Wrong promises provided by the company

I have taken "RELAX PLAN" from Nobroker app due to sales executive Dhananjay's false claims stating that Relationship Manager will do everything starting from visiting the rental houses, owner discussion and finalizing the rental home and also told us that it is refundable, if we don't like the plan. Freedom plan is not activate

Dear sir / madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: freedom plan

The issue that i have experienced was: my mobile no is [protected] and i have pay 23/7/2020 on morning rs 1178.82 through my hdfc net banking for freedomplan. But plan was not activate and unable to view the owners details. Kindly check on and activate it. Payment details are attached here. Also i rasied the complaint and it ticket id...

I am facing a credit card fraud transaction at nobroker technologie.

Kindly verify it and stop/cancel those transactions
Details are given below.
1. 40, 400 using axis bank credit card on 24-jul-20 1:58:51 pm at nobroker technologie
2. 40, 398 using axis bank credit card on 24-jul-20 2:00:43 pm at nobroker technologie
3. 40, 389 using axis bank credit card on 24-jul-20 2:01:27 pm at nobroker technologie
4. 40, 400 using axis bank credit card on 24-jul-20 2:32:28 pm at nobroker technologie
5. 38, 380 using axis bank credit card on 24-jul-20 2:32:59 pm at nobroker technologie

I had never registered with nobroker and had received the creditcard yesterday only, so it is not disclosed with anyone ever.

    Payment of my refund money back plan is still pending from more than four months after my plan expired on march 9th 2020 in spite of sharing my bank statement still the amount is not transferred.

    Repeated complaint to know why my refund is not done for months. Finally i start to proceed to send notice to no broker relationship manager akshay called me on friday 15 july 11:43am and said need some time to check and will get back within 48 hours but he has not turned up i am sure the same old stories will continue from no broker which is been happening from 4 months i have given four months time is it not enough.

    Even if it takes years i am not going to leave no broker for giving me mental harassment. This is to inform if refund is not done i am going to send notice to owners of no broker who are responsible. Along with my refund / lawyer charges/ court charges all to be born by no broker.

    For all service request given below from 1st april till 14th july i get in reply as below.

    I have made more than 65 calls to no broker to know the status but no one answered my calls or they called me back. The mail sent by akshay had wrong transfer details. Its clear that the amount is transferred to another person account.

    1. My order id :[protected] transaction date 9 jan 2020 transaction time 10:17 am

    2. Mail received on april 23th 2020 that refund is processed which has not happened till date 9th july 2020.

    3. Refund mail sent by akshay had wrong order id[protected] with wrong transaction date mentioned as 20th may wrong transaction time as 1:16 pm.

    Finally i found out the mistake that amount is transferred to another person account how can no broker be so careless it such pain to follow for more than 4 months. Any how details are given above. Refund my amount to correct account immediately.

    Last time when i have given the complaint you have mentioned as resolved what is resolved nothing dont give fake information to consumer complaint portal i have cleared said i have shared the bank statement. I have not recieved any call or mail till today[protected]

      I have paid rent of rs 25000 to owner account on 21/07/2020. They have charged 1%processing fees for above amount.. But amount was not credited to owner account.. I have checked customer care, they said, we need rental agreement to credit.. The same has submitted on 21/07/2020.. After submitting the documents, the amount was not credited.. Again i ahve checked customer care, they said, wait for 24 hours.. We have waited till 23/07/2020... Still amount has not credited.. No one is capable to provide the correct solution and always saying terms and condition.. I never seen this type of customer care.. They don't know how to response the customer.. Almost 3 days completed, the amount still kept hold...

      Hi Sridharan, payment is only kept on hold when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system & the payee is unable to provide us with a valid rental agreement. However, we'd request you to share your contact details so that someone from our team can connect with you over the phone and discuss this further.

