I had taken a paid service from nobroker. But soon realised that they are more interested in the money than the service. They initially assured me a higher rental to attract me to pay and then they tell to reduce the rent I am asking for. They have been continuously changing my relationship manager. Now I don’t know whom to deal with. Now that I have asked for my refund since I don’t want this pathetic service. There is no reply to that also.

      I was given a plan stating Nobroker will help me refund my money but it has been over a month now they are trying to find some or the ways to not do it.
      I have provided all the necessary details for the refund. They keep on giving lame reasons for not refunding the money and keep on enjoying the interest on our customers funds like this. This is a big fraud and I need help in getting the money that they owe me with which now I also want a compensation for making me run around for my money for so long. Also companies like this should be shut because they are not capable of providing customer service or making promises at all.

        I registered with NB past 2 weeks, and my experience is worst. since I put my money .they hardly took step to contact me. My RM was changed 2nd day, new guy is lacking of showing me good properties .I m doing all the follow up. Please don't waste your money with them. and i[censored] have value for your customer, please grow up in this industry. only showing commercials on TV wont help No broker.

          I have been in touch with No Brokers packers and movers for Last 10 days and am disappointed with their service. Tommorow ie 20th of August is our shifting date and still we have not been assigned shifting manager and neither the partner who is supposed to do the shifting has connected.
          Each time i call on their number, we get assurances of call back with updates but no results.
          If this is not resolved asap, i will make sure that in the public interest i share the screenshot of all complaints in all social media platforms and ensure no one else in future has such bad experience.
          If i hadn't paid my advance i would have certainly canceled their service.

              We used No broker services shifting of our items from our 2 BHK House from Madiwala to HBR Layout 3rd Floor House.

              The team that came to our house was not very careful with the items, they didn't wrap all the glass items and photos frames. Due to which some of our photo frames broke.

              Also after shifting to the new house, they were not able to shift our Double cot bed to the 3rd floor saying that it is not going through the Stairs. And they were not able to shift the bed to the 3rd floor.
              They didn't have any ropes with them for rope lifting them.
              They left the bed at the staircase and asked us to get a carpenter and to cut the bed and then to carry it to the top.

              Inspite of this we paid full amount to Nobroker team but our shifting is not complete. Our Double cot bed is still lying the parking area. I called up and spoke to one Nobroker person. She said she will talk to the shifting team and get back to us.
              I got a carpenter from outside and spent around 1000 Rs for dismanteling my bed and to take it to the top and refix it.

              Secondly we asked no broker for A/C uninstallation and reinstallation service. The A/C who came was asking us on and off to change something, to opt for service of A/C etc, trying to UPSELL

              Then after the reinstallation, my A/C that was cooling fine in my old house is not cooling anymore

              And the A/C guy kept asking us to buy gas refill

              I did not feel the A/C guy was trust worthy i feel he let go of the gas and then asked us to buy gas refill from him for 2000 Rs. Else how an A/C that was cooling before is not cooling right after shifting process. This is nothing but unacceptable service.

              We realised Nobroker outsources all tasks to local packers and movers and local a/c guys who need not be professional in their approach. I will not recommend NoBrokers packers and movers to anyone after my experience especially with the A/C person who was continuously trying to UPSELL during the installation process asking me to buy Gas and asking to buy a/c service and so on.

              MY A/C was working fine few weeks before shifting. Right after the shifting my a/c is not working right - it is not cooling at all. The person from Nobroker was very unprofessional in his approach, constantly trying to UPSELL and trying to find a way to charge me extra stating that you need to buy extra cable, there is an extra screw that i have put which costs 100 Rs, please do an A/C service and so on. They didnt do a good job due to which my A/C is not functioning properly now- it has NO COOLING AT ALL!! There is no professionalism with the outsourced people that NOBROKER Uses for shifting service and they have no accountability. I should have gone with a local shifting person myself. As i am dissatisfied with the outsourced shifting people that Nobroker is working with and their work has caused me damages to my bed which they could nt shift and to my a/c which is unusable now

              My airconditioner is not working after the shifting, because o[censored]nprofessional outsourced vendor of NoBroker, I regret that i opted for airconditioner uninstallation and installation with No broker. Even though it was not their own person, they should have veted their vendors before taking them on board.

              The outsourced person from Nobroker was an unprofessional person who did nt take care of the gas in the airconditioner which caused the airconditioner not to work properly after reinstallation and then he started asking for around 1500 to 2000 Rs for Gas refil. And said if we dont refil, the airconditioner can explode.

