I hired no broker to shift my goods from Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 5th Jun. Before giving this contract to Nobroker, their sales team was calling and telling that everything will be smooth etc.,

on 5th Jun we realised that nobroker is agent and has given contract to Metro logistic. They packed the goods . contract Delivery date was supposed to be in 4 to 5 days( till 9th Jun).

We called no broker on 9th and its Manager - Milan told us that it will be delivered by 12 th as there were holidays. Again we called on 12th Jun and found that delivery will happen on 14th Jun. Post that on 14th Jun we were told that delivery will happen on 14th Jun. We waited till evening and delivery did not happen, Post that we called on 15th Jun, and found that goods were never reached to Ahmedabad. It will take more time.

No Broker called its agent Beer singh and found that he was threatening us that 11 days are nothing and it will be delivered as per their whims and fancy.

I don't know when goods will be delivered, there is no update from No broker and we found that No Broker does not have escalation matrix also.

No Broker does not display its founders name also.

I wish Nobroker improve their services and deliver our goods asap.

    Reopening the unsolved issue!

    Please take immediate action on below incident. Please provide reason for extra charge made from the nobroker team.

    Charged extra for the relocation than the actual cost.
    Actual cost is rs 3780 (1rk, which was opted at the time of booking)
    Charged amount: rs 4550.
    Please check the previous mails for the proof of payment.

    Packers and movers did taken rs 4550 and did not listen to the below complaint. I paid amount to packers and movers at the time of shifting since they they denying to shift things if i dint pay. They said this is not part.

    Not happy with the service provided.

    Kindly refund the extra charged amount ₹770 as soon as possible.

      I wanted to sell my house at Banashankari. So I advertised in Nobroker.com. And on Apr. 19th 2019, I have paid Rs. 19468.22 through my credit card (order ID [protected] ), and opted Owner Plan' service. As per the plan Nobroker is supposed find a buyer for us within 6 months. If not satisfied with the service, after 3 months, we can terminate the service and some amount will be refunded after deduction of some service charges. Nobroker has shown us some clients, but they are turned out to be fake buyers (not interested to buy) and they have not given any reason for non-selection of house for buying. This we informed to RM of Nobroker, over phone and requested him to send potential buyers only. But the same thing got repeated. Suddenly Nobroker has changed the RM without informing us. She also repeated the same procedure and whomever she suggested as buyers, they did not turn up. So decided that the service is very BAD, requested to terminate my plan after completion of 3 months and to refund the money. Regarding this I have emailed to 3 officers of Nobroker. But none of them have acknowledged the receipt of my email. They are keeping mum over the issue. Kindly suggest me to get the money refunded.

        We have been waiting for rental Agreement for more than 12 days and all the response we get is it is submitted to IGR. All our further processes are pending our agreement is not registered and we cannot move into the place without an agreement. NoBroker is not taking any responsibility to deliver the agreement on time all they say is they have done their job of submiting and it’s pending with SRO. If you personally go to the registrar and register ur agreement it take not more than 2 days whereas as per Nobroker it takes more than 6 working days. Highly disappointed with the service and have requested a refund for the same. Please do not use their rental agreement service as it is fake and they are not worth your time and money

          Never go for paid services on No Broker its waste of money. I'm regretting after taking the Relax plan it has disturbed my life. I'm not getting any feedback for any leads. And always I get a msg that your RM HEMA is on leave & if I talk to her than I get the answer what can I do I will send all the notification & you can speak to them. Her work if calling the customers I must do. Then tell me what have I paid for to hear such useless answer. And after so many days not a single call or a person is come to visit. And after 45days I will get a msg your validity is over. I advise all you people never hear to the sales manager mine was hyderali & Nishant once they payment is done they will not attend your call & ignore. So advise you all never go for paid services. I'm badly regretting.

            I have given advertaisement in no broker for my flat 102 Raheja Arbor, St. Johns Road, bangalore - and paid premium of rs 9000 after repeated calls from nobroker that it will get refuneded if they cant find the tenant etc, ., so zero risk here.. Sugesh was assigned as relationship manager.. Such a useless person.. I have hardly received any calls from him. In a month I have received 2 calls.. Finally I got my tenant on my own.. nobroker could not arrange tenant. . I requested for return of my premium paid as nobroker claimed that it will be returned if they could not find a suitable client. I had sent the rental agreement and asked for refund but now they refusing to refund the amount as it is not matching the amount written. Please note that i have ticked the column for negotiable. Hence, i am eligible for refund...

