Through no broker we got a rental house duagr estate ambattur on 18th june2022. Before we enter the house we pay the deposit amount, one month maintenance amount, and half month pre rent amount. In that time owner didn't clean and paint that house. in our own money we clean the house. Once we enter the house its have lot of problems. owner and nobroker no one rectify the issues. Finally we decide to vacate the house. but no broker told me we need to say 6 months otherwise you need to pay one month rent. so that we are vacate the house on 30th nov 2022.3 months prior we inform to owner and no broker. but no one come to that day of leaving. After that we only write a mail to no broker. Today 2nd Jan 2023 till now we didn't know about our settlement about status

    We booked 3bhk apartment and made a token advance rs:5000 and we accepted and requested move in date on Dec 14 And on dec 14 we tryed to reach rahul christopher property manager to move our property with ready cash in hand on dec 14.But rahul christopher did not attend the call.we made multiple mail on that day no response on that day.next day he reached us and said i was in a leave .so the fault is from your side .he has to assign to someone the work that has to be done on dec 14.

    And eventhough after a conversation he made delay for more than 2 to 3 days .

    As a manager he has to reach us and ask for issues and further moving details there was plenty of delay

    And also no one from no broker side has explained your policy regarding that if we pay token advance it will not be refunded to us.

    We have all record and mails

    We also have records and mail that their team guy nilavazhagan accepted the issues is from rahul christopher side.

    So please consider the issues and respond accordingly.

    If the solution is not going to be done we are ready to file a compliant on nobroker, rahul christopher and their team regarding civil offences of these issue.

    Rahul Christopher is a cheater. already we also go to the rental house through nobroker. that house we face lot of problems. so we vacate the house on No30th. till now we didnt get our settlement amount. In my suggestion don't use nonbroker. And no one don't go to the hose located Ambattur Dugar estate, house owner Anand. Flat no C Block 105. That house owner and Rahul Christopher joined together and cheated. Nobroker always support house owners only. they cheated Tenants
    Hi Seiyad, since deposit was not paid neither you were ready to give the company ID or offer letter as salaried working professionals details with us. Hence, we won't be able to refund the token amount.

      What happened to me regarding NoBroker Packers and Movers service is the worst a customer can experience. I live in Hyderabad and have requested for shifting from Mehdipatnam to Ghatkesar. We are a family of 4 people; my mother, myself, my wife, and a one year old daughter. I have booked the appointment 3 weeks prior to the date of shifting and scheduled it on a working day, Friday. I made the advance payment, got all the mail confirmations about the movement manager, everything went fine till here.
      Two days before shifting, I've tried to call the movement manager just for confirmation of the schedule but no one answered. Called the customer care immediately and they assured me that the team will reach us on time. Before the day of shifting, I've uninstalled and dismantled most of my furniture and electronic items including beds, water purifier, ceiling fans, etc.
      On the day of shifting, I'm expecting a call from the movers but no one called even at 10am. I've called the movement manager and again no one answered. I've called the customer care and they replied me to wait for few more mins and if nobody shows up send a mail to the grievances team. I've waited till 11 and finally sent the mail. Got the response from grievances team with in 5 mins. The representative asked to give some time to look into the issue and I agreed. After half an hour I received the call from the representative, he just told that the movers team are unable to attend the service. I was totally awestruck to hear that and politely asked for any alternatives. To my surprise he just said there are no alternatives and if I agree to cancel the service he'll return the advance amount paid.
      This felt as if I was taken to the middle of an ocean, thrown into it and asked to find my own way. The reason I chose a service like NoBroker instead of local movers is that I won't be facing these kind of issue but my fears came true and that is exactly what happened. The sheer audacity to convey the message to the customer that the service cannot be done and there are no alternatives too (on the day of shifting, even after doing necessary follow-ups, without prior intimation), this tells everything about the company.
      Would this have happened in case of movement to another city or on a weekend, then that would have been a dead end for a normal consumer. I have a family to take care of and have made all the arrangements for the movers team so that they can just carry the boxes and items neatly arranged for them. Then this happened. Even after repeatedly explaining my situation to him he just replied by saying a simple sorry to everthing.
      I'm an average guy like most of the people. We trust the system and expect it to work always. But, when faced with such scenario I couldn't even shout on him because I also understand he's just a guy infront of a computer doing his follow-ups. My rant is towards the organization behind this.
      If we consult a company for a service they should atleast have some ethics to do the follow-up with their vendors and update the customer whenever required, right? I have called the customer care two days prior to the date of shifting and they just replied by saying my service will be on time. If they had immediately followed-up with their vendor I might have got an update earlier and have made my alternative arrangements for shifting. Even on the day of shifting nobody from NoBroker called me to update the status of my service. I had to call them to address my issue. Finally, we approach such companies because, in case any of such issues happen, they will be having contacts with multiple vendors and if one is not available then they would arrange another vendor for us. But in my case, even that didn't happen. There is no alternative at all.
      Here comes the trauma one had to face when such thing happens. I had to google about local movers and have to find something. Call my friends and relatives to address my situation and ask them to help me find an alternative. Now these people first taunt us for being careless in choosing such movers and then give us some contact numbers. Had to call every movers and asking for their availablity.
      Luckily after finding a local mover, I've scheduled an appointment on Monday for extra cost of 15k, had to apply another leave with loss of pay. The food and drinking water are bought from outside. Had to use neighbour's stove to cook food for my infant daughter. Finally, on the day of shifting those guys told they'll come at dawn but came at noon. The entire shifting process ended at midnight 2. On top of that I had to pay 500rs tip for each of the 6 guys in the team, totalling to 18000 for the shifting.
      This is the price I had to pay and the trauma I had to go through for trusting NoBroker.

