I made a payment of 30000 rs through no broker on 12th feb when checked in app it said the owner would receive the amount in the account before 14th however when checked today it said the amount would be credited on 15th feb. Why they have not called me they said due to technical issues they couldn't call me... Even if there is some technical issue with calling why was it not updated in app.?

No broker has not yet credited my amount to my landlord where it assured to be credited by 7.40 but even after 2 hrs they have not credited..this is completely unacceptable where they deduct amount in an instant but not crediting the receiver.

I rented yesterday amount of 25000, .But i dont have rent agreement. My amount is in hold and refunded. But not credited at this time to. Wat is the problem.

    Nobroker fraud firm. If you pay rent using nobroker app then the first time money transfers to bank instantly but second time if you use same id, same account number and same mobile number then they put your money on hold and they ask to produce rent agreement, if you submit rent agremeent or not they will charge of 4 percent of your total rent + gst + the fees of transfering the money
    Beware fraud firm.

      Dear all,

      Nrp-523458.

      I have seen the re-fund has been initiated with charges applied (Reduction) of rs 1750/- for the unsuccessful transaction/fail over of rs.35, 000 in your platform.

      I am highly disappointed on your service and i cannot accept this charges since i have provided the required documents within the timeline 13 feb 2020 as stated in the email thread. I have talked to an one of your customer care executive on 11th feb 2020 and he was agreed to refund the entire amount (Rs.35, 350) including charges rs.1750/- after validating the documents. i am looking for your best support to refund the charges rs.1750/- to the source.

      I will wait till monday [17 feb 2020] for your positive response to this matter otherwise i will take this further in legal action.

      NoBroker provides an online platform for tenants to pay rent to the owners. In this case Mr. Vinoth used our portel to shuffle the money by using different accounts ([protected], [protected], [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com). By considering this fact we refunded this transaction post charges(As per terms & conditions agreed by customer at the time of making payment).

      Terms & conditions-Extract:
      (vi) "Fraud and Restrictions : In case, rent payment amount is more than INR 50 Thousand, submission of Landlord’s PAN is mandatory without which payment will not be processed to landlord’s account. NoBroker may ask for additional documents in case the transaction looks suspicious. NoBroker will charge 4% of the rent amount (excluding service charges collected by NoBroker) and refund the remaining amount to source account if it is not a valid rent/security deposit payment. Service charges would be non-refundable in any cases. A valid rent/security deposit payment is one where there exists a rental agreement between the tenant and the landlord with the rent amount equivalent to what is being transferred on NoBroker Pay."

        I made a payment of 50000 rs through no broker on 6th feb when checked in app it said the owner would receive the amount in the account before 10th however when checked today it said the amount would be credited on 11th but all of a sudden i received a sms saying 47999 is refunded and 2499 is deducted towards no broker charges... When i called customer care they are saying they have sent me an email but i have not sent an email when i asked cc why they have not called me they said due to technical issues they couldn't call me... Even if there is some technical issue with calling why was it not updated in app.?
        The customer care supervisors karthik, santhosh, fathima were rude and were not allowing me to speak.. Later aman came on line but was repeating the same things others spoke... Finally there was no help from all

          I had booked packers & movers for my house shifting on 3rd feb & for which i had received a quote of 8000 including everything. Then i paid 15% of the amount as an advance - 1050/- later they called me saying the amount will increase by[protected], also on support charges of any additional thing will be extra & after listening this i decided to cancel my booking & did the same.
          They informed within 7 working days, i would receive my refund and to that i asked for bank transaction number on email to track my payment & post which they are not replying on emails & also on call whenever i say about my refund & give my registered number they just disconnect the call.
          The manager who was assigned to me was arvind & the sales person was nandini & priyasetu.

          I have paid a rent of 49, 999 to my house owner through nobroker and received a mail from nobroker stating that they hold the payment and need a rental agreement.

          When i called them there is no proper response from their end and they deducted the 4% fees from my rent amount.

          Nobroker is becoming a fraud service provider.

