Dear sir
I have applied for perticulars change in my pan card dated 10th may 2019.
I have already done my e-sign using aadhaar and also paid the requisite fees for pan card. I also received a message stating my acknowledge number and filled application form with acknowledge number as [protected]. But when i am tracking the the application status it is showing sorry no recod found. Kindly check my application status.

    I had applied pan name rectification of my dad and mom it's been 5 workin days still it's pending, kindly resolve the same as i need it urgently acknowledgement no. N-[protected], n-[protected], that too details are as per aadhar only, whereas aadhar takes only 3 days to update, why it's so late in nsdl, aadhar handles more data than you isn't?

      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of vaishnavi sharma which dispatched our address in april 22. I couldn’t receive the pan card. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he returned it to the sender address.

        I have applied for new pan card on 7th may 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N-[protected]).

        On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown"sorry, no record found."

          Sir,
          Sir i applied for pan wide ack no n -[protected] long back. For that i received two discrepancy letters which too i resolved. After waiting for response for long time, i called to nsdl, they said all documents are clear now, we will update the status. But again i got the status as documents are invalid. Again i called to customer care and they asked for one more proof, i submitted the same. I need the pan on urgent basis. Now since last 11 days the pan card is under process in it department. So they are telling us to wait further more days. But sir everytime am listening the same repies, just wait 3-4 days. Also they are saying it's not in our hand. I complianed to nsdl even, but still same status. I am frustated with the replies. Please help us to get new corrected pan. Whom do we complaint/ cordinate for the same??

          I have applied for loan from kreditBee mobile app. I tooks esign with adhaar before transfering loan amount.
          But, I didn't get otp on registered mobile number.
          Without otp I didn't eligible to take loan.

            I had applied for the pan card approximately two weeks before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc method failed due to which it displayed the following message :
            Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
            Now its been over two weeks but no transactions has shown in my bank account.

                Your pan card has been dispatched on 20-apr-2019 by velex logistics pvt ltd courier vide airway bill no. 2*2, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 30-apr-2019.

                Above message is from nsdl pan tracking but i haven't received my pan yet whenever i call velex helpdesk they will say we have huge backlogs so it takes some more time.
                But i don't want to deal with your backlogs everyday they will say new stories i don't know why nsdl is trusting this kind of service providers they are spoiling their name too coz of this people worst service.

                      The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. Its been a long time. I am not able to proceed further.

                            Hi, i need to change my mobile number in nps profile. To do so, i have tried to login to cra nsdl online portal with my pran number. But it throws an error message that pran not found in database.
                            But using the same pran number, i am able to log-in successfully into apy nps app on my phone. Pls advise on how to fix pran not found in database issue, so that i will log-in and update my mobile number.

                                I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.127.40 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 31/03/2019 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have not got any refund message from my bank.I need all my money or create a new pan card.

                                  I am getting "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to pay and not allowing me to login for NPS contribution through online.                                     I had applied for pan using online facility on 27/04/2019, acknowledgment number : [protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign, i have uploaded my aadhaar and voter id document as proof..

                                    On completion i received this message,

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                                    "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"
