I am mohd alfaiz khan i apply for pan card online by nsdl website after verification and detailed of payment done my amount got deducted but my pan registration is failed. And till now i have not get my refund please refund it as soon as possible. My token no is [protected]. I have done it on 21 march please take a action on it and give me back my money. I have charged 116 rupees for pan.

    I have applied for new pan card on 23 march 2018 through e-kyc/e-sign mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). But after all process when i check my pan card status it shows 'sorry no record found'.

    Please check my application and give me the update status regarding my pan.

      I opened my nps account in swavlamban yojna before 4 years through bank of baroda, manjalpur, vadodara, gujarat branch.
      I got pran card at that time but not received pin still today and unable to reset the password from web site www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.At the time of login got message that pran not found in database.
      Pl. Do the needful.

        I have applied for correction in pan card on 22 march 2018 through e-sign mode and uploaded my scanned documents. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        Please check my application. Please...

          Sir / madam,

          I have submitted my pan application for changes since 8-march-2018. My request acknowledgment number is [protected].

          Its been more than 15 days and there no update on your website, this is too much time to process a application with small changes like this.

          Can you please explain me why this taking too much time for nsdl?

          Why are you too slow when it is digital india?

            I have applied for name correction in pan card through "www.onlineservices.nsdl.com". I have applied for two times for name correction in pan card but for the two times it got failed.

            1. Temporary token number [protected][protected]:38:00.19)
            Message from nsdl
            "since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page"
            Paid amount 118.9/- debited through my account via nsdl billdesk on 23rd february 2018. For that i have received 5.9/- rupees as a refund on 24th february 2018. What about the remaining amount 113/- rupess.

            2. Temporary token number [protected][protected]:23:06.528)
            Message from nsdl
            "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."
            Paid amount 120.62/- debited from my account on 21.03.2018
            I didn't get the refund till date i. E., 23.03.2018.
            For these both transactions i want the full refund.
            I have the e-kyc with registered mobile number. Aadhar verification was not completed properly. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or correct my pan card with necessary details provided in the token number. Better close this website if they can't fix the bugs in their website.

            Could any one please help regarding this issue.

                I have commpleted the payment process for pan card application, but everytime i click on aadhaar validation, i receive the otp but after that i get the error 'your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime'. I am unable to proceed after the otp. This is happening for the last 3 days.

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post.                       There should not be any footpath build because only hawkers n pavement dwellers use it common public cant use it because half is occupied by trees n half by grills installed seriously there shouldnt be any footpath except schools other places is a sheer wastage and that space can be used for traffic. Scrap buyers using hand carts should be band also cycling on road shoulnt be allowed these all things disturbs the movement of vehicles thus wasting unneccessary petrol
                      Also cctv should be installed in each n every lane so that city maintains discipline because areas like indira nagar 4 bungalow & veera desai have used road space for their business related junk
                      Fine should be applied everywher hawkers should be charges 10 times the current fee to freak them because they r becoming a nuisance at least their vehicle should be cut down to half (I. E) from 4 wheel to 2 wheel

                          After cancelling my application for pan card due to mismatch of name in aadhaar card, nsdl gave me a message that they will transact my 115.9 rupees in 7 working days. I have transacted this amount n 06/03/2018 at 2:25 p.M. But still money is not refunded to my bank account. My transaction id is LU[protected].

                            I Got PRAN number at end of registration, but when I opened NSDL website for further contribution it's showing me PRAN not found in database. it's not able to generate IPIN.

                                  I forgot my password and unable to reset it. While trying to reset password receiving an error message pran not found in database.

                                  Pran no:[protected]

                                  But i’m able to login in apy app. Even i’ve submitted complaint through grievance cell and token number is 60060829. But no response and even i’ve tried contacting phone support team but after entering pran no. It states invalid.

                                    I have applied for new pan card on 19th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N - [protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                    The concern shared will be analyzed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.
                                    Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
