I have received an sms on my mobile that “Letter sent for discrepancy found in PAN application acknowledgement no. [protected] “what is reason can i know why you send me this type of letter...and how much time you taken for send me this letter...i can know the reason whe you stop my application process..as earliest you do your work and send me my pan card with correctin...so i have use this proof..for any kind of need...

But I have not received any letter in my mail, please send it again on:- [protected]@gmail.com

      I have my pan card no. EPQPS0114L and received on[protected] as i am a student i didn't needed till now but on[protected] when i checked income tax site to link my aadhar and pan card it says "no record found". As received 6 years back i do not have any other details except my pan card. I am enclosing my pan card image.

      Please check my pan card status issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      I had applied for change in PAN details through online application. I have completed the payment and tried to complete e kyc verification which failed later. Now I want to resubmit the application however I have not received my temporary token number. Kindly let me know the same

        I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of Ajay negi which dispatched our address in 10 October 2018 . I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for some days and returned to the sender address.

        Therefore, I requesting your resend my PAN Card to same address and I mentioned our details below.

        I applied for PAN card, the application was successfully submitted but the payment failed multiple times. It's been 10 days since I made the payment but have not received the refund till now. The link to know the transaction status seems to be broken (https://www.tin-nsdl.com/services/tan/changemode.html). What to do? Where to complain?

          My acknowledgement number is 11791439 and the acknowledgement date is 06/03/2019. When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." i am getting this message for the last 3-4 days. Pl. Help to get resolved this error.

            I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my brother. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 07/02/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it show a message when i am checking the status"kindly initiate a fresh pan application in view of levy of e-kyc and aadhaar authentication charges, as per uidai notification no. 1 of 2019 dated march 6, 2019. The fees paid by you earlier will be refunded". I have not got refund till now. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                  The pan card despatched by you is not being distributrd at reciepint 's address by first flingt courier. Recipint has to run to their office for getting it. I am residing in lucknow in pin code 226021 (Jankipuram) area they say that wehave no stafe to distribute. Their office is near sngam hotel at kursi road, vikas nagar lucknow i want to request you to withdraw despatchment of pan card from this courier to same anthor how is efficient in distributing the card propraly at recipient's. This may be please seriously so that recipients may not suffer

                    I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                    Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
                    Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
                    Please refund my money. Details are given below:

                      Respected sir/ma'am,

                      I am a student and i have applied for pan card with token no.- [protected] and i choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. The fees in deducted from bank account but at the last process, no otp was generated for verification of my aadhar card through registered mobile no. And after some times the screen display the exact message as:-

                      "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate a new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

                      It has been a long time and yet i did not get any refund. My transactions details are as follows:

                        I have applied for new pan card today on 26th march 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          I have chosen nsdl website to create a new pan card for me. Temporary token is [protected].

                          I have filled the online application form for pan card and did online payment successfully, but the application submission was failed. Without the submission of successful application, nsdl deducted the amount from my bank account. I have't received any reason still now form them regarding the deduction.

                          I have selected e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.147.40 via internet banking. My balance was deducted from the bank on 26/03/2019 now it shows me a message when i'm checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."

                          This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their website if they can't solve this issue. This is the true failure of nsdl.

                          Did more than 25 calls to the contact number provided by nsdl,[protected], i have sent more than 15 emails to your email ([protected]@nsdl.co.in) but no response.

                          I never expected this kind of services from nsdl.

                          Note : dear nsdl team please don't deduct the amount unless the application process was successful. If your unable to solve this issue please shut down your services.

                            I started my PAN registration process on Mar-2018, and i didn't complete the registration at that time. But i have the token number to fill my incomplete online PAN application.

                            Now the problem is that I can't login into my incomplete application form using the Temporary Token Number.
                            Whenever I try to login into the "registered user" section of the online PAN application, It shows the error message as "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time"

                              I have applied pan card name correction through nsdl pan online by e-sign method on 26 march 2019 and received acknowledgement number through email but while trying to search for my pan status it shows "no records found".in nsdl website could you please help in this.

                              When should I expect further updates on this ?

                              I got to know it usually takes a weeks time for PAN application processing while done online.

                                I had applied for pan using online facility on 25 march 2019 using e sign,

                                On completion i received this message,

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                                "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

                                My E- pan card applicaton fee 147.4 deducted due to sesssion expired so failed the application and again I paid fee 147.40 then it submited and got PAN LLBPS0278P Kindly refund 16 march s fee of privous tokan no [protected], online paid by SBI account thanks mob [protected]

                                    On 25 march, i applied for new pan and did e-sign/e-kyc and received acknowledgement number.
                                    I also received transaction number and details and was asked to authorize my aadhaar for e-kyc.
                                    But while checking status through acknowledgement number, the website shows, 'no record found'.
                                    I even tried the official message status checker but got the same response from it too.

                                      I was applied online for new pan card. But application was failed due to missmatch of aadhar details. Fee of Rs 107.50 is successfully paid as in photo proo[censored]ploaded. message on screen was that fee will be refunded within 7 working days. But it is not refunded. please resolve this issue.please refer the transaction receipt uploaded in photo.

                                        I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.147.40 using my paytm wallet. MY balance was deducted from paytm wallet on 16/03/2019 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have not refund any money. where is amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need my money to create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.