      With regard to the above reference number, I made a rental payment of
      ₹6, 500 on 7.8.2020. After the deduction from my credit card, the payment to my owner was withheld asking for rental agreement. I uploaded it on 8.8.2020. The payment is still not processed after 4 days. If I cancel the payment, they are levying 2% charges and the loss for the customer would be 3% given the 1% convenience charge already charged while making the payment. This "No Broker" platform looks to be involved in many fraudulent transactions and illegal activities. Complaints galore online. Their customer care sucks. It takes ages to connect calls, then automatically cuts after 10 minutes of holding. There's no complaint number given.

      We might be constrained to initiate legal proceedings at the Consumer Redressal Forum as it amounts to deficiency of services to compensate for the waste of time, mental agony, acts amounting to "the trader resorting to unfair trade practices" and "deficiency of service" as per the
      The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and several other applicable laws like the Weights, Standards & Measures Act. There has been an infringement of rights of the consumer.

        I had made an advance payment on the 7th of july and scheduled the movers and packers for the 14th on july 2020 in mumbai for shifting intracity from tardeo to panvel.

        I made multiple calls for getting details of the agent for the movers and packers all no broker customer care agents kept saying they will ask someone to get in touch with me.

        Two days prior to the shifting they blocked my mobile number.

        I started calling from other nos to have someone get me details of the scheduled move. They kept saying someone will get back, all false. Noone got back

        I must have made close to 100+ calls.

        They then sent me an email one day prior to the move confirming the same, however didn't give no of the movers and packers agency and sent customer care no (Check attachment)

        I had to book another movers and packers on urgent basis at an exorbitant price if rs 15000 more as i had no option.

        After all this a no broker agent called me on the day of ahiting itself to ask how is the shifting going on and i told him what had happened and that i am going to the consumer forum for justice. He said he will escalate the matter and get my refund done. Very conveniently he sent me an email stating that i cancelled the booking and that token will be refunded when it was a clear case of no show by the movers and packers. I haven't got any refund yet

        This is a scam of an agency. No one point contact and different people answer calls. They stop answering calls once they get advance.

        I demand a fair compensation for the mental and financial stress we went through during the lockdown. Multiple calls, scams and clueless agents and paying a bomb for urgent shifting.

Kindly cancel this transactions as it was fraud and all relevant details were submitted to sbi cards team and police station kopri, thane. Please find the details of transaction.

            On 16 july 2020, around 8 a. M rs 38, 885 and rs 38, 986 was debited from my icici credit card towards nobroker techonlogies. I haven't authorised this transaction. This company is being used for fraudulent activites. Either the company is itself a fraud. I have file police complaint and reported to bank. Please do something regarding it. I am already seeing many fraud complaints against this company. Please return my money

              I bought a subscription plan on nobroker.in for a relex plan.

              The relationship manager is mr simon (Office id - simon. [protected]@nobroker.in)

              The relationship manager has not activated my plan even after paying subscription fee. He also not bother to even contact and help me with my plan.

              Subscription time is 45 days and i m losing day by day.

              Pathetic nobroker experience because of irresponsible manager like him.

                  My self srikanth. I have done one transaction through Nobroker app. Transaction Ref Id: NRP-2284419
                  I have done RS40400 credit card transaction to send amount from credit card to another bank account as a maintenance bill. They have consumed my transaction as no refernce bill and refunding my amount to source bank with deduction of Nobroker fee.
                  Without doing any service deducting 3% as nobroker fee Rs1200 from the my total amount Rs40400. And sending refund amount after one week.

                  I need my amount with out any deduction, Please do needful.

