      Dear Sir/Madam

      I have applied for pan card and it is couriered by you by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected].
      Courier boy called me and told me that Blue dart doesn't provide home service for Pan card and I have to go by myself to collect the pan card.
      I asked that IS my area is not serviceable?
      Then he answered that we don't deliver anyone pan card to their home.
      Everybody has to collect the pan card from their office.

      But this is not in the case of other courier services.

      I request you to please cancel the agreement with blue dart and send pan card from other courier services.

        I applied for the pan card and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
        Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

        Please refund my money. Details are given below:

          I have made some correction in PAN card 'ASKPP6190J' on 28th of march 2018. Amount was deducted successfully from my account. Now customer care is saying it was cancelled from their end but I have not received my payment back. I am mailing on daily basis for any details so that I can check with my bank but NSDL is not replying. On customer care I am getting reply on mail and nobody bother to reply to that mail. I am frustrated that no one is replying to my mail. Without any transaction ID or some details what should I say to ICICI bank customer care "NSDL is saying they have refunded so please refund my amount and they dont have any transaction ID of that refund".

            Madam/Sir,

            I am the member of NPS scheme and my PRAN no is[protected]
            At present my account showing FREEZE due to non-receipt of KYC and hard copy of application form

            I made a request to NSDL to reactivate, they informed me that

            "PRAN[protected] IS MAPPED UNDER CORPORATE SECTOR AND SAME IS FREEZE DUE TO EMPLOYER VERIFICATION. THEREFORE, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CONTACT WITH YOUR EMPLOYER FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION."
            i contacted my employer they informed me that there is no roll of employer

            May kindly do needful to reactivate of freeze PRAN account.

                Hi,

                I m k. Santosh, i have applied for pan card through offline, but received the card with wrong surname. Hence trying to apply for online pan correction through the website "https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/registerEndUser.html", but unable to apply. After filling all the required details, getting error "request cannot be processed, try again after some time". Because of this wrong details in my old pan card, i am unable to apply for personal loan in bank.

                I have also applied through offline for the pan card correction on[protected] to the agent named vinay having a shop named "sv mobiles", but the agent is telling that application is pending at central government office and asking me to wait & not giving any specific time to wait. It is almost 6 months that i have applied for pan card correction through offline, till now i didn't get atleast an acknowledgment number. Whenever i am asking for the pan card to the agent he is mentally harassing me.

                So please help me to get the new pan card with correct details either from online or through the agent from whom i have applied.

                Please help me get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

                      I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
                      The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                            I naveenkumar v, i was tried to apply for pan card online on 03/06/2018. My temporary token no was "[protected]". They are charged fee rs.115/-from me. After that, due to the reason aadhaar was not authenticated cannot proceed further. They displayed me a message as "aadhaar details are not matched with details. Hence you cannot proceed with this application. Your amount refunded within 7 working days". Still i cannot receive any refund.

                              Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution
                              We have applied for Pan on 31st May 2018, but still not received. It was informed that we will receive email within 2-3 days. Also within 7days we will receive the hard copy. But we have neither received any email not any copy.

                              We need it urgently. Kindly help us in getting the same.

                                The error received:
                                "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days.

                                However, i got a mail which read as below:
                                "your aadhaar number xxxx xxxx xxx was used successfully to carry out authentication using "otp" on 11/06/2018 at 15:52:55 hrs at a device deployed by "nsdl e-governance infra ltd".

                                Aadhar server says authentication is successful. But nsdl says it failed. I tried three times and the result is same. Nsdl should take action to rectify this issue.
                                First of all, i feel the aadhar authentication should be done before the payment. This will avoid unnecessary lock of money with nsdl for more than a week.

                                  from last 50 days there is same status " Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department"

                                  DESPITE OF MAY calls to nsdl there is nothing happens

                                  Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
                                  I applied pan card but some issue is failed but payment done ..i want refund my money .. i been so long money is not refund my token no-[protected]

                                  Hello sir/mam i have submitted an application for pan card through e-sign/e-kyc and i recived an email conforming so with acknowledgement no [protected]
                                  But on trackimg system its showing sorry, No records found..

                                  Also what is the approx duration in which i'll recive my Pan card.

                                  I applied for correction in my pan card using e kyc method. I submitted the fee and got an acknowledgement form with no. As [protected], but when i track it, it shows no record found.

                                    I want to tell u that my name is kundan singh i make correction in my pancard my acknowledgment number is [protected] and my pancard send by nsdl mumbai by speed post vide airway bill no:- ea[protected]in at my home address but my pancard dont come at my home by speed post if i check online then he show me retrun at mumbai. I want to know where is my pancard and where i got it.

                                      I was applying for new PAN card. I paid online and was about to esign the details by aadhar.I recieved an OTP and it was successful. But An new webpage opens everytime saying that Exception in generating Esign User PDF inside EsignController for token no. [protected]