            This complaint is regarding nobroker company. I tried to use their services to find a tenant for me. For a change i thought i will take assistance of no broker so that it will be easier for my parents. However not to be.. This is how it went

            Once i got to their website and just enquired about the plan i and my parents were flooded/spammed with so many calls and emails. I was in talk with one person called lily fron no broker and in the interim my parents were getting calls as well from other guys from no broker all.

            Lily was constantly reaching out to me to get into the plan. She was prompt with any queries as well. Ofcourse her job was to get me in. She explained me all the plans available and suggested me "owner super moneyback plan (Around 11.5 k including gst" since she said that if they cant find a tenant within 60 days they will return the money without any questions. Since i trusted her/nobroker and plan looked straightforward (Atleast on paper/their website) i didn't enquire much and enrolled

            I enrolled on dec 5th. The moment i enrolled the lady whom i was in contact with (Lily) these many days kinda told bye bye and said someone from no broker will call me shortly who will also be my rm. I got an automated email with the name and contact details of my rm. Since my rm didn't call, i called at the number given. That was a generic number and no one picked. I even sent an email to which no one responded. I called customer care of no broker and they said the so called rm is busy and some one else will call.
            I and my parents - none o[censored]s got any call.
            The main point (By lily) to quickly enroll me into the plan was because weekend was approaching and many people will come to inspect the property. And here i am on friday (Dec 6th) without even knowing who my rm is.. It was all confusion
            I called up lily again and she said she will arrange a call back from someone. Got to know my rm is a lady called mary (Not sure why did they send emails initially
            With different rm, 2 different people) by now i already got to know its useless. Because the easiest thing normally a company can do is arrange a spoc. And on top of it rm mary looked clueless. It appeared she called for sake of calling as she had absolutely no idea about my property. I had shared all tge details over web and again to lily before enrolling. Things like sqm of house, amenities etc it took good 30 mins or so and was pretty use less. This is the only time i spoke to her after which it was almost impossible to reach her.
            Btw she also asked me how much deposit and rent am expecting to which i said 80 k deposit and 15k rent.. Both negotiable. I also told her that i had no clue about real estate market in bangalore these days so we will take it as it comes based on demand. But i was not adamant at all. But she insisted people will ask for negotiation and told she will put 1 lac as deposit for now..
            On dec 7th sat i tried reaching out to mary to see if someone is coming over for inspection, if keys are collected etc. No response
            On dec 9th she says the keys are with frm. I was like can you give me frm's details so that i know if it is true (Ofcourse i just asked the number of frm but was not blunt)
            There was no response until 11th. Even i tried calling her mobile number. All i want to know is if keys are collected, are there any leads etc. But to no avail.
            (Afterall lily wanted me to enrol quickly was she claimed there were people lined up over the weekend.) anyway i was sure now they are not gonna do anything. Because good companies will keep the client informed. The whole point of taking this plan was for peace of mind (Ofcourse not the case)

            I reached out to lily again and said that my rm doesnt even pick the call, doesnt keep me informed.
            On dec 12th mary says she was busy and will call me 6pm ist which she never did. Just buying/wasting time techniques

            On asking her multiple times on dec 15th mary sends me a message that keys are not collected at all? I was like all these days you were lying? I didn't follow up at all after that and i found a person on my own on dec 20th. I informed the same to cancel my membership and refund the amount. They wanted to see the agreement. I got a deposit of 50k and 15k

            After i asked to cancel the membership another lady popped up from no where who is apparently another rm of mine (Which was never told btw). She was hiding where am not sure until now. Her name i guess is vikita. Apparently she is the boss of mary. Atleast she claims to be. I was like what are you gonna do now? Why cant mary or lily refund my money.
            (They just need another face to reject my refund).

