Hello sir/madam... My temporary token number is [protected]... The amount is taken by nsdl website... I have paid through my paytm account... But there have no any refund amount initiated.. It shows that the e-kyc verification is not completed so i want the refund amount.. Kindly i request you to take the amount after the process get success.. Thank you!...

I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my jobmate. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my upi. My balance was deducted from the bank on 14/03/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been28 days but neither...

I applied for name correction in my pan card online. Upon completing the application, the message displayed on the screen - thank you for using online application xyzzzz... If you have applied trough ekyc, no need to submit physical documents... That's it.
Now when i am trying to track my application status by logging in using my acknowledgement number, the message gets displayed - sorry, no record found!! Please help with this issue!br...

I had created a NPS account and generated a PRAN number yesterday using the Online NPS account opening facility in Online SBI website and my PRAN number is[protected].

request of verification can not completed

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 3 days. I am not able to proceed further....

not able to login with pran, says 'pran not found'

Hi,

I opened an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, the system shows an error message 'pran not found in database'.

When i login into the site with my pran number, it says that the pran details is not found. I have been contributing to apy for over 2 years now and no way to check the details. Please help rectify this....

Hi sir/madam, this is sunita rai daughter of lt tirtha bahadur rai. I had applied for family pension as i only unmarried child of him, though my mother has expired too.in the year 2017 march he passed away, its been 2yrs still i didn't yget any compensation.
