Someone called up saying that he is from a major bank and told me about the cash back of Amazon points. He cheated me into providing my credit card number and otp and debited my credit card of a huge amount. The message that I got had the name of "NoBroker Rent Payments Bengaluru". I want my money back.

    Already complained not received proper response in writing. How No Broker finalised tenant search for my 2Bhk in 60 days.

Also, as per the terms and conditions of the plan, there is nothing much we would be able to do here as the tenant was rejected by you as he did not agree to the rental agreement clause on painting which is no mistake o[censored]s.       I booked 2 services from these fake people by looking at online, but don’t trust them . For both services i paid money, but no service received on schedule, and no one called to check with me back . Simple they give assurance before booking, but after you pay money, they won’t respond and cancellation they refund will be 15 days itseems. God knows after 15 days it will come or not.

      Not fit for single Star also. Worst service. Never ever go for No broker services

        I took guaranteed flat sell plan from nobroker.com on 23rd june 2022 for RS 19500.
        In which they stated that if you dont get guaranteed buyer within 90 days then you will get 14500rs return and fees 4999rs will be applicable.

        On 87th day one buyer got from nobroker and he sent me token amount 50k but after next day he asked token back saying issue in flat floor which was not the case at all. And I am in process to refund him his amount.

        Still nobroker closed my plan permanently stating token received. But in actual deal didnt happen. After that daily I am following up with nobroker but they are not reactivating my plan nor giving my refund back which i was asked as per 90 days term plan refund policy.

        They are now saying anything any policy which was not even documented in their policy plan.

        Kindly help me to get money back as per policy.

          I have booked one order on 28-sep-2022 for 11 am no one came till now after 12 pm.
          i have called several times but the call is getting connected to sales team only and they replied with we cannot connect service department and refused to anything and given one number of service deparatment
          and that too also no one is replying .

          this is the first and last time to book any service. Worst experience.
          Request pls dont use the service else you will regret after doing payment

            When someone lends on their website for rent payment and do the transaction, they don't transfer the money to the landlord, instead they ask to upload the rental agreement(at the time of transaction they dont require the rental agreement it is optional but when the payment is done, then rental agreement is compulsory) or if you don't have that then they will eat up the processing fees which you have been charged in the name of rent payment by credit card, and they make you beg for your own money.
            Looks like they are running their own government and duping innocent people of their hard earned money, they are charging around 1.5% like nbfc charged interest for lending money. These fraud people are charging interest on your own money.
            Reserve bank of India should take severe action against this company and this company should be closed down and all the charges which they have eaten up from the innocent people and government should force them to return the money to the people

              We booked Service for Sofa cleaning in 22nd Sept for 25th Sept Sunday at 9.a.m the Service partner called me a day before to shift it to 12:00 due to poor weather condition.I agreed and on Sunday whether is perfectly clear inspite of that Service partner didn't report on time .we waited for another 1 hr no call from him nor from no broker as a result we tried to call customer care but it was a mental harassment talking to them .Inspite of talking to Murad, Vasant, and Manjula the issue was postponed to next 2 days.I want compensation for amount as well as the time

                  I have taken a quotation of shifting home from no brokers. after all inspection i was given a amount of 12800 for shifting everything thing including uninstallation and installation of ACs. i asked for a discount and taken 2-3 days to negotiate and the i was assigned another sales person after 3 days told me that AC uninstallation was missed in the quote mistakenly by the sales person.. so instead of discount your quotation will increase as its month end the slots also not available but if you pay extra it will be made available. they are just playing a dirty business of increasing the rates when they know the customer is going to do booking. Now since i have already paid the booking amount i was expecting that much services. but they have declined all the services even after taking the booking amount at last moment. i have to shift my 60 years old mother and have taken leaves for that and because of them my whole plan has been disturbed. must be punished a huge amount for misguiding and cheating their customers

Its about denying booking at the last moment. its about blackmailing your customers at last moment when they are left with no option to pay you the increased price for same services. Many people may fall in this trap. I had an option to go for another vendor many don't have. You should be ashamed of doing such dirty business and should be punished for your wrong doings

                      As the name goes, there wasn't supposed to be a middle person who we have to pay brokerage, but that is not the case.Recently after contacting the flat owner, I got a call from the owner selling the same flat for rent and asking for brokerage.This is about RPS SAVANNAH IN SECTOR 88, FARIDABAD.On enquiring, the broker replied that there has to be a brokerage.

                        I had booked bathroom cleaning with
                        No broker. Partner who had cleaned the bathroom have damaged the floor. Such a hard chemical/acid was used that my white floor has turned dark brown. I have been complaining for over 2 weeks but no action has been taken so far. On 3 instances i was being promised that the cleaner will come and will resolve the issue but no one came. No broker agent was in conference when the partner refused to come and clean and was shouting on the top of his voice. He had also cross checked pre and post cleaning pictures. In the picture you can also see that the colour of the pipe of hand shower has also changed. I had spoken to their supervisor and Citi manager but nothing has happened yet. I was being promised that by 19th sep this issue would be resolved bur again no one turned toll now. Such a pathetic service. Citi manager ks Mr Shahid/ Shabid, customer care agent is Kinshukh, manager was Miss Manveen I believe. Can this be taken care of? Cleaner was Janender

                          Onjuly13th I got into owner relax plan I maid transaction by link sent to me by Mr.Jickson nobroker since 1st transaction failed I tried 2 nd and3rd continously after his advice.later I found twice 6000rs is debited. Immediately I enquired that person he refused and said ur bank will pay within 72 hrs .I've been contacting my bank for a month recently they sent a mail stating amount gone twice into nobroker account only when they release I can be obtained by my bank person to transfer it to my account. I'm contacting almost daily to nobroker but no proper response. And also a person from nobroker said that on Aug 12th 5000Rs is credited by me.i didn't make any 5000Rs payment on aug12th.how is this possible. There is somewhere wrong in this. Please consider this as serious issue and sort it for me.

