Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 25th november 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N-[protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    I have applied for changes in pan card on 25th november 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]) but if i check the status for this than reply:- "no record found".
    I have also paid rs. 106.90₹ with debit card. On completion of the process i have received mail like this:-

    Filled all details with e-kyc.But at last moment it failed to recognise with adhar details.

        pran data available or showing invalid pran no.

        Dear sir,
        I have subscribed apy through net banking and holding pran no[protected], with monthly contribution of rs.1318, from july 18, but when i am going to open in portal showing invalid pran,

        Hence please resolved it or provide user id & password on my registered email id or suggest me what i have to do.

        I have applied for the pan card and completed all the steps including payment but i haven't received any email for the same.
        I am unable to access the status of my pan card as i have no token number or i'd to track it.
        I am trying to generate a new token using the 'resent token" option but it's not functioning. I am trying to click on the button but it's not active.
        I have no clue as to how i am supposed to track the details for the card.
        Please help me.

          I am a government employee and i have account on tire i - on nsdl central record keeping agency.
          My user id =[protected] but due to some wrong attempts my password is not working and i have tried resetting my password through forgot password link but i am not getting any otp, therefore my account has been locked.
          Kindly plz give me a another new password and unlock my account so that i can see my account summery.

            I had applied for a new pan card online with nsdl website through ekyc. I paid rs 106.90 through debit card. But the application failed and showed the following message:

            "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

            My token no. Is [protected].

            I haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and refund my money back.

              I have applied for a new pan in 2017 and not received acknowledgement number. After sometime i have received a massage on my mobile "your pan is dispatched by courier. I wait some days and again i check my pan status on nsdl, i found my pan was delivered. But i have to say i have not received my pan card till date.                 I would like to inform you that, i have two pran card.

                [protected]with atap pention
                Yojana,

                I would like to request you that, please close my newly allotted pran card no.[protected], and then migrate my pran card no.[protected] into apy.

                When i open my apy account in my bank i am also submitted apy migration form alongwith copy of the pran card. Thenafter so many time i visit to my bank for this query, but they can not solve query till date.

                So, i would like to request you that, please do needful for this query.

                    I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of PEDDINTI SANTHOSH which dispatched our address in 06/11/2018. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                          I have applied for new pan card on 17th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                            I have applied for pan card correction on 17th november 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                              I, kuldeep singh, have applied for the pan card through nsdl online service. Everything was successfully done, even fees was submitted successfully by debit card. But at the end when it comes to aadhaar verification even after entering otp portal shows processing failed and redirected to the homepage. Now as i had already paid the fees but didn't get any response from nsdl about confirmation of pan card application, kindly resolve my issue.

                                      did not receive the otp for esign for pan last stage.

                                      I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 10.11.2018. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
