I am your old consumer having id[protected] and a resident of moh. Neempokhar kadirabaad, darbhanga under your nbpdcl, darbhanga attached to bela power sub station. Our problem is related with very low voltage of 90v to 140v. We are unable to run electric appliances and in this summer season fans are only moving any how. Without stabilizer we cannot run any appliances. This voltage problem persists in all seasons. Your local authorities are worthless and express their inability.
We request the competent authority to kindly look into the matter and readdress the complaint at erlieast.

    In our mohalla neempokhar very low voltage of power supplied. It shows the least of 80v and never be above 150v. We the residents of this area are fad of the grim situation. We are unable to run the electric appliances

            In my locality, people with more consumption than me are getting lower bills.
            And when i try to make a complaint on the nbpdcl complaint portal it shows invalid ca number.
            While the same ca number is mentioned on the bill receipt.

              I live in a village bishanpur taraura, mahua, vaishali. Everyday at night power cuts for so many hours. We people feel lot of trouble. Power also cuts in day time but we somehow manage. But at night we couldn't take appropriate rest. It is happening almost everyday. You know that in this hot weather it is impossible to sleep without electricity.
              So if you help us from this problem it would be good for us.

                          I regularly submitted my electricity bill on time from last one year i submitted bill on average billing because no one came here for meter reading so i submitted all bill on average billing. Last i submitted the bill in the month of feb but in month of march i have received bill with average billing bit i don't understand how its comes 33k bill. Total unit consumption till date is around 11k in last 6 years then electricity bill how comes 33k even from your side nothing less in bill which i submitted before.

                            Sir, i converted my elctricity connection from ds1 to nds1 after clearing all due amount of previous ds1 connection and also buy new meter along with new nds1 connection, thereafter i use to pay my bill regularly whenever i notified by my phone pay app, in last to last i got a bill of rs.1608 only but suddenly in last month i got a huge surge in bill which of rs.22000, when i ask about this sudden surge in bill to reading man, he said that your meter number was wrong earlier.
                            So, please look into this matter as early as possible

                                Here, see the bill of month July that is 671 units which is approximately 14 times the previous month bills.
                                I want to check the details of the bill again and give the revised bill.And please provide details of the bill from starting of the meter so that I can analyze too.

                                    1. New covered electric cable and pole was laid last year for providing better connection to door to door but in my locality we are still not connected to new pole. Many complaints and queries has been made by occupatant in this regard

                                    2. This area is suffering from low voltage problem since long due to lack of neutral phase, only two line phase distributed in whole area. Here, bulb glow like lalten so we can't use daily life appliance (Tv, fan, music system).
