    Hello this is Ratheesh I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how long time takes for Nokia mobile services.
    In month of March this year I had given my Nokia Lumia 620 at Nokia care, Palakkad, Kerala as the touch was not working porperly.They had told me that they have to change the touch and they also committed that they will give it back within 15-30 days.I had given it to them and made entry.
    After 15-30 days they told me, currently they dont have touch stock so it will take little more around 4-5 days I said alright.
    After these 4-5 days (second excuse), again they told me the same reasons & excuses and it will take 5-10 days.
    This is somthing that is not expected at Nokia's service center take place, I want Nokia Care to take proper action in this.

    Anyway i need my mobile with proper working condition or otherwise replace it with a new mobile.

      I've bought a battery in nokia care and found it to be a faulty one. So I went to Nokia care at kukatpally and submitted the battery and took the receipt. After a week I received a message from Nokia care that I could collect the battery. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and when I went to the Nokia care to collect the battery they told me that they couldn't give me the battery as receipt was not there. But I lost it and showed the message received from them and even the original bill receipt of battery but they didn't agree and to my frustration they told me to forget about the battery. Now I'm worried a lot and please help me in getting my battery back

        I purchased nokia lumia 520imei no [protected] vide bill no kol[protected] dt 08/07/2013 from flip kart.

        some time before hand set was not working because on/off switch is not working. I take it to Care Point Jodhpur ( Authorised service centre). on dt 03/05/2014. They ask me that switch was broken. and note down on repair memo as physical damage / power switch broken.

        Sir my hand set is not fall anywhere, neither a single scratch on its body than how its say physical damage. I say them to send the set to higher authority to check it is physical damage or other mistake of manufacture. But they tell me that they are only final authority.

        After that they charged me Rs 627/- vide cash memo no 013 dt 03/05/2014.

        Please refund my money to make trust in nokia.

          I have nokia lumia 625, i buying this phone date of the 8th oct, 2013 in ₹ 17500 at My Mobile shop, Gujarat Gas circle, Adajan, Surat
          when i buy this phone one problem is occured which that when battery leval is going down by 19% screen will be flicker in a night so, i am going to the nokia care of sumul dairy road which is in a same city but that time care manager told me that this is software problem so they are reset my whole phone and update the software but still problem is occured.
          then in a near by time phone's protection glass gorrila glass 2 is crack by me then i am going to the adajan authorise service center(anand mahal road) and change the glass of ₹1930(having bill) and then they told me clearly that phone circuit is does not affect so phone warranty period is continue as starting period of purchasing the product and ending with the 1 year of purchase date.
          but their after flash light is does not working so next day they are repair the flash light and same day the sensor does not work so i am going lots of time going to the same nokia care but they are not fixed this solution permently and around the 08 or 10 january of 2014 for one week but still they are not fixed so i am now angry and i told they people that if you can't fix my problem then exchange my phone to the main nokia care but they are not replied my answer of a asked question but they told me angryly that when the phone is physically damaged waaranty period is expired.
          so i am asking her for a main nokia center of surat so she said me for a rustampura service center.
          now i am going to the rustampura service center of 3rd march they are give me a trust to repair my phone.i am going at 7th of march(friday) but in a display some dust is remaining, so i told they that i am receive this phone monday due to i haven't enough time.then 10th of march i receive the phone but still dust is remain.
          so i am again visit the nokia center of rustampura and i give a phone for a week of period again.but still dust is coming in a display in a single day due to the fiting problem of a phone.
          so i give this phone again in nokia care 20th of march.
          now they are told me tgat all the difficulties is solved like display flicker, sensor problem and dust problem.
          so i am take a phone of 25th march 2014 @4.15pm with my one of the friend and when we leave the store then we realise that the volume up key is does not work properly so we are again visit the care @4.30pm so they are give me a temporary solution with glue paper type material.
          and i am look one other difficulty that display is having a lots of screatches so they are understand their mistake so they are told me that we are change your protection glass within a 10days and we are also repair your volume key.
          so again we leave care center but at the time of 5 O'clock we are look the one other difficulty that they are broke my inner body so i am again going to the care center @5.30 pm but they are not understand my query and they are ruffely talk with me and give me my phone return.
          so much time i told that this phone is not accept me but they are not hear me and phone is puuted in a side then my mom was come at care but they are ruffely talk with my mother also.
          ( have a video futage of this)
          now they are blame me that body is broken by me but clearly showing that body was brocken due to the unauthorised fiting of the body.
          now 3rd of may they called me and tell me that your touchpad is now available so come to nokia care and change it than i m going and change but still the problem of flickering display is continued occure and today 5th of may i again going to the care and now at present day they are told me that display flicker in lumia phones is normal and it is not problem so we can not accept your phone and i also called and regiserd complaint reguarding to the nokia care since 29th april, 2014 and i called them more than 25times but they are also not given me any solution
          please give me a solution of this.

