I have signed up with nobrokers for the aforesaid plan where they promised to help with renting the aptt within 2 months or refund the money. I signed up in October and while the service was pathetic as the relationship manager was hardly available, my agony continued beyond. It is now 5 months after the 2 month period (total 7 months), made innumerable calls to nobroker for refund. Up until this moment, they have not refunded my deposit.
Every time I call up and lodge a complaint, they mention that they have taken note of the complaint and that it was not recorded earlier. I keep wondering what happened to the earlier complaint?
15 days ago, when i called up to complain, a gentleman by name "Kareem" responded more favourably than the earlier ones and promised all help. I again chased up yesterday and he said he has left messages to his superiors but surprised why it is not resolved yet. He also mentioned that normally deposit is refunded within 4 days of plan expiry. Kareem also mentioned my relationship manager would get in touch, who rarely got in touch when i subscribed for the plan. I am not exactly sure what is happening at nobroker.
I kept asking to speak to the Manager. Apparently, the buck stops at the call center. Neither complaints are escalated nor there is a option for the customer to speak with any manager. Excellent way of managing the business.
While i regret going to nobroker, all i want now is refund of deposit. It has been a thorough disappointment!!!.

Updated by Siva Subrahmanyam Bandaru Trinadha 10 days from nobroker customer care response - no update on refund!!! No details shared of refund particulars. It is so sad and unfortunate that callous organizations like nobroker with no processes or ethics are surviving in India and continue to cheat customers so blatantly.
While I did not receive any calls over the past 10 days to update on refund, I did receive sales calls and in every call I mentioned that I want my refund processed!!!. How shameless can an organization stoop to? Why is there accountability in Nobrokers?
Hope the Government steps in to regulate such customer facing organizations who are cheating customers.

How can organizations be so callous?
Thank you consumercomplaints.in for giving a forum for me to express. Unfortunately, this seems to be inadequate for nobrokers.
Have to now examine ways of escalating this further!!!.

Updated by Siva Subrahmanyam Bandaru Trinadha Since I have failed miserably in my follow up with nobrokers in getting my deposit refund even after 6 months, and since posting on consumercomplaints.in seems to have no value, i am resorting other means to follow up on the refund.
Have never seen such a pathetic service and callous attitude from any organization in India so far. Dont know if these complaints reach the owners and they are in sync with what is happening in their organizations. Maybe time to let them know?
