I had made a transaction first time by using this nobroker app. I have given a duplicate name by mistake but without giving any warning transaction got proceed to further steps. After deducting money from my account they came back like your transaction seems suspicious you have to upload some documents. I reached to customer care officer for the same and they are responding very rudely to me. I even asked them that why they have charged transaction fee for my failed transaction. My main concern is if the documents is more important for there transaction they should mention in the very first page of the transaction or if the transaction doesn’t have the sufficient details they could have declined it there itself but not like this. I can make sure that even submitting my concern wont get my money back but at least going forward they will not do this to their customers.

    Dear sir/madam

    This is to bring in notice that fraud payment transaction has been carried out by some unauthorized person with you as per detail under:
    Sbi card xx4911 at
    Nobroker technologies on 05/02/2020 at 16:31 & 16:34 of rs. 40398.99 & rs. 9822.04 respectively

    In this regard, i wish to point out that i am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction.
    I solemnly declare that i have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.
    I have taken up the matter with the legal authorities and concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.
    I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary steps to apprehend / blacklist the person having committed the criminal offence. I have attached the dispute form and i will complaint the police of central crime branch also. I scanned the copy and sent to you. Pls find out the files. Please reserves the amount immediately..

      Hi my name is aquib i have transferred my rent to my owner through no broker.com but not transferred to his account received a email stating need rental agreement shared through email id and called there customer support they are telling that they will charge 4% and they will refund back which is 2499 without providing any services they and not responding and they are disconnecting the call please can u help me out in this

Complaint raised once i have received an email from no broker and i have written including to ceo of no broker but so far i havnt recieved any response through call or email...

          Please note that as per agreement your relationship manager is required to inform me and workout on my property. But since from the beginning he was on leave and by that time he revert back my flat was rented out. Hence i told him that he was not serious and handle my case properly as he was on leave. As no effort and work done from your end refund my amount. Also note that i spoke with him that once tenet come we will negotiate the deposit amount also. Hence i requested to stop advertising and customer for the same. Also inform him to cr said amount in my account. Also inform concern no brokerage account and authority to refund my paid amount for ranting out as per agreement. My account details are their with company account dept.

            Hi no broker, as discussed
            I have paid 8000 rs for relationship manager services to help sell my house

            90- days validity

            Today is the 85th day (Can i be more pateint than this?)

            And all i got in return is

            1. 2 appointments

            2. Updates every 4 days on what the relationship manager is working on

            3. Updates on rm leaves. About 35-40% of the days

            Please let me know if this is justifiable in any sense of the word.

            And i get rude responses every time i raise this and the fact that tey follow the process.

            I am not paying for the process.

            All i expected is more appointments

            I need to talk to the senior management now not the team or the leads. This is completely unacceptable.

              I have created an account to get one deal like on his portal. They use to create one inactive account and said that they will activate in next 24 hours. I called him after 24 they said that there is some technical problem and they will activate it in next 12 hours. I again called him in after 40 hours. Now they said that it's not free you will have to purchase the subscription.

              If they say "noborker.in" and even want money to activate an account then there is no point. It's totally fraud.

                I have taken nobroker super money back plan on 17th of november 2019. The main reason for me to take the plan was the money back guarantee. For 2 weeks there were no activities from nobroker side. Relationship manager barely given any information regarding their activity. No apartment photo has been taken and posted as promised in their website to my knowledge. I was disappointed after getting no reply to my countless messages. So i tried another source to find a tenant. After the agreement been made with my new tenant i requested nobroker for a refund. Till date there were no formal communication been made by nobroker showing reason for not refunding.

                I have attached 1) the email that promised about the photoshoot. But to my knowledge photoshoot never took place
                2) payment detail
                3) activity shown to me on nobroker app on november 25th 2019
                4) activity shown to me on nobroker app on december 3rd 2019

                As you already put on hold for not submitted rental agreement, now after submitting rental agreement too you are sending me again hold the money???

                What is the reason to hold again??

                I want the money back today itself, without fail.

                No more delay. If you want to deduct 4% then do and send back today itself.

