I applied for pan card online on 29/05/2019 and it got rejected due to mistake in some fields. I made a payment of Rs106.90 using my debit card which was to be refunded in 7 working days as promised by you. But I did not receive my refund amount even after completion of 7 working days. Kindly look into this problem and make sure that I get my refund back.

    i got my PAN CARD NO: BIKPP3904K", when i check my pan card details in know your pan card status in income tax department, after entering my pan number and date of birth details, it is showing that " Record not found" to my pan number, so i got problem sir.

      Sir/madam,

      I have applied for new pan card on 1st june 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number n-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        I tried to apply for the pan card through nsdl website. After doing all the filling and paying the fee of 106.9 it shows the token has failed try generating a new token. Then i tried again and paid again 106. 9 the same thing happened to me. I still not recived any messages or refund from this site. The thing is this shows failure of such sites. If you cant run sites please close down such sites

          I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.20 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 24/05/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. Please refund the amount as much as possible. Kindly do the concern.

          With reference to application number - Q[protected] and pan card number as DMLPK2724P, I have submitted the application on 2nd May 2019.
          Currently the status for pan card showing as rejected due to Father name mismatch between application and IT data.
          But I verfiied the name and it shows exactly the same name.

            I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through debit card. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step. It shows your esign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with esign/e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. So please refund the money as per concern.               My online nsdl pan card isn't sucsesful
              I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. My PAN no is ALKPB7805P. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee ...

                  I tried to apply for a PAN card through online-NSDL website, after completing payment process and Entered generated OTP but its ofter showing 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometimes'. I tried many times but the same message is appearing after entering the otp. Please help me to solve this problem.
                  This Pan application was rejected and I paid 106.90 ruppes for Pan and then after this Pan application was rejected because some issues but money 106.90 ruppes is not refunded till now to my bank account.

                  Please, see my complaint and solve as soon as possible.
                  Applied for pan card e- kyc on nsdl. Transaction is successfully. But not completed for pan card application due to some correction. So please refund my amount. My token number:-[protected]

                          Sir i applied for the pan card on 16.05.2019 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                          Sir,
                          I applied pan card online.. After submitting application form, 107 ₹ paid through debit card.. But i didn't get acknowledge... Following error came.
                          "your ekyc based request has failed hence you can't proceed the application with ekyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. You will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days"...

                              I have applied for a new pan card in the name of tanveer khan which dispatched our address in may 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.
                              Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

                              Hiii sir...I'm working GDSMD in POSTAL DEPARTMENT till 12/10/2017.Im getting promotion in my Dept.now I get another PRAN, but in GDSMD time my salary deducted . Today check my PRAN number in NPS site then it shows PRAN NUMBER NOT IN DATABASE.My PRAN NUM IS[protected].
                              Please give solution how I recover my money.

                                I too applied new pan using ekyc mode for my sister. I tried thrice thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount on 7/05/2019 but otp not received.
                                I wait for 5-7 days than i retrying and this time pan application completed but i am not get refund of last three failed applications.

                                Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back.

                                  Hi, i got the pran allocated by icicisecurities but when i try to login to https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ it says "pran not found in database". I am not sure should i proceed with contribution or not.
                                  Please note that i have received pran allotment letter in icicidirect portal but not allowed to do any transaction there as well. So i am neither able to contribute myself nor i can ask hr to contribute from my basic salary. Please help in early resolution.

However, the PAN card was again returned undelivered to NSDL on 05-Nov-2018. We request you to submit an application for ‘Request For New PAN Card or/and Changes Or Correction in PAN Data’ mentioning your correct & complete address.
