We bought Nokia phone Asha 503 on 08 March 2014, within week we identified that one of application Music store is not working we submitted our phone to Nokia Care in Dwarka sector 12. It took one week for them to take call that there was a problem in handset and as per them they will replace the handset from company. Finally on 05 April we received our mobile phone. Same night we found that mobile is not taking charging and it shows message that charger invalid. We again took phone to Nokia Care in Dwarka sector 12 and as per feedback there in problem in the phone and they have send it back to the company. Since then we have not received any communication and we are facing a problem commentating with family member and friends. Also it defeated a purpose of buying new phone as it was only used by us for period of 05 to 06 days. In regards to above matter we request your support in getting justice and value for our money.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought a NOKIA Lumia-520 phone on 1st july 2013. Its performance was not good from the beginning.On march 15th 2014, i took it to the customer service centre where they replaced my battery and charged 700/- .The phone was not getting started when i brought it home.again visted the service centre, they started pointing out different probabilities and got a job-sheet signed.they gave me an approx budget of 3200/- and said they would later intimidate me the exact problem.I had given them the clear indications that they should start with the servicing only when I give them the approval.(As I felt the cost:benefit ratio too high)I did not want to waste 3200+700 for a phone whose current market price is approx 8000/- the Nokia service Centre did not contact me, and went ahead with their servicing(without my approval). They called me up on 11th april, 2014 to say that I am compelled to pay the charges. i cannot afford paying such a huge amount and that too when the fault is of the company. The phone which I was given was a faulty and ill-manufactured piece. I would want a written apology from the company first. Thereafter I would want them to replace their faulty handset. They would compensate for the mental agony through which I passed They should compensate for the economic damege they have caused. They should compensate for befooling and traumatising a customer. They should compensate for the trouble they have caused. They should compensate for making monetary gains after drilling through the pocket of a common man who works hard to earn money Kindly help...       Brought a Nokia Lumia 1520 phone on 31st DEC'13. Faced few issues in Mar'14 and handed over to Nokia Care center in IndraNagar- Bangalore on 19th Mar'14 and received my mobile back on 9th Apr'14 and still the same problem exists apart from new problems are found.         My nokia lumia 720 handset's volume down key is not working. And this is the third time I am facing the same issue. Last two time, I visited nokia care and get my handset repaired. But this is the third time I am facing the same problem. I don't know may be there is something wrong with the product. So please provide me the solution

          yesterday I am received my handset Nokia Lumia 720 in Nokia care center Amravati I was submitted for problem about handset highlly wraming and battery problems, and screen problems in between key is solved but other problem not solved that my third time in submitted my handset in nokia care centre but problem is not solved ia am complaint online nokia care centre and telling about my handset problems and i asked about my handset replaced but they did not accept my request and told me "we have no replaced handset policy about your phone". I am requesting you please solved my problems. I am purchessing nokia lumia 720 handset on September 2013 my handset is in warranty.

            It is to inform that I have placed a order of a blue color sim tray for my Nokia Lumia 900 on 04/03/2014 with an advance payment of Rs 400. I was been promised that I will be given my stuff within 15 days of time period from the date of order placed. After following up again and again they are not providing me my Sim tray. They are asking me to take sim tray of other color which would be of no use. I have launched a complain in the care also, their I was told that I will receive a call within 48 hrs, but till date i have not received any call from their side. If a lot of consumers are facing this, we must go the consumer court. Consumers cant be charged so heavily because of fault in Nokia design of having the panel and lcd screen together!How much i Suffered plz read below- Dear Wasif, Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.                 i had taken new nokia asha210 phone on 13 february2014 from balaji mobile main road rANCHI..but it got damaged in 15 days. i had given to ranchi nokia centre on 5march.they loaded a software.but it again got damaged then and there.so they send it to the company.but its hAS BEEN 20 DAYS.and now they are not ready to refund the money.and they are not giving any gaurantee as to when the phone will be repaired.SERVICE CENTRE RANCHI nirmal enterprises pp compound ranchi is also not giving any response.

                  Hello sir my name is jitendra narvariya I bought a nokia lumia 620 on 23-march-2013 I have some hardware related issue regarding my phone and I hand over this phone to nokia service center situated in Guna madhya pradesh in January 2014. First of all they didn't provided a receipt when I hand them over the phone and the returned me my phone after a long period of 30 day. I renewed my phone warranty and they didn't provided any receipt for it either and till now they are have not returned my phone bill even after asking a lot of time. So please help me in this regard

                    1. My Mobile No. is [protected] OR [protected]. 2. I have buy a NOKIA LUMIA 620 mobile in Oct 2013. Under warranty period, After some time Network problem arise. 3. On 21 Feb 2014, After long series of experiments, NOKIA CARE JODHPUR accept that there is problem in BACK PANEL of mobile. 4. NOKIA CARE JODHPUR made a job sheet (Job Sheet No.[protected]/140221/12)and receive my phone for repairing. 5. NOKIA CARE JODHPUR gives 27 Feb 2014 for delivery. 6. Till 03 Mar 2014 they did not deliver my phone. Then I file a complain to NOKIA CONSUMER FORM ( Complain No. 1-[protected]). 7. From 03 Mar 2014 to till today, both (NOKIA CARE JODHPUR and NOKIA INDIA) are giving me next to next date ( 7 mar, 19 mar, 14 mar, 18 mar, 19 mar ...) and they are not interested to solve my problem. 8. I will very thankful to you If you help me to solve this problem.