            On 20th march I have given my nokia lumia 820 for repair in a nokia care centre after the expiry of warrenty it was an hardware problem that phone used to vibrate when i switch on the phone and no output in screen. I gave it to nokia care after 5days they said it works and costs 400 to 500 later they said the phone was not working they returned it back and now it was not even switching on or vibrating and i also found that some hardware parts also missing and now they are asking to pay 6000 rupees to repair. I am helpless and i cannot afford that much more Please helpme

              Nokia India I am sandeep Shrivastava.I had a nokia lumia 920 in that phone some problem so I was given it in nokia care solutions, malviya nagar Bhopal on 22nd February 2014.The job sheet no is[protected]/140222/6.They were given maximum 20 days time to deliver. They were send it to delhi service centre but till today I don’t got my device back. As per suggestion of nokia care I complained to nokia care line on 11 April 2014 complane no. is 1-[protected].After register complain I am on regular follow-up but no solution given by Nokia India. Every time when I called to care line they says we call back to you within 24 hours but no call back in commitment period. You tell me In this condition what do I do. Some days back I got information that my device is lost by nokia service centre Delhi. Now this is too much of carelessness. If Nokia India is not able to repair and returned my device I want a new upgrade device nokia lumia 1520. I will not receive Lumia 920 at this situation.                 This is regarding my service request number : 1-[protected]. I bought Lumia 720 on Nov 2013 after few months the touchpad used to stopped working suddenly and since March 2014 my device touchpad is not responding at all. I went to Nokia care Bhubaneswar (3 branches) and got the same answer from all that "device display needs to be replaced and it will took 1-2 month since Lumia 720 part is out of stock." Then i went to kolkata and checked their and got the same ans. I am not able to use my phone from past 1 and half month and its a big pain for me that still nokia care is giving me the same answer that they have no idea when they will have the part in stock. Please help me out here.

                  I visited Sector 14 Nokia care to register a compalint that my new Nokia 220 mobile's charger is not working but The Manager of that branch Mr. Dharmveer did not register my compalaint and ask me to leave from there other wise he will slam me and destroy my face so that no one can recognise me. Attitude of that person was very wildy and uneducated.

                    Please don't give your phone to Nokia Preet Vihar Service Centre, Delhi. They are the most worst service provider of this industry. They turned working phone(more or less) into Dead phone and simply replied that we have already mentioned in our Job sheet that we can do so. Even the manager's response was pathetic and disgusting after enquiring about it. Nokia should provide them some classes to behave with customers(at least with female customers). It was the height of their ill-behaviour that they asked me to sign on the column that "you got your phone in working condition" on the Job sheet. Why don't they come with the column " we made your working phone into Dead one". The actual column for their quality of services. Manu

