nsdl egov portal not user friendly, call center numbers not working.

Respected sir/madam,

I have lost my pan card and i applied for a duplicate one using esign/ekyc on april 04 2018. I used the online portal of nsdl - https://www.tin-nsdl.com/.

The online portal is not at all user friendly as there were too many user logouts without any reason while i was entering details for duplicate pan via esign/ekyc.
At last i was able to apply and i got reciept with acknowledgement...

I tried the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
Please the futher steps to complete the process...

regarding pan card application

I applied for pan card at nsdl portal on 17-feb-2018 and i completed payment.
A message "your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time" was displayed so i called the customer care and operator said that the services are temporarily disabled and asked me to try again after 48 hours but i was getting the same message even after 48 hours. I emailed them regarding this issue.

It has been almost 50 days and...

My pan is amepj4807e, when i search for details in it portal the status is no record found. I have given the required details still the record is nil.

Also when i tried to update my kyc in efpo portal i was unable to update as the error popedup stating name is not matching.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of sahil saini which dispatched our address in february 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for two days and returned to the sender address.

I have applied for pan card a 10days ago and still there has been no revert from the nsdl site all i am seeing is this message from last 6days. I tried contacting the local customs office as well but they said that they can't do anything about it

nps registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.

With reference to the above mentioned subject, i would like to inform you that i am unable to register for nps account as i am getting an error messaged as "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime.". Please resolve the issue on priority as today is the last date of making the payment for this financial year 17-18.