                      I have purchased nokia lumia 820 in the month of September 2013 and still its under warranty.I had given my phone to an authorised nokia care center for a minor fault which occurred not because of my error.It is been more than 30 days still they are not able to give me back my handset or provide me any details of my phone. I even contacted the nokia customer support but those people are also irresponsible.Eighter i should get my phone back in working condition or they should refund the price of the mobile which i spent for that.                         My N 701 was dead when I took it at MAA communication Preet Vihar, New Delhi[protected] on 25 Feb 2014 with invoice no. 15 at last.. They took Rs 125 for checking what the fault was and told power IC is in problem and 1500 was taken to repair it. As the phone was handed over after repair the problem that the buttons were not working( only touch was working) was there. Now they are telling it is a different fault and it will be dealt separately with approx Rs 2500.
                        I wish to know when initially the phone was checked for fault for Rs 125 at that time why this fault was not noticed or when the phone was handed over.

                        Why these people are making business out of service/repair. For NOKIA such services & repair should be done to satisfy customer and not to make business out of it.
                        NOKIA is losing market due to such outlets and teams where they are not satisfying the customer but creating such a scene that no one will have faith on NOKIA.

                        This will be my last set and counsel others not to buy Nokia becoj people at Nokia care are waiting for business.

                          Dear All, This is to highlight the malpractices followed by Nokia India by means of following double standards in the industry. It was my misfortune that I went on to buy Nokia 1520 with Reliance 3G scheme with the entire down payment on February 26, 2014 from Nokia Priority Store, Janakpuri, New Delhi. It costed me Rs. 68, 500 for the phone and the plan. Nokia promotes the scheme citing unlimited data download & voice calls for two years with the plan. Unfortunately Nokia has restricted the download of any file or app with size more than 20 MB through mobile network. One can download the file only through a wifi connection. First of all, one ends up paying 70K amount for the phone and plan, and then Nokia deliberately blocks the download to force consumers spend more amount to purchase wifi hardware and connection. I contacted Nokia customer care to lodge the complaint but they logged it only as a query but not the complaint, thus no corrective action. Nokia is simply cheating it’s customers by wrongfully promoting and selling the plans through Nokia Priority stores. This act of Nokia amounts to cheating and malpractice and should be punished unless corrective actions are taken by the company. Regards Puneet Mehta

                            Hello I was trying to update the new update “black” on my Lumia 720, but the spinning cogs kept on spinning and after 4-5 hours my battery died. I tried to recharge but to no avail. I went to nokia care center at Dexter, F-19, Plot No-12, 1st Floor, Above Kotak Mahindra Bank, Near Deepali Chowk, Rohini Sector-8, Delhi – 110085.I submitted my phone on 4 february with an assurance that it’s a software problem and it would be rectified within 48 hours. 6 february - I visited the nokia care center because there was no communication from their side.When I enquired they told me that their engineers were not able to rectify the phone so it must be shipped to a higher center. They gave me a time frame of 5-7 working days and I gave my consent. The attitude of the people working there was non-professional and highly flagrant. I called them after 10 days to enquire because there was no communication from their side and I was surprised when they started cooking theories like your phone is at bangalore and it will take some more days .I am again mentioning that it was their responsibility to convey to the customer that is the status but here it was my duty to call them after some days to enquire and they keep the call on hold all the time and after a delay tell me that it will take more time. After 3-4 calls I demanded that I want to talk to the manager over there and I was given a number which I promptly dialed. The guy claimed that he is the manager of the center (Chander Prakash) and he promised that I will get my phone in 5 working days. 25 february - After 6 days and with no communication I again called and Mr. Chander prakash told me that your phone is ready. I went to the center after 2 hours and was surprised when the associate at the front table ( Sandhya Sharma) again told me that your phone is still at higher center. I crossed check it with Mr Chander prakash, and Felt relieved when he told me that it had arrived yesterday .I checked the phone which they wanted to give me in exchange of my phone and it was an old scratched handset. I immediately declined and asked them what is the whole issue. The tried to force that handset on my in most abominable way.I requested them that I would like to meet some one with authority at the center and I was introduced to a lady after 20 minutes.She( AMAN, Center Manager ) was unprofessional and rude and unwilling to help in any way. She told me that she will send my phone back for replacement but she didn’t give any time frame. Other customers I met there also told me that this is one of the worst managed center at Nokia. The associates working there lie to customer and forward the calls to their other associates and they then pretend to be the manager and thus they buy more time. I was lied to and Harassed all this time, Still I decided to wait and thought there might be some genuine problem. After 15 days I again got a phone call from the same girl I assume and she told me that it will take 10 more days. This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism. I Tried to lodge a complaint at Nokia Phone number 30303838.The first time I called the executive after talking to me or 10 minute and asking all kind of questions told me to call again after some hours as the computers are not working. I called again after a day or two and repeated my concern again and requested them to expedite the process. The guy listened attentively and promised me that I would get a return call in 72 hours from their team. Complained Number -- 1-[protected] I got a call from their team on 16 March and there was no progress. The lady said she will look into the matter. She also claimed that the issue will be assigned to a higher team.( sic!!!...God knows what higher team ). Since 4 february I am waiting for Nokia Lumia 720.The staff at nokia care just lie and buys time. They ate almost 2 month of my validity as well. I am mentioning all the details: Job sheet number[protected]/140204/13 Model – Nokia Lumia 720 IMEI - [protected] My contact number - [protected] Location - Delhi Care center location - DEXTER, F-19, Plot No-12, 1st Floor, Above Kotak Mahindra Bank, Near Deepali Chowk, Rohini Sector-8, Delhi – 110085 The device is still with them and I really don’t know the exact details of it. I have no idea of complaint link. I hope someone somewhere will help me.The date mentioned here or the timings may be slightly incorrect as I mentioned most of them with what i remember. If a lot of consumers are facing this, we must go the consumer court. Consumers cant be charged so heavily because of fault in Nokias design of having the panel and lcd screen together!                                   I purchased Nokia Lumia 900 1 year ago Feb'13. Recently during February month'14, i faced a problem in charging my mobile. So i gave it at Nokia Care, Rudrapur Uttarakhand. They told we can solve your Problem & charged 3000/- .
                                  Within 1 week they gave back my mobile and solved the charging issue. They provided me 1 month warranty for any charging related issues.
                                  After a week from receiving day, i got a same problem and brought back my mobile to Nokia care. They told me slot got disturbed . Repair was done at that time .

