Hello

I was chased by the marketing team everyday to take up a paid service with assured rental for my property. With great faith in the brand i went ahead with the 12000 rs plan where they give u back ur money should nobroker not put ur property on rental in 60days.

I was assured of leads every 4 days which i could review and look at the pipeline and progress for this paid service. I was assigned a dedicated rm and a field manager who i was told would be very responsive.

The promises made by nobroker were far from real.. T's been 3 weeks today and neither do i get calls from my rm with updates nor have i got a single lead or a single viewing for my property. I don't forsee getting my money-back either.

Pathetic service.. Poor follow up and money making scam.

Pls avoid and go the traditional way of payin a full month rent to a broker who gets paid after ur rental is closed.

    Transferred 50000 as rent, No Broker replied as suspicious transaction and holded the transaction. Requested for rental agreement and i had submitted, but they rejected and No Broker is stating that amount subtracting 2500 would be deposited back to source in 7 days.

    Unnecessarily charged 2500 for the service they had offered.

    No proper response from customer care once i contacted.

      Dear sir,
      i have made wrong account transaction rupees 4900 (Charges 99 /-) on 11th nov 2019, from 11/11/2019 to 15/11/2019 i spoke to no broker customer care i didnt get any proper response from them. Again iam waited more than 10days, the no broker team said you have to contact your bank. On 27/11/2019 i have raised a complaint in my bank (Pls find the attachment below), the bank have freezed the amount 4900 /- in the wrong benifisiary account (Account no.:[protected] and contacted to that person (Wrong benificiary name : sriram. K). Mr. Sriram has given the letter to bank like (The amont 4900 is not mine pls reverse it to mr. Lokesh account). After that on 16/01/2020 the bank has transferred the amount 4900 /- to no broker's bank ( yes bank account number :[protected], ifsc : yesb0000001 ) (Pls find the below attachment), from 17/01/2020 to till date i have sent so mails and calls, but they didnt picked up. They rejected my calls & mails. Pls do the needful to me.

      2. Mr. Sriram (Wrong benificiary) got the message from his bank, service request number sr[protected]

        Hi,
        I took super relax plan for hyderabad house rental (Property located in beeramguda, rama chandra puram) in nov 2019, as part of terms if my property is rented out by other sources other than no broker, then they have to refund my amount, i have been assigned to a relation ship manager: christina mary, she rarely reply/ saw the messages and she never responds to my calls/ messages/ call back requests.

        I thought taking super relax plan will give some relax, forget about relax from the time i opted the plan after few days the tensions started because of their unprofessionalism.

        However by god grace my house rented by some other source which i submitted the rental agreement also in jan 2020, however i have not received my money as per my terms and conditions

        I also took a Super Money Back Plan from Nobroker for letting my appt on rent in Bangalore in Nov 2019 and i was also assigned Mary Christina as RM and i had the worst experience of my life with her..she rarely responded back..or take a call. Replies took 1 or 2 or even 3 days to get from her..Expected rent at the time of buying the plab was 35k and deposit of 2 lakhs for my 3bhk but after 60 days she finally could not find a tenant meeting this criteria..

        The 60 days plan expiredon 24th Jan 2020. On the last week of the plan i gave her a contact to show my flat, that guy contacted me directly..and after visiting he showed interest to move in by 1st Mar first and later agreed to her for 15th Feb but at a rent of 29k which i refused as i expected someone to move in by 1st Feb that too for not such a low rent. On the last day of expiry of plan Mary tried to force me to take this guy saying that the mkt is poor and cant expect higher rent. When i refused this, she says refund is denied as she already offered me a tenant. This is sheer harassment as being a NRI im unable to visit or meet Nobroker customer care in person to escalate my case.

        I feel cheated, as Nobroker refund policy spells out that if i find a tenant from some other source at a rent/deposit lower than that quoted at the time of buying the plan, then im not eligible for a refund. Then howcome when Nobroker fails to provide me a tenant meeting the same criteria within the 60 days plan validity my refund is denied. I have also put up a complaint on this portal yesterday and just saw Hari's post which is similar to mine with RM Mary Christina. I wish Nobroker does not assign Mary to any customer in future. The worst part now 10 days have gone by after i mailed to Nobroker customer care but no resolution or reply yet. I paid almost Rs12000 for this plan, it would have been better i went through a broker and paid hy 15 days rent after getting a tenant not in advance like this and become a fool.

          Hi consumer complaint team,

          I did transaction in no brokerage.com rs 50, 000-00 by using my credit card from nrokerage.com.