            I was in touch with vikita for good 2 weeks or so. She told she will ask the management and process my refund. Then she comes and says cant refund because the deposit i got is only 50k. When i asked her that i would like to talk to your manager she said i cant as she is the last point of contact which was funny. I mean if they claim what they claim to be (A big no broker company), there must be someone whom vikita is reporting to. All absurd reasons

            Long story short... They are trying to find lame reasons not to refund. I told them below points but they responded like any unethical companies would do (Tried to find excuses to resort to my money). Here are the points

            1) you failed to keep me informed.. Didn't even get a single lead let alone actually taking some one to property
            2) deposit thing would have made sense if you actually got someone and if i would have denied citing deposit as reason.. They failed to get even a single lead.. Moreover the whole process was completely chaotic with no one bearing any responsibility
            3) i always told them that am flexible with deposit. Based on demand ofcourse... We had only one phone call (Dec 6th one which i mentioned above as long and useless one) and they never asked what is the least i want to go... I told them negotiable. Am always flexible with deposit (Even with last tenant i was flexible and didnt charge much)
            4) they put absolutely 0 effort and now refusing my money back

            They have breached my trust and am harassed mentally. It is so tough to digest cheats/frauds like these

              Such a fraud app, very conveniently using companies act and making fraud.
              How kattapa killed bahubali, the same way nobroker app is cheating customers.
              If rent agreement is important, then you don't have to even proceed further.
              After deducting from credit card, they are holding money and claiming high transaction fee. Really this is very waste and shameful for social financial platform.
              Paytm is thousand times better than this.
              My transaction i'd is nrp 459578.
              Deducted one percent commission before and holding transaction.
              I called to representatives they are telling it is very big app, located in 14 locations. All are one and same. All are ncr, that is delhi. They divided delhi as six to seven parts.
              Whatsoever please dont rely this app.

                I had taken a Super Money Back Plan by paying Rs 11, 798.82/- on 25th Nov 2019 valid for 60 days for letting out my appartment in Bangalore (Order ID[protected] through their Marketing person Shivam K. Of NRI Dept and i was assigned a Relationship Manager Ms Mary Christena. The purpose of taking the plan was that being an NRI i could not be physically present in India to show my flat every time someone wanted to visit.

                Rajith from nobroker called me and asked for the rental agreement. I have sent the copy of the rental agreement on 29th jan (Already sent nobroker on 24th jan). But not yet received the fees 2450 inr even after submitting the rental agreement even after 8 days.

                I have sent a rental agreement printed on a white paper and mutually signed by my house owner and my self on a revenue stamp . This type of rental agreement is what we follow for just a sake of mutual agreement for the rental purposes. Even I know some of my friends who are paying rents through NoBroker without any rental agreement.

                You can send the draft format of the rental agreement so that i can talk to my house owner to get that format if possible.

                Could you please show me where it is mentioned in your site about the format of the rental agreement and the 4% fees?

                Hi Durga, upon validation of RA, it does not have any stamp paper and hence it is considered to be an invalid RA. As per terms and conditions, Nobroker has the right to declare a transaction as invalid upon not furnishing a valid document. As the amount has been refunded, the issue has been addressed from our end.

                I dont know why are you cheating us. First of all why do you need Rental agreement for the rent above 45000 and dont required for less than 45000. Is there any Government Order (GO) passed on that. Also send your balance sheet of NoBroker company.

                I am still waiting for the fees to be paid back.

                  I had made a transaction first time by using this nobroker app. I have given a duplicate name by mistake but without giving any warning transaction got proceed to further steps. After deducting money from my account they came back like your transaction seems suspicious you have to upload some documents. I reached to customer care officer for the same and they are responding very rudely to me. I even asked them that why they have charged transaction fee for my failed transaction. My main concern is if the documents is more important for there transaction they should mention in the very first page of the transaction or if the transaction doesn’t have the sufficient details they could have declined it there itself but not like this. I can make sure that even submitting my concern wont get my money back but at least going forward they will not do this to their customers.

                    This is to bring in notice that fraud payment transaction has been carried out by some unauthorized person with you as per detail under:
                    Sbi card xx4911 at
                    Nobroker technologies on 05/02/2020 at 16:31 & 16:34 of rs. 40398.99 & rs. 9822.04 respectively

                    In this regard, i wish to point out that i am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction.
                    I solemnly declare that i have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.
                    I have taken up the matter with the legal authorities and concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.
                    I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary steps to apprehend / blacklist the person having committed the criminal offence. I have attached the dispute form and i will complaint the police of central crime branch also. I scanned the copy and sent to you. Pls find out the files. Please reserves the amount immediately..