                  I had taken a Super Money Back Plan by paying Rs 11, 798.82/- on 25th Nov 2019 valid for 60 days for letting out my appartment in Bangalore (Order ID [protected] through their Marketing person Shivam K. Of NRI Dept and i was assigned a Relationship Manager Ms Mary Christena. The purpose of taking the plan was that being an NRI i could not be physically present in India to show my flat every time someone wanted to visit.

                  During the 60 days since i took the Owner Super Money Back Plan, I had some very bad and disappointing experience with my RM
                  Mary Christena which I conveyed to Nobroker via email to [protected]@nobroker.in on 24th Jan 2020. I believe the concerned Customer Care/ NRI Dept in Nobroker should have through my grievances regarding my RM - Mary Christena and ensure none of the other Nobroker customers feel cheated/disappointed/harassed in future.

                  In the initial days there were hardly any visits of tenants happening though leads and rejections by RM-Mary Christena appeared in my NoBroker App. Then there were days when no response to my queries came from my RM so the whole purpose of creating a Whatsapp group for close coordination between RM, Field Manager and Me (flat owner) was defeated.

                  Then there were instances of my RM admitting that she could not reach or contact some tenants prior or post visit. It was a surprise to me that in spite of having Field Manager along with the tenant during flat visit, the RM could not touch base with the interested tenant.Then there was a case where my RM confirmed that a tenant Sandeep was interested in renting my flat but wanted me to talk to him directly. I wondered what the role of a dedicated RM was if i had to do all this on my own. Then the very next day my RM informed that Sandeep was not interested in my flat. Therefore i felt my RM was highly deceiving and unreliable which calls for some serious introspection by the concerned dept head in Nobroker.

                  Then, 2 days before the Plan expired my RM Mary Christena gave incorrect information regarding a tenant that he was willing to pay Feb month rent but when i spoke to him he denied the same. Even the rent was not as expected, but my RM finally gave me a shocking reply that refund is denied as I only denied her tenant. This is clear harassment of a client, particularly an NRI who cant directly come to your office or meet you to escalate issues. This kind of treatment meted to customers is definitely uncalled for and disappointing. I wish NoBroker Customer team escalates my case to concerned department to ensure that such RMs are not assigned to any customer.

                  Since the plan validity of 60 days got over by 24th Jan 2020 but my RM Mary Christena could not find me a tenant meeting the criteria agreed at the time of taking the Super Owner Money Back Plan from Nobroker, i requested a refund via a mail dated 24th Jan 2020.

                  I have shared all details of my experience via mail to [protected]@nobroker.in with evidence of Mary Christena's poor service and harassment in a chronological manner but no feedback yet from Nobroker Customer Care except a ticket #4248672 generated promising to revert with a resolution with 24hrs on the 24th Jan 2020 but 9 days have passed with no resolution or reply. Customer Care of Nobroker has my whatsapp number to call me for a clarification and expedite the refund but so disappointing that no action till date.

                  How is it professional that Nobroker Refund policy states that if i find a tenant from other source at a rent/deposit lesser that the amount quoted at the time of taking the plan no refund will be made while Nobroker could not find me a tenant matching the agreed rent/deposit within the 60 days validity period but denying a refund??

                  Looking forward to some professional approach in processing my refund at the earliest from Nobroker.

                  Finally i got a mail on 14th Feb from [email protected] (20 days after mailing to their customer care) that refund has been initiated for my Super Money Back Plan. Thanks for the action, though delayed but relieved to get back my refund. It is really critical to keep records of communication with RM (mostly on IM like whatsapp) so that the issue can be established with them and if need be used for further legal course. But for this website i'm not sure if just mailing to them would have been sufficient to get my refund. So i would like to thank customercomplaints.in too for providing such a platform where issues can be escalated to the service provider and alert potential customers too.

                    I have paid a rent of 49, 000 to my house owner on 20th jan and received a mail from nobroker stating that they hold the payment and need a rental agreement on or before 24th jan. So i had sent the rental agreement on 24th jan at 2.00pm.

                    But i have received the below mail on 25th jan. So it indicates that they deducted the fees without verifying that whether i had sent the rental agreement.

                    When i called them there is no proper response and no reply for my email asking for escalations or their manager's phone number.

The refund has been made to the original mode of payment due to non-receipt of rental agreement from your end.                     Hi Durga, upon validation of RA, it does not have any stamp paper and hence it is considered to be an invalid RA. As per terms and conditions, Nobroker has the right to declare a transaction as invalid upon not furnishing a valid document. As amount has been refunded, issue has been addressed from our end.

