Sir/madam,

I have applied for duplicate pan card on 18th march, 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N - [protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"if you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    (1 transaction of 106.90 rupees is failed of e-kyc egovpan but money is debit from my paytm wallet . On 13/03/2019 when I get my refund today is 18/3/19) .
    (Then I will done my second transaction it will be successful so that fine).
    But my first transaction refund came on which day today is 6 day of this policy.
    Kindly take some action on this matter

        I had submitted an application for pan on 13 march 2019 through the nsdl pan card application online. I received a token number i. E [protected]. But later on the application failed due to mismatch of pan details with aadhar card details and the amount of rs. 107 deducted by the nsdl and till now the amount has not been refunded to me. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I've opened nps from icici bank in few years back but i haven't contributed to it. I tried reset my password now but getting error saying "pran is inactive". Seems my account got frozen. I would like to activate it as i want to contribute now. I tried to submit my grievance using the https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php. but site say pran not available after submitting the grievance form.

            Thanks, I just saw your email. How can I send my confirmation for reactivation to CRA?

            I have already tried submitting my grievance from this link (https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php ). But after submitting the form it says "For Subscriber PRAN is not valid”.

            It would be really grateful if you could help me reactivate my account. Thanks!

              I applied for the pan card at march 1, 2019 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
              Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
              Now its been over a days but no any notification from the website.

But there have no any refund amount initiated.. It shows that the e-kyc verification is not completed so i want the refund amount..                       I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my jobmate. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my upi. My balance was deducted from the bank on 14/03/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." where is the remaining amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                            I applied for name correction in my pan card online. Upon completing the application, the message displayed on the screen - thank you for using online application xyzzzz... If you have applied trough ekyc, no need to submit physical documents... That's it.
                            Now when i am trying to track my application status by logging in using my acknowledgement number, the message gets displayed - sorry, no record found!! Please help with this issue!

                            I had applied for name correction last year also through physical docs submission but i never received any new pan card even after countless follow-ups on mails and calls.

                            I am facing many issues due to name mismatch in my ids. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                We have applied for incorporation of Private Limited Company. We have received the PAN number on Certificate of Incorporation of the Company dated 17/01/2019. PAN Number is AAKCP3145Q. But till date we have not received the hard copy on the registered office of the Company. What is the reason behind the same?

                                  Sir,
                                  I had created a NPS account and generated a PRAN number yesterday using the Online NPS account opening facility in Online SBI website and my PRAN number is[protected].
                                  But, when I checked the status of my PRAN using CRA-NSDL website, it is shown as "No Records Found". Also, I am not able to make a contribution to my NPS account from Online SBI website as it is showing a message "Invalid PRAN".

                                  I request you to take a note of this issue an suggest a solution for the same.

                                    Sir/madam,

                                    I have applied for new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                      My name is murugesan, son of rangasamy. My pan number is awmpm7140d.
                                      I come to know about the issuance of same pan number to another murugesan, son of ramasamy. We both have same date of birth and name. Father's name differs. Recently i approached a nationalized bank for car loan. On their verification with cibilthey found out lot of loans being availed in the above pan number. I was totally shocked to see the number of loans in my cibil. I have not taken any loan of such kind. After a long exercise, i found out another person having my same name and date of birth has been provided with same pan number of mine during 2010 and all his credit scores are being reflected in my cibil. Because of the same, i am not in a position to avail any loan from any banks.in this connection i request to kindly allot a different pan number to murugesan, son of ramasamy and do the need full in this regard.                                       We request you to contact your Jurisdictional Income Tax Officer to get proper guidance on this matter.
                                      MY e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

                                        I used the nsdl website for the change and correction of name in the pan card by using e-kyc aadhar linked application and i have already applied and my money is deducted from my bank account on 1st of march 2019. After the money debited, i received a message saying the application process is failed and the money will be refunded in seven working days. But i haven’t received any payment from you. I have applied twice in your website and paid rs. 106.90 both the time. So please accept this complaint and make sure to refund the money (Of rs. 213.80) as soon as possible to my account.

                                        I Applied for PAN CARD it got rejected and payment has been deducted totaling Rs.285.70 via UPI payment on 13/03/2019 and how many days i get refund of fees.