                                  Again after a week same problem(not charging) was arised, they are saying it is another problem.It will charge around 2800/-
                                  How may times i have move around Nokia care & give my money ??
                                  instead of that i could purchase a new mobile.??
                                  If needed i can provide any documents which they have provided me after repair.

                                    I have a couple of months old Nokia 520. IMIE NO : [protected]. I am facing some problems with the phone for last 2 weeks. I have already :

                                    Made 5 trips to Nokia Service Center in Noida.

                                    Spent over 6-7 hours waiting while the phone is being repaired.
                                    Have been given the phone back after repair 3 times. I spent hours fixing my address book, email setting etc.
                                    After all this the phone doesn’t work for 1 full day. I am simply sick and tired of running back to the service center. I don’t have time and energy to waste . When I bought this phone I thought I trusted the Nokia brand and the service quality. I am disappointed with both.

                                    My question to Nokia is why you make phones that you can’t fix.
                                    Why does your service center give back a phone that’s going to start giving troubles within a day?
                                    I want to know who heads the organization and what are they going to do about it. I am not going to run after any service center and waste my time to get it fixed and it fails again.

                                      i purchase a phone of NOKIA ASHA-501 . and purchase it 26/11/2013. i found my first complain in 24/12/2013. then after repaired my phone by making there is a update problem and they give my my phone in 5 days . after it i got new complain in mobile of touch pad, they collect my phone at 14/02/2014 and send it to service centre at ahmedabad. my complain id-3831and they are asking me that you will receive your phone within 15 days but they take 22 days for the repairing. they give me phone on 08/03/2014 at:- 14:30. after repairing the there is a same problem at 15:00 i have to say to nokia your service so poor if cant provide service betterly so please shut your compony.

                                        Hi Nokia India. I bought Lumia 720 from a local store 4 month back.Yesterday while travelling in the bus due to some rush it jest fell down from my hand and when i picked up i saw it's screen is broken.I heard lot about the gorrila glasses that it not broken easily now while looking in forum it looks like there a lot of people suffered from that problum.Even my best friend was using lumia 520 and even he had the same issue .He repaired it from nokia care and after some days he again had same problem with desplay.He finally bought a new samsung phone.I don;t understand why do you gays make such phones with glass carving out even when lot o[censored]sers are facing such issues.And when i asked nokia care about repairing the told it will charge around 9000 rs ...does that even make sense for a phone of cost 17000rs and you guys are charging 9000 for replacing screen and even i asked them that my display is working fine i only want digitizer screen to be changed and not LCD display to be changed so they told we does not change it individually we replace both LCD display and digitizer screen...at ebay and other shopping site offer it;s digitizer of cost around 3000 just because you guys not change it individually i have to spend 9000...I have read on windows forums that at some places that some guys got it repaired at discount price because there phone was in warranty and some guys called different nokia care centers and they were telling different prices...So i want my phone to be repaired at cheap price if both LCD screen and digitizer needs to be replaced or i want only digitizer to be replaced...Need an urgent response...Please reply asap Details : Phone no.[protected] / [protected] Location : Bhilai, Dist:- Durg, (CHHATTISGARH) IMEI No.[protected]