                    This type of rental agreement is what we follow for just a sake of mutual agreement for the rental purposes. Even I know some of my friends who are paying rents through NoBroker without any rental agreement.

                    You can send the draft format of the rental agreement so that i can talk to my house owner to get that format if possible.

                    Could you please show me where it is mentioned in your site about the format of the rental agreement and the 4% fees?

                    I bought a plan to sell my property in Bengaluru and since I bought the plan, I get no updates, even my ad on your website is not active . There is no contact by the FRM. Not sure what I paid for as no work is being done. The quality of photos is Appalling, there were done with no interest. Please refund the money I paid .

                      Hello

                      I was chased by the marketing team everyday to take up a paid service with assured rental for my property. With great faith in the brand i went ahead with the 12000 rs plan where they give u back ur money should nobroker not put ur property on rental in 60days.

                      I was assured of leads every 4 days which i could review and look at the pipeline and progress for this paid service. I was assigned a dedicated rm and a field manager who i was told would be very responsive.

                      The promises made by nobroker were far from real.. T's been 3 weeks today and neither do i get calls from my rm with updates nor have i got a single lead or a single viewing for my property. I don't forsee getting my money-back either.

                      Pathetic service.. Poor follow up and money making scam.

                      Pls avoid and go the traditional way of payin a full month rent to a broker who gets paid after ur rental is closed.

                        Transferred 50000 as rent, No Broker replied as suspicious transaction and holded the transaction. Requested for rental agreement and i had submitted, but they rejected and No Broker is stating that amount subtracting 2500 would be deposited back to source in 7 days.

                        Unnecessarily charged 2500 for the service they had offered.

                        No proper response from customer care once i contacted.

                          i have made wrong account transaction rupees 4900 (Charges 99 /-) on 11th nov 2019, from 11/11/2019 to 15/11/2019 i spoke to no broker customer care i didnt get any proper response from them. Again iam waited more than 10days, the no broker team said you have to contact your bank. On 27/11/2019 i have raised a complaint in my bank (Pls find the attachment below), the bank have freezed the amount 4900 /- in the wrong benifisiary account (Account no.:[protected] and contacted to that person (Wrong benificiary name : sriram. K). Mr. Sriram has given the letter to bank like (The amont 4900 is not mine pls reverse it to mr. Lokesh account). After that on 16/01/2020 the bank has transferred the amount 4900 /- to no broker's bank ( yes bank account number :[protected], ifsc : yesb0000001 ) (Pls find the below attachment), from 17/01/2020 to till date i have sent so mails and calls, but they didnt picked up. They rejected my calls & mails. Pls do the needful to me.

                            Hi,
                            I took super relax plan for hyderabad house rental (Property located in beeramguda, rama chandra puram) in nov 2019, as part of terms if my property is rented out by other sources other than no broker, then they have to refund my amount, i have been assigned to a relation ship manager: christina mary, she rarely reply/ saw the messages and she never responds to my calls/ messages/ call back requests.

                            I thought taking super relax plan will give some relax, forget about relax from the time i opted the plan after few days the tensions started because of their unprofessionalism.

                            However by god grace my house rented by some other source which i submitted the rental agreement also in jan 2020, however i have not received my money as per my terms and conditions

                            I also took a Super Money Back Plan from Nobroker for letting my appt on rent in Bangalore in Nov 2019 and i was also assigned Mary Christina as RM and i had the worst experience of my life with her..she rarely responded back..or take a call. Replies took 1 or 2 or even 3 days to get from her..Expected rent at the time of buying the plab was 35k and deposit of 2 lakhs for my 3bhk but after 60 days she finally could not find a tenant meeting this criteria..

                            The 60 days plan expiredon 24th Jan 2020. On the last week of the plan i gave her a contact to show my flat, that guy contacted me directly..and after visiting he showed interest to move in by 1st Mar first and later agreed to her for 15th Feb but at a rent of 29k which i refused as i expected someone to move in by 1st Feb that too for not such a low rent. On the last day of expiry of plan Mary tried to force me to take this guy saying that the mkt is poor and cant expect higher rent. When i refused this, she says refund is denied as she already offered me a tenant. This is sheer harassment as being a NRI im unable to visit or meet Nobroker customer care in person to escalate my case.