                  Detailed information regarding complaint:


                  I did maintanace payment of Rs. 40000 dated 16th July and I received an email that your transaction is suspicious and copy of your maintenance bill to be submitted by 19th July else refund will be initiated automatically with 2% penalty deduction.
                  I already paid additionally 1%(payment RS 40000 + service charge RS400= Total Rs40400) as service charge. Totally Rs40400 I have transferred to Nobroker for pay maintenance bill through credit card
                  I believe, If rent agreement is mandatory for payment settlement, it should be asked before transaction and transaction shouldn't be processed until rent agreement submitted and verified.
                  On dated 20th, I've received email stated that refund Rs 39200 is initiated at your request. However, I've never provided my consent to refund.
                  This is complete cheating with customer and source of earning money.
                  I just googled out regarding this issue and found that many thousands of persons already faced similar issues and losses thousands.
                  In this way, they earned RS1200 (2% as penalty and 1% as service charge), even you haven't provided your consent.
                  Seems like that this is trap by noBroker and mode of earning as 2% penalty and 1% as service charge.

                    Hi- I had opted for Money Back Plan from Nobrokers to sell my Flat in Bangalore on 20th Apr 20 by paying Rs.1-2 and was told will take full payment only after lock down will be opened and they will start the service post lock down. But during my later discussion with their relationship manager got to get more clarity on the plan and immediately on 28th Apr 20 I sent an email and opted out from the service and requested them to cancel. On 16-Jul-20 got a message from my credit card bank that Rs.19.467.60 has been debited against NOBROKER TECHNO. Since 2 days I have been following up to refund the amount they are not giving any positive reply.
                    My Relationship manager accepted it is their mistake but not giving any timelines to refund the same. Please help to resolve this.

                    My RM did help on to follow up with their internal team. After posting complaint here, I did get call from Nobrokers escalation team on 2nd day. within couple of working days amount has been refund to my credit card account directly. Thanks.

                      I have faced online fraud from nobroker technologies with my axis bank credit card. I have raised complaints immediately with axis bank and blocked my credit card through a mobile app. Pls help to investigate these fraud people and take necessary action on the same.

                      Fraud details :

                      Initially i have received a credit card with wrong details (Surname is different showing on card) hence i have raised a complaint with axis bank so from a few days back i am getting calls from axis bank (As they said axis bank peoples) to ask me about my details but every time i was denied them.

                      Today i received call from shweta agarwal (As said axis bank employee) from mobile number: +91 [protected] and asked me about my card details but i was denied on same that time she told me she is from axis bank and she have all the details with her so she is requesting me to do cross check with your card. So i found that all the details she has about my card are correctly matching and she told me that she will block this card now and will process the new card with proper details so i agree with her. But after some time i received below transition confirmation mail from axis bank about the amount (Rs.39, 396.00) deduction for "nobroker technology" immediately i blocked my credit card and raised a complaint with axis bank as they said they will investigate and confirm me. So pls help to refund my money to credit card account asap.

                        No broker.com has not provided any quantifiable service after collecting the amount in advance. This is to express my anguish for the way they have given me a rude reply to my mail.
                        Of course I took the Paid Plan i.e. Money back Plan for letting out my premises. They never made it clear to me terms and conditions on money back plan in the beginning. Their so called RMs never disclosed it. Despite of my continuous efforts with them I could not find any tenant from their end. They have failed to find me a tenant within the scheduled time. During this pandemic, tough and difficult period I was able to find a tenant on my own. Now I am being denied my refund. No one in customer care or RM's are responding to me. WORST & PATHETIC service I have ever received from any service provider. I found No broker to be extremely unethical, lie blatantly & my paid service absolutely worthless. No broker company is a cheat and fake company. All false promises for the paid plan. I bought money back plan which entitles me refund as my property is let out from my side. They never refunded and stopped responding to my calls and emails. They are taking our money upfront and providing “ZERO" services. They are looting our hard earned money. I am not going to stop and will go to consumer court.

                          You have proved that my reservations against this plan working to get me a buyer. Weren't misplaced even today, i tried reaching the service number but it just doesn't get through?

