I opted for no broker rent services and paid the amount as per the plan but I did not get proper service most of the times I was unable to get in touch with the RM also I did not get proper tenant as per promised by the RM that they will help me in getting with the potential client wherein I was getting direct clients at the same cost then why would I approach the nobroker if I am not getting potential clients it’s like I am not getting the potential client nor my requirement of getting the client is filled. So I need my refund back because i did not get proper service. My plan was for rent in Mulund East.

    Guys,

    We had gone for visiting the flat in versova area, Mahinmar CHS. We liked the place. Post liking, the one who showed us the flat, Mr Vishvajeet, asked us to do a token amt transfer to NoBroker a/c. In good faith and trust, we did so. The listing mentioned and the Mr Vishvajeet also said it will be negotiable for by 10%. He assured us that, this token will be refunded to you, if the deal does not go ahead, we trusted him and paid.

    Next day he called us and said, the owner is not agreeing for any negotiation. So said, okay fine, then we won't go ahead. We asked for the refund. Since then after calling multiple times to customer care, RM, Mr Vishvajeet, no one is caring to even respond.

    I had not expected such unprofessional behavior from the team. I am disheartened that, how can a company withhold someone's money in the time of covid crisis.

    We will be approaching Versova Police station, and file an FIR of forgery against the team who was involved in this.

    Very very displeased and disappointed.

      Hi Team,

      We used your No Broker site for rent payment initiated from my end on 2nd Feb 2021 Tuesday for Rs. 49, 995/- used my
      Yes bank credit card (xxxx xxxx xxxx 6735) and I get the notification from ‘No Broker’ the payment rejection (Payment
      failed) but amount debited from my card ‘(As per your terms amount already debited from your account, it will credit to
      your bank account within 5-7 business days) and till now not yet credited in my card account.
      For the same and I raise the request to my credited card ‘Yes Bank’ and bank side clearly confirmed amount already
      credited to Merchant account and I get the transaction ID details from bank as below:

        Fraudulent transaction

        There has been a fraudulent transaction on my credit card to NoBroker .
        The amount has been transferred to a fake landlord in Delhi after reporting the NoBroker that the transaction was a dispute . After 1 hr of reporting they’ve transferred to some account . When complained about this they said sorry and never responded after that . Till my refund is not processed . No basic technical security also thought I hold a NoBroker account...

        This complaint is regarding the Unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card today 27th May through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.

        I haven't authorised the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was not in my possession. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

        Kindly help me in this.

          I an receiving below message, one every week, please STOP SPAMMING, , please have phone number [protected] removed from all the registration in no bokerhood. Below is SMS message I receive... This sgroup is asked maintenance charges from vacant sites as well and without taking pre consent from plot owner.please advise them not to send message without taking preconsent from site owners.

              I had given an advertisement in no broker in June 2020 for finding a tenant for my house.
              Further one of relation ship manager had called me explaining premium service in finding out tenants.
              The plan name was Owner money back plan. As per his advise we had made a payment of Rs7668.82 on 30June2020.
              As per the then terms mentioned, you will be refunding the money if we are finding a tenant through some other ways.
              We had waited for more than one month, but still did not get a tenant.
              Finally our neighbour itself has taken the house on rent and we have informed you regarding the same and the advertisement was deactivated.
              As per the instructiions from your RM we have uploaded the agreement copy on requesting the refund.
              Futher somany follow up chats and calls were done .There was no response from Nobroker team.
              We have raised a ticket regarding this on 17 Sept the ticket no is 6185260 .
              Till now I have not received any updates about it.
              Infact people havn't even returned my call even after promising me that I will recieve call in 2hrs.
              I request you to please initiate my refund process at the earliest

                  Hi team,
                  Please note from last 1 month I am trying to contact your manager Mr.Prashant who told me earlier that my money will be refunded after 1 month from the date on which I have made payment. Whenever I call them I am getting an answer that they will call me back. But till now I have not received any call back from him nor got money back.
                  I am struggling to contact the right person in your company who will resolve my issue. I need an explanation for avoiding my calls and need money back immediately.
                  Please take necessary steps to resolve my issue.

                    I had scheduled shifting of house on 23rd of April 2021 and it was a terrible as well as torture experience. As mentioned in mail that all electronic items should be wrapped in bubble wrap after repeatedly asking the same thing to movers guy they didn't do a single bubble wrap then wat for they bought bubble wrap just to showcase just becoz of this careless behavior I got a dent on my refrigerator.

                    Secondly they are not all professional they have stolen 800 bucks from my wife wallet. Is this the third party vendor you hire.

                        I, S Bhat, had taken a money back plan after your sales team promised to get good clients at good rates as per your AI rent meter in website, but could not get even one client in 11 days, meanwhile i got a client thru my sources and asked for a refund, which Nobroker is not ready to pay. I have a written agreement which does not state the 7 days rule, so would like my 10K to be paid ASAP.

                              I renewed my Freedom plan subscription on 9th April 2021 and even got a confirmation email of my plan activation. But still I am unable to get owner contact details. Whenever I try to get owner contact details it's showing the plan is expired and asks to renew the plan whereas it is already renewed.

                                Used this company for movers and packers. Worst company to work with, the customer support is very bad, they just want to take your money, then no one picks your call, reply to emails are not given.
                                Sales Customer relationship manager Kalyani Sahoo will keep chasing you till you sign up for their services and then once you pay advance to them, you have to chase them.

                                All the promises that are made are broken.

                                Worst company to work with .

                                They are not the actual company moving your luggage. They outsource it to some other vendor. No coordination between them and this vendor.

                                THEY JUST DONT KNOW THEIR JOB.

                                You talk to vendor, he will ask you to talk to No broker, and nobroker will not pick your call.

                                You are stuck once you pay the money.

                                Also, they took 6000 Rs extra for insurance, but I did not get any money back for the broken luggage.

                                WORST COMPANY, do not work with them.

                                    I calld up nobroker to check. Why my property disabled .they said wrongly I was listed as broker and said they will change it later.since then I called them several times no proper response made calls nearly 15 times . Wrong promise, today I called up and spoke with Mr .xxxxx it was so humiliating that person is laughing at me telling others I believe. don't really know what to do other than feeling ashamed, helpless
                                    Being a helpless women I didn't evn question him back that why he was laughing n telling my helpless story with others . They made a Home maker BROKER and insulted .
                                    I seriously don't know how long I will take to come out of this humiliation . Team was making fun with my helplessness.

                                    They seriously should value customers, infact I was telling them since yesterday even I have bwssb and bescom bills to show that I'm genuine customer they did not listn finally when I warned them that I need manager mail ID then they connectd with again a wrong person I believe he sent a mail with no respect everything was so humiliating . Please value your customers your running service based business . You need customers blessings not their curse .
                                    I did not tell their names just because I'm matured and do not want to loose their jobs during this pandemic .

                                      Till now rent not credited But they r replying its credited I have sent the statement also

                                      Hi Roshan, payment is kept on hold only when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system and the remitter is unable to provide us with a valid rental agreement.
