No broker
payment of my refund money back plan is still pending from more than four months after my plan expired on march 9th 2020 in spite of sharing my bank statement still the amount is not transferred.
Repeated complaint to know why my refund is not done for months.Finally i start to proceed to send notice to no broker relationship manager akshay called me on friday 15 july 11:43am and said need some time to check and will get back within 48 hours but he has not turned up i am sure the same old stories will continue from no broker which is been happening from 4 months i have given four months time is it not enough.
Even if it takes years i am not going to leave no broker for giving me mental harassment.This is to inform if refund is not done i am going to send notice to owners of no broker who are responsible .Along with my refund / lawyer charges/ court charges all to be born by no broker.
For all service request given below from 1st april till 14th july i get in reply as below.

i have made more than 65 calls to no broker to know the status but no one answered my calls or they called me back .The mail sent by akshay had wrong transfer details.Its clear that the amount is transferred to another person account.
1. My order id :[protected] transaction date 9 jan 2020 transaction time 10:17 am
2. Mail received on april 23th 2020 that refund is processed which has not happened till date 9th july 2020.
3. Refund mail sent by akshay had wrong order id[protected] with wrong transaction date mentioned as 20th may wrong transaction time as 1:16 pm .
Finally i found out the mistake that amount is transferred to another person account how can no broker be so careless it such pain to follow for more than 4 months .Any how details are given above .Refund my amount to correct account immediately.
Last time when i have given the complaint you have mentioned as resolved what is resolved nothing dont give fake information to consumer complaint portal i have cleared said i have shared the bank statement. I have not recieved any call or mail till today[protected]

With regard to the above reference number, I made a rental payment of
₹6, 500 on 7.8.2020. After the deduction from my credit card, the payment to my owner was withheld asking for rental agreement. I uploaded it on 8.8.2020. The payment is still not processed after 4 days. If I cancel the payment, they are levying 2% charges and the loss for the customer would be 3% given the 1% convenience charge already charged while making the payment. This "No Broker" platform looks to be involved in many fraudulent transactions and illegal activities. Complaints galore online. Their customer care sucks. It takes ages to connect calls, then automatically cuts after 10 minutes of holding. There's no complaint number given.
We might be constrained to initiate legal proceedings at the Consumer Redressal Forum as it amounts to deficiency of services to compensate for the waste of time, mental agony, acts amounting to "the trader resorting to unfair trade practices" and "deficiency of service" as per the
The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and several other applicable laws like the Weights, Standards & Measures Act. There has been an infringement of rights of the consumer.
