The voltage of this area suddenly goes too high and suddenly become too low. This happens within seconds. This is making a problem for the home appliances to work properly as they can even catch fire due to this high voltage.

        Dear sir,
        I nilesh kumar, consumer no [protected], meter no 3862627, account no:br0bb - 2553.
        I hv a complaint regarding meter bill charged. Last 8month back new meter has been installed but it's faulty and gives falls reading many time verbal complaint given to respective je but problem still persist.
        In the month of march 20 new pole and cable system start that time all connection has been disconnect and from march to till date i have no any connection because i have renovate my home for rent.
        Still the falls bill has given o[censored]nit 195. Any one can see house connection is disconnected from march 20 to as of now.

        Kindly resolve and correct the bill further otherwise i will go to consumer court for correction. Its harrasment of consumer. After taking connection no one listen fir faulty bill or any problem.

          My bill for the current month is very high rather than my usual consumption. My normal consumption is 60-70 unit but this month bill was posted for 324 unit. We are using the same appliances so how a normal family can use this much unit in 1 month or 40 days. Bill was processed manually without proper reading. (Lk, a) and (Ok, n) is mentioned in bill.

            Dear sir,

            With humble request i want to state that an electric pole has been placed at my native place vill - manupur ps/block-manupur dust. Saran pin 841207 bihar, by breaking n thrashing my concrete boundary wall where i had placed pillars to built my new house by your department workers. I have also filed complaint to my area sho, jee, block official but no one is looking n responding to uproot the electric ploe. Inspite they are threating n asking for bribe. My humble request to you is that plz intervene in the case so that it get resolved. As my all family members r working in different government sectors n not reside over there it was done in our absence n without intimating us, which is illegal n anarchy. Your cooperation is highly appreciable.

              I would like to inform you that i have done multiple payment in consumer id[protected]. That happen due to the consumer name, address is same. I have told many times to your authorized people to solve this issues but still remain same not a single step taken by nbpdcl. I have attached all bill payment receipt that was payment by me. Also i have describe bill payment :-

                Hi sir,
                I am samit, from village - nirpur, p. S - chautham, dist - khagaria, bihar, pin - 851201.
                Sir, i am constructing my new house, which is close to main road, and two electricity poles are there at a very far distance, due to this distance, electric wire of 11000 volt is touching my house roof, which is very dangerous for my family.
                If a new pole will be installed between these two poles, the wire will be more straight and it will not touch my house roof.
                Please, visit the place and find a solution for this.
                It will be a great help from nbpdcl. Because, my house construction is paused because of this issue. Please solve it asap.

                          On march-2020 bill, last meter reading was 21609 which was paid in amount 878 rs. For 159 units on 11th march. Then i got april bill in amount 922 rs. Through mobile message which was paid on 15th april.
                          Now again i received may bill from meter reading 21609 mentioned on march bill to 22062 that is 453 units, although last payment 922 rs. Is mentioned on current bill but not amount deducted from bill.
                          I want to know, what about 922 rs.. Kindly fix it and generate new fresh amended bill before due date.

                                MY name is Deepak kumar on the behalf of Ramotar Sah, I want to say that in Past date 15th Sep 2017 i was paid my light bill Rs-2573.00 (Two Thousand five hundred seventy three rupees). This amount is still not paid in My Account, still i am getting bill with late Fee, in Local office many times i complaint for it but they are not listen. they always said next month this will added and so on, for this cause my payment is pending from 2.5 Years.

                                    Sir, I want to tell you that the power goes on repeatedly at our location, especially in the evening and at night, when the mind of the operator gives the electricity, otherwise it remains asleep. If there is a rain, then the light disappears for 5 to 6 hours.

                                      Subject :- wrong meter reading ca n0.- [protected]

                                      I am having a electricity connection of nbpdcl in the name of my mother (Aasma begum) which is falling in manjhi block, and my consumer number is [protected], earlier meter defection was there and je said chandan (Incharge or thekedar) to installed new meter in month of june. And as per new meter your old bill amount will be adjusted as per new meter reading.
                                      It’s really unimaginable getting month on month reading when not a single bulb is on. When i give complain online than i got a call from your department that meter reading will be resolved as soon as possible but still it’s not happened.
                                      How meter reading come when house is closed. Every month 32 or 22 unit is coming.
                                      I humbly request nbpdcl team to resolve my concern, adjust my old bill as per new meter reading or disconnect my electricity connection on urgent basis. I am giving notice to you that even after our efforts the meter reading is not improving and old bill is not adjusted till date.
                                      Hence please disconnect the connection with adjustment of old bill.
                                      We are mentally harassed by manjhi block je and his team.

                                      If this is not resolved then i will request my concern to marking cc with ministry and cmo.
