Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

Sir/madam i completed the online application procedure and paid fee through net banking for pan and also authenticate adhar no by e-kyc method for that i received email for adhar authentication succes but on nsdl site it is showing that i failed adhar authentication. Mover over i have not received my payment back. Kindly look into the matter.

redispatch of pan card to correct address

Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that returned to the sender address.

refund amount in applying pan card new

status not updating. at least send a update what happens via email

Tin fc [protected]. I have submitted my application at this center the status is still showing application under process and they are not even picking up call they put call on hold and ask to wait then disconnect the call automatically.

I have applied for a new pan card 49a using ekyc method on[protected] and have completed the process of application. I have recieved a mail with two documents and a message on the nsdl portal saying "thank you for using pan online facility", but it says there is no record found when i checked the status of my pan application with acknowledgement number recieved on the mail.