            This is nothing but day robbery.. Please arrange a call to go over the incident..

                Booking done still waiting for booking email and details.
                No broker executive told me once booking done they will share details with me with still not shared.
                No broker executive not picking call and not getting any call back from them.

                Before booking they were saying once booking done we will share details.

                Vehicle will be 407 and vendor details still waiting.

                Executive - nazima was calling many times before booking.
                After booking no call no conformation, no details are provided.

                Its a very bad experience ever seen for any online booking and service provider.

                  I had done movers and packers from nobroker. A jack daniels bottle worth rs 4800 is missing after the shifting. I have raised numerous complaints with nobroker and wasted endless hours staying on hold with the customer care, after 5 days they are saying that nothing can be done about it, insurance is only for broken items. There is no guarantee that the bottle is not broken since the item never reached me. I had paid extra money for the insurance and i’m not able to claim it, this is literally fraud and cheating the customers! Please help me claim the required, rs 4800 is not a minimal amount for a middle class working woman like me!

                    I have had a movement organized by nobroker for me to shift from the previous location that i was put up to the current location.

                    Nobroker had arranged packers and movers from network cargo packers & movers to shift my household belongings from my previous location to my current location. On 14th of april.in the process, the movers had damaged a new godrej almirah. The damage is severe enough to render the item as un-usable. I have the original bills from godrej, showing the amount of the damaged almirah, which is about 30, 000

                    The movers acknowledged that the almirah is beyond repair and they would pay me 15 thousand rupees & i do not have to pay for the relocation charges.

                    Under humanitarian grounds i had paid the movers who were present on the scene with rs. 1500 and also paid for their food. I had paid nobroker 950 rs as the booking amount.

                    Till date i have not received any compensation from the vendor or nobroker.
                    The vendor has taken away the almirah and is currently with them.

                    Vendor had promised that he would pay me on multiple days panning april & may. Nothing has happened yet. I have had multiple conversations with nobroker rep - david martin. He is rude and is completely un-supportive.

                    I also just realized that network cargo packers & movers, doesn't do business with nobroker and the person that nobroker has connected me with is a scamster. The network cargo packers & movers has confirmed that they do not do a local movement.

                    It so seems that noboker is charging a premium amount for a substandard, inexperienced movement services that they recommend to their customer.

                    I would require your support to get this sorted and ensure nobroker stops its fraudulent service offering to its customers
                    This can only be attributed to cheating.

                      I had booked packers and movers from ‘nobroker’ and ‘sms packers and movers’ came for packing. A brand new jack daniels bottle is missing from the moved stuff (There were total 9 liquor bottles). The packing moving cost me 8000, whereas the bottle alone was for 4800. I have been following up with david from nobroker and madhu from sms packers and movers. Madhu keeps saying that he asked the labourers they said they didn’t steal anything, if they wanted to steal they would have stolen all bottles. I searched the entire house and each carton before raising the complain, however madhu said i should directly talk to labourers. Obviously they will deny if the bottle is stolen/broken. I do not have that much time that i will waste talking to nobroker & sms for false claims, and it was a very expensive bottle so i am very frustrated by their way of handling this. Also nobroker has not provided me with any reference number for this complain. On asking them for it, they kept assuring me not to worry they have all records of the complain. I am really frustrated with this and want a resolution - claim on the money or a new bottle.

                      I have still not received any update on the issue. It has been 5 days. I received a call yesterday morning and the customer care person said he will try talking to the packers and movers manager. Post that I didn’t receive any call back and have been trying to call customer care multiple times since but haven’t been able to reach them despite of being on hold for 5-7 mins. After that the call automatically gets disconnected.
                      Every day I am wasting atleast 30-40 mins trying to reach NoBroker customercare for resolution. I had even paid extra money for insurance upto Rs 50, 000

                      Again the customer care put my call on hold, I waited patiently for 10 minutes before they disconnected the call. I am unable to even reach out to David who had assured a speedy resolution. I was told they have all records of the raised complaint yet this time when another customer care representative picked up the call, he said he cannot see any complaint listed under the registered mobile number. Stop cheating your customer and atleast update me on the issue!

