We took the money back plan 2 weeks ago still there is not a single lead. Every time we have to call up RM Sreema for an update. They make big promises but as soon as you enrol they disappear. Paid money for relationship manager, but he is always on leave. Out of 10 days 8 days he is on leave. Before taking money they tell u moneyback guarantee in 90 days, after payment condition apply, u will get money back if it is sold above base price. I was to shift with nobroker's movers and packers services on saturday, 29th june. I had paid the advance and they had confirmed. They had also assigned "a manager" to make my shifting seamless. But voila! The movers and packers never showed up that day nor did the manager inform me about the delay.

Without confirming anything they did biometric scanning and when i said to biometric guy that name is not proper then that execute said to write mail to them. And ahead with biometric process. I wrote about it to them immediately. Now no broker is telling i have to pay extra for another visit of biometric guy. Why would i pay for their mistake.
Their mistake is that they are not at all transparent and they are not coordinating them...

Pathetic service.
They don't have any properties registered on their database. Till the time you pay for subscription they do numerious follow up. Once paid thats it. Your money is wasted.

They just provides two leads, which again is not up to the expectation.

I booked movers and packers on may 23, 2019 to schedule my house shifting on may 30, 2019 at 2 pm for 2 bhk (Customer ref # pm-249478) from jalahalli to iisc, mathikare. The vendor is srs movers and packers. The transportation arrived at 2 pm on that day. It was specifically mentioned while booking that the shifting is for 2 bhk considering the load. No broker also falls under fraud category. Since I stay in Singapore, approached no broker for rental agreement online. They charged 399 for estamp, 500 for notary and 100 for delivery charges. After a week also we haven't received agreement yet and I called customer care, they spoke very rude and told do whatever u can.

I have been asking RM Divya pranusha for detailed terms and conditions for No broker Super money back plan. But she has sent just four lines copypasted. I wanted to see where it is mentioned that if i pay once i cant get my complete refund if i havent availed a single day of service.
