Some apps closed unexpectedly...may be because of some exceptions. when i click or selects any field from drop down menu then apps gets closed. and directly navigates to start screen..it happened with here drive application as well as MIndicator app of local train schedule

Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the subject work, I wish to inform you that I have submitted my LUMIA 720 device on 28.10.2013 at following Nokia Care centre due to technical issues. Mr. Hemant +91-[protected] One Touch Communication Bunglow No. 2, Main Patel Road, Opp Metro Pillar no. 229, West patel nagar – 110008, New Delhi Job Sheet Details:[protected]/131028/4 dated 28.10.2013 time 13:10 The device to be returned on 04.11.2013, but after visited many times the mobile not yet repaired. On 18.11.2013 they handed over me the device but the device did not respond to Sim card and memory card even the device was not restarting. They again retained the device and from the same date I was following it up. I have registered 2 nos of online complaint as per the details below:- Complaint No. 1-[protected] dated 19.11.2013 Complaint No. 1-[protected] dated 23.11.2013 You are requested to resolve the issue and arrange for new mobile set at the earliest otherwise I will file a complaint to “Consumer Forum”and lodge FIR to the concerned police station.       I was very excited to finally get on board with the wondows phone/nokia with the release of the nokia lumia 920. 1)Dust under forward facing lense: Shortly after purchasing the phone I noticed dust collecting under the forward facing lense, so I decided to send it in for repair. I did a hard reset to erase any data and sent it off. A few weeks later it was returned saying that there had been water damage so they couldnt repair it. 2) Phone gets bricked when you do a hard reset: I was shocked to find out that my previously working phone was now no longer working upon getting it back from repair shop, my lense was not repaired and nokia was telling me I was sh** out of luck. The phone WAS WORKING, and their repair department sent me back a bricked device. Nokia turned a blind eye because of the liquid damage despite 2 major defects and now I'm stuck in a 3 year contract with a blackberry loaner phone. Unfortunately I would not recommend buying any nokia product. ESPECIALLY if its only been released in the last 6 months. Who knows what kind of defects you'll run into.

            Sir, I, S.Satwik of kurnool hereby filing a complaint against the nokia customer care center(anwar customer care).I have gave my nokia c-2 phone for repair before a month in its WARRANTY PERIOD.The phone has been delivered to me after 15 days by taking a amount of 200₹.But the problem of my phone has not been rectified.In case of rectifing it they are now asking for 400₹ again as the phone has no warranty now.I gave them the phone in warranty time but they are only asking for money instead of service.