                      Complaint number registered with Nokia - 1-[protected] I bought a Lumia 925 from your 'Priority' store on 12th April 2014 (IMEI- [protected]), two gentlemen named Saleem and Jitender did a great job selling me the phone and they convinced me that Lumia 925 is the phone for me (I have been a Lumia 520 customer for last one year through my corporate connection - Convergys India Services). Saleem and Jitender promised/informed me following things to convince me to buy 925: 1) That I can get the phone cheaper from Flipkart but 'Priority store' will promise me the service and support that Flipkart can't (apparently the phone was INR 3000 cheaper on Flipkart) 2) That I have a face to talk to while Flipkart always blames it on merchant if there is any fault with the phone 3) That if there is any problem with the phone within 10 days of purchase, they will replace the phone in the 'priority store' 4) There were other things they talked about, like why Nokia is better than Apple etc etc.. I was convinced and therefore bought the phone from Jitender/Saleem from the GIP Sec-18 priority store - Phone sold... all good... After using the phone for a few days I realized that it is a BURNING , again, not HOT but BURNING. I used it for 4-5 days before I was convinced that this is a serious piece of dirty - playing games, Skype chat or using GPS HERE maps would turn this phone into a hot iron! But I wasn't worried, as my good friends (Saleem and Jitender) told me that they will replace the phone if I report within 10 days of purchase, so I called them and they asked me to come over to the store. On 20th April, I showed the phone to Saleem and he genuinely confirmed that the phone is indeed turning abnormally hot when playing games etc, but Jitender said that as per NOKIA GUIDELINES a phone turning hot is not a reason enough to replace the phone and that I should visit Nokia care center in sector 10 Noida. I was shocked as anyone would be to the blunt response from the same guy who was all over me to sell the phone 5 days back - they completely back tracked from the promises they made to me, they were treating me as if I was invisible, no attention at all - I paid extra 3000 Rupees just for this frigging reason that I will have a replacement in case there is any issue with the phone and don't have to run around. Trust me Nokia, you got to fix things at your end - I don't mind going to Sec 10 as it is hardly 15-20 minutes drive for me but I want to see if you are really deaf to your customer grievance. I will do whatever I can to educate my circle of influence and make everyone aware from my relatives to friends and colleagues to not buy a NOKIA Phone and tell my story of what I have been through as a Nokia customer - but before I start socializing I will wait for your response and action. I don't have a legal document to take to consumer court to prove what Saleem and Jitender promised me but I'll definitely make sure that NOBODY from my circle buys a Nokia ever if you don't fix this for me.

                        I purchased NOKIA LUMIA 520 in Aug 2013 and is still in warranty period. From the past 1 week the device's touch is not working properly i.e. the touch is autoworking and i cant operate the touch anymore. I went to nokia care(Dexter) which is in sector-8, Rohini, New Delhi and told them my problem. They told me that the touch needs to be replaced and when i asked them to do so they said they don't have the required touch available for my device. Then i went to another nokia care which is in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. I contacted them over phone before visiting them and asked if they have any lumia 520 touch available to which they responded positively. But when i reached there 1/2 hr and told them that my device is still in warranty they said they dont have the touch available for my device.Then a person came with the same problem and with the same device but his phone was not in warranty anymore. They quickly changed his touch panel and charged him with Rs.2500. But i came before him and asked for the same part but they didnt replaced it. Please help me resolve this situation as i am unable to use my phone anymore.

                          Hi, I bought my lumia 720 few month backback from Flipkart and its fall from my bed. And developed cracked I visited nearest Nokia care they told i need to pay 7500 for screen which was half the price of phone, which is actually too high for any screen i enquired outside and online I came across blog saying they replaced cheaply in nasik and all so my two points here what the use of providing a glass whose price half the price of phone and breaks in one fall and my second point just we stay in bangalore charging high money is not fair. why cant u treat all consumer like one and if glass is really this costly what you put in hardware chinese make.

                            I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 720 on June, 2014. Since the last few weeks the touchpad of the phone started malfunctioning. Application windows were opening and closing randomly as if the touchpad screen was being touched randomly all over. The touchpad was not responding properly either. I visited 2 Nokia Care outlets who mentioned the touchpad needs to be replaced, but they do not have one available and it might take minimum 20-25 days to receive the part. They advised me to check out with some other Nokia Care outlet, and so I am left clueless. I dropped a mail to Nokia Customer Care explaining the issue who said their technical team would contact me in 72 hours. But even after a week no one contacted me from their end. Prior to this, right after I bought the phone there were severe issues with the audio and speaker of the phone. The issue was fixed after repeated visits and following up with the Nokia customer care. Having faced so many issues with the Lumia 720 device right within a year and the poor customer service thereafter, I am forced to think Nokia bulid quality has fallen and that they actually try to delay service in warranty period as far as possible, so that the device goes out of warranty and the customer has to pay for their faulty device. Highly disappointing!