                          Please note that as per agreement your relationship manager is required to inform me and workout on my property. But since from the beginning he was on leave and by that time he revert back my flat was rented out. Hence i told him that he was not serious and handle my case properly as he was on leave. As no effort and work done from your end refund my amount. Also note that i spoke with him that once tenet come we will negotiate the deposit amount also. Hence i requested to stop advertising and customer for the same. Also inform him to cr said amount in my account. Also inform concern no brokerage account and authority to refund my paid amount for ranting out as per agreement. My account details are their with company account dept.

                            Hi no broker, as discussed
                            I have paid 8000 rs for relationship manager services to help sell my house

                            90- days validity

                            Today is the 85th day (Can i be more pateint than this?)

                            And all i got in return is

                            1. 2 appointments

                            2. Updates every 4 days on what the relationship manager is working on

                            3. Updates on rm leaves. About 35-40% of the days

                            Please let me know if this is justifiable in any sense of the word.

                            And i get rude responses every time i raise this and the fact that tey follow the process.

                            I am not paying for the process.

                            All i expected is more appointments

                            I need to talk to the senior management now not the team or the leads. This is completely unacceptable.

                              I have created an account to get one deal like on his portal. They use to create one inactive account and said that they will activate in next 24 hours. I called him after 24 they said that there is some technical problem and they will activate it in next 12 hours. I again called him in after 40 hours. Now they said that it's not free you will have to purchase the subscription.

                              If they say "noborker.in" and even want money to activate an account then there is no point. It's totally fraud.

                              Please ask them to play the recording to you of the interaction that happened with me and his executive.

                                I have taken nobroker super money back plan on 17th of november 2019. The main reason for me to take the plan was the money back guarantee. For 2 weeks there were no activities from nobroker side. Relationship manager barely given any information regarding their activity. No apartment photo has been taken and posted as promised in their website to my knowledge. I was disappointed after getting no reply to my countless messages. So i tried another source to find a tenant. After the agreement been made with my new tenant i requested nobroker for a refund. Till date there were no formal communication been made by nobroker showing reason for not refunding.

                                I have attached 1) the email that promised about the photoshoot. But to my knowledge photoshoot never took place
                                2) payment detail
                                3) activity shown to me on nobroker app on november 25th 2019
                                4) activity shown to me on nobroker app on december 3rd 2019

                                As you already put on hold for not submitted rental agreement, now after submitting rental agreement too you are sending me again hold the money???

                                What is the reason to hold again??

                                I want the money back today itself, without fail.

                                No more delay. If you want to deduct 4% then do and send back today itself.

                                  I had taken a Super Money Back Plan by paying Rs 11, 798.82/- on 25th Nov 2019 valid for 60 days for letting out my appartment in Bangalore (Order ID [protected] through their Marketing person Shivam K. Of NRI Dept and i was assigned a Relationship Manager Ms Mary Christena. The purpose of taking the plan was that being an NRI i could not be physically present in India to show my flat every time someone wanted to visit.

                                  During the 60 days since i took the Owner Super Money Back Plan, I had some very bad and disappointing experience with my RM
                                  Mary Christena which I conveyed to Nobroker via email to [protected]@nobroker.in on 24th Jan 2020. I believe the concerned Customer Care/ NRI Dept in Nobroker should have through my grievances regarding my RM - Mary Christena and ensure none of the other Nobroker customers feel cheated/disappointed/harassed in future.

                                  In the initial days there were hardly any visits of tenants happening though leads and rejections by RM-Mary Christena appeared in my NoBroker App. Then there were days when no response to my queries came from my RM so the whole purpose of creating a Whatsapp group for close coordination between RM, Field Manager and Me (flat owner) was defeated.