            Nobroker not refunding service fee for failed rent payment due their technical issue

            Paid 45K rent through nobroker with correct account number. Have proof funds transfer via NEFT on same account number and IFSC and shared the same with Nobroker team.

            Transfer is failing from Nobroker to Landlord due to Nobroker's technical issue but still they have refunding the rent amount without refunding "Service Fee" for the service they were not able to provide

            I have renewed my scheme for selling my 2BHK property at Kabali Nagar, Guduvanchery wef 22nd November 2022. In my property listing the company has posted a video. The property showing in the video is not my property. I have escalated so many times to Mr Gowrishankar of my Relationship manager and he is not taking steps to removing the wrong video. Also from 23rd November 2022, I am getting the same video to my whatsapp number with a message "Vijayaraghavan, photos are too mainstream. So here's an amazing video of YOUR 2BHK curated specially for you! Go ahead and share it with your friends and family". This messages I have recieved on 23rd Nov, 24th Nov, 6th Dec, and today 21st December 2022. Repeatedly I am informing to your RM about the video which is contains some other property, and they are least bother to remove it. Why should I pay for posting some other property in my property listing. Kindly cancel my scheme and refund the amount paid by me immediately. Or else I will approach consumer forum and claim the amount with huge compensation for my mental agony.

              Hi,
              I am owner of a house in Hebbal, Bangalore, initially I have posted my Ad on No Broker.com for renting out my 3BHK house, there after I have been approached by No Broker.com marketing team and they sold me a package called “ Owner Super Assure Plan” and collected INR 11798.82 on 14th June 2022 and they committed that they will get a tenant for my 3 BHK property with in 60 days, if they can not, they will refund the money to me. By virtue of buying this plan, No Broker team will take care of finding a tenant, showing the property to tenant and they show all rosy picture, as if we will get a tenant in a weeks time.
              On 13th August 2022, I received a mail from them telling they could not get a tenant with in 60 days, requested me to extend the plan for another 60 days and again assured to get a tenant with in 60 days, else they will refund the money to me.
              On 16th October 2022, I received a mail from them telling they could not get a tenant during extension of 60 days ( totally 120 days lapsed ) and requested me to extent the plan for further 60 days.
              Today I am sitting in more than 140 days, so far No Broker.com team could not get any tenant for my property so far. They only will call you and get in touch with until we pay the money for their plans, there after you will not get any one and you will not get tenant or leads.
              I have given my feedback that I am not at all happy with their services, they have cheated my by giving false promises and wrong assurance and collected my money.
              I feel these guys are making money out of Property owners weakness of seeking their help to get a tenant.
              They give a report on a weekly basis on progress of the plan all are false statements and false statistics. They will give all nonsense reasons, why they could not find a tenant with no commitment to find a tenant.
              With my experience with this team for last 6 months, I can only conclude, these are cheaters and have no intention to help the property owners to find a suitable tenant. All there promises are wrong, they will be listening to you, till you pay money and buy their plan, there after no one would call you and no genuine efforts put to get a tenant.
              I have lost INR 11798.82 in terms of money and I also lost 6 months of time, waiting that No Broker team will find a tenant for me.
              I don’t think we can trust these guys, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THEIR PLANS. Instead rely on any local broker who will charge 1 month rent as brokerage, that too they will collect such brokerage after finding a tenant.

                On dated 19/12/2022 a call. Recieved from sbi excutive ( [protected] ) .

                She told me that reward points of your credit card will expire today.

                She provide me a link of website where i can redeem ( www.mysbireward.co.in/redeem)
                When i visit this website i have filled some required details its seems similar to sbi website.
                After that i got a message that 19986.10 rs has been spent through sbi credit card.

                Then i relize i got scammed.

                  On dated a call recieved from a number ( [protected]) she says me that your reward point of credit card will expire, so you have to redeem this.