              Never thought Nobroker is working with unprofessional vendors for their shifting task.
              I will never recommend NOBROKER shifting or packers to anyone. It was better to have gone with a local shifting vendor who is well known and who have their own packing and shifting team.

              It has been many months No broker has nt been able to get back with a solution. The Outsourced A/c shifting person just keeps saying sir, there is no gas in your a/c we need to refill. He does nt answer the fact that my Air conditioner was working fine a few days before shifting. Immediately after shifting my airconditioner supposedly does not have Gas. And the only way to make it working is to buy A/C Gas Refil from the outsourced Air conditioner installer ?? The same person whom i suspect did nt do a proper job, which caused the refrigerator gas to be lost in the first place ??

              Yes, Ms Saiya, from No broker took my complaint seriously and decided to resolve the matter. She called me up and spoke to the person who did the reinstallation work. And she followed up on the matter and arranged refund of the a/c reinstallation amount.

                I'm writing this mail to provide you a reality check about the Packers and Movers service provided by No BRoker. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT NO BROKER EMPLOYEES SAY. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET A SALE AND LATER THEY ABSCOND. It's a Brokers and Frauds.
                I was continuously assured by their marketing team and moving managers that the service providers will be thorough professionals and we also relaxed believing these assurances but the reality as below:

                The Movers and packers team (SRS MOVERS AND PACKERS) was a bunch of petty thieves who have taken all pocket size items such as bluetooth headphones, shaving & trimming machine, nail cutters, posters, etc. (we are still releasing one after another due to the smallness of the item).
                We had luckily moved out jewelry and valuables, if not we would have lost them as well.
                Whilst packing they move into different rooms and dump everything into a box, if we are not present on the spot.
                They kept asking to take away items which we felt unnecessary to transport. It is quite annoying.

                While delivering the item we can't control them as they enter the rooms, dump the items and move off.
                They waste time outside and make it impossible at the end to instruct them.

                The refitting of the beds was badly done and we had to bring in a carpenter to remove the fitting and re-fit the beds.

                They kept insisting on tips at the end.
                The owners of the service providers will always support their crew and there is no point talking to them.

                the clients will also be in the packing process and we cannot complain in between and in front of them.

                DONT GO FOR NO BROKER SERVICES AND STAY AWARE OF THIEVES LIKE SRS MOVERS AND PACKERS.

                  Paid 2562 for online notary house agreement on 15 July 2021, after week excutive told that they will not able to make and asked to pay 2500 more as other party was Nigerian citizen, so we canceled the agreement on 24 july, 2021. Till date have not received my money back, i have submitted all bank details last week

                    I made a payment last evening through Google Pay as they had issues with the RazorPay for an amount of Rs.1260. They confirmed that they received the email and that a Shifting Manager, A Supervisor and 3 Helpers would be assigned to me for the Packers and Movers option.

                    Nothing has been done since 11AM in the morning and I have been continuously calling them and they just seem to have no update even on the payment done. They have been calling me to book a new order as they cannot find the payment made through Google Pay.

                    I scheduled a transport between 1PM to 3PM and have been waiting ever since. I expected a response from their team and also a transport vehicle with the said number for people on the designated time (which of course ended an hour ago) but in vain.

                    Highly inefficient and truly unsatisfactory.

                      This is Kalinatarajan, My plan is NoBroker Relax Plan for my property to rent out plan taken on 8-Jul-21 and My manager has not addressed my concern, even after 1 month there is no progress on my property. If I ask the manager she was telling us "we are working on it", that is a fixed comment and there is no final output came.. I was really disappointed with your service.. No one visited my property and even though one person called me last Sunday they fixed it as today's appointment. He didn't visit my property today. I am not sure what happened.. I think there is no coordination between the tenants searching and the manager. This is the very worst and poor progress that I have ever seen in No broker...So Kindly refund my initially paid payment amount it would be useful... Let me know any concern

                          I have booked AC installation package during my house shifting and I have paid additional two thousand five hundred for AC installation..to my utter disgust the team is highly unprofessional and they could not fix the AC installation after chasing them for ten days..and on top of it Mr Ravi the agent from no broker keeps on false promising on returning the money and that never happened ..the reference number through which I have booked the service is booking done on 3 rd August help refund the money

                            When I was negotiating with no broker they confirmed me with a mail as to the assured rent. Once I paid the charges to them, their true colours came to the fore. Firstly my relationship manager went on leave and still is, which can happen and I understand. Then they assigned a substitute who was arrogant in his approach as if he was doing me a favour. He told me to reduce the expected rent. I complied. He again told me to further reduce it, which was against what was mentioned in the email. When I confronted him, no broker has now assigned another person. This clearly shows that NoBroker was only interested in me paying up and then keep that money for 45 days.

