Sir/ma'am,
I had applied for a new pan card online, on 4th april 2018 via the official website. I have made the payment and have received the acknowledgement number which is [protected]. I have the pdf downloaded with the details i had entered, and have even received the message saying i need not send any documents for verification since the online e-sign/e-kyc has been done. But upon entering the acknowledgement number and checking the status, it says, "no record found."
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
