    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for new pan card on 21st february 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        Hi,

        I just completed registering for enps, and got a mail with my pran number. The mail also said that i will shortly receive an email for setting my ipin and tpin. But i never got any such email. Also, when i am trying the forget password option, it shows me "unauthorised user". Please email me the procedure for setting ipin and tpin for the first time user.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I have applied for re-printing my old pan card, as it is damaged.
              I have received a sms on my mobile that “letter sent for discrepancy found in pan application made vide ack. No. [protected]“.
              The status of my application says "we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl".
              I have not received any letter in my mail ([protected]@hotmail.com).
              Please let me know on what to do next as im am not able to use my pan card right now.

                  E sign transaction failure after submitting aadhar otp repeatedly says input xml not in proper format and take up with asp. I have been trying to esign pledge for taking loan under las thru nj wealth portal which takes esign to nsdl. I am getting otp but after submitting otp, transaction shows failed.                         pran - details not sent to my email id

                        I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran no. And got message on my phone my pran has been activated on 13/02/2019 kindly check email to procedure to set pin and tpin of your pran.
                        But i did not get any mail on my emai id.

                        Could you elapse check and fix the issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions....

                          I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution.                               My name is Pradeep and I am living in grugaon and this is regarding my PAN Card AP*****1B. This PAN card number is allotted by NSDL authorities to me and one other person as well. I have made complains many time to concern authorities either NSDL or Income Tax department regarding this. But non of them taken any action on it. Whenever I visited there office or approach them via a complain email. They have provided no solution to me. Now problem is that I can't submit a new PAN card request as my AADHAR card number got link to it. And this other person is also filling ITR in my Income tax account . Could you please suggest any solution to this issue.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have made payment of rs.5000 for the nps tier i account on 18th jan 2019 and acknowledgment number is 12891609.
                                    Contribution receipt number is[protected].

                                    It has been more than 3 weeks, my contribution is still not reflecting in tier i account.

                                    Even i have raised grievance against nps trust on 1st feb 19 token no:10440263, there has been no response from nps.

                                    This incident is causing lot of mental agony and preventing me from doing further investment in nps.

                                    Please check and resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                      Hi,

                                      I submitted NPS registration form and I was given a PRAN number after the payment.

                                      When I tried to login via that Pran it is giving me PRAN not found in the database.

                                      Can you please let me know the next steps to help me login into the portal so that i can see the details of my NPS submissions and further payments.

                                      Also who will provide the password for first time login into the portal. I didn't received any mail/ message on my mobile for the same.
