pan card ekyc failed

Use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my little brother. Temporary token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of rs.115.90 inr using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 31/05/2018. But after payment ekyc verification everytime i put otp on verification alltime shows 'please try after some time, cannot process'. I try 3-7 days and maximum 50-70 times. Whats the problem.
Please give my money back i will try...

regarding pan card redispatch on my address

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of manju kumar rai which dispatched our address but i couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address...

Dear sir, pan card not received till date which was applied in mid april.

Pan was not delivered by the courier partner. He called me and ask to take the pan card on their own but when we reached to their office they told that pan card was already send return due to undelivered....

I applied for pan card online. Temporary token no. Is [protected]. Aadhar verification was not completed. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. for new pan application fee refund

Sir/mam,
I applied for my pan card on 31st may, 2018 through e-kyc/e-sign mode. When i tried to track status of my pan card on nsdl portal it displayed no record found even after payment had been made. Nsdl sent a pay receipt and a performa with my acknowledgement no. You are requested to look into issue and kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

I successfully the payment but due to some errors the process is failed in pan card

Today i entered my information and uploaded documents for the pan card. Then i took me to payments page. I paid it via credit card for ₹119. Then it also asks otp for my aadhar. While entering it says incorrect and all gone. Very poor services for pan card.. I tried many times to check for my transaction. But they didn't do anything for my pan card.. They just stole my money... I need my money back or they must issue pan card for me......

From few days i am travelling from lokhandwala complex to four bungalows at model town many bikers clash and abuse car drivers because they cant get through which is i feel very ashamed
Also outside renaissance cluc there is contractor named hari om enterprises who is charging rs 60 per hour for car park which is almost vip charges
If car owners are charged rhis amount even hawkers at four bungalows market should be charged...