              Sir/Madam, I purchase a Nokia Lumia 925 on dated[protected] after a purchase I face lot of problems with that phone firstly I face hanging problem with that and have to stay one day for discharge a phone after discharge I restart the phone then the phone was working normal and immediately call to shop where I purchase the cell shop namely GD Cellcom Pvt. Ltd., Shop No.3, Om Chamber Survey No. 1329/39, J.M. Road, Next to Hotel Panchali, Pune-411 005 (Nokia Priority Dealer) Phone No.[protected]. the one person attend the phone I said them the phone was having hanging problem and it’s also over heat then they said use phone for 15 days after that if you having some problem we will replace with new one then I satisfied with discussion but after 10-11 days after the phone one day restart automatically and start again having blue screen after that tomorrow I am going to Nokia Priority at Pune where I purchase a phone they said we could not do anything it is almost 7-10 days ago you purchase a phone and replacement warranty only 3 days after purchase a product you have to contact to Nokia Care Center I discuss with them lot of ways but they could not listen anything then I am going to Nokia care situated at F.C. College Road their they said wait for 15 minute we check what problem then after they come with phone that time phone is working properly then I said their phone giving lot of problems please if you can replace that then they say we cannot replace at here if our main boss says replace the product then we can do then I demand to talk with their boss then they said boss is not here if next time you have any problem we will definitely meet our boss else talk with our boss now your phone is working properly you may go then I said I coming from at least 100 km for that phone where I lived there your outlet is not available if we facing every time that problem then what I could do every time I am coming here and repair my phone even the phone is new one please do anything then they said sir you go your phone is now properly working and in future you not facing any problem to that then I am coming at my home but after some days I facing same problem the phone is lot of time hang, restarts lot of time and now a new one problem persist every incoming call, when any call I attend at first I listen a blast sound I can’t just understand why I think the front one sound is defective then I use head phones then still I face that problem then I use Bluetooth headset then the problem solve I still not understand why and as well as when I restart the phone the problem is disable for 2-3 days and after that starts again please sir do the need full action on that as soon as possible. for more information i copied here my conversation with Nokia through Mail. "Sir/Madam, As per telephonic conversation with your representative on dated 11.11.2013 he said that the phone is ready and you can receive your device in 2 working days it was dispatched you just called tomorrow it may be possible it will come but i called at Baramati they will said it is shown at system that your device is dispatch on 11.11.2013 and it will come here within 5 working days. why you telling such if higher management said it will be received on 2 days then the service center said to us that it will come within 5 days why the difference in all that it can you assume that persons are fools and they have no other work they only have a work to follow-up you if you going through hole mail you will recognize that the device was to be received in maximum 8 days as per your commitment but still i understand and wait 15 days but still you said it is not possible even you again committed that it will received at least tomorrow on dated 11.12.2013 and Baramati care center said it will come at 16.11.2013 why you getting such complications. I only said if this is your service then i will try to in future if i want to purchase device i will choose other manufactures as well as i seen personally that my relatives and my Friends will not connected to your service that sit. " Sir/Madam, As per telephonic conversation with your representative on dated 11.11.2013 he said that the phone is ready and you can receive your device in 2 working days it was dispatched you just called tomorrow it may be possible it will come but i called at Baramati they will said it is shown at system that your device is dispatch on 11.11.2013 and it will come here within 5 working days. why you telling such if higher management said it will be received on 2 days then the service center said to us that it will come within 5 days why the difference in all that it can you assume that persons are fools and they have no other work they only have a work to follow-up you if you going through hole mail you will recognize that the device was to be received in maximum 8 days as per your commitment but still i understand and wait 15 days but still you said it is not possible even you again committed that it will received at least tomorrow on dated 11.12.2013 and Baramati care center said it will come at 16.11.2013 why you getting such complications. I only said if this is your service then i will try to in future if i want to purchase device i will choose other manufactures as well as i seen personally that my relatives and my Friends will not connected to your service that sit. College Road their they said wait for 15 minute we check what problem then after they come with phone that time phone is working properly then I said their phone giving lot of problems please if you can replace that then they say we cannot replace at here if our main boss says replace the product then we can do then I demand to talk with their boss then they said boss is not here if next time you have any problem we will definitely meet our boss else talk with our boss now your phone is working properly you may go. the conversation between me and Nokia is as follows: "Sir/Madam, As per telephonic conversation with your representative on dated 11.11.2013 he said that the phone is ready and you can receive your device in 2 working days it was dispatched you just called tomorrow it may be possible it will come but i called at Baramati they will said it is shown at system that your device is dispatch on 11.11.2013 and it will come here within 5 working days. why you telling such if higher management said it will be received on 2 days then the service center said to us that it will come within 5 days why the difference in all that it can you assume that persons are fools and they have no other work they only have a work to follow-up you if you going through hole mail you will recognize that the device was to be received in maximum 8 days as per your commitment but still i understand and wait 15 days but still you said it is not possible even you again committed that it will received at least tomorrow on dated 11.12.2013 and Baramati care center said it will come at 16.11.2013 why you getting such complications. I only said if this is your service then i will try to in future if i want to purchase device i will choose other manufactures as well as i seen personally that my relatives and my Friends will not connected to your service that sit.                 I bought a Nokia Asha 311 smartphone on 26.11.2012 & within 2 months I have to give my cell phone for servicing to Nokia Care (Vision Care- Howrah) for more than 3 times & they sometimes updated the software & sometimes sent it to the factory. This process sometimes took 15- days, sometimes more than that. I was given 3G internet offer on my new phone for 4 months 4GB data by airtel. I could not use it because Nokia Care kept my phone for servicing. They did not cover this loss.Even after I received a replaced handset (so they say) same problem of Auto heating & Auto disconnect was existing. Again I have visited Nokia Care, after 5 times of my visit they sent my phone to factory and their Manager asked me to call Nokia head office & lodge my compliant. I did the same & the head office agreed to replace my smartphone for the second time instead of refunding me my money as I claimed & assured me the problem would never exist. This was on 9th may, 2013 they gave me a replaced handset. For around 1 month my phone worked properly & again the problem of Auto heating & Auto disconnect alongwith network problems, screen going black starts happening. I being a professional who has to travel during those days could not manage to go to authorized service center again. I was managing with the phone on the understanding that this premium brand has cheated me. My last Nokia CDMA handset lasted 7 years and I never took it to service center even once during the 7 years. I trusted this brand and thus purchased a smartphone from Nokia priority center & they cheated on me with a faulty handset. Inspite of so many complaints and request to refund they did not paid any heed to my problem. Now on 23.10.2013 an electric spark came out of my phone and the cell phone went dead. On visiting nokia Care, they said there is a badly liquid damage in the phone which is not covered in warranty and thus I will be charged ₹ 2300/- for the same. If you see the handset, it is as new as it was given to me on replacement. There is no fault on my part. Everytime when they are unable to repair the handset, nokia care says there is a liquid damage which is a chargeable repair. I have read many posted complaint at consumer forum. It is the factory who has given a faulty handset on replacement. Further the executives at Nokia Care has rudely talked to me that they will not deposit my handset & neither issue any loner set.My previous handset was a CDMA handset and I have no spare set.This fact has been acknowledge by the Head Office as well. Now they are waiting for my warranty period to expire which will be on 26.11.2013. I want a remedy for this loss before the warranty period expire or else I will compliant against Nokia in the consumer Court. I know you are delaying intentionally so that my warranty period expires.If there is a liquid damage in the handset, then there is no way an electric spark emerges. So stop giving me fake reasons and cheating innocent customers. As Nokia Care has been stretching this issue for almost a year now & never provided me with an apt solution.There is a humble request to you either grant me the refund of my purchased handset along with compensation or give me a sealed pack box of same of any other smartphone model or else I will take this matter legally. They are calling me on my resident landline No. inspite of the fact that I am carrying my mobile & the no. is updated in their record & also I have mentioned that I am a qualified working professional and employed full time... How can they expect me to be at home? This seems that they are just passing days & my precious time so that my warranty period expires...Which is soon going to be...Now this is the time to take action legally...

