    I applied three times for pan through e-kyc but the otp verification failed. i request you to kindly refund my account into my bank account as soon as possible. i didnt expect such a horrible service from nsdl. my money got detected but my transaction failed. my account is of indian bank and my account number is[protected]

        Sir/madam,

        I have applied for new pan card on 5th july 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number ([protected]). On completion of the process, i have received a message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        I have applied for a new pan card through e-sign/e-Kyc on Dt.27/06/2018, I have received the acknowledgment No. N-[protected] through my registered Email and Mobile. But When I try to Track the Status of My Application it gives an error stating that the record is not found . please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Your PAN card has been delivered on 04-Jul-2018 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. 35363252702.
        I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. The TOKKEN no. is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee

          I am malleswari. Yesterday 3/07/2018 i applied pancard. I fill my detailes of application. Given token no. Last step submitted money. I am sending money with debit card. Next aadhar card is linked. Error occured. Finished. That time i lost money because amount submitted with debit card. Otp submitted. Aadhar card linked but error occured. My pan card application not completed, because error occured. I will try but fresh application is come. I loss my money. Pls help me. My money is return or giving pan card that amount. Thank u.

            When i check on net it show Application is Under Process, but we got a Message as below
            (PAN Ack. No.[protected] is under REJECTED status. Kindly visit TIN-FC/PAN Center for further processing of application-STEEL CITY. )

            Sir please tell us actual status of Pan Card application. if it was rejected then please tell us the reason.

              I just got a acknowledgment no : [protected] name : manoj kumar y date : 13/6/2018 [protected] and till today i didn't receive any update from the track status.

              And the status is saying that your application is under process at nsdl tin facilitation center. Kindly call 3006000

              Soo can u check and tell still how many days it will take because it's urgent for my job

                I have applied for online pan card through nsdl, it was good till the aadhar verification through otp. Eventhough i entered the otp within seconds, i received the notification that i have taken more time and the transaction failed tge first time. Thinking that i have really took much time for aadhar verification and as it said that my account will be credited within 7 days as the transaction has failed, i applied for tge second time and this time i was damn sure that i have entered the otp on time but still this time also the same error message popup and my transaction failed. My money (120) got detected twice but was never refunded. I made the transaction through indian bank debit card. My account number is[protected] and ifsc:idib000j037. Seriously, i didnot except such a pathetic and lame website from our government where everything is online nowdays. I request you to kindly look into this complaint and issue my refund immediately.

                  I have applied for only for e - pan @ nsdl site through aadhar e-kyc mode
                  Acknowledgement number-[protected]
                  & aadhar authentication process and e-kyc process was completed successfully.

                  On completion of process i received message that

                  But in nsdl pan status site it shows that

                  Can you please verify my application asap

                  In income tax site they are providing instant pan at free of cost but i applied in nsdl @ 72₹ (E-pan) for fast processing of my application

                        Tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                            I have applied PAN card online on 29th June 2018 from NSDL. However when checking the status it shows "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application.However, the documents are not valid", but I have provided the documents correctly. For "proof of identity" and "proof of date of birth" I have provided aadhar card and for "proof of address" I have provided domicile certificate.
                            Kindly look into this matter resolve my issue

                              I registered in the nps account from the internet and pay from axis bank credit card and got the pran no:[protected] by sms, but am unable a to log in to set my i-pin and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

                              I am getting the error "pran not found in database" always.

                                I applied for the pan card approximately one month[protected] before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
                                Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. I have got 5 rupees back, remaining amount didnt credited.
                                Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
                                Please refund my money. Details are given below:

                                  I have applied for a new pan card in the name of sri chengalamma traders which dispatched our address in[protected]. I couldn’t receive the pan card. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address. Your phone is not connected.

                                  Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

                                    I have applied for new pan card on 28th june 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got the detail pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated :[protected] on completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                      My name is sohaib mahmood khan.. My acknowledgement number is [protected] and my dob is 30/05/1994 my complaint is it's been almost 10 days i have not received my pan card... I'm in urgent need of pan card as i have to pay foreign amount to my college to secure seat.. As it is getting too late and i might loose my seat... Kindly please provide me at least my pan number so dat i can resume my work.. Please think about my future thanks
