some problems i have faced which i did not find in any other mobile. whether, it is Blackberry iOS or Android one. List of problems which every NOKIA got and how it sucks, are as follows:
1. FIle manager is not available, you cannot see and access any files at a time. all the files which is not even supported by Nokia you cannot see it or delete it.
2. The file which is not supported or Run by Windows will not be downloaded; as sometime you require it, just to store in your memory card for external use.
3. if i want to attach more than one file to single mail, i cannot attach. plus one cannot forward and attach extra files to send mail- you have to open word, excel or power point to access that particular file and it will be shared by making click on it sharing through any account which you logged in and rest of the messages should be copy pasted by clipboard.
4. web pages you cannot be saved or even recoverd.
5. the file which you've downloaded through external applications, like Internet explorer, UC browser, youtube down-loader 0r anything to access it, you have to again open that application and go through its downloaded list.
6. even in NOKIA MUSIC/VIDEOS options, you cannot see those files, videos you can see openly only which you have stored through PC only other videos you got to access it from app by which you've downloade as explained earlier.
7. equalizer can access after plug'in headset and may apply to those songs only which you've downloaded through NOKIA MUSIC RADIO
8. only photo gallary will open when you press attach or browse button, from web pages means, you can just add pictures not even RESUME!!!
9. Here, YOU need to install app for your each and every extra action which you expect to do with your lovely smart phone.
10. those app will be stored in a phone memory only and you never know when your 8 gb get filled up, -you cannot transfer it to SD card, -only music videos and pictures one can store in sd card, -rest of the documents should be in phone memory only if you want to access it easily. otherwise, through skydrive you have to again download it.
11. by pc you cannot install transfer or remove any app, even if you got synchronizer with you, only contacts photos and videos can b sen or recieved.
12. when you get incoming call and when your phone rings (if it is on normal mode, ) it will just vibrate once n afterwards just your favorite ringtone will ring, =and it is also in its low volume as you may know it's external speaker has low capability and when you put it on vibration mode then only it vibrates full time*
*for one minute,
13. u cannot add multiple sender or recepients to the mail
AND THOSE PROBLEMS I DISCUSSED WITH NOKIA CARE, NOKIA PRIORITY, THEY FAILED TO CONVINCE me and TO GIVE ME SOLUTIONs AKA EXPLAINATIONs, I TALKED WITH TWO HEADS from NOKIA -FROM PUNE AND MUMBAI BUT, EVEN THEY FAILED TO DO SO. .. :'(
NOKIA S*** BADLY 1st TIME!

! as per Android phones, i have seen by Holding for instance i.e. by right clicking, one can do whatever they want to do, i dont know by what purpose nokia set/selected this OS but, what kind of security they wanted to show up. as there would be nothing in your mobile/or to wanted to make mastery.

& no1 even explained me about those features before,
as all are saying it is by default and no solution, u knew it before buying it, don't you?

ufff..!!! PLEASE GUYS DON'T buy IT, UNTIL AND UNLESS, O_o ONE more REVOLUTION cm in2 da picture FOR NOKIA'z WORLD, EVEN I AM FAN OF NOKIA BUT, NONE TAKE SMART PHONE FOR dURABILITY, CAMERA, TOUCH AND For BaTTERY LIFE, /// :) I BOUGHT THIS & GOT DISAPPOINTED in 1 month only. >:( :( DON'T

    My cell nokia 720 touch screen is faulty. It is not functioning and moreover it operates without touching.
    Mobile is in warranty. So have given to service center before 25 days. But still the part to be replaced has not arrived.
    How can it be possible??? Nowadays courier services are so fast.
    The reply from service center is part has not arrived.

