It's been almost 15 days that i have applied still it had not been verified
So i need response because i have a urgent need for my pan card

    I applied for pan card through e kyc process and made the payment but the authentication was failed and it was saying e kyc failed so apply through physical process by submitting necessary documents. Still i didn't get my refund money and it has been almost more than 10 days still there was no response regarding refund money can apply once again through e kyc e-sign method

      I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my little brother. Temporary token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for the aadhar verification. I paid an amount of rs.106.9 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 19/11/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. It has been two months still not received my refund. Kindly help me with my refund. Thank you.

        Sir when i done my online payment for new pan application rs=106. By bhim sbi pay the app show your payment succesful but the nsdl online pan appliction website says (Your payment is manipulated plese try again.)
        But actuallly the amount is debited from my account here is

        I have to done twice payment so
        Plese refund money asap.

          We had opened an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. While i am trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id.

              I registered in the nps account from sbi internet banking and got the pran no[protected] by sms and email but am unable a to login to set my i-pin and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

              I am getting the error "pran not found in database" always.

              Money is already being debitted every month from bank account

                I have requested online pancard correction on 21 dec 2018. My acknowledge number is [protected]. Now last 11 days showing status "under process on income tax department". Already 26 days still not get pancard.

                Kindly process as soon as possible because i have to change other documents. Because i have changed my name legally.

                NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

                  We have not received itr refund for the ay 2017-18 and also no refund has been initiated for ay 2018-19. Pls find below response we got while checking the status for ay 2017-18 refund :

                    I have applied for the tan on 3rd jan 2019, they recieved the hard copy of acknowledgement on 08th jan 2019, after that they forwarded the same to income tax department, but till date i have not received my tan allotment letter.                             I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shivji yadav which dispatched our address in 14 jul - 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address. Sorry for that i lost my phone number.. I, m mention new number….

                              I have submitted details for enps registration and ack no 11700258 is alloted on 07/01/2019. While making payment, it is no accepting. Now when i try to make payment again, it's not allowing and giving a message as follows: "reg against this ack id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try after some time".                                     My pran no is[protected], i forgot my password & want to create a new password, i tried with forgot password option = instant set/reset password= reset ipin via nodal office., am not sure of this option., i should have tried with sms, now my account is locked and unable to create password., please help here to create new password using sms, i tried contacting nps customer care there is no response [protected] & [protected].

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I have applied for new pan card on pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated :[protected]:02:45.12 e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                        I have opened an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contributing regularly. When i try to login, it didn't allowed me to login and i tried to reset my password.
