Dear sir,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of manisha aher which dispatched our address in december 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

I have not received any Acknowledgement number, but have received the SMS regarding the PAN Card : COLPA1785F has been dispatched on 13/12/2017.

I received PAN card through post, but when furnish my pan no GZYPK7876K while opening bank account its showing that PAN no is not valid/not found in IT database.
further please help me to sort out the above said issue as i need to open bank account ASAP

    I have had applied for tan number with acknowledgement no. [protected]. Fees deducted from account on 24th april.
    Yet the tan status says invalid documents. The mails to taninfo are also not getting any response. And the helpline number is never picked up.
    Kindly help to resolve the issue.

    The application status on the portal says the following

    Acknowledgment number : [protected]
    Name : smt pujx xxxumdar
    Category : individual/hindu undivided family (Karta)
    Sub-category : individual
    Status : we have received the documents with reference to your tan application. However, the documents are not valid. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]

      Dear sir/ma'am,

      I have applied my new pan application with acknowledgement number "[protected]" dated "[protected]:39:32.145". After the submission of the application, i got a consignment number (B903z4480021) of "first flight currier".
      Few days later, i checked my consignment number on the website of first flight currier, there was a message saying that:-

      Booking date origin destination status
      13-apr-2018 mumbai amroha return to origin

      Destination branch "pending status"
      Moradabad hub "no service station"

      Please note that... First flight currier message was saying that there (Amroha) was "no service station" but few days later i checked my pan card status at "nsdl website" again... And the story was totally different message on "nsdl website" is saying that:-

      "your pan card has been returned undelivered to nsdl on 02-may-2018. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'consignee not available'. The same will be re-dispatched shortly."

      Please note that "consignee not available" this is completely ridiculous. Currier company misguiding "nsdl" as well as "pan card applicant". I have screenshots of the messages, if "nsdl" want to sue the first flight i will provide them.

      "i am very much available at my home address all the time."

      Now my concern is please resend my pan card from "indian post" because these private currier services fooling "nsdl" as well as pan card applicant.

      Dear Monika,

      Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 05-May-2018 by Registered/Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA[protected]IN.
      Dear sir/madam
      I have face problem to update my aadhar number in my pran account. An error comes during update the aadhar numer is "modification request is pending for the pran[protected].
      Therefore, we request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          I have used the portal to apply pan for my wife on 6th may 2018. The application was duly submitted and i paid the fess online for e-sign option.

          However the application failed post bank transaction and site said to send form physically but problem is neither i got token details on my mail id or application reference number.

          I tried the option for registered users but even after giving in token detail, mail and dob, site says service not available as of now.

          My money has been deducted but i do not know what s the status of my application.

            I had applied for pan card 2 days ago that is 4-5-18 through e-sign. Since yesterday i have been trying to get the status of my pan card & all it says is no record found.
            Firstly, did i miss any part of the process that it says no record found or. What does that mean?

                  MY Pran nos is[protected], i have been following up with both sbi and nsdl team, nsdl team asked me to contact bank, I have been following up with bank since December 2017, but they are not responding anything, such a pathetic experience I am having with such a renowned bank sbi.. since 2 years they had kept hold and suddenly said they have lost documents and asked to resubmit details as process has got cahnged though they have mentioned in mail process got changed in Oct 2018 whereas I had submitted details in 2017..as nsdl sbi not replying to them properly ..even after writing letters to nsdl directors and grievance officer Dinesh no actions taken

                          I have applied for Online in PAN Card application and had completed paying through ONLINE. My PAN Application Token no is [protected].

                          I have been trying to provide eKYC for my Aadhaar card and also submitted OTP three times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming:

                          “Exception in generating Esign User PDF inside EsignController for token no. [protected]”

                          PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. AS I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT TO NSDL.

                            My pan acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for pan on 30th of january, 2017.

                            My pan status is still 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call tin fc[protected]/[protected] for further processing of your application.'

                            I have applied for the pan at online and i got downloaded that form and enclosed both aadhaar card as proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.

                            I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.

                            It is to emergency that my eduction loan was locked just becouse of not having pan card number its been a month that i dint get my pan number generated

                            They given me the last chance that i should submit by pan number today its self

                              I am ratan mala having pan number bfppm5568c. I tried to submit pan data correction application on nsdl site.

                              Your site is not allowing to complete the correction application.
                              Nothing is showing in the drop down for state/ut as such application is not being allowed to be submitted.

                                I'm unable to view the e-statement of my APY account, the error message displayed is that "PRAN doesn't exist". But my PRAN is registered and i'm able to login to my NPS account using that same PRAN. Kindly help. Thanks.

                                  I have had applied for tan number with acknowledgement no. [protected]. Fees deducted from account on 24th april.
                                  Yet the tan status says invalid documents. The mails to taninfo are also not getting any response. And the helpline number is never picked up.
                                  Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                                  The application status on the portal says the following

                                  Acknowledgment number : [protected]
                                  Name : shri ansxxxxn parua
                                  Category : individual/hindu undivided family (Karta)
                                  Sub-category : individual
                                  Status : we have received the documents with reference to your tan application. However, the documents are not valid. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]

                                  Whereas we have had submitted and also the tan application has been recevied where it said fees not paid. But the money has had been deposited to the tan account nsdl-tin on 24th april.

                                    I smt. A. Kalpana d/o janardhan rao joined as typist in the vety.& animal husbandry dept. On 07.03.2017 with employee id.3100083, submitted an application for allotment of pran number on 25.04.2017. Dob is 01.07.1970. After that a message sent from ur office nd alloted a number[protected]. On 20.04.2018 dto rejected pay bill with a comment that the pran no. Alloted is incorrect. Plz kindly verify the number and give the confirmation of the alloted pran number

                                    pls humble request you to resend my pan card .pan acknowledgement number-N-[protected] with the same address as i given previously..it urgently required in my sahara policy and in bank kyc form..i give 10 to 15 complaint to nsdl but my problem is not resolved..plz request you to solve my problem..i ll grateful to you..or gave some valuable suggestion.

                                      I have filed online pan application (Attached) for the firm n p m & company on 18th april, 2018 vide acknowledgement no. N-[protected]. Thereafter, on the same day all the required documents were submitted to nsdl facilitation centre at alankit assignments limited, 109-a, 1st florr, vidyapati, 17 race course road, indore (M. P.) – 452001. It has been around 15 days now and the status of my pan application still read as “we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest.”
                                      On calling the nsdl (Phone:[protected] as well as at the facilitation centre (Alankit assignments ltd., phone:[protected], the response was very bad and unsatisfying. Facilitation centre people says that they have dispatched the documents on 20th april, 2018 itself, while nsdl people says they haven’t receive them yet. On asking for courier receipt or tracking number from alankit assignments ltd., they refused to give saying they can only provide such information when asked by nsdl via email.
                                      This is really very disappointing and slow service from nsdl as well as their facilitation centres. I should have received my pan card by now but it seems things are being taken very casually from your side.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had completed my e-nps registration on 28th april 2018 and had made an initial contribution of rs 1000. I am unable to login to the cra-nsdl website as it shows an error message saying "pran not found in database" when i try to reset my ipin for password generation. Please help.
                                        Please let me know if you need any further details from me to resolve this.
