not received in email after generating pran

Hi,

I just completed registering for enps, and got a mail with my pran number. The mail also said that i will shortly receive an email for setting my ipin and tpin. But i never got any such email. Also, when i am trying the forget password option, it shows me "unauthorised user". Please email me the procedure for setting ipin and tpin for the first time user.

Dear sir,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of achal khode which dispatched our address in january 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home.

pran - details not sent to my email id

I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran no. And got message on my phone my pran has been activated on 13/02/2019 kindly check email to procedure to set pin and tpin of your pran.
But i did not get any mail on my emai id.

Could you elapse check and fix the issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions....

I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error message 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id. I even don't able to sent request for pran card. Please tell me what need to be done....

duplicate pan card issued to me