          Nobrokerage team holded the transaction and stated that the transaction suspicious one and asked me rental agreement then i taken rental agreement from nobrokerage.com by paying 700 rs then shared the same again they are saying the document is not valid.

          They are taken my 50k thousand rs and charged 4% on that amount +500 rs charged for the transaction and 700 rs for rental agreement and the remaining amount refunded to me back to my credit card ie[protected]=46800 rs got back.

          When i spoke to customer care why the amount has reverted with less then they are not saying valid reason and not accepting to reverted complete amount.

          Un necessary i was charged around 5000 rs for the transaction.

          I have all proofs with me which i can provide to file consumer complaint on this.

            I have taken relax plan from no broker on 13th jan 2020 with the assures promise that they will get me 1bhk flat on rent at pune. However initial relationship manager assigned did not come to office for 3-4 days and in his absence not single nb employee was appointed to look after.
            The properties showers were outside of our preferences and some of them were misleading. For e. G. No broker mentioned that one particular property is less than year old, however upon visiting the same, we found it is 10+ years old property. As we are now fed up of because this, i want my money put in relax plan to be refunded from nb.

            One of the agent name Mithun in Chennai sholinganallur his number is [protected] and [protected], when I called him and asked him second time regarding room information he use bad words and said sleep with ur mother is that the service do same on ur guyzz going forward m not going to use this app as well my not going to record to anyone.!

              I had taken a postpaid plan for finding tenant through no broker they assigned one rm who is a hopeless guy he uses to take leaves instead of finding tenant one fine day i got the tenant by other resources but nobroker deducted 8500 from my credit card without intimation which is a crime.

              So don't go for no broker all are cheater there including staff

                Tenant tried paying rent on my referral. This is the worst app we have ever tried for a payment. He has few months rent pending and thought to clear it. But i was fool that i suggest him nobroker. I came in their hoax with the banners of instant transfer and using cc. The maine things were hidden at the bottom with smal letters tnc which is equivalent to negligibly visible. They asked him for rent agreement, which we didnt made. I asked them to take the processing fees and refund me the rest of money. But they are charging double to me.
                In addition to processing fees they are charging 4 percnt of the total amount.
                Whn we buy some item and when it gets cancelled whatever may be the reason is. If the transaction gets cancelled, you will get full refund. Here is not the case like this. You got trapped and you have to pay the fees for using nobroker like its the biggest mistake of your life. They are real money makers in this way. Such a waste app and website. Even they are not zero brokers. They charge you fees for it.

                I have paid Rs. 20000 after finalising a property from no broker on a tenant plan. They never respond back to your calls. I would’ve called them up atleast a 100 times before asking back to refund. Please initiate my refund. I don’t want to proceed further with no broker!!

                  I posted rent ad 1yr back, i never subscribed to their spam messages then still nobroker sends me messages to reactivate ad, there is no way to stop such messages.
                  They should have provided a link to unsubscribe such messages but there is nothing. Please help to stop these spam messages from no broker.com

                  I have written mail to nobroker multiple times but no use. I even deleted nobroker account, twitted complain no use.

                  Please do the needful. Thank you so much.

                    I had booked movers and packers from NoBroker. I had also paid for the insurance for my goods which i needed to shift from Bangalore to Vadodara. I had made the payment for the insurance on 26th December, but i am yet to receive the insurance certificate from the company. Even after numerous calls, I am yet to receive the certificate. Also the customer care representatives are also not helpful. I need to raise the claim for my damaged goods and due to non availability of the certificate, i cannot raise the claim.
                    NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I took a plan on 24th December 2019. Yet, I am not able to see the owner contacts. When contacted (20 times), they say that issue will be fixed in a day, two etc. Today is jan 9 and issue still persist. Neither they refund the amount nor they fix the issue. This is cheating

                      First i put a free ad in the nobroker site to give my 3 bhk flat for rent. Then i started getting many calls from them daily to go for the paid services. Hearing the promises from them, unfortunately i took the money back plan of 6500. But i got a tenant through 99 acres three days after that and i submitted the rental agremt also... After tat no response from nobroker for my continuous mails and calls also..

                        I feel cheated despite taking the highest package of 12000 rs for handling my case on top priority, the property is still not rented, even after keeping options very flexible. The realtionship manager was suddenly changed without notice and explaining details of case to next relationship manager which shows lackadaisical attitude of no broker.com. Poor show.

                          I was called by so called sbi executive (Lady) for details about reward points for shopping with sbi credit cards till date and asked for card 4 digit no and cvv no.
                          Since i was in the busy with my schedule without thinking much into it i fell into the trap and as a result around rs 17k was debited from my credit card.
                          Do not know why they connect to only sbi card holders and whoever it is they must be taken to task. The phone no is not switched off and the no from which call was made was [protected].
                          They should be tracked by cyber cell and strong action should be taken to dupe people of their money... Hope the cunsumer complaints forum takes this seriously before these people rob other innocents of their hard earned money.

