    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for new pan card on 6th april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        I am trying to access my details for apy, via nsdl website. While trying to login at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ using pran number it says 'pran not found in database'. Also, it does not allow to reset password.
        And, due to the same i am not able to link this apy scheme in to my umang app. Request you to kindly do the needful and revert with a feasible solution.

            This complaint for nsdl pan centre because i was apply for 7th march 2018 for new pan card but unfortunately my aadhar card details as mismatch so this request has failed then i wait 7 days for my refund because a win i enter my registration token number email id and date of birth then display we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/gender/date of birth/name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The list of designated pan centre is available at url then i will i was mail on nsdl customer service department for my refund i will decide to call customer care toll free number and discuss about this problem i i was call 6 time but every time customer care expect tell me we are forward your complaint your refund has been come as soon if not refund come contact us next time then i can send 16 email to nsdl network but one month later not refund reissue nsdl policy is every field item only 7 days refund money but there is 30 days gone but not refund my money i tell you just you nsdl working bases very low and customer care executive is not receive call on time please wait for much time like 10 minutes 50 minutes at least 30 minutes wait then one customer executive talk you and not clear your problem just forward your email and that's it if you indian government how to appoint this bad guys for your service so it's a very bad for us i hope you help to refund my money money is not important there is important only one thing trust if you read this email nsdl please improve your email speed and call centre speed and i will give you a token number and more details are down thank you.

              Respected sir,
              My father was an ex-serviceman from assam rifles. He has passed away in 2007. We have a joint canteen card (Smart card) of my parents but it got expired when my father passed. Due to this me and my mother faced a lot of problems. We also tried to contact headquarter but we got no response. Currently, we are resident in uttar pradesh and we are not aware of the procedure of replacement of the card. Please provide proper guidance to us. You can mail on my email id.

                Respected sir/madam,

                I have lost my pan card and i applied for a duplicate one using esign/ekyc on april 04 2018. I used the online portal of nsdl - https://www.tin-nsdl.com/.

                The online portal is not at all user friendly as there were too many user logouts without any reason while i was entering details for duplicate pan via esign/ekyc.
                At last i was able to apply and i got reciept with acknowledgement number - n - [protected].
                But when i check the status of my application via online it shows "no records found".

                I tried to call the pan/tds call center number[protected] and the call is never getting connected. I believe the number is not working.
                I tried to call different branch office in new delhi, chennai but could see that all the time the calls are busy over there.

                I would like to raise the following complaints
                1. Against the online portal - https://www.tin-nsdl.com/ for not at all being user friendly.
                2. Against pune call center number given in the reciept which are not working.

                Would you please take necessary action to fix these issues asap and provide me with the pan card i have requested for.

                    Sir/ma'am,
                    I had applied for a new pan card online, on 4th april 2018 via the official website. I have made the payment and have received the acknowledgement number which is [protected]. I have the pdf downloaded with the details i had entered, and have even received the message saying i need not send any documents for verification since the online e-sign/e-kyc has been done. But upon entering the acknowledgement number and checking the status, it says, "no record found."
                    Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        I tried the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

                        Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

                        Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
                        Please the futher steps to complete the process or advise for the payment refund made...

                        Its been more than 10 months complaining and already sent couple emails as advised but no response.

                        May i know how i can request for payment return?

                        Received message from NSDL Saying "W.e.f. June 16, 2018 PAN application forms have undergone a change due to revision in application fees by Income Tax Department. As the PAN application initiated by you (prior to June 16, 2018) was not completed, the same shall be treated as cancelled and if you have already made payment of application fee, then the same will be refunded"

                        But Still there is no Refund Yet

                          Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and PAN Card will be dispatched to you shortly.
                          My Acknowledgement Number is 11515625 and the Acknowledgement Date is 26/03/2018. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 10 hours.

                            I applied for pan card at nsdl portal on 17-feb-2018 and i completed payment.
                            A message "your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time" was displayed so i called the customer care and operator said that the services are temporarily disabled and asked me to try again after 48 hours but i was getting the same message even after 48 hours. I emailed them regarding this issue.

                            It has been almost 50 days and there is no response for nsdl when i emailed them regarding the issue and they weren't responding to their number too.

                            I'm not able to proceed further in the process of registration and i'll be needing my pan card very soon. Respond to my complaint as soon as possible.

                              reminder about aadhar number not update in pran account

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              I have face problem to update my aadhar number in my pran account.
                              An error comes during update the aadhar number is : "modification request is pending for the pran :[protected].

                              In this regard, we have already make a grievance complaint to cra-nsdl, dated 28.03.2018, but problem is there.

                              Therefore, we request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.br...

                                Sir/madam,

                                I have applied for new pan card on 2nd april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                Please check my application.

                                Hi i am azeem khan my pan card status showing insufficient address and kept on hold my address is Tareen Jalal Nagar near Quraishi Masjid SHAHJEHANPUR U.P 242001 please post it on this address.                                 Your PAN card has been delivered on 26-Mar-2018 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903Z4440407, kindly contact your nearest First Flight Courier office to resolved your grievance.
                                I have created PRAN No.[protected] and also made contribution Rs 1000 but now as i am making payment for rest of Contribution it is shown wrong PRAN. I have email and sms from the Company wherein same PRAN No is mentioned.

                                I will be loosing 15000 on tax front if i am unable to make contribution.

                                Kindly resolve the matter urgently

                                  Dear sir / madam,

                                  I have face problem to update my AADHAAR no. in my PRAN/NPS Account.
                                  9-10 month ago I have seeded my AADHAAR to PRAN by accessing CRA website but till date it is not seeded yet and when Again I am trying to seed my AADHAAR no. to PRAN no. by accessing CRA website the following error comes : "modification request is pending for the pran :[protected].

                                  Therefore, we request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                    Hi team

                                    My pan is amepj4807e, when i search for details in it portal the status is no record found. I have given the required details still the record is nil.

                                    Also when i tried to update my kyc in efpo portal i was unable to update as the error popedup stating name is not matching.

                                    Request you to please help me to resolve the issue.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of sahil saini which dispatched our address in february 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for two days and returned to the sender address.

                                      Therefore, i request you to resend my pan card to same address.