                Hi Swati,

                This nokia company is playing game with innocent customer's money. They just want to sell away their FAULTY products and make huge profits. Never ever trust this brand. I have also wasted my money in this Asha 311 & i too faced the same problem. This handset is a defective model. Innumerable times went to Nokia Care & other service center, but of no use.So i sold away the handset at a minimal amount & purchased a samsung handset, which is MUCH MUCH BETTER than nokia. Its of no use waiting for Nokia's response. They dont bother rather they have no after sales service.

                I would personally advice you to purchase a new handset (Never NOKIA BRAND) and sell away ASHA 311. If not then must take a legal stand against Nokia. Send them legal notice & dont waste your time as your warranty period will be over soon. Show them the power of a common man so that these big big MNCs never ever try to cheat us. All the very best to you in your efforts & keep updating us.

                I am a victim of this defective Handset or I should say this Defective Brand. I really wasted my full money. I did not used the handset for 2 months even and that handset started harassing me. Anyways now am not waiting for their response, straightaway my legal notice will make them answer.

                  I bought a Nokia Asha 311 smartphone on 26.11.2012 & within 2 months I have to give my cell phone for servicing to Nokia Care (Vision Care- Howrah) for more than 3 times & they sometimes updated the software & sometimes sent it to the factory. This process sometimes took 15- days, sometimes more than that. I was given 3G internet offer on my new phone for 4 months 4GB data by airtel. I could not use it because Nokia Care kept...