                            I feel cheated, as Nobroker refund policy spells out that if i find a tenant from some other source at a rent/deposit lower than that quoted at the time of buying the plan, then im not eligible for a refund. Then howcome when Nobroker fails to provide me a tenant meeting the same criteria within the 60 days plan validity my refund is denied. I have also put up a complaint on this portal yesterday and just saw Hari's post which is similar to mine with RM Mary Christina. I wish Nobroker does not assign Mary to any customer in future. The worst part now 10 days have gone by after i mailed to Nobroker customer care but no resolution or reply yet. I paid almost Rs12000 for this plan, it would have been better i went through a broker and paid hy 15 days rent after getting a tenant not in advance like this and become a fool.

                              Hi consumer complaint team,

                              I did transaction in no brokerage.com rs 50, 000-00 by using my credit card from nrokerage.com.

                              Nobrokerage team holded the transaction and stated that the transaction suspicious one and asked me rental agreement then i taken rental agreement from nobrokerage.com by paying 700 rs then shared the same again they are saying the document is not valid.

                              They are taken my 50k thousand rs and charged 4% on that amount +500 rs charged for the transaction and 700 rs for rental agreement and the remaining amount refunded to me back to my credit card ie[protected]=46800 rs got back.

                              When i spoke to customer care why the amount has reverted with less then they are not saying valid reason and not accepting to reverted complete amount.

                              Un necessary i was charged around 5000 rs for the transaction.

                              I have all proofs with me which i can provide to file consumer complaint on this.

                                I have taken relax plan from no broker on 13th jan 2020 with the assures promise that they will get me 1bhk flat on rent at pune. However initial relationship manager assigned did not come to office for 3-4 days and in his absence not single nb employee was appointed to look after.
                                The properties showers were outside of our preferences and some of them were misleading. For e. G. No broker mentioned that one particular property is less than year old, however upon visiting the same, we found it is 10+ years old property. As we are now fed up of because this, i want my money put in relax plan to be refunded from nb.

                                One of the agent name Mithun in Chennai sholinganallur his number is [protected] and [protected], when I called him and asked him second time regarding room information he use bad words and said sleep with ur mother is that the service do same on ur guyzz going forward m not going to use this app as well my not going to record to anyone.!
                                I have taken the Property management services and paid 18000 rs, I feel cheated now by Nobroker with worst Customer service experience and not efforts towards the services that has been promised to me.

                                  I had taken a postpaid plan for finding tenant through no broker they assigned one rm who is a hopeless guy he uses to take leaves instead of finding tenant one fine day i got the tenant by other resources but nobroker deducted 8500 from my credit card without intimation which is a crime.

                                  So don't go for no broker all are cheater there including staff

                                    Tenant tried paying rent on my referral. This is the worst app we have ever tried for a payment. He has few months rent pending and thought to clear it. But i was fool that i suggest him nobroker. I came in their hoax with the banners of instant transfer and using cc. The maine things were hidden at the bottom with smal letters tnc which is equivalent to negligibly visible. They asked him for rent agreement, which we didnt made. I asked them to take the processing fees and refund me the rest of money. But they are charging double to me.
                                    In addition to processing fees they are charging 4 percnt of the total amount.
                                    Whn we buy some item and when it gets cancelled whatever may be the reason is. If the transaction gets cancelled, you will get full refund. Here is not the case like this. You got trapped and you have to pay the fees for using nobroker like its the biggest mistake of your life. They are real money makers in this way. Such a waste app and website. Even they are not zero brokers. They charge you fees for it.

                                    I have paid Rs. 20000 after finalising a property from no broker on a tenant plan. They never respond back to your calls. I would’ve called them up atleast a 100 times before asking back to refund. Please initiate my refund. I don’t want to proceed further with no broker!!

                                      I posted rent ad 1yr back, i never subscribed to their spam messages then still nobroker sends me messages to reactivate ad, there is no way to stop such messages.
                                      They should have provided a link to unsubscribe such messages but there is nothing. Please help to stop these spam messages from no broker.com

                                      I have written mail to nobroker multiple times but no use. I even deleted nobroker account, twitted complain no use.

                                      Please do the needful. Thank you so much.
