Awb [protected] pan card of m/s traatak velelx courier mumbai on thursday to partner sagar maurya for the want of stamp. Then after informing stamp is available on the next day it was attempted to deliver on saturday at 8.30 pm when the office was closed.

The company's phone numbers are not accessible even if we get it they are so rude even would not talk and cut off the phone.

If such an inefficient company is assigned work of delivery of pan card a very important document then only god can save addressee fro velex courier.

I request you to take survey of velex courier about delivery of articles if found most inefficient and rude then immediately stop using its service for delivery of pan card immediately.

    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for new pan card on 13th april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      Today, i tried to apply for pan using e-sign and paid the fees through my debit card. My e-sign got failed and now my money has been deducted from my debit card. But i have not received my refund in my bank a/c. I want that action should be taken and my money should be refunded immediately.

      I received following message:

      Since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page.

      In order to use e-sign service, you need to register your mobile / e-mail id against your aadhaar. Your transaction could not be completed and e-sign charges would be remitted to your account in next 15 days. You are required to take print out of the application form and supporting documents and send them for further processing.

      I have faced a lot of issues with the government department and now i want my money back. Now, i am so much dissatisfied with the website and now i don't want to apply for pan card. I don't understand your terms. Kindly return my money back as soon as possible.

      It will take excety 9 days go get refund. I had same problem. I tried 3 times with debit card, 2 timed NetBanking and once with MobiKwik. It will be refunded within 10 days. Dont worry.

            I have updated all the information for pan update and made the payment. After payment, the page loads, with only a button saying "continue with ekyc/esign"

            On clicking the button, it says "your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."

            I am getting otp on my email for the addhar card but there is no place to enter the details. I am not able to proceed beyond this page.

              Sir, i am a resident of rajasthan under district-churu working under rajasthan judicial department. My ecpenf contribution was started from 2010. My pran id start time i change my pran id but todays my id is blocked so i cant use my cransdl account. Further suddenly my account is locked. Before this i view my account on net several times. But now, when i login my account got the message, your account has been locked. Requset for i-pin from the forget password link. I tried the instruction but got the same result. So please guide me the process to enable my account easily or to get the new i-pin for login to access my account.

                I would like to bring few lines to your kind notice that i have applied for a new pan card which dispatched our address in november 2017 by blue dart express ltd courieer vide airway bill no. Later after some dates when i enquired about my pan card he answered that the post was been hold for some days and been sent back.

                  But now when i check my PAN Application Status it shows

                      my pan card returned to main office, reason is i am hospitalized for a month so i cant receive it on time so, i requested you to resend my pan card to the same address i given previously

                        Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission,

                        System status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

                        Please the futher steps to complete the process or advise for the payment refund made...

                          I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my mother. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly refund my deducted money

                          I have face problem to update my aadhar no. in my PRAN.
                          An error comes during update the aadhar no.is " modification request is pending for the PRAN[protected].

                                    I use nsdl website to create my new pan card on 6/4/2018. Temporary token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of rs.115.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 6/4/2018, but aadhar verification was not completed due to error message on the website saying, "your request cannot be processed. Try after sometime".in the mean time i have tried more than thrice. So now it says, "since you have exceed otp regeneration limit. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page." now i am not able to do anything with that. I am also not able to print my transaction receipt. My acknowledgement no is [protected]. Kindly refund my fee. So that i can apply it through offline mode.

                                        I have applied for PAN Card on 16.03.2018 with acknowledgement No. N-[protected]. it is still showing "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you" no call is connected to aforesaid contact no. please provide proper solution for this problem.

                                        Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution
                                        Dear Sir I have tried to register my wife's (Radhasubramanian) pran[protected] in atal nps lite app.while registering we have received the message as OTP has been send to the registered mobile number [protected] but no OTP has been received.I tried for more than 10 times in 2 days.kindly help in this regards.
