I have applied for a new pan card in the name of aman ranjan gaurav which dispatched our address in february 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card because i am not available at home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

pran kit not received

But after that due to some otp related problem, it failed. I have tried to update my aadhar number in my pran account.
But a message is popping during update the aadhar number is : "modification request is pending for the pran :[protected].

e kyc / e sign process not complete due to some error while applying new pan card

I have tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp many times and
it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

invalid pran

I have subscribed to apy nps scheme. I have a valid pran card as well and my monthly contribution is getting deducted. I get notification on my email id, but whenever i try to login to nps website, it says invalid pran. I am unable to view statement or reset password. I am not able to log a grievance as well since that also says that pran is not valid.

Can you please help....

nsdl e-governance infrastructure it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign process which require uploading of documents.
the problem occurs when the payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
There it asked to enter otp, after entering the otp it opens a page

requesting to resend pancard

I have applied for the new the name rakesh rajashekar which was dispatched on 28 march 2018. I couldn't receive the pan card as our home was closed when the post man reached our home, later after few days i contact the post man regarding the post he told that he kept with him for 2 days and returned to the sender address

pran - unauthorized user

I have newly registered with e-NPS and allotted with PRAN[protected]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with AADHAR. But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my I-pin for the first time i am getting the error - Unauthorized User. same for T-pin also

Could you elapse check and fix the I-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions...

I applied for reissue of my PAN card through NSDL on 9th April, 2018 at 9am vide token. No. [protected].
Since my Adhar verification failed due to non receipt of code on my registered number, it showed me a message to get another token number and proceed with physical mode. The fee was debited from my bank a/c but I havent got the refund yet. kindly look upon this....

I have applied for first name change in pan card on 4april 2018 through authorized nsdl pan card centre.. On 13 april 2018 received letter of discrepancy. I have submitted the required documents and have received a mail regarding receipt of documents required by the nsdl department.. But there have not been any update in my status.. It still shows letter of discrepancy sent.. Pls look into the matter.....
