I bought super relax plan to rent my property using no broker services on July 16th.
Its been 20 days till now and not a single tenant has visited my property. The sales person "Gaurav Kumar" who sold the plan to me is irresponsive even after trying to reach him regarding my concerns.
The relationship manager says there are NO LEADS in the area where my property is located. When NOBROKER knows that there are NO LEADS in the area, why have they promised a service that they cannot provide and made me pay for a plan?
The sales person Gaurav Kumar said that he is confident that he can find a tenant within in 25 days. And this guy is so irresponsive that he does not answer my calls after the plan is sold.
The customer service never answers your calls and even if they answer they blatantly lie to my face about Gaurav's availability.
If NOBROKER is so incompetent in meeting the promises it made why cheat the customers in the name of rental services?

Complaint marked as Resolved NoBroker's team responded quickly on my complaint and provided an extension of tenure to my existing owner's plan. I requested for a complete refund but NoBroker was not able to deliver it, instead they had the solution I mentioned above.
I appreciate NoBroker's attention towards its customers and very much satisfied with their attitude.
Though there are certain expectations which were not met - like complete refund, NoBroker did their best to address my concerns.
I hope NoBroker would continue this attitude and attention.
