After 30 minutes i received payment failed.
In mail NOBROKER mentioned, it will credited in your bank account with in 5 t0 7 working days.On what basis you guys debited amount and hold my amount with you.

All platforms working immediatley why cant you.

    I have paid my first rent via nobroker, initially they give a instant payment offer, then they give a 24 hour time line, and now they changing the timeline everytime and asking to wait till eod.Please either pay the rent or refund at the earliest within 4 pm today.Otherwise I will be thrown out.

    Hi Sourabh, we always strive to process your rent payment on time. However, in few cases, we need to do certain checks from our end to ensure that the transaction is genuine. Having said that, we are checking this with our team and we will certainly get back to you with an update on priority.
    Please give my entire amount refunded, If the transaction is failed from your end then the expenses should also be yours.
    I had to pay rs. 301 as transaction charge, the charge should also be refunded..

      No response / inappropriate response when I posted my property for rent in their real estate property portal.
      1. I keep receiving calls for selling their paid services repeatedly it was more like harrassment
      2. The leads from them were all local brokers and no real / keen rental requirement

        Paid Rent on 4th Oct’21 and was showing as will credit to Beneficiary by 5th evening. Then the time kept on changing which worried me and called customer care where I got only 2 answers- some issue and wait till EOD.
        After 10-15 times interaction via phone, chat and mail atlast refund was initiated and was told it will take 7-10 days to reflect in account. The money is with you from 4th Oct itself then why it takes 7-10 days for refund process in Thai digital world where Money gets debited/credited instantly, what logic takes 7-0 days.Explain me. And how do you think that I will pay the expenses when my money is blocked here.
        At the end request you to process the refund ASAP by understanding a person’s concern and situation when money is blocked unnecessarily

          Payment initiated on 4th oct but not received by landlord till now today is last day of rent payment please look into this

          Payment credit day and time always getting changed from day 1

          For all users there is same problem and answer ( delay due to technical glitch etc)

          If you received money than how much time it will take to transfer via upi or rtgs, 5 min is enough for transactions but you take 48 hrs, no problem but the problem is more than 48 hrs

          If you do like this how can anybody trust you or use your platform

          Please resolve my issue or refund the amount within 1 day as you received payment in 2-3 minutes, so 1 day is enough to do refund

            Hi
            I am not happy with No broker services. Biometric executive came at my place and could not complete my biometric due to some technical issues. In this situation why I should pay the extra charges for another visit? Is this something not in anybody's hand.. hence as per curtsy or better customer experience no broker should ask executive to revisit and do the needful.

            Instead of asking for extra charges it has to be completed within the charges which already paid for completion of rental agreement and visit for biometric.

            If this is not the case I am really not happy and won't recommend anyone to g for no broker, also ensure everyone in my company to not avail services as its not trust worthy.

            Need help.

              I took no broken basic plan rs 1768 on 17 sept 2021. I didn't found not a single property as per my need in my locality. I took 6 owner contact from 25. But I didn't find a single property. PLEASE KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT.

                The issue that I have experienced was: I requested for a painting job at Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore, and after paying the advance of INR 84, 000 they asked for amendment of quote and additional charges of INR 20000 to get the work done. The problem was that the person who came to take the quote dint cover all areas in the initial quote which was no mistake of mine. Since I was unhappy with the situation, I asked for a refund on 21-Sep as part of the ticket 8867755. I had provided a blank cancelled cheque to the Relationship Manager Naveen so that they could process the refund to the bank account. Upon receiving the ticket they mentioned it will take 7 days to process it. Since then I have been calling the call centre daily and am being told lame excuses like it will take more time. I spent hours on the phone with their call centre, and till now (today is 6 Oct) have had no luck. Seeking help to get back my money so that I can close the request.

                  Rent amount of RS 17, 500/. They still did not release my payment. When I tried to reach team, they give me 1-2 days and every time and their app changes the settlement day and time as well.

                  Today is 5th day. Really disappointed with Nobroker. When I asked them reason for the delay they said their technical glitch in the server. Am not sure why it is taking time to rectify this much time.

                    Rent transferred of 87000/- through NObroker on 27-Sep-21 to upi id: [protected]@okhdfcbank.
                    Payment made with reference Reference #: NRP-9014445 is 87870/- including the nobroker fee.
                    After multiple follow-ups NoBroker said it settled the amount to my House owners account on October 1st 2021,
                    but my house owner did not receive the amount as we found his upi id is inactive. I informed the same to No broker team.
                    Earlier month on 30-Aug the rent transferred to same UPI ID successfully when it is active.
                    No broker taken issue and ticket #8962335 created on oct 1st, and said I will update in 24 hrs.
                    I had also submitted the bank statement in PDF format as required by Nobroker through email.
                    I requested to Kindly process the same payment back to my account or to house owners activation UPI ID: [protected]@okhdfcbank
                    I Followed up by call and trough email requesting you to do the needful ASAP and update me the status But there is no proper response and no reply from their end.
                    NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I had already shared you the passbook in pdf format upto October 2nd as it didn't get credited in house owners account because the upi address [protected]@okhdfcbank got deactivated.
                    Nobroker had to check with their bank and raise complaint to as it got debited from their bank, they had the Transaction Id:[protected] and didn't get credited to the party.
                    Nobroker can also raise the complaint to NPCI as I had requested many times to Nobroker team on phone to raise a complaint but they are neglecting saying the payment settled from their end.
                    Nobroker won't bother if the payment struck in payment gateway, Not credited to the party. They just say the same thing many times and even email the same thing that the payment got settled from their end, even today I received the same response by email.
                    1.Image did not have entire timeline because Nobroker delayed from 27sep 2021.
                    2.No Debited account Number or credited account Number/ upi id.

