms of credibility and customer service, i need my refund with immediate effect.

I had subscribed to the super money back plan which promises a refund if i don't get a tenant through your plan. Unfortunately till 60days and uptill now haven't got any tenant through no broker for my 1bhk flat in vakola.
It has been 9 working days since the expiry of my plan on the 16th of november and i have a written mail from my relationship manager kanchan kumari mentioning i will get the refund within 7-10 working...

I have made rent payment on 6 nov 2019, through my credit card, from nobroker.in app, as amount not been credited to given owners account, as transaction amount amount got returned to nobroker. I request them to refund the amount, since 15 days, as they told stard time is 7 days, yet not recived amount back to my card, so kindly inform to refund my amount as soon as possible and i mentiondd transaction rp no - 293187

I had taken a money backplan from nobroker.com, it was stated during the sale a well in their website that full money will be refunded if the plan expires and house for rent was not found through them. However, now they are refusing to pay back the money telling a reason that money will be refunded only if you find house through other sources but if you didnt find a house at all they will not refund. This spreading lies and tricking consumers...

I have hired no broker for notorized agreement. Once i have deposited the fees after that there was no response. Every time i need to call them and ask for next step. During our discussion they told it will take 2 days to get the document and now after 15 days they are sending me draft. Also there is no booking id after payment. This is really helpless situation and no commitment what so ever. I'm pissed off with the service....

The payment was made by me on 17th November but did not credit to Landlord's account till date. As per message from NoBroker it was supposed to be done by 19th Nov. NoBroker customer care said the payment failed and it would be re-initiated on 20th Nov morning. But till now we are unsure about the status of the fund....

When it was about getting money from me, your team was very proactive and used to follow up with me every done but after that seeking money from me they have become unresponsive and unprofessional. Instead of them looking after my agreement, it is me who have to call them...

I have not found a tenant but i received this email message yesterday: we are pleased that you've have found the right tenant through nobroker. To stop you from receiving more enquiries, we will be delisting your property from our site.

So either this is a major error or they are cheating me out of the services that are due for 45 days from oct 4. Even though my account shows active, no tenant data is available, and i am not...
