Finally i got a mail on 14th Feb from
[email protected] (20 days after mailing to their customer care) that refund has been initiated for my Super Money Back Plan. Thanks for the action, though delayed but relieved to get back my refund.
It is really critical to keep records of communication with RM (mostly on IM like whatsapp) so that the issue can be established with them and if need be used for further legal course. But for this website i'm not sure if just mailing to them would have been sufficient to get my refund. So i would like to thank customercomplaints.in too for providing such a platform where issues can be escalated to the service provider and alert potential customers too.