      To, Authority Person Consumer Corum i have given my mobile model no.Nokia Lumia 520 to service center of nagpur at Anurag Marketing, Mazenin Floor, fawara chow k, C A Road, Nagpur, so at the time of handover the Handset they are just told me we are sending handset for further processing to delhi, now when i visit back to service center they told your handset is damaged now suggest during handover the handset there is no damage and now they are saying having damage in display.i want my handset is to be repair free of Cost.         Hi Nokia I have been using Nokia devices from past 8 years. 2 months back I have purchased Nokia lumia 720 from a Nokia priority dealer. Accidentally I have dropped the phone from just 40 cms height, the display glass has broken badly. I went to Nokia care, they are saying that the replacement charge is 7500, which is half of the phone cost. My phone is under warranty. May I know why you are charging this much cost. Even no insurance company is offering accidental insurance. Is there any way for me to get the replacement with less cost? I am starting recommending people not to go for Nokia.           Dear Sir, Greetings!! First of all I had accidentally drop my phone Lima 720 which, for the record it was for the first time I'eve dropped it, and the screen was totally cracked, but the touch was still working perfectly, the same day I went to nuke care using Here Drive apps to find the nearest Nokia Care with the same phone, with the thought of it just a screen crack I went direct without first doing my research on it, and so they said that they have to change the whole display, I was kind of shock since the devise is still working perfect, they told me that the screen cannot be separated and then I ask them how much is the estimation and they told me that they will get back to me after in an hour and also told me that if I want to take back the device without repair which I do have a choice and so I left the device with them, after waiting I got a call and they told me that the estimate is about 7k and if I want to repair they will repair in an hour but since it is not just a small amount i prefered to go and meet them in person so I went there, since I don't have that much amount to repair I told them that i will take the device back and will come back when I got the money to repair it or else find another way to fixed it if there is any other way cheaper, but then I was told that it is not possible to receive the device in working condition as it is before as they dismantle it. So, they asked me to leave the device with them until I can pay the amount. I was kind a shock when they told me this, since I'm not so much familiar with such device repair I got nothing to say. But with my little research i came to know between the touch screen digitizer and LCD, which is also partially attached and can be separated and in some places it's a lot cheaper. Well the point is that, is it right for the Nokia Care to capture my device and not allowed me to take it back as it is and saying that it is all dismantle, until I can pay for the repair. What if I can't never pay that 50% of the device price for the repair, will I also just loose the other 50% . Well thus it mean that I am a customer without a choice.

          Same Problem here.. 40% of the phone cost just for this.. This is unreasonable. Does nokia not conduct stress tests on its mobile devices??
          I have also raised a complaint on the Nokia website. Please look into this before customers start losing faith in Nokia!!

            Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have submitted my blue tooth hands free in Nokia Service Centre located in Tilak Nagar New Delhi on 18 - January - 2014. They have promised to deliver the hands free after a week. Although my bluetooth device was working fine but there was an issue with it's ear phones. They informed that they need to replace the complete set and cannot replace only earphones. I asked them to provide me a black colour device if they are replacing the same else I asked them to provide me with the same colour i.e. white. After a week when I tried to contact them they informed me that they have still not received the set from their head office as it is out of stock and it will be provided after a week. But after a week they called me and said that the set has been received by them but the device is in pink colour and its handfree was in black colour which I rejected to accept as I have asked them to provide me with either black or white. Although the same is mentioned in the job sheet provided by them. They said that its the only one they can provide me with as a result of which I asked the operator to make me talk to their manager but she disconnected the call. When I called back, a male staff picked the call and started howling that they will not provide the bluetooth. 2 days later I visited their service centre with my brother and the same guy pushed my brother out of the service centre and said that they will not provide us the device back and we can do whatever it will take. Soon after this one of their employee requested us to be calm and promised that he will provide the device in black colour but it will take about 20 days. I accepted the same. When I contacted their office after 20 days I was informed that it is out of their stock and they don't know when will they receive the device. Its been more that a month and they are not providing me my device. My device's warranty will also get expired on 4th March 2014 and what if they will provide me a faulty set later and then they will not replace it again. I have even logged a complaint in Nokia Head office againt this but they too haven't taken any action regarding this. I am totally pissed off from the services of nokia and their service centre officials. I have attached a copy of job sheet provided by them

              I had a bad experience with nokia service centre. I bought a new nokia lumia 720 a month back from flip cart. I accedently drop my phone and its display got broken. I contacted nokia care service centre and they were asking about 7500 Rs to change the display, it is half of the cost of mobile. I am not ready to afford this much amount to change the display, suggest me an immediate solution.

                I have purchased Nokia Lumia 520 not even 4 months and it is getting hanged frequently. I have checked with other Nokia Limia 520 user, they are not facing the similar issue. As I was a samsung user and switched over to Nokia, I am really dishearten with the service. Request to replace my handset immediately.                   I purchased a Nokia 105 mobile for my Office staff 2 months ago from UniverCell, Hyderabad on 22nd December 2013, Invoice no PHMH/8427, (invoice attached) and the only reasons I chose Nokia over cheaper Chinese alternatives was warranty of one year. The phone's display has gone bad now and when I took it to the service station and the dealer, they asked me to bring along the original box packing with the phone, and only then would they replace it. NOW HOW UNFAIR IS THAT? Who would keep track of original box packing of a phone for Warranty? And did Nokia or the dealer inform me that we have to keep the mobile box packing for warranty ? This is nothing short of CHEATING from a reputed company like Nokia. Shame on Nokia. I demand an immediate replacement of my Phone

