Never go with No Broker Packers and Movers services. 'No Broker' is the biggest brocker in town. The name 'No Brocker' should be brought to Consumer Court as the name is misleading and downright cheating.
First they will lure the customer by giving low quotation and saying that there is no "Hidden charges" unlike - as per their claim 'local' packers and movers.
This is complete scam and far from real. You might end up paying quite a lot in the end. Their quotation is a scam. They never send a person to access the item rather casually ask you items. They later on they will hold your items unless you pay 1200/-Rs extra for each of extra item from your quotation. Even for small bags.

Someone please take note of this and avoid
spending your hard earned money to 'No Broker' Packers and Movers servives.

        I have taken a a paid plan from No Broker to sell my house & in 5 weeks only 1 person visited the house. After repeated calls with VInay, Rahul Ravi ( Who claims to be the head of customer service ) instead of addressing my issue they were rude & lifted their hands ...by speaking good english...they are not willing to share their superiors e mail id for a formal escalation and the CEO to whom I sent Linked in messages does not bother to reply...can you tell what is the way forward...

          I signed up for paid rental service with No Broker. First of all the service I got was terrible! They assigned a relationship manager to me who was the most unhelpful person on earth - she was not willing to get property pictures before site visits or negotiate rent on my behalf which was part of the service offering. Within 52 days I was supposed to inform them if I found a property on my own - which I did, to get a refund of the money I paid. Even after informing them they are not willing to refund the money I paid for the service because I sent the rental agreement late. The rental agreement got delayed because of the lockdown.

            Once I placed an Rental offered (Residential flat) advt in June 2021, I received continuous calls from nobroker asking me to move to to premium plan. Finally I Booked relaxed plan with 45 days validity, Most rejected reasons were potential interested tenant not reachable or not interested any mor to look in the said area, etc. Very few tenants visited the site & once a tenant gave a small token advance to block the flat, NO broker adv was deactivated in spite of validity of package.. AFter few days the tenant cancelled the deal & got back the token advance and informed his change in plan for not taking up the house. Subsequently I have been trying to reactivate the advt whose validity remained for nearly 15 days in No broker but all in Vain. The Relationship manager was helpless and none superior level staff/ manager were responding to my request to reactivate the plan.. They did not even had a courtesy to call back after numerous attempts from my side. The huge advt cost was a waste along with the loss in rent.. PLEASE be careful before paying for any package. BIG unfair Trade practice by NO Broker. Do not attempt to pay for any package

                I took the below plan from NoBroker where i was assured a Tenant in 60 days or i could get my money back. I'm sorry to say that I was cheated by my NoBroker & these are the sequence of events

                1. NoBroker identified a tenant who was ready to pay me a deposit of Rs. 1 lac & a rent of Rs.32000/- per month.
                2. NoBroker confirmed the tenant would deposit an advance of Rs.10000 & the balance before signing the agreement.
                3. The tenant deposited only Rs.5000/-.
                4. I informed the Relationship Manager that only Rs.5000/- was deposited but he insisted that the tenant would deposit the balance & FORCED me to close the deal on NoBroker assuring me that he would be around if any issues arise. I was reluctant but he insisted that this was the manner in which NoBroker worked & i did not have to worry.
                5. In 2 days the tenant gave a cheque of RS.95000/- which BOUNCED.
                6. We informed him about the same & he cooked up some story & since then has not deposited 1 single Re.
                7. I have updated my relationaship manager Ajeeth Upadhyay & Ms. Salma about this entire incident but both say NoBroker will not be able to refund my money & they would only be able to relist my property only for 15 days with no refund in case a suitable tenant is not found.

                NoBroker has taken Rs.12000/- from me & I have not even got what is due to me. I feel heavily cheated by NoBroker & as a last step request you to look into this matter & kindly help.

                You tell me WHERE HAVE I GONE WRONG????? Its my hard earned money & I wont allow you guys to take it away like that.

                You gave me a tenant who did not pay even the basic deposit fee of Rs.10000/- which your team had promised he would. The tenant just paid Rs5000/- & I requested that you wait for at least till the amount of Rs.10000/- be paid but the Relationship manager forced me to close the contract saying he would be around if an issue arose. Where is he now?
                This is pure cheating & fraud.

                NoBroker brought me a potential tenant & the tenant backed off - so am i to be blamed? Where in your clause is it written that you will RUN AWAY as soon as the tenant has paid a meagre deposit amount???
                Tomorrow even if he would have paid Rs100/- - would you have closed the deal? This is pure cheating.

                You claim to have brought a tenant correct - please convince him to pay & stay. You may get a roadside cheat tomorrow - will you close deals like this?

                I'm surprised with the Ways of Working at No Broker - pure cheats!

However, as you had mentioned that the tenant backed out we were ready to serve you for the remaining 19 days which you didn't agree to. And as per the terms & conditions of the plan you are not eligible for a refund. Hence, there is nothing more we would be able to do from our end.