                            I was contacted immediately on raising a complaint here by a team head who called himself Shahid assuring me that my queries would be looked into and he would deal with me now onwards. I received a couple of more calls from him showing some eagerness…. He requested me to comment as resolved out here to my complaint raised. Moment I generated the resolved comment, I was assigned a new relationship manager. On asking him about shahid he said that he was a team head and now a new person has been assigned. I have lost count on the number of people who have been handling the property. Very poor show on your part

                              AC uninstallation paid extra though the Sales team confirmed that it’s part of the package.
                              They are outsourcing it to a Local packers & movers team, so Nobroker.com is just a middleman with no proper command or coordination spirits with the Local packers & movers
                              Delay of 2.5hrs after the given slot time of 8-10 am, The p&m team arrived at 12.30pm.There’s no intimation about the Delay from Nobroker.com
                              Sad part is that nobroker.com customer care doesn’t have any clue about it and simply ask us to either speak with Movement manager or you will get a call back which never happened.
                              Not a single call received from theMovement Mgr, Looks like it is a pseudo persona.
                              Sales team gives false promises just to nudge you take a quick decision. Later, Confirmation team says Sales team is not properly instructed.
                              Went through a tough & tense situation with Nobroker.com. But the Local P&M team did a decent job, packing, shifting and loading & unloading things
                              Please stop this Unprofessional work at your end as you are nowhere close to any professional standards

                                I am very disappointed with nobroker Packers and movers services staff was not responded my queries after regular follow up through call and email. I have not received invoice till now[protected] full amount Ra 60000 paid on[protected] and some missing items UPS BATTERY was not delivered till now I have regularly following through mail and call but no response from nobroker staff.please look into this matter urgently..

                                  I bought super relax plan to rent my property using no broker services on July 16th.
                                  Its been 20 days till now and not a single tenant has visited my property. The sales person "Gaurav Kumar" who sold the plan to me is irresponsive even after trying to reach him regarding my concerns.

                                  The relationship manager says there are NO LEADS in the area where my property is located. When NOBROKER knows that there are NO LEADS in the area, why have they promised a service that they cannot provide and made me pay for a plan?

                                  The sales person Gaurav Kumar said that he is confident that he can find a tenant within in 25 days. And this guy is so irresponsive that he does not answer my calls after the plan is sold.

                                  The customer service never answers your calls and even if they answer they blatantly lie to my face about Gaurav's availability.

                                  If NOBROKER is so incompetent in meeting the promises it made why cheat the customers in the name of rental services?

                                  NoBroker's team responded quickly on my complaint and provided an extension of tenure to my existing owner's plan. I requested for a complete refund but NoBroker was not able to deliver it, instead they had the solution I mentioned above. I appreciate NoBroker's attention towards its customers and very much satisfied with their attitude. Though there are certain expectations which were not met - like complete refund, NoBroker did their best to address my concerns. I hope NoBroker would continue this attitude and attention.

                                    I subscribed seller plan to sell my flat, but did not get any buyer even to enquire flat details. During subscription, i was told within 3 months my flat will be sold and got assurance

                                      Service from No Broker is highly unsatisfactory. I had high hopes of professionalism and quality service. But all in vain. It is really a test of patience.

                                      Sent household items with 2-wheeler and a car from Madurai to Ahmedabad about 14 days ago. Not getting proper updates on movement. Promised delivery date was 8 to 10 days from the date of shipment, but they have been repeatedly extending the deadlines citing weather conditions.

                                      Having said that, the vendor gives different update from the No Broker Team. It is high time that the team realises the importance of transparency and customer satisfaction in any business. The situation is so pathetic that nobody can help. Never expected this level of latency and ignorance from such a reputed brand. I was left with no other option except for making a complaint in this forum.

                                        Dear team
                                        It's painful for me to report that,
                                        Why iam I getting different updates each time I call your Call center...

                                        Yesterday by 1213pm I paid rent of rupees 59400/- to my owner with the rental agreement uploaded and till now the money is not credited...

                                        Yesterday the call center people mentioned it will take 2 working days and I agreed, but when my owner was calling me multiple times I called your call center and every time I call I'm getting different response..

                                        By 330pm I spoke to lady by and that lady claimed my rental agreement is VERIFIED and my owner will recieve the money by Today itself...and now when I again call to check the call center person is calming the money will reach to owner by Tuesday ...

                                        Hi Mannu, your transaction was found suspicious as the landlord's name in the rental agreement did not match with the account holder's name to whom you were transferring the amount. As per norms, this is not allowed. Hence, we have refunded your rent amount.