                    After two months o[censored]sing lumia 720 its touch was not working, so I went to nokia care and showed my mobile to them they said that water got inside that and it doesn't comes under warranty, so i went to some other nokia care they inspected it and told that its touch is deffective and there is no water problem and they contact the first nokia care told them that there is no water inside it so I again went to first nokia care and they said that they will repair it and change the display .After one month they called me for receiving the set and after receiving the set I found it that there were scratches on it and that too big ones.By looking the display it was clearly visible that either the display is old or its not the original one that my mobile had (the one with gorilla glass).So I Informed them they have taken it again and they said they will again change the display But I doubt them that they will put the new and original gorilla display or not.So I wanted to talk to some senior nokia person regarding this.Because I If get the set fake display I will surely file case against Nokia, I want the mobile back with original gorilla display it was a new mobile.I continuously contacting nokia through but they or not replying, they are only saying that your concern is forwarded and somebody will contact you from one month .I am attaching the conversation with this .Kindly go through this.Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                        Hi, I purchased a nokia lumia 720 mobile in the end of November 2013 from Flipkart.com; within 2 months of purchase i.e. in Jan 2014 I faced speaker problem. I approached Flipkart, they said the 30 days warranty is over & I should contact nokia care center. Nokia - Can you please advice what has happened to quality of your handsets, every now and then there is a issue?                           Hi Nokia India, I bought Nokia Lumia 720 from flipkart 3 months back. Yesterday while travelling in bus due to rush it just fell down from my hand and when i picked it up i saw it's screen is broken.I heard a lot about it's glass quality, that the gorilla glasses used in it doesn't break easily and now while looking at the incidents in forum it looks like there are a lot of people facing such problem. Even my cousin was using Lumia 520 and even she had the same issue, she went to Nokia care and got it repaired and after some days she again had some problem with display. She finally bought a new htc phone. I don't understand why do you guys make such phones with glass carving out even when lot o[censored]sers are facing such issues. And when i asked Nokia care about repair they told it will charge around 8000 ... does that even make sense ... for a phone of cost 16k you guys are charging 8k just for replacing screen ... and even i asked them that my display is working fine i only want digitizer screen to be changed and doesn't need LCD display to be changed so they told we doesn't change it individually we replace both LCD display and digitizer screen ... at ebay digitizer screen are available for 1100 and just bcoz u guys doesn't change it individually i have to spend 8k? ... i have read on windows forums that at some places that some guys got it repaired at discounted price because there phone was in warranty and some guys called different nokia care centers and they were telling different prices ... So i want my phone to be repaired at cheap price if both LCD and Digitizer needs to be replaced or i want only digitizer to be replaced ... Need an urgent response ...                           My Nokia Lumia 720 phone accidentally fell and the LCD panel cracked, Nokia Care is charging Rs. 7500 for replacement, they say that the touch pad and the LCD screen is together so the entire panel will be replaced.                           you can buy touch screen digitiser yourself in ebay or shopclues or flipkart at much lesser price say around 2k! and all you need to replace the screen is just a good screw driver set!! I have done these replacement myself for my nokia lumia 520 and its not at all tough.
                          nokia care asked 4000 for the screen replacement and i bought screen for 600/- in shopclues and replaced it myself.
                          only risk:once you open the phone nokia mostly wont take responsibility for any repair later on... but if your replacement is good enough they wont even know :P

                            I bought Nokia Lumia 720 from Croma, Ahmedabad sometime in July 2013. 15 days back, I was charging my phone and accidentally phone got dropped from 50 cms height and glass has been broken. Now I am in Bangalore and My phone is under warranty so I contacted nokia care, Kormanagala, Bangalore and they said they can not replace it as display glass doesn't come under warranty and they can not replace only glass, I have to replace complete panel which will charge me[protected] rupees!!! If Nokia doesn't cover all these things under warranty then what is purpose of warranty. I searched on Google and also came to know lot of people are facing this broken glass issue in Nokia Lumia 720, It means its product fault and quality is not good still why Nokia is not accepting its mistake and not covering under warranty?? 2 Months back, I had some problem in simcard cap(plastic top part) and so I went to Nokia care center and asked them to replace. Same answer, It doesn't come under warranty and I have to replace complete simcard tray. I replaced it and I had to Pay 650 rupees just for one small simcard tray. Sametime when I asked them to provide me pin to open this simcard tray in future, they said it will cost me additional 160 rupees. 160 rupees just for small pin !!! I am really disappointed with Nokia this time and I am suggesting everyone not to buy Nokia Lumia phones as prices are high, quality is not good, service centers are not responding properly and any replacement cost is too high compare to other competitors like Apple, Samsung, Sony etc. Does it make sense for anyone to pay[protected] rupees just to replace glass, when total cost of phone is Total phone is 17000.                             It has been almost 10 days since I have received your mail that someone will contact me but till now no has contacted me.
                            I already sent one reminder mail to [protected]@nokia.com but I am just getting reply from you that someone will contact but no action has been taken from your side as of now. I am really disappointed with the kind of service Nokia is giving to customer.

