Dear sir,

I would like to bring few lines to your kind notice that i have applied for a new pan card which dispatched our address in november 2017 by blue dart express ltd courieer vide airway bill no. [protected]. But i couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed. Later after some dates when i enquired about my pan card he answered that the post was been hold for some days and been sent back.

Since, i kindly request you to resend my pan card to same address. Details are furnished below.

    I had applied for PAN using online facility on 18/03/2018, Acknowledgment Number : [protected] and I have digitally signed my application using e Sign, I have uploaded my Aadhaar and other documents and as proof..

    But now when i check my PAN Application Status it shows

    Status :
    We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]

    Note:- Kindly ignore the above application status message if PAN application is made online using e-KYC, e-Sign or DSC based facility.

    Rather i am not receive any of email regarding my application, And that i already forward physical documents.

    Please check my Application do the needful ASAP

      Sir/madam,

      I have applied for new pan card on 11th april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        my pan card returned to main office, reason is i am hospitalized for a month so i cant receive it on time so, i requested you to resend my pan card to the same address i given previously
        pan card acknowledgement number-N-[protected].plz sir humble request with my speed post no-EA[protected]IN THIS IS MY newly applied pan card plz returned it.it urgently required for bank kyc update and also in other place.

          I tried the pan application for pan name correction through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

          Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission,

          System status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

          Please the futher steps to complete the process or advise for the payment refund made...

            I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my mother. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly refund my deducted money

            An error comes during update the aadhar no.is " modification request is pending for the PRAN[protected].

              I registered for enps on 10th april, 2018 online. I got the pran number after successful registration. The pran number is[protected]. However i have not received the ipin or tpin details via mail by this time. When i am trying to reset my ipin online, i am getting the error that "pran not found in database". Please solve this problem.

              Also please let me know how to edit the information in the profile if any.

                      I use nsdl website to create my new pan card on 6/4/2018. Temporary token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of rs.115.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 6/4/2018, but aadhar verification was not completed due to error message on the website saying, "your request cannot be processed. Try after sometime".in the mean time i have tried more than thrice. So now it says, "since you have exceed otp regeneration limit. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page." now i am not able to do anything with that. I am also not able to print my transaction receipt. My acknowledgement no is [protected]. Kindly refund my fee. So that i can apply it through offline mode.

                                  I am trying to access my details for apy, via nsdl website. While trying to login at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ using pran number it says 'pran not found in database'. Also, it does not allow to reset password.
                                  And, due to the same i am not able to link this apy scheme in to my umang app. Request you to kindly do the needful and revert with a feasible solution.

                                    Sir/ma'am,

                                    I have applied for new pan card on 5th april 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number ([protected]). On completion of the process, i have received a message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                      This complaint for nsdl pan centre because i was apply for 7th march 2018 for new pan card but unfortunately my aadhar card details as mismatch so this request has failed then i wait 7 days for my refund because a win i enter my registration token number email id and date of birth then display we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/gender/date of birth/name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The list of designated pan centre is available at url then i will i was mail on nsdl customer service department for my refund i will decide to call customer care toll free number and discuss about this problem i i was call 6 time but every time customer care expect tell me we are forward your complaint your refund has been come as soon if not refund come contact us next time then i can send 16 email to nsdl network but one month later not refund reissue nsdl policy is every field item only 7 days refund money but there is 30 days gone but not refund my money i tell you just you nsdl working bases very low and customer care executive is not receive call on time please wait for much time like 10 minutes 50 minutes at least 30 minutes wait then one customer executive talk you and not clear your problem just forward your email and that's it if you indian government how to appoint this bad guys for your service so it's a very bad for us i hope you help to refund my money money is not important there is important only one thing trust if you read this email nsdl please improve your email speed and call centre speed and i will give you a token number and more details are down thank you.

                                        Respected sir,
                                        My father was an ex-serviceman from assam rifles. He has passed away in 2007. We have a joint canteen card (Smart card) of my parents but it got expired when my father passed. Due to this me and my mother faced a lot of problems. We also tried to contact headquarter but we got no response. Currently, we are resident in uttar pradesh and we are not aware of the procedure of replacement of the card. Please provide proper guidance to us. You can mail on my email id.
