      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of veena kumari which dispatched our address in december 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as the local post man not tried to deliver it on my address. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

      Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

        I have opened an APY account in Bank of India and also have a PRAN no. with me, and now i wish to open a online NPS aswell but it says we should have not 2 pran numbers. for opening NPS pran is necessary so i have not received a pran card or ipin or password yet.

        so when i tried resetting my PRAN Ipin i got a message saying PRAN not found in database.

        AS i wish to open NPS immediately i seek for quick help from you.

        Even Change or reset password is not working with same PRAN

              I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
              Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
              Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our local courier man is very unreliable/misbehavior to his duty. Few days before i contact the courier man regarding the courier.                         I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
                        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further.

                                  Hello sir/mam,

                                  I have applied to pan card through the online portal and verified my adhar identity. I also made the payment of Rs. 106.90 . But after doing payment the esign gateway is not working. I have been trying to process through esign website but it is not working. My temporary id is [protected] . I have also attached the photos of errors and verified on if the error is from client side but the error seems to be from the server side. So please look into this issue and return my money.

                                    fake site and fake person mail me when i called he asked for upi id and told me full proess for paying him.actually i know this fraud,

                                      Sir as pran kit is most important document how can authorities be so lenient in shipping and delivering at proper place as i didnt receive my pran kit from last 3 years. Kindly look in to the matter as it is very urgent. Such ill response in this case may kindly be taken in to notice. Hope for ur positive approach. We are supposed to visit from one office to another office to know the status of pran kit.

                                        My i pin and mobile is lost. When i loging nsdl new user but i pin is not near me and my mobile is lost whose mobile no. Registered otp is not near me other person k pas my mobile no. I want update mobile no. But not ker ske. Because my number dusra person chala ra he. So i purchase new sim. Please provide me new i-pin (Password) that will help me acess my account. Please send i pin in my e-mail.
