I have availed shifting service from no broker on 19 th September from C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore to Seegahali, K R Puram, Bangalore.
Only half of the items was unloaded at the destination location and shifting personnel demanded Rs 10000 more money. When I told I shall give money as per the no broker terms and condition/as instructed by executive of no broker, the shifting personnel’s refused to unload and still with half of the load the Vehicle left carrying more than 10 lakhs worth items. Not only the undelivered items worth more than 10 lakhs, but the torture, atrocity I am undergoing is much more.Request to file police complaint and delivered the items with appropriate compensation.

    We are completely unhappy with the RM. Even after our complain they told us to give him few more days. He is completely unprofessional and lack in communication skills.

      Hello Nobroker team,

      On 15/9/21 I had take a relax plan from nobroker based on the commitment given by one of your sales representative (Mr Pasha, My Mob No - [protected]). Even after taken the plan I am unable to use premium filters (This is first Fake commitment I found).

      On 16th Morning I was assigned a RM but his phone was not at all reachable and neither was replying on the chat. I almost had called 20 times to nobroker to assign someone else. This is second fake commitment from multiple representatives I saw. Finally in the evening around 7 pm someone was assigned which didn't knew about my requirement at all and committed he will provide details by 17th morning.

      On 17th morning after repeated calls the RM took my requirement and said there is nothing available as per my requirement. So the entire commitment given by your sales representative was false. I had also mentioned it was urgent.

      Now I want my refund back as the entire commitment was false, otherwise I have to put a case in consumer forum.

      Update on my complaint.
      After raising a complaint yesterday, I received multiple calls from multiple nobroker executives and today person called kavya informed me that we are initiating the refund but she asked me to acknowledge something here which I am not sure what. Request nobroker to update your comments on my refund here.

        Address: Prestige Royale Gardens, Doddaballapur Road, Yelahankaru

        I had short listed the property and had discussion with your relationship manager Mr. Habib Shaik. As he was on duty off on 14.09.2021 he has informed that Mr. Shrujan Das would show around the property and asked to visit Prestige Royale Gardens around 11.00 am.

        The undersigned waited for almost 3 hrs in the area and number of calls were made to Mr. Shrujan but the call was never answered.

        Later on in the evening it was known that the property was shown to some other person and the deal was finalised.

        This service deficiency on the part of your agency has cost me dearly in my taking leave and travel all the way from Kolar and back.

        As there is service deficiency and also misleading the customer to end up with incurring loss, you are requested to take appropriate action on the concerned field relationship manager and refund the package amount for which I have paid for.

        My complaint dt 25 sep 2021 on unethical and unprofessional behavior of your field relationship manager Mr. Shrujan Das is not yet addressed even after one week. It had cost me dearly as I had to travel about 200 km (both ways) from Kolar and was not shown the short listed rental property and made a deal subsequently in the evening which all seems very fishy. No broker had the obligation to reimburse my travel expenses.

            Suddenly my account went inactive and non of my Ads are not active

            Hi, i am Ravi. I am holding NoBroker account for the past 2 yrs and i have taken many paid subscription services.

            Now i am facing an issue like suddenly my account is marked as inactive and my Ads also inactive.

            I posted the Ads for 2BHK on 9th Sep 2021, today is 14th Sep 2021 - still my ads is not active, when i check with customer care i repeatedly hearing technical issue for the past 6 days and no proper...

            Agreements area in nobroker is terrible team of suckers atleast whom I dealt with, who says multiple lies including how long it takes to complete a task, it took 3 times the agreed timeframe (refer to below email thread) to get the agreement done. so far whom I dealt with, full of liars who work in this organisation I don't mean everyone. Even to complete the task 3 times delay, I had to email them literally remind them almost daily.. and everytime different person responds, pretty much no accountability by anyone...

            TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE dealing with...

                I have taken moneyback plan from nobroker to sell 1BHK flat. They showed rosy pictures that there are so many customers in my area who is looking for property like the one I have. Hence, convinced bought this plan.

                In last 90 days not even a single customer visit happened. I was able to find at least 5 customer visit from other sites(free of cost and discussion in progress)in 90 days but NOBROKER couldnt even manage to find a single customer visit that shows lack of commitment, ill intent and cheating I would say.

                They have to refund entire 20k to me instead of partial refund as this is seem to be complete fraud case to me. They didnt do anything in fact.

                I lost 35 k rent in this period by trusting them.

                  No Broker Paid Services

                  I purchased the plan on 8th September 2021 and before purchasing the plan there were many promises made like WhatsApp facilities will be arranged with the RM. After I purchased the plan “Best Effort Super Relax Plan”, and believe me my worst nightmare came true as I was assigned with RM named Mr. Subin Joseph. First of all he never received any call made to him and instead called whenever he wanted it as if customer are his employees...

                  Recently I contacted them for the Rental Agreement document and before doing the payment they said they will assign a relationship manager once payment is done. So I made a payment for that No one is called me after, I only logged in into the portal I filled the details for rental agreement finally they generated some predefined paragraphs and downloaded softcopy. In that soft copy I didn’t see my extra points which I added part of filling the data. Next day got a call from nobroker (he claimed he’s the rm) and asked him to change some data then he simply refused to do it as they don’t have the permissions to change the content he sent word document to my email and asked me to add/change. Finally I did some changes and sent them the both converted pdf and word documents and asked them to don’t change anything in that because I did proper alignment. They didn’t listened and they made alignment changes again and printed it on notary and sent me a soft copy. Okay, I did not asked them about my alignments. Here started the main issue, as they are not tied up with better courier companies they sent it through Indian Speed Post.
                  It’s been more than 10 days now I’m still waiting for my hard copy of rental agreement.
                  Definitely I don’t recommend NoBroker as there is not proper follow ups from their side. Especially at least until they change their courier partner don’t use their services.
                  I decided I’m not going to take any service from NoBroker in future.

