Dear sir
Recently i receive my apy contribution statement for the year 2017-18
After checking i found that my date if birth wrongly showing 01.03.1980 whereas my date of birth is[protected].

Then i contract with my branch manager (Sbi annanagar chennai-branch code 60395) he checked my profile of saving account ([protected]) details and confirm that in bank profile showing is correct date of birth on 28.01-2079.
But he told that no authority to correct the date of birth in apy record.
Sir i request you please correct the same as per my bank sb account.

    My pan card is not yet delivered. I submitted the online pan application on nov 5th, 2018. The acknowledgement number is [protected].

    My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I also sent an email to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but there is no response from this email id.

    The status tracking link in the website shows that the pan card is expected to be delivered by 22-nov-2018 through first flight couriers.

    The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.
    I applied for pan card through e-kyc mode of payment.After successful transaction i redirected to request failed page and a note that i will get refund within seven working days.But i didn't get refund till now.So, i request you to refund my money.

    I have registered for an NPS scheme using eNPS. The site has generated the PRAN[protected]. But when I try to login / reset the password, I get the message PRAN not found in database.

    Please address this asap.

        Sir/madam,

        I have applied for new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          Sir/madam i completed the online application procedure and paid fee through net banking for pan and also authenticate adhar no by e-kyc method for that i received email for adhar authentication succes but on nsdl site it is showing that i failed adhar authentication. Mover over i have not received my payment back. Kindly look into the matter.

              My pan acknowledgment number is [n-[protected]]. I applied for pan on[protected].

              My pan status is still 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center..'

              I have applied for the pan at steel city securities limited ample services 356 guddar bagh near faiyaz building bareilly uttar pradesh 243003 branch id : 27719 and enclosed aadhaar card as proof of identity.

              I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.

              So sir please generate my pan card.

                        I am a student age of 18. So i am heard news about pan card. While i am applying pan card met a mistake by me and nsdl shows your amount will be refund soon in working days.                           Tin fc [protected]. I have submitted my application at this center the status is still showing application under process and they are not even picking up call they put call on hold and ask to wait then disconnect the call automatically.

                          The nsdl answers like they are not aware of what is going on they dont even know where there facilitation centres are located. I request to authorities at least inform the people applying and fast forward the process. Pan is mandatory for us to join job then who will be responsible for us getting fired from the company

                                I am unable to check our apy contributions on the nps or npslite website, no matter what option i try. The helpline is not much use. I tried the below mentioned site with and without pran options.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have applied for a new pan card 49a using ekyc method on[protected] and have completed the process of application. I have recieved a mail with two documents and a message on the nsdl portal saying "thank you for using pan online facility", but it says there is no record found when i checked the status of my pan application with acknowledgement number recieved on the mail.
                                      Please let me know if i have successfully applied for a new pan card through ekyc and not physical submission method. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible. Do i need to physically submit the documents?

                                        Sir myself ashok kumar s/o radhey shyam dob 09/07/1976 pan aripk2858f is also allotted to different person same name, father name and dob. Myself in government job of rajasthan police and the second person in indian army.

                                        I contacted to local it department, but issue not resolved.
