I applied for online pan application through nsdl, on 14 april, 2018. I applied through e-kyc option through my aadhar, then 115.90rs were deducted from my bank account. But after that due to some otp related problem, it failed. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."
Now it has been over two weeks and i have got no refund. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.
We rely on this new digital india, and rather than opting for physical mode, i relied online one, but now it has been a headache for me, as at least physical one assures about such things.
Kindly look into it as i have to apply for pan again, and waiting for this refund.