                            Had a very bad experience with nobroker as i had booked a movers and packers service with them for 6th of jan and had a confirmation on mail 15 days before.
                            I had also paid initial amount to them.
                            But today at 8:00 pm they call me and say that the amount they had confirmed on mail is not accepted and they want me to pay 4000 more.
                            Now i don't have any option as only 1 day is left and they are taking undue advantage of my situation

                              Every time i paid, it was instant but this time i had to send two months rent of 65000. As it exceeds 50k and i had to give my landlord's pancard details. But, mistakenly i had given my pan details instead of land lord's. This time the payment got late. I sent repeated mails to them but no response. Please clarify me will it be a problem or payment is getting late as it exceeds 50k. Please help me to resolve the issue or refund the money.

                              I got a message stating that the amount was returned to nobroker pay and to asked me to re enter the details .but there is no pancard option to change as that is the place where i made a mistake. There are only fields of bank details in which i have updated..but in nobroker app itis still showing status as sent to bank

                                We got 100s of calls for getting us converted to a relax plan customer thus we spoke atleast 5-7 times before sharing our requirement which is we are looking for a house within a week & we would be flying from chennai to Bangalore for this purpose alone so only in the 3 days we need to finalize. A PRIYANKA promised that it would be done & we paid. A THOMAS was alloted as RM who informed leave on 25th promising he would share all leads by 24th but took an uninformed unprofessional off on 24th too. 25th we were clueless what to visit. That evening KAVYA was alloted and the APP WENT DOWN for next 2 days. And whatever was shared was not fitting our requirements. 2 km radius from a landmark we had given, complete wardrobes & it must be an apartment is what we had shared. They were not at all reachable, their app down but they were putting all irrelevant property listings in my lead section. Once we returned to Chennai we are trying to resolve the issues - fake promise, no service at all, app went down, they were putting all the 'interested' properties in leads - i had spoken to SANTHOSH, VISWAPRASAD, SWATHI, RAGHU, ETC. Everyone everyday treat my complaint afresh and again fake promise to give a call back and they never did its almost 7 days. Am i getting a solution for this???

                                  I had made a payment of Rs 19468.82 on 24/06/2019 under money back plan from no broker.

                                  S.Illanchezhian was appointed as RM and he was there for some time then new RM Amrita was appointed. RM was not efficient enough to bring prominent home buyers and eventually had to shift to real brokers for selling my property. I did manage to sell out the property through real broker, closed the deal and shared the agreement with No broker asking for refund. This is when their true colors started coming out. RM was no longer reachable from the next call I made post informing them about property was sold through other means and looking for refund. I somehow managed contact them and kavya.c was appointed for the job. Initially I got few responses from her for my mails and did call few times also. But from last few months not able to contact them at all. I tried to reach them through all means i.e. Chat service, customer support, email and did not succeed. I always get an answer from customer care that RM team would call back and I never get call back or reply for emails.

                                    Nobroker is completely useless. Trust my words, they are not worth spending your money. I got stuck with them badly as i was unaware about their services & my bad that i haven't gone through with online reviews as well.

                                    Initially they told, rental agreement will be done in 2-3 days after making the payment. Until i made the payment, they were continuously calling me. Soon i paid the amount online, they stopped calling and even not picking up the phone even after trying several times... Also, it has been more than 10 days now but there are no chances of completion of biometrics of my landlord & don't see any updates from them.

                                    They are useless, fraud and not trustworthy. I'll never go with them again and will ruin their images at every social website, media, everywhere.

                                    I don't care if my rental agreement is done now, please refund my amount. I don't want to go with you now. Completely useless people.

                                      They made us pay 15, 000 for a period of 3 months and the relationship manager malavika did not do anything to make an effort to sell it. We raised a complaint and asked them to look at a period extension as the relationship manager had not done her job but they are cheaters and are giving back the key... They are telling our property has the highest number of rejections when the period of 3 months is going to get over despite we telling them again and again we will handle the objections if they give us face to face time with buyers

                                        I paid for your rental agreement services on 24th evening amount 5137/- nobody has called me after that to update me about the proceedings despite my request for urgency as i am in mumbai only for a few days as such i wanted the biometric impression to be done in time if you people could not comply with my request you should not have assured me about the same i have already had a very bad experience this year when i took your services for my house sale and lost 13700/- can i request for refund of the same since you people always make false promises?
