Dear sir,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of aman ranjan gaurav which dispatched our address in february 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card because i am not available at home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to another address

      I am trying to create PRAN account with NSDL and is not allowing to login with option "Complete Pending Registration".

      My Acknowledgement Number is 11542700 and the Acknowledgement Date is 25/04/2018. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 5 days.

      Please help in resolving the issue.

      Hi, Thank you for the confirmation, but the issue still persists; same error message is appearing while trying to complete the pending registration.

      Please also note that there is a grievance created for this on 25.04.2018 which is still with status "Received at CRA"

        But i am not able to set my password for login to make further contributions etc.

        When i try to set my password, an error message thrown as "pran not found in data base".

          Sir/madam,

          I have applied for reprint of pan card on 27th april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

            I applied for online pan application through nsdl, on 14 april, 2018. I applied through e-kyc option through my aadhar, then 115.90rs were deducted from my bank account. But after that due to some otp related problem, it failed. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."
            Now it has been over two weeks and i have got no refund. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.
            We rely on this new digital india, and rather than opting for physical mode, i relied online one, but now it has been a headache for me, as at least physical one assures about such things.
            Kindly look into it as i have to apply for pan again, and waiting for this refund.

              I have tried to update my aadhar number in my pran account.
              But a message is popping during update the aadhar number is : "modification request is pending for the pran :[protected].

              In this regard, we have already make a grievance complaint to cra-nsdl, vide token no.10354665 dated 27.04.2018 but problem is there.

              Therefore, we request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                I have tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp many times and
                it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                  invalid pran

                  I have subscribed to apy nps scheme. I have a valid pran card as well and my monthly contribution is getting deducted. I get notification on my email id, but whenever i try to login to nps website, it says invalid pran. I am unable to view statement or reset password. I am not able to log a grievance as well since that also says that pran is not valid.

                  Can you please help....

                  My monthly subscription of rs. 376.00

                  When i check my pran no.in database of apy, there is a message "PRAN not found in Database" and also "invalid pran number".

                    the problem occurs when the payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
                    There it asked to enter otp, after entering the otp it opens a page

I couldn't receive the pan card as our home was closed when the post man reached our home, later after few days i contact the post man regarding the post he told that he kept with him for 2 days and returned to the sender address

                        I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

                        I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                          I have newly registered with e-NPS and allotted with PRAN[protected]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with AADHAR. But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my I-pin for the first time i am getting the error - Unauthorized User. same for T-pin also

                          Could you elapse check and fix the I-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions

                            I applied for reissue of my PAN card through NSDL on 9th April, 2018 at 9am vide token. No. [protected].
                            Since my Adhar verification failed due to non receipt of code on my registered number, it showed me a message to get another token number and proceed with physical mode. The fee was debited from my bank a/c but I havent got the refund yet. kindly look upon this.

                                    I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

                                    I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                                    Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

                                    Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl..

                                      I have applied for first name change in pan card on 4april 2018 through authorized nsdl pan card centre.. On 13 april 2018 received letter of discrepancy. I have submitted the required documents and have received a mail regarding receipt of documents required by the nsdl department.. But there have not been any update in my status.. It still shows letter of discrepancy sent.. Pls look into the matter..

                                      I wanted to add that I had applied for updation of name change in pan card through an authorized nsdl pan card centre.. because of their negligence I had received the letter of discrepancy.. as they had typed my father's surname wrong and despite my request of adding the publication of name change in official gazette in the required documents as proof they did not courier it to the department.. otherwise my pan card could have been updated by now