                            I had spoken with a registered PG owner who asked for money stating that I have to pay 2000 in order to visit the PG. Then he called and said I need to pay the monthly rent which will be refunded instantly. He went on to ask for more money stating that my previously transferred money will not be refunded if I don't pay more. I have paid a total of 52000 to the pg owner which he is now refusing to pay back.now nobroker is not taking any responsibility.

                              Nobroker organisation has taken advance for over a month and post which we are only following up and nothing is starting.
                              We were working with Project Managers - Abdul Amjad khan, Munshi Mohammed Noor and Saket Shukla the City Manager.
                              They keep revising timelines, never answer calls (within work hours of 9 am- 6pm) and constantly misguide on prices and quotation. Half information and have no idea of execution since the vendors take care of it and are not allowed to contact you. The amount of time they have hoarded the advance and had zero work done is highway unprofessional and subsequently costing us higher.

                                Hi, this complaint is regarding my relaxation plan which I took 2 weeks back. When I called the sales person I told them I want 1bhk spacious room, apartment or society and my budget is 15k including maintenance. Locality should be between marathalli multiplex to bellandur. When i took them they gave me a relationship manager. He was sending me 65 flats, out of this only 5 flats were in that location. I raised complaints and called multiple times to customer care that 5 flats are standalone buildings .So out of 65 none of the flats are my choice. He told us that all societies have a 20k budget. This is a serious case as he cheated me by giving a fake promise and not refunding my amount. Please take serious action against it.

                                  I recently went ahead and booked nobroker for their movers and packers services as I expected them to be professional and also had a good experience with their cleaning services.
                                  However it was one of the worst decisions I must have taken. Reasons cited below:
                                  1) Totally unprofessional as I get a call in the morning at 8:00am(when the vendor was supposed to come) stating that my booking is not yet confirmed
                                  2) Randomly some boys were assigned and sent to pack my stuff 3.5 hours later. When speaking to these boys, I got to know they were students hired for 100rs
                                  3) Noone knew to pack stuff and ended up picking and dumping all my stuff. Inspite of warning from us, they behaved rudely and continued to just throw things into boxes
                                  4) Somehow the boxes were unloaded and everything was again just dumped at my destination address
                                  5) I have started unpacking and find that a lot of expensive glassware has broken
                                  6) Even worse, I found that 2 of my boxes are missing. They contain important kitchenware and bedsheets
                                  7) This is easily worth 12-15k.
                                  8) Noone from nobroker is responding and all that they do is say we will arrange for a call back

                                    I used a REnt Pay option through NoBroker Application. Amount of Rs. 49999+589.99 was deducted from my account but transaction failed to get transferred to LandLord account through UPI even after 3 days. When i made a complain for the same, the amount of Rs. 49999 was refunded in 2 days but service charge for a failed transaction was never refunded. They denying it saying its there company policy not to refund service charge what so ever the reason.

                                    BUT how can i be charged for a failed transaction. Instead i should be paid interest for the amount they kept in there acccount for so many day. THIS IS PURE FRAUD. When you are not capable of transfering amount through RentPay then dont provide service.
                                    its very simple fraudalent way to earn money it seems.

                                    Hi Shekhar, a refund is processed post deducting the service charges whenever we find the transaction to be suspicious and you are unable to provide us with the requested document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not.                                       My property was not let out by No broker in 60 days . and They have not returned my money..
                                      I feel i got cheated by No broker .No one is listening to me ...They are passing ball from one team member to another ..and RM is saying it is tenant back out case without finalisation of tenant sgreement how they consider the interested person as tenant ...They have assigned one interested person as tenant he paid token money of 5000 i refunded the same as he was not agree to multiple points in normal rent agreement .No broker stopped giving service before completing the tenure of the plan 60 days and finally not refunded my money after 60 days .

                                      I have not received refund as per the plan and no broker has not rented out my property. Tenant was not finalised and No Broker has stopped the service.I have not received proper response .please response here what service you provided ..how you are claiming that you find tenant for me.

                                      Not received reply how tenant was finally searched by No Broker, any one can understand that tenant was not provided by No Broker in 60 days time .Please respond what benefit, I received for which they charged me .Field Officer, RM every one is knowing that tenant is not finalised then why I will not get refund?.Please explain here only so I can understand this is not a case of refund.RM Charu Prabha has left without providing tenant and Field Officer was not in touch with any RM so not refunded my key, all these are proof that tenant not finalised

                                        The service was availed on 28aug 22, where I communicated about the damage done to the goods while shifting to the service manager & labourers & they agreed that it is done by them . The very next day I spoke to Ankita about the over all damage done & the experience given -, I expected a call from them for how to go about the claiming damages as they have charged 500 inr extra as insurance for goods before shifting. But no call or email received from them .
                                        Issues : it was agreed 30 cartons but 15 cartons were given for shifting
                                        The vendor did not bring their own cutters or scissors for packings
                                        They started from 10:30am and finished by 11:30 pm in the same society distance from one tower to another was 350 meters they were very slow. Around 11:30 pm we did the payment & showed them the damages.
                                        On 29th aug I informed Ankita from no broker that about experience but did not got any revert/ actions
                                        This is totally harassing the customer
                                        Need explanation & compensation for this situation done by them .