                  She provide me a link (www.mysbireward.co.in/redeem) when i visit this website it look similar of sbi website. Then i have filled some detail to redeem. Then money deducted from my sbi credit card. Transction no is [protected]IN . of amount 19986.10 rs.

                    I believed noBroker is a professional organisation and purchased this plan. But you people never found a tenant for me. In fact you people scheduled useless tenant visits where most of the cases they don't com for visit. I also escalated this once to the grevience email id. Now I got a tenant on my own. Now you people are not giving back my refund ans rejecting.
                    Give me back my refund. I have left with no other way than putting about this SCAM ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
                    Behave professional and give back my refund.

                      Hi,

                      I have taken CPMS service from which rental service offered by no broker. In which they will be managing my property after agreement is done.

                      In which I have paid Rs 6000 for the service. I have been informed by no broker agent that if you are not interested or you are finding the tenant then we will
                      Refund the payment.

                      I am not happy with the service as I have done multiple follow up, they are not repspoding after I have paid the amount.

                      So I decided to find my own tenant as the agreement was not done and not going for no broker service the reason are listed :
                      I have called no broker may times but no response .

                      Reason:
                      I tried to reach no broker but no action / response.

                      No visit for checking .
                      No coordination.
                      No key collection.

                      I have arranged for .everything

                      If I have to arrange why should I pay for this service to no broker .

                      I am not interested for this service, request requested no broker you to refund my money as the agreement was not done and I have found my tenant.

                      but till today there is no reasponse .
                      Request kindly intervene and sort the issue .

                          I have done rent payment through NoBroker twice, but there was a failure in both cases and reason cited was account details do not match

                          However on both occasions the charges of Rs 551 were not reversed. If the payment was not successful, why deduct charges.

                          100% amount MUST BE REFUNDED.

Also, whenever a transaction is found suspicious by our system a rental agreement needs to be mandatorily provided to avoid any fraudulent transaction.                             We are living abroad and having a property in Bangalore. We purchased "Comprehensive Property Management Premium Service", on Aug 27th, 2022, from NoBroker employee Sapna Pandey by online payment of Rs 24, 999 (Transaction ID 20220827111212800110168622279878026, Order ID[protected] guaranteed tenant within 60 days, and property management services 3/5 years.

                            NoBroker failed to provide any tenant within 60 days as mentioned in the agreement while selling the CPMS plan. NoBroker employee, Santhosh Chavhana also forces us to share our Income Tax and sign on papers which were never disclosed while selling the CPMS plan.
                            On Oct 19th 2022, Santhosh Chavhana had emailed “Sorry, we can't provide the tenant…”.
                            Upon expiry of the plan, without any tenant, we asked for refund which was part of the agreement. NoBroker employee Sapna Pandey stops receiving phone calls, which we call NoBroker office, they will never hand over the call to Sapna Pandey and since we are living abroad NoBroker is telling they will not refund the amount.
                            We have been cheated by Sapna Pandey and Santhosh Chavhana online by collecting money online from us giving false assurance over email and thereafter not receiving call. All transactions are matter of Bank record and falls under Cyber crime law.
                            We want refund of the amount Rs 24, 999 since NoBroker failed to provide tenant and has not provided any property management services agreed 3/5 years.
                            Beware of transaction with NoBroker they are looking for property owners living abroad and selling plans in order to cheat.

                              Myself currently living out of India took NoBroker Home Renovation services on 1st week of October 2022(Only for Kitchen and some other minor fixes) in my Bangalore Apartment .

                              Since I purchased, They increased around 15% price hike in final quote . As on today(6th December) they have not finished their work and I am keep chasing them!
                              Entire team was super unresponsive from the starting point of time which is leading by Teju(relationship manager) and Riaz (Project manager) . They are very unprofessional in every means . After communicating many times I have not received any work plan or any definite time line to finish the entire thing .

                              Took most of the measurements wrong in kitchen shelves, shelves are not fitting properly with poor quality of material . On top of it they damaged my existing wall, granites and kitchen sink and putting charges extra !

                              Not keeping any of the promises has been made by the team .

                              I did several escalations within company to take care of my concerns which did not work. . Nobody responds .

                                No brokers packers and movers called me and booked for my house relocation. The night before the shifting date at 7:30 they called to tell me they cannot provide the service. They had 5 days in between to inform me of the same, they didn't. On top of that the sales reps were just so cool savour the whole issue and didn't even bother to help in any other form. They have not even refunded the booking amount yet. Pethetic service No brokers and everyone should know about this.

                                  It's been a month since i paid for an agreement to be made. Very promptly no broker kept calling me and charged me for the service. it's been more than a month and I've emailed them 20 times and called many times and begged then to send me my agreement but they dont. they gave my FALSE time commitments and lied to me about sending the agreement copy. but nothing was ever recieved. there are team members by the name of Vaishali and someone else who keep lying and lying.
