I had applied for a new pan card online with nsdl website through ekyc. I paid rs 106.90 through debit card. But the application failed and showed the following message:

"your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

My token no. Is [protected].

I haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and refund my money back.

    I have applied for a new pan in 2017 and not received acknowledgement number. After sometime i have received a massage on my mobile "your pan is dispatched by courier. I wait some days and again i check my pan status on nsdl, i found my pan was delivered. But i have to say i have not received my pan card till date. My name is trannum parveen, father name is baitullah, date of birth is 25/10/1992. Sir, you are requested to please send my pan card.

    Hi Team,

    Have applied for APY on 12th Oct'18. After completing all the formalities and documentation received e-APY Card with a PRAN number mentiond in that. PRAN[protected]. However the same number is showing invalid in portal now. Please look into this in an urgent basis. Self need to change the plan to 400+ amount.

      I would like to inform you that, i have two pran card.

      [protected]with nps lite.

      [protected]with atap pention
      Yojana,

      I would like to request you that, please close my newly allotted pran card no.[protected], and then migrate my pran card no.[protected] into apy.

      When i open my apy account in my bank i am also submitted apy migration form alongwith copy of the pran card. Thenafter so many time i visit to my bank for this query, but they can not solve query till date.

      So, i would like to request you that, please do needful for this query.

          I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of PEDDINTI SANTHOSH which dispatched our address in 06/11/2018. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                    I, kuldeep singh, have applied for the pan card through nsdl online service. Everything was successfully done, even fees was submitted successfully by debit card. But at the end when it comes to aadhaar verification even after entering otp portal shows processing failed and redirected to the homepage. Now as i had already paid the fees but didn't get any response from nsdl about confirmation of pan card application, kindly resolve my issue.

                            I had applied for pan on this portal.. My application was not processed due to not fulfilling the e-kyc.. But paid for it amounting 106. 90. Not once twice on the same day that was 29/09/2018. My temporary token numbers are [protected] and the other is [protected]. I was informed that the fee will be refunded within seven working days.. But not yet.. Kindly make it refunded soon.

                              I have registered in apy several months ago. Now, 212.00 is deducted from my account every month but not able to check my contribution. Actually, i have got a mail in which i got the pran number but via this pran number not able to log in. When i try to reset my password it gives me an error "pran not found in database".                                 Hi,

                                I have done online application on 1st of november 2018, on 3rd morning at 1:52 am i received mail stating certain discrepancy (Proof of name change) at 7:39 am on 3rd nov 2018 i gave proof of name change i. E marriage certificate and every alternate day i keep on following up for my application status customer representative service for nsdl are so pathetic, first of all they dont know how to talk with applicant, today i spoke to ms shraddha im unbale to recall her surname but kindly check call recording at 10:06 am on 12th nov 2018, a representative she was so arrogant over call unable to deliver proper response for my query, and i think purposely this harrasement is happening.

                                  I have applied for pan card thorugh www.onlineservices.nsdl.com but my ekyc was not completed and
                                  (Since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page

                                  I have opened an nps tier-2 account from the canara bank. But I am not able to login. I tried clicking on forgot password as well but I am getting the error "PRAN not found in database" always.

                                  Can you please look into the issue?

                                    Dear sir/mam, i applied for my pan application yesterday and i used e-kyc method to create pan application. Aadhar card is successfully authenticated and payment of 106 inr is successfully. But i am not able to track my pan status and getting the error "sorry, no records found". Below is my acknowledgment number "[protected]". Please help me to solve this.

                                      Hi,

                                      I just applied for PAN card through your website for my mother and below is the token ID:

                                      can't be reached.

                                      16 digit VID is not getting generated and seems this is important before I apply for e-KYC.

                                      Please either resolve this or refund the money.