                            I have provided Nokia all the info they wanted along with the Service Request No 1-[protected] [SR# 1-[protected]] initially provided by them. Again Nokia care representative called me asking to wait for 3 days for them to get back about availability of the faulty part(Nokia Lumia 720 touchscreen). And as usual nobody from their end called back even after 7 days. I'm left clueless. Pathetic service from Nokia. Would never recommend buying a Nokia phone to anyone ever. Their service seems to have deteriorated after acquisition by Microsoft.

                              10 jan 2013 i broke my screen of my Lumia 820, i enquired about the various customer care centers in New Delhi, i went to the Lajpat nagar center and asked them about the cost of changing the screen, i was told Rs. 8500, and 7 days time, i said it is too much they said price cannot be changed but they can do it by the evening, i said no the price is still too much they said they will do it in 30 min if i waited. I suspected something fishy ( the CSR was talking to the technician in a suspicious manner one could feel they are trying to trap a customer. I went of and went to another Nokia customer care in Kotla Mubarak pur near lodhi road, they again the same thing i was directed to the center manager, She again took my phone had a quick suspicious looking discussion with the technician and some other people and after some time quoted Rs. 6800 and a discount of Rs. 6700 i was shocked. Also to my surprise the center manager was trying to push me to take warranty for the phone. Although i got the phone serviced but the whole experience left me with a bitter experience.and cheated. Now i guess i need answers to the following questions 1. how can two company owned centers have different rates for the same service? 2. Isnt there a standard pricing for parts. 3. These customer service agents sitting should do service and not sales... 4. Why hide things from the customer. I have always had a Nokia phone and never had another phone than nokia.                                 Hi my name is Nirbhay Khurana I Purchased a Nokia PHone Lumia 920 for INR 35000 a year back. ITs warranty expired in the month of march 2014.On 2nd April 2014 Some issue occured in my lumia 920 and It was not switching ON.I gone to Nokia Care (netdot solutions Tilak Nagar) West Delhi they said there is some hardware issue and were asking a huge sum of 8000 INR to repair it.On 9th April i went to Nokia Care (Manav Communication, Paschim Vihar) West Delhi they said that they will charge about INR 3850 to repair the phone I agreed to pay for my dead phone.then after 1 week on 17th April 2014 which is today, I called them they said your phone cannot be repaired and they were unable to track the problem in the handset and now saying to pick the phone from there centre. So I am helpless nobody is providing me any resolution to this problem and not providing any after sales service even when i was ready to pay for it.                                   Jobsheet No[protected]/140325/36 Compliant No-1-[protected] Phone Model-Lumia 720 Service Centre address: Micronas Telecom C-4, Sec-2, , Noida, India problem- touchscreen is not working properly and automatic application started I submitted my phone on 25 March but still issue is not resolved. I got call from your service on 11th March and they told me you can collect your phone on Monday(14 March) and contact to Sunita(Service centre Manager) also. I contacted Sunita on Saturday and they told me part will be on Monday so you can come to service centre on Monday. I went to service centre on Tuesday and they told me parts is on pending I got shock by listening horrible answer. I contacted to Sunita she told me I will arrange the parts from other service centre so please give me time for 2 days. It means that parts has been sold or something? In starting I visited 2 service and contacted all service centre because service centre people told me we don't communicate with other service center so you have visit only so on what basis she is telling that I will contact other service centre.