                            If you really want to help your customer then please contact otherwise tell upfront that you can no do anything so I can look for other option but don't give any kind of wrong promises.

                            Yes, even I had the same problem. Yesterday I dropped my mobile and they were asking me to pay 7500 for replacement. It was just 3 months and for a mobile of 16K paying 7500 is follishness.
                            Better add another 7 and go for Samsung which is the best and atleast not so much costly.
                            I thought nokia was making up a good business. Samsung even if it fell from TV stand also nothing will happen.
                            Even I have the same problem. I stay in Bangalore. I have Lumia 720 handset with warranty. My mobile slipped from my pocket and fell down in the office and the screen is broken and got cracks badly. But the display and touch is fine. But I called up Nokia service centers in Bangalore(koramangala and Jayanagar) and asked about the replacement of screen. They have denied saying damage does not come under warranty and replacement would costs around Rs7500 to Rs8000. I requested them to change only the screen and no need of display as its working fine. But they are telling its a molded one screen and display doesn't come separately. I bought the mobile in last August for Rs19500. Now the screen is badly broken. Is it worth to spend half of the mobile price to get the new screen. I have been using Nokia mobiles of all ranes since 6 years. I always suggested my near and dear to go for Nokia mobiles as the mobiles durabilty and performance was too good. Now I am suffering with this mobile. Took it to service center many times for some or the other reasons. I cant spend 8k for replacement. If Nokia is not covering this kind of parts under warranty which are giving trouble then why the hell s the warranty given. I am really dissappointed by Nokia this time in spite of trusting a lot.                               Six month back i bought a new nokia lumia 720, now nokia care is not replacing my mobile and not even repairing. My phone is completely dead. I have shown it to nokia care panvel Mumbai. They have sent the phone to head office in Delhi promising me with a new replacement and now they are saying it cannot be replaced. What should i do now. All these have happen 3 months back. My phone was dead after using 3 months and now is lying with me as junk from last 3 month. What should i do now. Have even tried contacting customer care but in vain. Any suggestion.
                              first they told me they will be replacing after that they told me some other excuse. Please help. Any other thing i could do now when i went to other care they are telling me that you went to other local fixer they can't help. Why will i go to any local shop when my phone is in warranty. Do i have any right to complain or take up the matter with higher authority???
                              Please help if i can go for some complain to court legally.                                     Lumia 620 Phone, in warranty. Power switch started giving problem, used to work intermittently. Visit 1 - Took it to nokia care center, they took the phone, did something, and it worked problem resurfaced after a day. Visit 2 - Took it back to same nokia care center, they again took the phone, did something, it worked problem resurfaced after few more days Visit 3 - Took it back to same nokia care center, now they refused to take the phone, told us it was physical damage, someone has used feviquick type solution inside phone, warranty declined. new 620 costs 10, 000Rs. repair charges quoted 4000/- Rs. the only people who opened and repaired this phone are nokia care people, they repaired the phone twice free of cost under warranty. and now nokia claims there is physical damage ! Service Request Number #[protected] I know there are no hopes of getting help from nokia, at most we consumers can just write about our experiences so that other users are not fooled by such malpractices by big brand names. No wonder nokia was leader once, and is now struggling. Good phones, but really bad attitude towards customers

Since September 2013 i have been to Nokia Care regarding complaint for at least 7 or 8 times and yet again the flash is not working. Kindly, help me.

                                        I purchase a Nokia lumia 720 in 17899rs on 15th August 2013 after 2 months its of automatically.I take it on nokia care Gurgaon but at service center they not cover in warranty due some scratch on handset and check on chargeable base and say to me its motherboard short and 9000 will be charged at.After that i take it at Khandwa nokia care they sent it delhi and when it comes they says its tampper not repair.Plz help me...