                      I have not done any translation from NOBROKER Webwite but my sbi credit card ended digits 4458 debited by Rs.24240/- Dt. 07.09.2021 at 11.55PM(APPROX) and RS.23230/- Dt.08.09.2021 AT 12.05AM (APPROX). so these transactions are fraud.i request you to please reverse total debited amount of Rs.47470/- immediately.

                        1) I entrusted noBroker for the transport of my goods from Bangalore to Delhi. For this purpose I specifically booked noBroker and not any other 3rd party vendor, which they booked on my behalf (chary Express) without my consent.

                        2) On the day of packaging, despite committing the time slot of 8-10 AM on 28th August, the team arrived at 4.30 PM, causing me to miss my plans ahead and face a lot of financial loss. The packaging team mentioned that they had picked up another job locally, causing them to utilize all their time and energy.

                        3) Because of this, as they were basically working overtime till 10.30 PM, both of my vehicles were taken by them in their cargo truck without any sort of packaging. Also, towards the end of the day, the team started to neglect my requests on how more expensive items needed to be packed. I was promised that the remaining items will be packed and the photos will be shared with me next morning. However, I didn't receive the photos till 31st Aug.

                        4) Since the beginning of booking, I was told by my movement manager Mr. Shoaib that under normal circumstances the goods shall reach within 8-10 Days . During this week on a phone call I was informed that the goods have been dispatched and will reach the destination within 3-6 days.

                        5) Upon enquiring Muskaan from Chary express on 5/Sept/2021, she blatantly mentioned that the goods have not been dispatched yet and are not going to get dispatched before 2 more days.

                        In normal course, the goods should have arrived at their destination by now, however due to immense negligent behavior and dishonest claims, there is no sign of progress. As of now, they are claiming that goods have been loaded in the final truck and will dispatch from Bangalore tonight. I have not received a tracking number yet. Each day I'm bearing a huge loss as my work from home is being hampered without my goods.

                        I expect respected authorities to take stern actions against the lousiness of responsible persons and get the goods delivered as early and safely as possible now.

                          This is sankar writing from chennai, had a service from Nobroker to shift my house from kelambakkam to palavakkam, for this I have paid rs. 13347 and asked for final invoice copy, even after several calls I didn't receive my invoice copy, they keep on telling to send the invoice and didn't do, kindly convey the concern to send the invoice and take the required action for their irresponsible activity.

                            I contacted https://t.co/do8aSgbxic on 13 July 2021, asked them for finding a house for me immediately and made payment of 6488, the customer care executive lured me for taking a higher plan which is refundable if I do not get property from https://t.co/do8aSgbxic and get it from any other source. He also promised me to activate the account within 10 mins of payment, as I was in need of house urgently I agreed to him and made the payment.

                            But my account got activated after 3 days which was almost useless for me, I contacted rudra (my relationship manager many times over call) but he said he cant do anything.

                            My initial requirement was to find a house in Gurgaon but later when their was no hope form nobroker, in I planned to get a house in noida and intimated Rudra over call to search the house in noida.

                            Then finally I could finalize a unit by my own in Noida, I had provided the rental agreement to https://t.co/do8aSgbxic and requested them for refund. But they denied saying that I did not fulfill the terms and condition.

                            I have all the call recording, kindly help me with your email so I can share. They lied to me firstly that they will activate the account within 10 mins, and later they denied my refund amount. They also lured me to take their heigher plan. And did not ever helped me in my search ever.

                            These guys are cheaters, do not believe in them, they never resolved the issue, just digested the money, I am filing legal case on them now. just for marketing they update such portals.

                              This is Kalinatarajan, My plan is NoBroker Relax Plan for my property to rent out plan taken on 8-Jul-21 that was expiry on 22-Aug-21 and My manager has not addressed my concern, even after 1 month there is no progress on my property. If I ask the manager she was telling us "we are working on it", that is a fixed comment and there is no final output came.. I was really disappointed with your service.. No one visited my property and even though one person called me last Sunday they fixed it as today's appointment. He didn't visit my property today. I am not sure what happened.. I think there is no coordination between the tenants searching and the manager. This is the very worst and poor progress that I have ever seen in No broker..So Kindly refund my initially paid payment amount it would be useful... Let me know any concern..After I have put multiple complaints there is no response from your side

                              After I had made complaint in consumer complaints they committed that property will extension for 10days. But the scenario was different they deactivated my property in nobroker portal on 24-Aug-21. I have attached the emails of extension and deactivated email. Please take immediate action otherwise i will take legal action against your nobroker company.. You guys are breach the trust against your company

                                Hello, I had purchased Commercial super relax plan for 13k rupees on 24th August on no broker app through razor pay… they said that they don’t provide service in the area where my property is… so they will refund my money within 3 working days… so after 3 working days when the refund wasn’t yet credited I called them and they kept saying me to wait till tomorrow, wait till tomorrow and this happened several times… now when I called them today they said that refund was rejected? What do you mean refund was rejected? It was your team which initiated the refund not me…. If you don’t want to refund then provide the service… if you can’t provide the service then refund it!

                                  On august 10th, 2021, i received a SMS from ICICI Bank with OTP for payment of INR 30289.90 from NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS. In next 7 minutes I received another SMS from ICICI Bank that the amount is debited for above transaction. Bank claims that Merchant (NoBroker) has claimed the charges and transaction was completed with OTP.

                                    I was told by the sales agent that there are many 1 bed room flats available in grated community and my desired location. Hence I took the plan where a RM as assigned to me .

                                    When I paid the fees..The RM said he does not have 1 bed room in grated community ..