                                  Then there were instances of my RM admitting that she could not reach or contact some tenants prior or post visit. It was a surprise to me that in spite of having Field Manager along with the tenant during flat visit, the RM could not touch base with the interested tenant.Then there was a case where my RM confirmed that a tenant Sandeep was interested in renting my flat but wanted me to talk to him directly. I wondered what the role of a dedicated RM was if i had to do all this on my own. Then the very next day my RM informed that Sandeep was not interested in my flat. Therefore i felt my RM was highly deceiving and unreliable which calls for some serious introspection by the concerned dept head in Nobroker.

                                  Then, 2 days before the Plan expired my RM Mary Christena gave incorrect information regarding a tenant that he was willing to pay Feb month rent but when i spoke to him he denied the same. Even the rent was not as expected, but my RM finally gave me a shocking reply that refund is denied as I only denied her tenant. This is clear harassment of a client, particularly an NRI who cant directly come to your office or meet you to escalate issues. This kind of treatment meted to customers is definitely uncalled for and disappointing. I wish NoBroker Customer team escalates my case to concerned department to ensure that such RMs are not assigned to any customer.

                                  Since the plan validity of 60 days got over by 24th Jan 2020 but my RM Mary Christena could not find me a tenant meeting the criteria agreed at the time of taking the Super Owner Money Back Plan from Nobroker, i requested a refund via a mail dated 24th Jan 2020.

                                  I have shared all details of my experience via mail to [protected]@nobroker.in with evidence of Mary Christena's poor service and harassment in a chronological manner but no feedback yet from Nobroker Customer Care except a ticket #4248672 generated promising to revert with a resolution with 24hrs on the 24th Jan 2020 but 9 days have passed with no resolution or reply. Customer Care of Nobroker has my whatsapp number to call me for a clarification and expedite the refund but so disappointing that no action till date.

                                  How is it professional that Nobroker Refund policy states that if i find a tenant from other source at a rent/deposit lesser that the amount quoted at the time of taking the plan no refund will be made while Nobroker could not find me a tenant matching the agreed rent/deposit within the 60 days validity period but denying a refund??

                                  Looking forward to some professional approach in processing my refund at the earliest from Nobroker.

                                  Finally i got a mail on 14th Feb from [email protected] (20 days after mailing to their customer care) that refund has been initiated for my Super Money Back Plan. Thanks for the action, though delayed but relieved to get back my refund. It is really critical to keep records of communication with RM (mostly on IM like whatsapp) so that the issue can be established with them and if need be used for further legal course. But for this website i'm not sure if just mailing to them would have been sufficient to get my refund. So i would like to thank customercomplaints.in too for providing such a platform where issues can be escalated to the service provider and alert potential customers too.

                                    I have paid a rent of 49, 000 to my house owner on 20th jan and received a mail from nobroker stating that they hold the payment and need a rental agreement on or before 24th jan. So i had sent the rental agreement on 24th jan at 2.00pm.

                                    But i have received the below mail on 25th jan. So it indicates that they deducted the fees without verifying that whether i had sent the rental agreement.

                                    When i called them there is no proper response and no reply for my email asking for escalations or their manager's phone number.

                                    Hi Durga, upon validation of RA, it does not have any stamp paper and hence it is considered to be an invalid RA. As per terms and conditions, Nobroker has the right to declare a transaction as invalid upon not furnishing a valid document. As amount has been refunded, issue has been addressed from our end.

                                    This type of rental agreement is what we follow for just a sake of mutual agreement for the rental purposes. Even I know some of my friends who are paying rents through NoBroker without any rental agreement.

                                    You can send the draft format of the rental agreement so that i can talk to my house owner to get that format if possible.

                                    Could you please show me where it is mentioned in your site about the format of the rental agreement and the 4% fees?

                                    I bought a plan to sell my property in Bengaluru and since I bought the plan, I get no updates, even my ad on your website is not active . There is no contact by the FRM. Not sure what I paid for as no work is being done. The quality of photos is Appalling, there were done with no interest. Please refund the money I paid .
