[Resolved]  Nobroker — Unauthorised Transaction

Hello, i am Vinay
This complaint is regarding the unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card on 10 June 2021 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

The transaction messages were as follows:-
****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 16160.00 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS on your RBL Bank Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
You have spent INR 16, 160.00 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS using your RBL Bank Credit Card (xx****) on[protected].

Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction message and i am going to file FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud

Kindly help me to refund the amount