                                    I purchased the subject mobile on 13.3.13 from A. K. Paul & Co., 550, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata-34 [phone :2396 0038 Mobile : [protected]] Cash Memo No.5257 @ Rs.3850/-. From beginning its performance was not good and I am facing numerous different problems in my handset. So I gave it to Nokia Care at Taratola after seven days of purchasing the same. They repaired and sent back the handset within two days. But after two three days I got same problem and brought back my mobile again to Nokia Care. They told me that they have sent the said handset to their Gurgaon Branch (actual Centre) for replacement. They did not provided any receipt in support of it. About after one month after repeated reminders from our end they sent back the said damaged mobile handset without replacing the same. And thereafter number of times about 21 times we visited Nokia Care . and get my handset repaired. I do not know may be there is something wrong with the product. So please provide me the solution. On 15.3.14 we again took the same same handset at Arya Infotech, 81/A, S.P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-26 (Ph:64505475/[protected] for repairing but till date we are yet to receive the handset. I want my money to be refunded or replace a faulty piece. Otherwise I have no option but to take the case at Consumer on Forum. I again complain [No.1-[protected]] at Nokia Care Center on 16.4.14 and they gave time for 48 hours.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam; I have purchased Nokia Lumia 1520 worth 46000 Rs/- (Round Figure) on 31st Dec’13. \ During the month of Mar’14 I found there are some issues with screen getting hanged. When I contacted the customer care help line Mr. Pankaj has asked to me build me faith in Nokia and they will do best from there side. Pankaj à Anitha As, per the company norms for my device there is Home pickup & drop facitlity. One guy has come guy from Nokia Care – Indranagar, Bangalore branch to pick up my phone at my office address. When I was trying to explain my problem he is unable to understand it. Myself (Mayank Dhananiwala) à Roma Next day I myself went to the Nokia care center to get my phone rectified. I waited there for 2 hours and they say that there is no fault with my device. I came back home, these time when I faced the same issue, I made a documentary proof and again visited the Nokia Care. Phone has been handed over to for service on 19th Mar’14. (Job sheet Number :: 10441) As, per the communication with Roma, the phone will be kept in observation then it will be sent to Repair factory. On Friday 21st Mar’14 I received a call back stating that it wll take 12 working days to get the phone repaired as it will be sent to repair factory. I agreed with them. 28th Mar’14 – Received a call stating Phone is ready to deliver. I took the delivery of my phone 9th Apr’14 (5.30PM) (Delivery People – Deepa G, Kamesh) 1) As, soon it was about to deliver there were problems with connectivity issues. a. They took the phone inside and fixed it. 2) After fixing that issues, and took the phone when trying to update my phone it’s shows phone is uptodate, but it’s not uptodate. a. Latest Firmware revision Number (As, per Nokia) :: 1028.3562.1408.10 b. Firmware Revision Number in my phone :: 1028.3562.1402.0001 3) Upon my insistence, it’s been learnt from Deepa that phone was not sent to repair factory. Even though after producing the documentary proof of my problem, they doubted on my problem statement. Even after the deliver same problem exists again they are asking for a documentary proof of it. Mahendar is asking for a documentary proof. (Nokia Care Store Manager). Roma, Anitha, Mahendar, Kamesh, Deepa – Works for Nokia Care, Indranagar, Bangalore.                                         I bought a nokia asha 502 dual sim handset in march with IMEI no. [protected], [protected] ] on 18 march via flipkart online. There was promotional offer of 500 MBfree data with idea connection with this asha 502, so I bought new idea connection mobile no. [protected], and tried to activate the bundled offer. But the idea telecom operator denied to provide the free data & explained that NOKIA has not paid and contracted idea for IMEI SERIES initials 35174...
                                        This offer was strongly promoted by your website and was also mentioned on retail packet of handset ASHA 502.
                                        So its a gross negligence and fraud on your part by not broviding the free data.
                                        Kindly comtact idea telecom delhi & sort out the issue, thus provide me the promotional data.
                                        I being a customer has full right towards that offer which Nokia was promoting before 31 march.I hope u will resolve the issue as I wouldn't hesitate to bring the issue in consumer court on basis of enough documentary evidence.
