I am trying to apply address change of my pan using online but after payment its getting stuck with error. (Details are below)

Money has been deducted twice but not able to proceed further.

      I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process. I have done payment. Now on e-kyc aadhar verification process page i receive the same stupid message 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.' even though i do recieve the otp on aadhar registered mobile. Since i get the error page not the one where i can enter the otp, i am stuck from last month or so. E-services should make your life easy but it seems i have to wait a year or so to get my pan card via online paperless services. When you mail them, they reply after a month or so. This is not what is expected from the said agency. Kindly look into the matter

      I have been struggling with completing a PAN application online.

      I still get this message when I complete my PAN application. This happens when i click "Continue with e-sign/e-kyc" button.

            Hello
            I have applied for name correction in PAN after my wedding by Agent .Mr. Rathod contact no is [protected]
            He has taken 600 rs for PAN correction
            then after insted of name coorection PAN department have provided me new PAN card with new nummber which is not reqiored at all
            and its not at all my mistake\
            That new PAN card no is HCLPS8789E
            now i have two pan card one PAN no is DDFPS5359B name with "FORAM KALPESHKUMAR SUKHADIYA" another is HCLPS8789E name with" FORAM RUCHIR SHAH"

            Now i have decided to surrender my new pan HCLPS8789E bcz i dont have any use of that so i would like to surrender that to IT Department

            so i went to IT deprtment of ahmedabad Nehrunagar branch and discussed about all issue they have guided me that first of all i should have applied for PAN correction then I can surrender this PAN

            So now this time i have decided to go with NSDL online service

            i have applied for name coorection in PAN DDFPS5359B with acknowledgement number [protected]

            after 3 months NSDL have replied me with some reuirements

            now i have mailed them all require documents they have also reffered all documents and esclate my issue with IT department

            now i have surrender my PAN HCLPS8789E to IT Department

            afterwords i have called TIN / NSDL many times for my PAN but they are not providing me PAN

            Issue is pending at IT Desk They are not giving information to NSDL about my suurender letter or surrender of my PAN HCLPS8789E

            SO now complaint is only for IT department why they are not working

            i have surrender my PAN to them on the date of 03 november 2017 PAN HCLPS8789E

            You can also see that this PAN number is still shown as active what our IT department is doing just getting bribe and salery

            i want my PAN no DDFPS5359B by name correction FORAM KALPESHKUMAR SUKHADIYA to FORAM RUCHIR SHAH

            as you can also aware that without pan my all works are pending
            please help me

              I have applied for a new pan card in the name of pooja bisht which dispatched our address in february 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                I would like to draw you attention towards an unusual event of having the same pan card number bgspk5522n issued to two different persons.

                This is in reference to the my pan card number bgspk5522n issued to me in 2009. I have been using this pan card number since 2009 and paying taxes under this pan.

                I applied for a new pan card through e-kyc system of nsdl. After successfully completing all the steps i got an acknowledgement number: n-[protected]. But when i am checking my pan status it is saying "no record found". Please confirm if my application has been accepted.

                    I have been contributing to apy since 17/1/2018 and my pran is[protected] as per the official system generated email i received from communications. Cra. However i have not been able to access my account or generate a statement for my account as all sites and the app keeps saying pran not found. I still keep getting the email notifications every month that the monthly contribution has been made.

                    Please look into this a resolve at the earliest.

                      I have applied for new pan card on 13th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N-[protected]) on completion of the process i have received message like below.

                      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                        Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 02/03/2018
                        I have already provided my electricity bill (With a dadapeer on it).
                        So i have also added a latest gas connection bill also where my full name (Dadapeer achukattla) is there. So why do you require another document for proof of address. Is the gas connection bill not accepted for proof of address.

                          I applied for the pan card approx 2days before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page.. But please note that i proceed the process correctly..

                            I applied for pan card through nsdl website via online on 10th march 2018, and made a payment of rs 115.90. But after this process i cant continue with e-kyc or e-sign. The message displayed as "your request can't be processed, please try after sometime".

                              I used nsdl website to apply pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 31/10/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on my registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." but its been more than 4 month but i still did not got the refund. I can show my account statement if you want. Plz refund my money.

                                I tried to fill the pan application through the NSDL website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
                                The payment got deducted, it took me to Continue with e-Sign/e-KYC and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                                Kindly look into this issue. If not make arrangements to refund the amount that was deducted from the bank.

                                    However when i track aplication using 15 digit acknowledgement numbers, it says no record found.

                                      You have blocked my cpse etf shares for 3 years under rgess fy -16/17, but i have never requested you for it. I even didn't claimed any tax benefit under rgess for fy -16/17, i have claimed it in fy -15/16 for which i purchased psu stocks (Bhel, ongc and ntpc) and will hold them for 3 years. I request you to please unblock them.

                                      In demat account in3x549 52xx3255 isin inf4xxm01133 ' reliance mutual fund ' was blocked for the reason ' rgess fy -16/17 ' on march 06, 2018 by nsdl.
