I contacted https://t.co/do8aSgbxic on 13 July 2021, asked them for finding a house for me immediately and made payment of 6488, the customer care executive lured me for taking a higher plan which is refundable if I do not get property from https://t.co/do8aSgbxic and get it from any other source. He also promised me to activate the account within 10 mins of payment, as I was in need of house urgently I agreed to him and made the payment.
But my account got activated after 3 days which was almost useless for me, I contacted rudra (my relationship manager many times over call) but he said he cant do anything.
My initial requirement was to find a house in Gurgaon but later when their was no hope form nobroker, in I planned to get a house in noida and intimated Rudra over call to search the house in noida.
Then finally I could finalize a unit by my own in Noida, I had provided the rental agreement to https://t.co/do8aSgbxic and requested them for refund. But they denied saying that I did not fulfill the terms and condition.
I have all the call recording, kindly help me with your email so I can share. They lied to me firstly that they will activate the account within 10 mins, and later they denied my refund amount. They also lured me to take their heigher plan. And did not ever helped me in my search ever.
I am attaching my emails, rent agreement, and payment receipt, their are many more documents I can share