                If a tenant you have helped locate does not pay the deposit as per what was agreed - how can you say the deal is closed from NoBroker side?
                Its simple - the tenant you've identified is as good as you've not identified. You cannot blame me for this.

                NoBroker relationship manager said tenant would pay me Rs10000/- as token; he paid me Rs.5000/- which i informed the Relationship Manager & yet you went & closed the deal? How?

                Is this how you work? The Relationship Manager was not able to convince the tenant to pay the deposit amount subsequently.
                So is this my fault?

                  Hello Team,

                  I purchased MoneyBack Plan of Rs. 7, 688 including 18% GST on 9 May 2021 for renting out my property in Wagholi, Pune through NoBroker. NoBroker was unable to find any tenant until end of June 2021 and then I found tenant through local person in Wagholi in July 1st week.

                  During the course of the active subscription, My relationship manager (Shaib Ashraf) had informed me that he is unable to get tenant for my property (Not a single tenant visited during first 33 days) so requested me to lower the rent and deposit amount. I had agreed for same since already more than month time was gone and I was losing on rent with each passing month.

                  After few days I found a tenant through local person for same lowered rent of Rs 13000 and deposit Rs 40000. He asked me to provide registered rent agreement for the refund process which I shared with him on 14th July 2021. After that he asked me for Aadhar and passport for myself as well as my father (didn't get any valid reason when questioned why they need my father's passport or Aadhar card) which I shared with him on 15th July 2021.

                  He did not mention me about any terms and conditions in regards that I should provide a rental agreement with a date after 7 days the changes to rent were made. Now, I am being told that I would not be getting my refund as I gave the rent agreement within 7 days.

                  I am escalating this issue because I was not informed prior about these terms and conditions by my relationship manager while updating the rent. My relationship manager also agreed about this thing on an official phone call that he was also not aware about these terms and conditions and he got this information from his seniors.

                  Further, the issue was looked into by relationship managers senior (Sanjay). He mentioned the same reason to me and rejected my refund process. I asked him to share this reason on an email with me but he did not share an email with the actual reason. One can share a email and co-operate with a reason if it is allowed by NoBroker to share.
                  Please find the attached screenshot of terms and conditions for this plan from the NoBroker email. In which I cannot see any terms and condition mentioned for 7 days policy.

                  It’s disappointing that one cannot get a reason on an email to back the issue as I don’t have the call recordings with me to show what was said on all the calls (I received/I called) to my relationship manager and his senior.

                  I would request consumer complaints team to look into the issue and help in processing my refund.

                  I didn't receive any email from NoBroker with valid reason for why I am not eligible for a refund ?
                  If I wouldn't receive this reason in email in next 7 days then would consider this as fraud and will not have any other option than going by legal way.

                    Hi,
                    I visited a flat in Bavdhan, Pune under the supervision of noBroker Agent Atish. I booked the flat by paying the token amount to Atish (5000/-) that day itself i.e., 11th July. After some time, we found an issue with the flat and decided to back out and requested Atish for a refund.
                    The Agent (Atish) told us that we will get the refund within 7 working days. It has been almost 8 days and we are not receiving any update or any mail confirmation ( other than verbal ) from Atish.
                    This is very unprofessional from noBroker's end. I am not sure whom I should raise the concern with because the only person I know is the noBroker Agent Mr.Atish and he is not responding.

                    Request noBroker team to please resolve my issue asap.

                      Its really sad to report that i am very disappointed with the service by No broker for rental agreement.
                      i have paid total amount of RS. 3589 + Rs.720 (including Police verification) on 14th of June 2021 for my Pune Flat rent agreement.
                      However, tenant backed out and i requested shivangi from No broker to cancel the agreement draft and refund my money.
                      Since biometric were not provided, she told me that amount will get refunded with some deduction of nominal charges, i agreed to it.

                      Same time, i asked her that i want to renew rental agreement of my Mumbai flat and once i get the refund of cancelled rental agreement of Pune Flat from no broker, i will initiate the process of renewal of Mumbai flat rental agreement.

                      she confirmed to me that she has initiated the refund process and i will get a mail confirming this and also appointed Mr. Shakti singh for rent agreement renewal for Mumbai flat.

                      Since i didn't get any refund email, i started following up with her but after continuous calls to nobroker centralised number, she has not responded.

                      Mr. Shakti singh called me one day and told me that Shivangi has made some error in initiating refund and hence he is now looking into it and refund will get initiated.
                      since last 10-12 days i have been coordinating with him but still no success on the confirmation email regarding refund.

                      Worst part is when i call the centralised number, they ask me about the issue and when i request them that i want to speak to shakti singh, they say he will call you in 30-60 mins but he never calls.
                      i have tried this so many times since last 4-5 days but never received any response from him.

                      since today morning i have tried 3-4 times, once i received call from nobroker but i was in a meeting so couldn't pick it up. Later again, called no broker twice saying please ask shakti singh to call me but again i get false assurance that he will call in 30-60 mins but again no calls from him.