                  Hi I bought a new nokia lumia 820 a month back but from start I had some problem with its camera. I went to Nokia Care for the same and they told me that they will send the phone further to check the problem. After 12 days I got a call from them saying your phone had some circuit problem which couldn’t be fixed so Nokia has sent a new phone replacement. When I went there they gave me a yellow phone instead of my original black coloured ph. And that phone was a completely used second had phone with a lot of scratches and marks on it. They said me that from company this kind of phone has come. Then I lodged a complaint with customer care regarding the same and customer care people are also not responding properly. Just assuring me that I will get a call in new 3days, 2 days, 2 hours and so one from last 2 weeks . Nokia Care is saying we will now again give you a new phone. But now I cannot trust them like this. What proof do I have that the phone this time they will provide me will be actually a new one? I want a sealed box packed replaced phone that will assure me that phone is actually a new phone. If we buy a phone for the 1st time and you give in a sealed box then during replacement why you don’t follow the same. I am really disappointed with the behaviour of you Nokia Care and of Customer Care People. Can some please help me on this? -- Hiral Trivedi

                    Sub: hello sir, this is inform you that regarding my Nokia Lumia 520 issue. After a long wait i m sending you the email regarding my problem, i think you may help me out from this issue. My complain number is 1-[protected]. Actually the issue is i got a spots on my mobile display regarding that i went to the nokia care to show that problem to them.After showing that problem to them that have told me that it is manufacturing defect so we will replace the dispaly, i said ok .After changing the display i got a another new problem in the display. on the right side corner(bottom) i m getting a light focus( u can identify that problem very clearly in d dark room with the dark back ground in the mobile). so regarding that intially the service center people have told me that its not an issue you can use it. But i m not agree with their words. i said them how can you talk like this . And i have called to the customer care and raised the compliant regarding this. After that the service center people have sent my mobile to the factory on 28th of september to ressolve this issue. After that yesterday i got a call from nokia care stating that your mobile as been repaired and you can come and collect your mobile. So, i went to the care to collect my mobile the problem is still nt yet ratified it remains same as before. So, i left my mobile in nokia care only. nearly 8 times i have visitied to the nokia care regarding the same issue. As of nw for petrol alone i have spent 700rs. I have to travel for 70kms every time. I have lost my patience and finally i m sending you the mail. And the person name called Hari he is the one who is taking care of my compliant. my request is please help me out from this issue dont kill me anymore. please i m begging you. please dont put me in to the trouble. Now i m feeling a lot that why i got this nokia mobile. This is entirely your technician's fault. I dont want that mobile any more please kindly replace it with a new one its my humble request. Already i having lot of depths on top of that this is an another issue for me. And please dont loose the customers.                       Hi, I have purchased a Nokia E72 in Sep 2010. The Phone has been working Perfectly fine with no issues at all. The speaker on the phone was an issue for a year or so. If any one called you could not hear their voice as good as other phones. I approached care service centre in Secunderabad with the issue. They rectified the issue by charging me 350.00 and I was happy with the service. But to my amazement the screen all of a sudden started to get distorted. The screen on the upper right side started to blacken out. The Menu options on the screen disappeared to the bottom. I am not able to understand how this is possible. I did not drop the phone where such a thing or an issue should happen in the phone. Just with in a week the phone gets damaged. I need you to help me. I have now to pay 1700.00 for the screen which is damaged. I am not able to find out why this has happened. The service centre associates are not even ready to hear me ou I would appreciate if you could resolve this issue at the earliest.

                        On 20/12/2011 i had purchased one Nokia 500 Black Green/Red model for Rs. 9, 217/-.(Purchased from: Satyam Mobiles, Nokia priority dealer, Laxmi Niwas, Opp. BSNL Customer Care, Nr garda College, Fuwara, Navsari. Bill No. SNPD-3035 dated 20/12/2011). For last 8-10 days, It is not working properly now bcoz of which i had approached to the Service Center of Navsari @ AmbikaNiketan, sattapeer, near nutan paper, Navsari, Gujrat (Contact No.[protected] for repair but they denied to repair it as according to him it can not be repaired at any cost and advised me purchase another mobile of any Brand other than Nokia. Now My question is to NOKIA, have they acknowledged their defeat by SAMSUNG, MICROMAX etc. as their own service Center are advising to have mobile of another Brand. Another question is that how come Nokia mobile can not be repaired at any cost. If this is the thing then in public interest, shut down your operation in India and dont expect any market as u dont know the value of Customer Loyalty.