                          Post you accomplishing sales to run your business & quota,
                          I haven't been able to connect to your number?
                          Nor has been much progress made to achieve the desired objective?
                          There have been zero leads in the past one month 03rd jun - 03rd jul 2020 and brought to the notice of fouzia & later the team leader sachin kothari on 30th jun 2020?
                          Sachin assured to return the call for a status update by 02nd jul 2020, but didn't?
                          Today, i tried but failed to reach all the contacts i had from no broker?
                          I provided a lead last week, i was apprised of their visit on sunday 05-jul-2020 by fouzia. No further status?
                          I'm hardly seeing any footfalls or leads generated which means lesser chances of selling this property?
                          Please be serious about this service offered and deliver on the objective asap before the plan expiry date.

                            I took a money back plan 6499+18% gst on 30may 2020.
                            I was being said that i would get a refund once verified that the tenant is from other source. I was being assigned a relationship manager (Rm) by name rakesh reddy. I had quoted rs.1lk advance and 10, 500 rs.
                            My rm had requested to negotiate on advance which i had agreed upon.
                            I got a new tenant from olx within 1st week of june. I informed the same to my rm. On the same day. He said nothing to worry. I would be getting the refund if i get the rental agreement submitted through mail. I got the agreement done from nobroker itself by paying 479rs. I was being said i should mail the soft copy of the same. I mailed it once i received from nobroker. After a gap of almost 10 days my rm called up and said i should get it signed from tenant & email. I did that as well. After that no one were giving a proper solution. My rm was not at all available. I had to call many a times in a day to get my refund. Its more than a month since i requested for refund.
                            After these many hurdles now the rm call up and says sir yo had said advance of 1lk now you have negotiated on that, so i cant get a refund.
                            I have recordings of almost all the conversations.
                            Please help me out to get the refund.

                              From no broker payment of my refund money back plan is still pending from more than four months after my plan expired on march 9th 2020 in spite of sharing my bank statement still the amount is not transferred.

                              Repeated complaint no one has called or mailed me to give the status of my refund for past four months. Finally i start to proceed to send notice to no broker

                              Even if it takes years i am not going to leave no broker for giving me mental harassment. This is to inform if refund is not done before this week end[protected] i am going to send notice to owners of no broker who are responsible. Along with my refund / lawer charges/ court cahrges all to be borne by no broker.

                              2. Mail received on april 23th 2020 that refund is processed which has not happened till date 9th july 2020.

                              3. Refund mail sent by akshay had wrong order id[protected] with wrong transaction date mentioned as 20th may wrong transaction time as 1:16 pm.

                              Finally i found out the mistake done by no broker accounts team that amount is transferred to another person account how can no broker be so careless it such pain to follow for more than 4 months. Any how details are given above. Refund my amount to correct account immediately.

                                I hired nobroker.in for the packers and movers service. I have already paid all the charges for this service in advance.
                                My goods was picked up on 30th june which were supposed to be delivered by 8th june as they promised and it's been 7-8 days overs now and nothing has been been delivered so far and everyday they are making some excuses and changing the delivery date.
                                It's a mental harassment for me that i am worried about my stuff, everytime i have to call these people to check on the delivery.
                                I am attaching the receipt of payments i made offline to the people who came to my place for the pickup.

                                  I received a call on 8th jully 2020. On call one lady says that she is from axis bank and some point are issue on my credit card if i dont activate it then bank will charj to me. So that i said to i dont want my credit card. She said u have to close it so give me some details. I will close it and i give detail because i thought she is actually from axis bank. After five minutes 5transaction are done from my credit card.
                                  I request u please stop these transaction. Investigation is also going on with reference number 61495218.
                                  The transaction is done through nobroker technologies at 8/07/2020 at 5.50pm
                                  If possible please reverse this transaction.

                                  I experienced similar case with Axis Bank Credit card and No Broker technologies. I was subjected to a Fraud of Rs 80, 800/- . I am following up with Axis Bank and Chennai Cyber Crime Police.
                                  The Fraud happened on 18th June, 2020 and now Bank is asking me to pay and I am liable.
                                  What happened in your case? Whether the issue got resolved?