                      Now i am literally fed up with this whole process and totally disappointed with the nobroker service. Hence, i am escalating this issue to higher management.
                      I request you to kindly look into this issue and refund my money .

                        Hello,

                        I'm planning to sell my house so I was searching online. Later I got a call from NoBroker.com stating if you pay 8848 including CGST & SGST my house will be on top listing and get It sold within 90 days. But when I checked my post now it's somewhere in 20th to 30th place whereas only for 3 days at the initial of payment my ad was in top listing.

                        I'm not getting any leads or responsibility from no Broker....

                        I took the rental agreement plan where i opted for personal assistance which clearly mention that I dont have to fill any form, my relationship manager will do it for me.
                        My rm was appointed Ahmed Ali.
                        But i haven't got any personal assistance from him.I had filled the forms myself and asked him to share draft to verify.And sometimes when i only call him and his voice was not not audible i even asked him to call back but I rarely got call back from him.So i had to ask customer care to share draft to correct any thing and this happened multiple times.He has not filled the forms for me which he should have done as this is what personal assistance mean.
                        And i submitted the draft myself.
                        I have been raising this complaint since last 3 days but no resolution has been given.
                        Hence i request you to refund 1000 rs which i Paid for personal assistance as i wasn't delivered any and this has irritated me and wasted my time.

                          Very unprofessional, after payment done, shifting for movers and packers, I am calling everyday for invoice, it’s been 10 days.
                          Given us false information, for each and every thing you have to call them there is not proper management, before booking they told RM will be available whenever we need help which is also false information.
                          Once you paid them, it would be your responsibility for everything not there, it’s like a mental torture.
                          Don’t take or book any service with them.
                          Not recommended at all.

                          Yes I received invoice only once I raised complaint before that my phn calls were getting wasted each and every time.
                          like it is our duty to remind 24*7 to no broker people to send invoice and after doing so, result same.

                          My RM was most of the time unavailable but when I raised complaint I was getting call number of times to edit my comment or complaint.

                          Is this service you provide to your customer?. until full payment done we will inform everything would go easy and smooth, and after payment its all customer's problem from how yor third party packing untill shifting and getting invoice it's all customer's problem.

                          There is a picture below, it was how they were doing packing, they took out everything from kitchen drawer and dumped in a box along with glass crokery which ever were in a drawer, in which few got broken ( & as we can't claim for crokery).
                          so once I told them not to do in that way then only they did it properly, so it's customer whole responsibility and luck if no damages happen.
                          And most importantly there were no sticker or anything which will mention "Fragile or handle with care or Glass items", that too we had to mention on boxes.

                          This is very unprofessional, highly disappointed.

                            I have enrolled Nobroker.com online services to rent out my flat at Bangalore. First time I paid Rs 6000 plus to no broker company and they refunded the same after failing to find a tenant even after couple of extensions ( about 3-4 months).

                            Extremely bad customer care. fraud company. till you buy any plan, they behave like angels. once u pay, they are real crooks. So only use their free services. Dont make a mistake to pay them.

                              This complaint is regarding the Unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card today 6th July through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.

                              I haven't authorised the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was not in my possession. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

                              Kindly help me in this.

                                Unprofessional Service by RM and Field Assistant or Super Money Back Plan

                                I have purchased the Seller Super Money Back Plan of Rs.24, 779 including GST on 26th June 2021. Under this plan, i was supposed to get 1 RM and 1 Field Manager (FM) who would be allocated to do photoshoot for my property and FRM will show the property to buyers on my behalf.

                                So far, only old photos of my properties taken 12 months earlier have been uploaded by NoBroker.

                                Both RM and FRM are consistently uncontactable....

                                Hello,

                                I am Upinder Singh, have not received the rent payment which is done on 8 July 2021 at sharp 9.01 PM. When tenant (Mamta Devi) paying the rent then they asking for the rent agreement to upload. We are submit the rent agreement and email also on [protected]@nobroker.in, Till now nobody will guide me or refunded my amount on both account. My NRP Number is 7823243. When I am calling their executive they told me settled with 24 hrs, then 48 hrs but result is zero. No wording are from their side and no will call him to delay the reason

                                  I had availed premium service from nobroker to find tenant, as per their terms and conditions if owner find tenants of their own thru other sources, nobroker will refund the claim. After I found tenant of my own, they are backing out and giving different reasons that refund will be made.
                                  One of the worst experience people to deal with. The company only motto is "Take money with intention of not refund"

                                  Hi There, as per the terms & conditions of the plan of the Owner MoneyBack Plans, a refund can only be processed if you get a tenant from another source with the same or higher rent and deposit. We never deny a refund if you are eligible for the same. Having said that, we would request you to share our registered contact details so that we can discuss your issue in detail.
