I had taken the Owner Money back plan worth Rs.7669 on 11-Oct-22 and I was informed that the house would be rented out through no brokers within 60 days. If not, I would get a full refund.
1. The house was not rented out through NoBroker within 60 days (11-Dec-22)
2. I found my current tenant from another source and the house was occupied from 07-Jan-23 only
3. During 60 days, If I got any tenant from NoBroker, I might not request for full refund. Even, few tenants visited through NoBroker, initially agreed to occupy, but later due to personal constraint, they dropped off. Even few marriages are getting dropped during last minute after proper engagement, wedding invitation printing, marriage hall booking etc., but, you would have seen marriages called off during the last minute. For them it's not possible and required to apply for Divorce (since, the marriage called off before Registered Marriage).
4. Similarly, If I got a tenant, I would have produced Rental Agreement. Even, I informed my CRM that the talk dropped off, he insisted me to produce Rental Agreement. Without a tenant, how could I produce a rental agreement. I could produce RA only after getting the tenant. Hope you understand the logic behind it.
Even, I asked NoBroker team to go and verify that the home, which was still Vacant for more than 75 days. But, they did not respond.
Moreover, I asked them to provide bathroom cleaning service on 05-Jan-23, since my tenant planned to shift the home on 07-Jan-23. No response.
I still didnot get proper reply from NoBroker team...

Updated by [email protected] Issue Not Resolved. Still, they closed the issue without proper response. They did not call or give proper justification for non-refund.

I think you didn't read it properly, let me explain it again.
As per agreed discussion with customer executive person, it says that please fix it from your end and we will get required bill reimbursed from vendor, and we all agreed.
Also please note, I gave the option that send your carpenter and get it fixed ( i don't want any money, just fix my issue), but you guys insisted go for reimbursement process.
Now I did everything submitted document and after that that you say only 1500 INR will get ( 1000 INR), I don't see attachment option else I will attached email conversation.
for everyone who see this post, how unethical it is, now you guys say 1000 INR.( Which is initially over the email it says 1500 INR of partial reimbursement). Like you guys changing your statement on every conversation.