                    There is no response from your end, yesterday when I spoke to Mrs. Alina she said that the backend team are not responding, she had highlighted the issue we will get update in 24 hours.
                    The same thing continuing from October1st 2021 when I spoke to Nobroker team members Mr.Mohammad usman, Mr.Kunal and many more, today Mr. Raghu.
                    They say we will get update in 24 hours or we will arrange a call back.
                    No Cal will be received after that.
                    I will receive a email from backend stating the payment got settled
                    Even today morning I had called you, your team had asked the updated statement, I had sent till date statement to [email protected] in pdf format as required by you.
                    Hi Narayana, we would like to inform you that the settled amount is INR 87000 /- and the same got reversed. As discussed, the same amount has been refunded via RRN:[protected] and it will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.                       The experience with NoBroker has been unpleasant, The OTP for logging in was not being received and there is no option to login with email id. If customer had changed the mobile number, only option left is create new account.

                      On registering the complaint on NO OTP being received, the blame was shifted on to the Mobile service provider, with no proper response.

                      For the above reason, I had asked No Broker to delete the account, and the response from the team was they can delete the account, but information will remain with them. When a customer is asking account information to be deleted, the property or search information of the customer should be deleted if not immediately, atleast in three - six months, and confirmation should be sent, which is currently not happening.

                        I booked a single bed and two mattresses for rent for 3 months on nobroker website and paid Rs. 755 as first month's rent.
                        However, my requirements changed and I immediately asked the team to cancel the order and process my refund on the same day. (September 24, 2021)

                        It has been one week since the cancellation was requested, nothing has moved yet despite couple of reminders over e-mail. Unfortunately, I have not even received any acknowledgement of cancellation.

                        I have attached a snip of e-mail communication for your reference.

                        Please cancel the said order immediately and initiate a refund for the advance paid.

                            Hello, i had a terrible experience with the service from no broker packers and movers. Please dont opt for this. They started my shfting at 10 in d mrng and completed only by 10 at night. Bloody pathetic coordination between no broker and their service partner and the movement manger rupa/roope was absolutely having no contact with the packers team to check the progress, untill i called and informed they dint know that it took 7 hours just to pack the stuff from the first house. I want complete refund for my time being wasted as i had to do other stuff in the evening. And everytime i ask them they kept saying we will do it slow cause we have to pack well i said ok as i thought maybe an hour or two delay from the tat which is understandable. But the tat for 5 hours i made it 5 and a half as i gave them a lunch break but they exceeded the TAT by 6 hours. I want a complete refund or partial for the time and energy that was wasted. Cause i unpacked most of their boxes which they had to do. I did it cause they took so long and i had old people who are above 80 and they almost fainted cause these ### took so long.

                                  We tried to rent a piece of furniture for a very short period of time. We chose a piece and paid the initial amount which did not include the deposit on 3rd of September 2021. The next day one of their agents informed us that they did not possess the piece we had booked, which resulted in us asking for a refund, to which the agent readily agreed. He specifically said that he would initiate a refund. When we didn't receive the money we paid, we started to contact them on multiple occasions only to receive excuses. They did not have the basic courtesy to keep us informed about the status of the refund until we questioned them. It is not the small amount of money we paid, they have a very unprofessional approach towards the whole thing.

                                    I have availed movers and packers arrive on 19 th September from Nobroker’s. They have assigned the task to Sharma movers and packets. It was fully unprofessional work carried out by them. Only three guys were available for packing and no bubble paper used to cover items. Arrogant behaviour of staff and while unloading the items demanded ransom money, when refused they took the remaining items and kept for more than 24 hours demanding Rs 10000 to realise the items. After police complain they realeased the items and now last one week calling and therenting . Nobroker is totally unprofessional and the staff are also part of this scam to extract money.

                                      A fraud case has been taken place through my credit card to NoBrokers Technologies Banglore. It was a whole amount of 24240. The fraud person pretended to be a customer care person of my bank and transferred the money without my consent. It took place on 21st of september 2021 and came under my knowledge on 23rd of september 2021. I kindly request you to enquire this case and reverse the transaction back to me.

                                        On 17sep2021 at 10:31 I have made a payment of maintenance amount of RS 60000/. and next day I got a message that your payment has been put on hold. they demand for maintenance agreement . they still don't release my payment. when I tried to reach them, they give me 1-2 days every time and their app changes the settlement day and time as well. today is 5th day 22sep2021