                        No broker has shown no competence in providing the service that that have been paid for, its been more than a month after biometrics have been done, yet there is no trace of my agreement. The company is not recommended as there is no way one can back track the matter. They have not provided any details about the contract for the customer to verify directly. Being an nri it makes matters even worse as the only possibility to get a response is over the phone.

                          Please take immediate action on below incident:

                          I spoke with no broker - packers and movers team on 13th may 2019, about my relocation. The executive asked me to pay 10 percent ie. Rs 550 as booking amount to no broker, post which only my request will be accepted.

                          I got a call from david martin saying that vendors are not agreeing to do the work and my amount will be settled in 7 to 10 days. It's been around 2 weeks now but i didn't get my amount back.

                          This is really frustrating as firstly they asked me to pay, and when i paid the said amount they refused to do my work. Now they are not paying back the amount. It's a clear case of fraud.

                          Please look into it at earliest. Below are the transaction and order details.

I clearly explained my filter condiitions in mail and phone, expecting result from my relation ship manager. But what happened is a big tragedy, daily she sends 4 mails with some reference{none of the mail contains all my filtered conditions. } i explained again and againbut she doesnt cares.

                              My name is pooja and i reside in mumbai. I hired a relationship manager named chethan mallu through nobroker for a period of 45 days to help me find a house to shift in. My package expired a month ago and since the last two days, i am getting unsolicited whatsapp messages from my previous relationship manager through his own personal contact number wanting to be "friends" and urging me to reply to his messages over and over again. After telling him that sending such messages are a clear misuse of my number, he replied with "not at all if you permit me". This is very appalling, downright disrespectful and is a violation of my privacy. I appeal to the authorities that they take note of this and take strict action against mr. Chethan mallu.

                                I’m dr. Sriharsha, currently a resident of chennai. I’ve an apartment in bangalore for rental purpose and i’ve taken a plan with nobroker for the rental help in january since i’m not there to show my apartment around. My relationship manager is kiran singh. Since january, her response has been pretty poor. I’ve received hardly 2-3 calls from her over the last 4-5 months. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact her but in vain.in the last month, she hasn’t called back inspite of repeated requests for calls. I’ve even called the customer care and complained, but again no response. My flat keys are with no broker agents and i’m unable to contact them. This has caused me undue stress and loss of rent for 5 months with no possession of keys to my own apartment. So kindly accept my complaint and do the needful.

                                Good afternoon sir, this complaint is regarding nobroker.com for cheating me in search of a house.I strongly feel that it's a organised loot in combination with house owners. Please look into the matter. Please find attached screenshot for info.

                                  I have given advertaisement in no broker for my flat c-302, urban ville, velachery main road, chennai-600042 and paid premium of rs 7300 but nobroker could not arrange tenanantgowtham. I had subsequently got a tenant through other agency suleka. I requested for return of my premium paid as nobroker claimed that it will be returned if they could not find a suitable client. I had sent the rental agreement and asked for refund but now they refusing to refund the amount as it is not matching the amount written. Please note that i have ticked the column for negotiable. Hence, i am eligible for refund of premium amount paid.

                                    On 25th april i have paid for basic plan of amount rs.1178 including tax, however plan did not got active, i received a call from kavita of no broker.com and sent me a link via mail to retry payment and she promised that the older transaction will be refunded. I trusted her and paid again. Till date i have not got any refund of the transaction, there is no proper response from them.

                                    The company took advance for transportation of goods from Thane to Powai, hardly about 12 kms the total of around 6700/-., The PACKER & Mover was a cheat and recovered additional 10, 000/- rs from us blackmailing us before transportation of goods . We had no choice since the goods were already loaded on to the truck

                                        2 weeks before me and my husband were looking for a rented house in Bangalore and to be specific near tin factory and mahadevpura locations. We contacted no broker and first thing they did is they manipulated us to go for a higher plan so that they can cheat with more money and we fell in their net and took a plan of 3000+ and in that plan they were supposed to give us 50 contacts so they started sending random contacts which were not even matching our requirements and said 10 contacts are completed on the day 1. Later after telling them to send the relevant contacts, they stopped responding. Last week we changed our plans and due to some personal reasons we are moving out of city so we asked them to refund the amount but they are denying it saying it is not refundable but one of their executive did promise us the complete refund if we don't use their services. Please help us in getting the refund as soon as possible.
