I registered in the nps account from internet axis banking and got the pran no:[protected] by sms, but am unable a to login to set my i-pin and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

I am getting the error "pran not found in database" always.

    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for new pan card on 1st april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      I have applied for pan card with token no.-[protected] and i choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. The fees in deducted from bank account but at last procrss my adhar verification went failed due to some problem with uidai website and the screen displayed the below message :-

      "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

      It has been nearly 50 days and still now i haven't got my refunded.

          your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. you may contact tin fc 044 - 28142845/46/47/48/49

          I have applied for pan card a 10days ago and still there has been no revert from the nsdl site all i am seeing is this message from last 6days. I tried contacting the local customs office as well but they said that they can't do anything about it

          I need it urgently for my visa application as all the process depends on it
          Please revert back with the status.

          With reference to the above mentioned subject, i would like to inform you that i am unable to register for nps account as i am getting an error messaged as "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.                 While i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'.

                              Have been trying to call this toll free from last 2 days,, continuously get a message saying the "our service is not available on this route".. Difficult to reach out for clarification especially when all documents requested are sent and yet its not processed.. Govt should not impose deadlines (Like 31st mar) if we are unable to process documents or at least communicate

                                Dear sir,

                                I have applied for a new pan card in the name of anil kumar on 01/03/2018. The pan was shipped but the courier company did not have service in our village so they sent back the pan card. They also put in correct statue that "consinee not available" in the tracking. Please look into the matter as this not only wastes the precious time but also wastes the government money.

                                      Status is showing (We have received the documents with reference to your pan application. However, the documents are not valid.)

                                      I uploaded my passport in documents & verified the aadhar with otp.

                                      I am supposed to submit my aadhar card.
                                      I have even mailed my aadhar card to the mentioned email id on the error page.

                                      Please process my application as soon as possible i need it very urgently.
