I have applied for new pan card on 3rd december 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      I have applied for a duplicate pan card on 2nd December 2018 through e-sign document submission mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]).
      On completion of the process I received message like below.

      "Thank you for using online facility for pan application."
      and I received the receipt for the online payment too.

      "If you have digitally signed your application using esign then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status today, it was showing "Sorry, no record found."

      Please check my application, as there is no clarity here.

      This PAN application is applied through using Physical mode facility, hence you need to send the PAN acknowledgment copy affixing Photo, duly signed and enclosing the supporting document to NSDL e-Governance. For further queries you may reach us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in
      Sir, I had applied my pan card. My pan card is came to the local post office and it is unable to deliver by them to me since I'm not in my home. We have changed our locality. So they returned the pan card. So you want to redispatch my pan card. Thank you.

              I would like to inform you that, i am corresponding with nsdl-cra for merge my both pran card, from more than last six month. But my problem can not solve till date.

              Please find my correspondence detail with nsdl-cra, given bellow.

                I open an nps account on november 28 2018 and made contribution as well. But i am unable to link adhaar to the account as whenever i try to login system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or link my adhaar.

                  Sir,
                  My epran is[protected] and i opened it thro' e services of nsdl during 2017-18. I made my tier i and tier ii contributions.
                  Akso i got my epran card.
                  As i want to contribute for 2018-19 i accessed my account.
                  It showed frozen tier - i and tier - ii under activated condn. I was unable to succeed in my payment.
                  I tried with e services for my ekyc submission for the past 15 days ; and it does not allow me to make it. I don't know how to proceed as i don't have any pop-op services in my place. Sir.. Please help me in this regard at the earliest and send me feedback to my linked mobile number please.

                        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my brother. I received temporary token. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.107.00 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 24/08/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. Please help for this

                          I have applied for a new pan card in the name of ajith kumar m which dispatched our address in october 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                              I have applied for changes in pan card on 25th november 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]) but if i check the status for this than reply:- "no record found".
                              I have also paid rs. 106.90₹ with debit card. On completion of the process i have received mail like this:-

                                I have opened an NPS account last month and got NPS card also and amount also got deducted from my salary last month.
                                But when I am trying to see my balance in NPS account, it is showing me
                                'PRAN not found in Database' error while login.

                                I have applied for new Pan card on 01.11.2018.

                                I have paid fees and digitally signed document.

                                I received acknowledge number as [protected].

                                But even after 10 working days when I check status online it shows "No records found".

                                Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.

                                  pran data available or showing invalid pran no.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have subscribed apy through net banking and holding pran no[protected], with monthly contribution of rs.1318, from july 18, but when i am going to open in portal showing invalid pran,

                                  Hence please resolved it or provide user id & password on my registered email id or suggest me what i have to do.

                                  I have applied for the pan card and completed all the steps including payment but i haven't received any email for the same.
                                  I am unable to access the status of my pan card as i have no token number or i'd to track it.
                                  I am trying to generate a new token using the 'resent token" option but it's not functioning. I am trying to click on the button but it's not active.
                                  I have no clue as to how i am supposed to track the details for the card.
                                  Please help me.

                                    I am a government employee and i have account on tire i - on nsdl central record keeping agency.
                                    My user id =[protected] but due to some wrong attempts my password is not working and i have tried resetting my password through forgot password link but i am not getting any otp, therefore my account has been locked.
                                    Kindly plz give me a another new password and unlock my account so that i can see my account summery.

                                      I had applied for a new pan card online with nsdl website through ekyc. I paid rs 106.90 through debit card. But the application failed and showed the following message:

                                      "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

                                      My token no. Is [protected].

                                      I haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and refund my money back.