                            I have purchased one NOKIA Handset Model No. C5 03, AMEI No.-[protected]-53553 from M/s. LIMTON PRIVATE LTD; 13 & 14 B B D Bagh (East), Kolkata--700001 on 06/02/2013 by Rs.8, 600.03 in cash including VAT. The said hand set is now within the Warranty period, but the NOKIA Care of that Stephen House Building on verification claimed Rs.2, 500/- for replacement of the Touch Pad, since a liquid is observed by the concerned Care Staff. How funny is the warranty! They are cheating the customers by misleading warranty terms. If the Toch Pad is defective, it must be of mechanical fault, not by user's fault.                               Dear Team, This is Rashmi Rohra Resident o[censored]lhasnagar Contact no - [protected] I have purchased Nokia Lumia 820 Handset Rps 23000/- from Mobile Store in Ulhasnagar 4201004 on 1st June 2013 and after 3 month time it suddenly started giving problems...so one fine day it got totally blank and was not functioning...Mobile store people said they are not responsible for repairing part however they kept mum when i purchased that handset from them, This is very embarrassing when some one totally reject to take the complaint and directly said go to service centre of Nokia i went there where they checked and were not able to repair the handset so they took more than 2 weeks to repair it ...it is very far from my place & im working so it is very difficult to go again and again to give the handset for repairing & the second time the handset got the same problem and again they took more than 2 week to repair and now they said your handset is been replaced but the condition of the handset is not seems to been replaced without sealed cover etc...kindly help me into this...will be appreciated

                                Hi, I have purchased the Nokia Lumia 720 on[protected] from FLIPKART after one week only phone was dead i called FLIPKART customer care to replace it but they rejected my request & told me to do soft reset(Hold Volume down button + Power button) then it started working. Now after 3+ months suddenly speaker is not working i called FLIPKART customer care again they told you have to ask Nokia customer care(as 30 days warranty is over). I went to Nokia customer care they did something it worked fine. now after one month again my mobile speaker is not working. Please replace my mobile

                                  I had bought a Nokia Lumia 620, 7 months back. It worked fine until a week back, when it turned off suddenly and and wouldnt turn on. After a lot of tries I managed to turn it on, but it didnt stay on for longer than about 2 minutes. Then I removed the sim card and tried turning the phone on. It worked. But when I connected it to the charger, it went off. After a lot of tries I could turn it on, and I immediately reset it. Doing all these things, I had already wasted more than half a day. Just when it seemed like the phone is now fine, it went off again. The next day I took it to the service center. It was a Saturday, and I was told that the phone would be fixed before the coming Tuesday. So, on Tuesday I called up the service center to check the status, the person told me that I she would call me back in half an hour. But I didnt get a call. The next day I called them again, and I got the same reply-- 'we'll give you a call after half an hour'. And again, I did not get any call. So I call them again the next day(this is the third time) and they decide not to answer my call. I am really annoyed with this treatment from the service center people. It has been a week and I have not heard from the Service center about the status of the repair. And since the phone uses a micro sim, I am not able to use the sim with my older phone. I am sure there are a few people unable to contact me and its a pain giving everyone my new number. The phone is very much under warranty and I demand either a replacement or money back from Nokia in case the phone cannot be completely repaired.

                                    Dear Sir, i had purchased a nokia Lumina 620 mobile on 06.06.2013 at show room . last week my mobile got automatically swiched off within a second and even switch on the mobile got switch off . for this complaint i had given my mobile to Nokia service centere at Hosur on 22.10.2013 and the job sheet no is 1375 and i got the mobile after service at 23.10.2013 at 6pm . while hadovering the phone they told that battery has low and to be charge for 3 hrs and they dont know how to switch ON the phone, when i came back to my home and charge the phone and the battery is 84 % without charging . i had bad experience of this service and 0% response from this service . the same feedback get from other peoples which given service for that centre . Sincere request to do the needful as soon as possible to get the customer dissatifaction and marketing image of your brand will affect. I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking this issue seriously regularly. If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs. I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service..                                       At July 27th I buy a Nokia lumia 510 handset . It's hardly used only three months .
                                      but now it's not working properly. Its going swiched of when I use this. Last four
                                      Days before ihad update it but problem is not solved. It's going swiched of regularly
                                      Therefore I am writing to uu plz solve my this problem .plz replace my handset
                                      I will be very thankful to u for this .

                                      Nokia customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Its a very bad experience to using this lumia 510 there is so much of lemitations
                                      And also very bad browser and regularly going weighing off and also a very big hanging
                                      Problem that's Harrahes my mind totally I am tired from this
